a method for identifying and warning strangers outside a door comprises a cloud server 2, wherein the cloud server 2 is used for being connected with an intelligent peep hole lock 1 and a mobile terminal through a gateway 4, specifically, as shown in figure 1, the intelligent peep hole lock 1 is connected with the gateway 4 through a connection protocol, and a mobile client 3 is connected with the gateway 4 through a wireless communication network. The cloud server 2 stores administrator images, and the cloud server 2 is provided with a white list used for storing a plurality of legal personnel images. The method comprises the following steps:
the cloud server 2 receives the image information of the visitor out of the door uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock 1;
the cloud server 2 performs image comparison on the image information, the administrator image and the legal person image;
when the similarity between the image information and the images of the administrator and the legal personnel is smaller than a preset value, judging that the visitor out of the door is a stranger, and triggering the intelligent cat eye lock 1 by the cloud server 2 to give an alarm;
when the time length of the stranger staying after the cloud server 2 receives the feedback from the intelligent peep hole lock 1 exceeds the preset time, the cloud server 2 sends an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3.
Specifically, the cloud server 2 has a database, and the database includes an administrator database and a white list database. The administrator database is used for storing administrator images, and the white list database is used for storing legal personnel images. The cloud server 2 is provided with an image processing module, and the image processing module is used for receiving the image uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and comparing the image with the image stored in the database in an image similarity manner. After the cloud server 2 acquires the image information of the visitor out of the door uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock 1, the cloud server 2 utilizes the image processing module to perform image comparison on the image information, the administrator image and the legal person image. Further, the cloud server 2 has a second sending module, the second sending module is configured to send an information instruction to the smart peep hole lock 1, and when the similarity between the image information and the images of the administrator and the legal personnel is smaller than a preset value, the cloud server 2 sends an alarm instruction to the smart peep hole lock 1 through the second sending module, so that the cloud server 2 triggers the smart peep hole lock 1 to alarm, where the preset value is eighty percent in this embodiment. Further, the second sending module is further configured to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3, where the alarm prompt may be an alarm short message. The cloud server 2 is further provided with a second receiving module, and the second receiving module is used for receiving the information instruction fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock 1. When the second receiving module receives an information instruction that the stay time of a stranger exceeds the preset time fed back by the intelligent peep hole lock 1, the second sending module sends an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3, so that an administrator is informed of timely alarming.
Further, the cloud server 2 is further provided with a blacklist, the blacklist is used for storing images of non-legal persons and recording precaution levels of the images of the non-legal persons, the precaution levels include high level and low level, and the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to perform an alarm process:
the cloud server 2 compares the image information with the image of the non-legal person, and identifies and judges the precaution level of a stranger outdoors;
the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to give an alarm of a corresponding level according to the precaution level of a stranger outside the door.
The database also comprises a blacklist database, and the blacklist database is used for storing the image of the non-legal person. Specifically, after the cloud server 2 identifies that the visitor outside the door is a stranger, the cloud server 2 performs image comparison on the image information and the image of the non-legal person by using the image processing module, and when the similarity between the image information and the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist is higher than the preset value, that is, the image information of the stranger is already in the blacklist, the second sending module sends a corresponding grade alarm instruction to the intelligent cat eye lock 1 according to the precaution grade of the image of the non-legal person. Specifically, if the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person is high, the second sending module sends a high-level alarm instruction to the intelligent cat-eye lock 1, so that the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 to perform high-level alarm; if the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person is low, the second sending module sends a low-level alarm instruction to the intelligent cat-eye lock 1, and the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 to give a low-level alarm. The cloud server 2 compares the image information with images of a plurality of non-legal persons in the blacklist to identify and judge the precaution level of an outdoor stranger, the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to warn at a corresponding level according to the judgment result, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 can give an alarm at a corresponding level to the stranger outside the door, the stranger with a high precaution level can be favorably warned, and the precaution effect is improved.
In addition, an administrator can log in the cloud server 2 through the mobile client 3 to perform information adjustment on the white list database and the black list database, wherein the information adjustment includes adding and deleting images in the white list database and the black list database. In addition, the information adjustment also comprises the adjustment of the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist database, and the administrator can adjust the precaution level of each image of the non-legal person in the blacklist database. Specifically, the administrator may add an image of a new visitor to the white list database in advance, so as to prevent the smart peep hole lock 1 from alarming the visitor. The administrator can add an image of a specific object in the blacklist database and set the level of protection of the image to a high level, so that the smart cat-eye lock 1 can give a high level alarm to the specific object. The administrator can delete the images in the white list database and the black list database so as to improve the prevention accuracy.
Further, the method further comprises storing the image information; if the visitor out of the door, which is fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and received by the cloud server 2, is a legal person, the cloud server 2 stores the image information to the white list; if the visitor out of the door, which is fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and received by the cloud server 2, is a non-legal person, the cloud server 2 stores the image information to the blacklist. Specifically, after the cloud server 2 identifies that the visitor is a stranger, if the second receiving module of the cloud server 2 receives the information that the visitor is a legal person and is fed back by the intelligent peep hole lock 1, the image processing module stores the image information into the white list database, so that the cloud server 2 automatically expands the white list, and the visitor is prevented from arriving at the cloud server 2 again and still being identified as the stranger. If the second receiving module of the cloud server 2 receives the information that the visitor outside the door is an illegal person fed back by the intelligent peep hole lock 1, the image processing module stores the image information to the blacklist database, so that the cloud server 2 records the image information of the stranger, the image information is convenient for a manager to check, the image information of the stranger is fed back to property security guards by the manager, and the stranger is prevented from entering a community.
Further, the blacklist of the cloud server 2 also records the storage times of images of non-legal persons, and the cloud server 2 stores the image information to the blacklist: if the image information is stored in the blacklist, the cloud server 2 calculates the storage times of the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist, and the cloud server 2 does not need to store the image information repeatedly; if the image information is not stored in the blacklist, the cloud server 2 stores the image information in the blacklist. Specifically, the cloud server 2 has a data processing module, and the data processing module is configured to calculate the blacklist and record the storage times of the images of the non-legal persons. In the process that the cloud server 2 identifies and judges the precaution grade of an unknown person outside a door, whether the image information is in the blacklist is judged, if the blacklist has the image information, the data processing module adds one to the number of times of storing the image of the illegal person in the blacklist, the cloud server 2 does not need to store the image information repeatedly, and the image is prevented from being stored repeatedly; if the image information is not in the blacklist, the image processing module stores the image information into the blacklist database as a newly added non-legal person image, and the data processing module sets the storage frequency of the non-legal person image as one.
Further, the method further includes adjusting the precaution level, after the cloud server 2 increases the number of times of storing the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist, the cloud server 2 counts the number of times of storing the image of the non-legal person, and if the number of times of storing the image of the non-legal person exceeds a preset number of times, the cloud server 2 sets the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person to be high. Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset number of times is 5, and when the number of times of storing the image of the unauthorized person exceeds the preset number of times, the data processing module of the cloud server 2 sets the level of protection of the unauthorized person to high level. And if the storage times of the images of the illegal persons are lower than the preset times, the precaution level of the illegal persons is set to be low by default. The cloud server 2 defines the illegal personnel appearing outdoors for many times as an advanced precaution object, so that the intelligent cat eye lock 1 can give advanced alarm to the illegal personnel, and the precaution intensity of the illegal personnel is improved.
According to the method, the system for identifying and warning strangers outside the door comprises the intelligent cat eye lock 1, the cloud server 2, the mobile client 3 and the gateway 4, wherein the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and the mobile client 3 are connected with the cloud server 2 through the gateway 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the smart door viewer 1 is connected to the gateway 4 through a connection protocol, and the mobile client 3 is connected to the gateway 4 through a wireless communication network;
the intelligent cat eye lock 1 is used for acquiring image information of an outdoor visitor and uploading the image information to the cloud server 2, and the intelligent cat eye lock 1 is also used for giving an alarm to strangers and detecting the stay time of the outdoor visitor;
the cloud server 2 is stored with an administrator image, the cloud server 2 is provided with a white list, the white list is used for storing a plurality of legal personnel images, and the cloud server 2 is used for performing image comparison on the received image information, the administrator image and the legal personnel image;
if the similarity between the image information and the images of the administrator and the legal personnel is smaller than a preset value, judging that the visitor out of the door is a stranger, and triggering the intelligent cat eye lock 1 by the cloud server 2 to give an alarm;
the mobile terminal 3 is configured to receive information sent by the cloud server 2;
when the intelligent peep hole lock 1 detects that the residence time of a stranger exceeds the preset time, the intelligent peep hole lock 1 prohibits outdoor unlocking and triggers the cloud server 2 to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3.
Specifically, in the system, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 includes an inductive switch module, a camera module, an alarm module, a first receiving module, a timing module and a first sending module. The cloud server 2 comprises a database, an image processing module, a second receiving module, a second sending module and a data processing module.
The sensing switch module can be an infrared sensing switch or a gravity sensing fast switch, and the camera module can be a network camera or a network video camera. When the visitor is close to the door, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 is opened through the inductive switch module, the camera module acquires the image information of the visitor outside the door, and uploads the image information to the cloud server 2 for identification and judgment. When the visitor leaves the door, the sensing switch module closes the camera module.
The databases include an administrator database and a white list database. The administrator database is used for storing administrator images, and the white list database is used for storing legal personnel images. The image processing module is used for receiving the image uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and comparing the image with the image stored in the database in image similarity. The second sending module is used for sending an information instruction to the intelligent cat eye lock 1. After the cloud server 2 acquires the image information of the visitor out of the door uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock 1, the cloud server 2 utilizes the image processing module to compare the image information with the administrator image and the legal person image: if the similarity between the image information and the images of the administrator and the images of the legal personnel is smaller than a preset value, the visitor out of the door is judged to be a stranger, the cloud server 2 sends an alarm instruction to the intelligent cat eye lock 1 through the second sending module, and the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to give an alarm.
The first receiving module is used for receiving an information instruction sent by the cloud server 2, and the first receiving module is further used for triggering the alarm module to give an alarm. The alarm module comprises a bulb module and a voice module. Specifically, when the first receiving module receives the alarm instruction sent by the cloud server 2, the first receiving module triggers the alarm module to alarm, the bulb module in the alarm module lights up alarm light, and the voice module sends out alarm voice to warn that a stranger is found and leave the stranger as soon as possible.
The timing module is configured to set a preset time and calculate a working time of the camera module, where the preset time is two minutes in this embodiment. The first sending module is configured to send a report instruction to the cloud server 2. When the working time of the camera module exceeds the preset time, namely the residence time of a stranger exceeds the preset time, the lock end of the smart cat-eye lock 1 enters a sensitive mode, in the sensitive mode, the smart cat-eye lock 1 is forbidden to be unlocked from the outside through any one of a key, a password, a fingerprint or a door card, and the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 can be unlocked from the outside only when acquiring the administrator image of the cloud server 2. The intelligent cat eye lock 1 can take precautionary measures in time, and strangers are prevented from unlocking the door lock and entering the room. Meanwhile, when the working time of the camera module exceeds the preset time, the first sending module sends a report instruction to the cloud server 2, and the intelligent cat eye lock 1 triggers the cloud server 2 to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3 through the report instruction, so that an administrator is informed of timely alarming.
The second receiving module is used for receiving the information instruction fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock 1. The second sending module is further configured to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3, where the alarm prompt may be an alarm short message. When the second receiving module receives the report instruction, the second sending module sends an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3, so that an administrator is informed of alarming in time.
The image information of the visitor out of the door is obtained through the intelligent cat eye lock 1 and uploaded to the cloud server 2, the cloud server 2 carries out image similarity comparison on the image information, an administrator image and a plurality of legal personnel images, and when the similarity between the image information and the administrator image and the similarity between the image information and the legal personnel images are smaller than a preset value, the visitor out of the door is identified and judged to be a stranger;
when the cloud server 2 identifies that the visitor is a stranger, the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent peep hole lock 1 to give an alarm, the intelligent peep hole lock 1 sends out warning lights and warning voices to inform that the stranger is found, the stranger leaves immediately, and if the stranger leaves in time, the cloud server 2 does not need to inform a manager, so that the reporting frequency is reduced. If the intelligent cat eye lock 1 detects that the residence time of a stranger exceeds the preset time, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 is forbidden to be unlocked from the outside through any one of a key, a password, a fingerprint or a door card, so that the intelligent cat eye lock 1 can take precautionary measures in time, the stranger is prevented from being unlocked from the outside and entering the room, in addition, the cloud server 2 sends an alarm prompt to the mobile client 3, a manager is informed of timely alarming, and precaution of the stranger is further improved.
Wherein, the alarm mode of the intelligent cat eye lock 1 comprises a high-level alarm and a low-level alarm. The database also comprises a blacklist database, wherein the blacklist database is used for storing images of non-legal persons and recording the precautionary levels of the non-legal persons, and the precautionary levels comprise high levels and low levels. When the cloud server 2 identifies that the visitor is a stranger, the cloud server 2 compares the image information with the image of the non-legal person by using the image processing module, and when the similarity between the image information and the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist database is higher than the preset value, namely the image information of the stranger is stored in the blacklist database, the second sending module sends a corresponding grade alarm instruction to the intelligent cat eye lock 1 according to the precaution grade of the image of the non-legal person. Specifically, if the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person is high, the second sending module sends a high-level alarm instruction to the intelligent cat-eye lock 1, so that the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 to perform high-level alarm; if the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person is low, the second sending module sends a low-level alarm instruction to the intelligent cat-eye lock 1, and the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 to give a low-level alarm. When the similarity between the image information and all the images of the non-legal persons in the blacklist database is lower than the preset value, namely the image information of the stranger is not in the blacklist database, the cloud server 2 defaults that the prevention level of the stranger is low, and the second sending module sends a low-level alarm instruction to the intelligent cat eye lock 1, so that the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to perform low-level alarm. The cloud server 2 compares the image information with images of a plurality of non-legal persons in the blacklist database to identify and judge the precaution level of an outdoor stranger, the cloud server 2 triggers the intelligent cat eye lock 1 to give a corresponding level warning according to the judgment result, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 can give an alarm to the stranger outside the door at a corresponding level, the stranger with a high precaution level can be favorably given an alarm, and the precaution effect is improved.
Specifically, when the first receiving module of the intelligent peep hole lock 1 receives the advanced alarm instruction fed back by the cloud server 2, then the intelligent peep hole lock 1 performs advanced alarm. The high-level alarm means that a bulb module in the alarm module emits high-power bright light which only enables eyes of people to be slightly open, for example, the high-level alarm is generated by an LED lamp with the rated power of 10w, and the voice module emits alarm voice with the sound intensity of 70-75 decibels. When the first receiving module of the intelligent peep hole lock 1 receives the low-level alarm instruction fed back by the cloud server 2, then the intelligent peep hole lock 1 performs low-level alarm. The low-level alarm means that a bulb module in the alarm module emits low-power weak light, for example, light emitted by an LED lamp with the rated power of 5w, and the voice module emits warning voice with the sound intensity of 60-65 decibels. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bulb module includes a first LED lamp and a second LED lamp, the rated power of the first LED lamp is 10w, the rated power of the second LED lamp is 5w, and when the smart cat-eye lock 1 performs a high-level alarm, the bulb module lights up the first LED lamp; when the intelligent cat eye lock 1 gives a low-level alarm, the bulb module lights the second LED lamp. The intelligent cat eye lock 1 can give an alarm in a corresponding level according to different precaution levels of strangers outside the door, and is beneficial to giving a high-level alarm to strangers with high precaution levels, so that the precaution effect is improved.
Further, under the condition that the cloud server 2 identifies strangers when judging the visitor out of the door, in the preset time, if the lock end of the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 is unlocked from the inner side, and the inductive switch module senses that the visitor out of the door enters the room, the intelligent cat-eye lock 1 sends a first storage instruction to the cloud server 2 through the first sending module, and feeds back the image information to the cloud server 2, wherein the image information is a legal person image. In the preset time, if the lock end of the intelligent cat eye lock 1 is not unlocked from the inner side, the intelligent cat eye lock 1 sends a second storage instruction to the cloud server 2 through the first sending module, and feeds back the image information to the cloud server 2 as an image of an illegal person. And the blacklist database is also used for recording the storage times of the images of the non-legal persons. And the data processing module is used for calculating the storage times of the images of the non-legal persons in the blacklist database. In the process that the cloud server 2 identifies and judges the precaution grade of an unknown person outside a door, whether the image information is in the blacklist database or not is judged, if the blacklist database has the image information, the data processing module adds one to the number of times of storing the image of the illegal person in the blacklist database, and the image processing module does not need to store the image information repeatedly and avoids the repeated storage of the image information; if the image information is not in the blacklist database, the image processing module stores the image information into the blacklist database as a newly added non-legal person image, and the data processing module sets the storage frequency of the non-legal person image as one. The data processing module counts the storage times of the image of the non-legal person after increasing the storage times of the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist database, and sets the precautionary level of the image of the non-legal person to be high if the storage times of the image of the non-legal person exceeds the preset times. Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset number of times is 5, and when the number of times of storing the image of the unauthorized person exceeds the preset number of times, the data processing module of the cloud server 2 sets the level of protection of the unauthorized person to high level. And if the storage times of the images of the illegal persons are lower than the preset times, the precaution level of the illegal persons is set to be low by default. The cloud server 2 defines the illegal personnel appearing outdoors for many times as an advanced precaution object, so that the intelligent cat eye lock 1 can give advanced alarm to the illegal personnel, and the precaution intensity of the illegal personnel is improved.

1. A method of identifying and alerting strangers outside a door, comprising a smart peep hole lock for connecting with a cloud server and a mobile terminal through a gateway, the method comprising:
the intelligent cat eye lock acquires image information of an visitor out of a door and uploads the image information to the cloud server for identification and judgment;
when the intelligent cat eye lock receives that the visitor out of the door fed back by the cloud server is a stranger, the intelligent cat eye lock gives an alarm;
when the intelligent peep hole lock detects that the stay time of a stranger exceeds the preset time, the intelligent peep hole lock prohibits outdoor unlocking and triggers the cloud server to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the alarm modes of the smart peep hole lock include high-level alarm and low-level alarm, and the smart peep hole lock performs the process of alarming according to the feedback of the cloud server:
when the intelligent cat eye lock receives that the visitor out of the door fed back by the cloud server is an advanced precaution object, the intelligent cat eye lock performs advanced alarm;
when the intelligent peep hole lock receives the low-level prevention object fed back by the cloud server, the intelligent peep hole lock performs low-level alarm.
3. A method of identifying and alerting strangers according to claim 1, further comprising feedback of image information,
within the preset time, if the intelligent peep hole lock is unlocked from the inner side and a visitor is detected to enter the door, the peep hole lock feeds back the image information to the cloud server as a legal person image;
and in the preset time, if the intelligent cat eye lock is not unlocked from the inner side, the cat eye intelligent lock feeds back the image information to the cloud server as an image of the illegal person.
4. The method for identifying and warning strangers according to claim 3, wherein when the inner side of the intelligent cat eye lock is unlocked, the intelligent cat eye lock acquires image information of an inner door opener and uploads the image information of the door opener to the cloud server for identification and judgment;
if the intelligent cat eye lock receives the door opening person non-manager fed back by the cloud server, the intelligent cat eye lock finishes image information feedback.
5. A method for identifying and warning strangers outside a door is characterized by comprising a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is used for being connected with an intelligent cat eye lock and a mobile terminal through a gateway, an administrator image is stored in the cloud server, the cloud server is provided with a white list, and the white list is used for storing a plurality of legal personnel images, and the method comprises the following steps:
the cloud server receives image information of the visitor out of the door uploaded by the intelligent cat eye lock;
the cloud server performs image comparison on the image information, the administrator image and the legal person image;
when the similarity of the image information, the image of the administrator and the image of the legal person is smaller than a preset value, judging that an visitor out of a door is a stranger, and triggering the intelligent cat eye lock by the cloud server to give an alarm;
when the residence time of the stranger fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock, which is received by the cloud server, exceeds the preset time, the cloud server sends an alarm prompt to the mobile client.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the cloud server further has a blacklist, the blacklist is used for storing images of non-legal persons and recording the precaution levels of the images of non-legal persons, the precaution levels include high level and low level, and the cloud server triggers the smart peep hole lock to alarm:
the cloud server compares the image information with the image of the non-legal person, and identifies and judges the precaution level of a stranger outside the door;
the cloud server triggers the intelligent cat eye lock to give an alarm of a corresponding level according to the precaution level of strangers outside the door.
7. The method of identifying and alerting an outside stranger of claim 6 further comprising storing image information;
if the visitor out of the door, which is fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock and received by the cloud server, is a legal person, the image information is stored in the white list;
and if the outdoor visitor fed back by the intelligent cat eye lock and received by the cloud server is a non-legal person, storing the image information to the blacklist.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the blacklist further records the number of times images of non-legitimate persons are stored, and the cloud server stores the image information to the blacklist by:
if the image information is stored in the blacklist, the cloud server calculates the storage times of the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist;
and if the image information is not stored in the blacklist, the cloud service stores the image information in the blacklist.
9. The method of identifying and alerting an outside stranger of a door of claim 8, further comprising adjusting a level of containment,
after the cloud server increases the storage times of the image of the non-legal person in the blacklist, the cloud server counts the storage times of the image of the non-legal person;
and if the storage times of the image of the non-legal person exceed the preset times, the cloud server sets the precaution level of the image of the non-legal person to be high.
10. A system for identifying and warning strangers outside a door is characterized by comprising an intelligent cat eye lock, a cloud server, a mobile client and a gateway, wherein the intelligent cat eye lock and the mobile client are connected with the cloud server through the gateway,
the intelligent cat eye lock is used for acquiring image information of the visitor out of the door and uploading the image information to the cloud server, and is also used for alarming strangers and detecting the stay time of the visitor out of the door;
the cloud server is provided with a white list, the white list is used for storing a plurality of legal personnel images, and the cloud server is used for performing image comparison on the received image information, the administrator image and the legal personnel image;
if the similarity between the image information and the images of the administrator and the legal personnel is smaller than a preset value, judging that the visitor out of the door is a stranger, and triggering the intelligent cat eye lock by the cloud server to give an alarm;
the mobile terminal is used for receiving information sent by the cloud server;
when the intelligent peep hole lock detects that the stay time of a stranger exceeds the preset time, the intelligent peep hole lock prohibits outdoor unlocking and triggers the cloud server to send an alarm prompt to the mobile client.
