Background
During the cooking process, a large amount of oil smoke is generated, and a large amount of heat is generated, especially in hot summer, the temperature of the kitchen is high due to the fact that the temperature of the kitchen is high, and the heat generated during cooking can cause the indoor temperature of the kitchen to be higher. Then, because the space of the kitchen is generally narrow, the air can not be exchanged in time, so that a cooker often gets full of sweat in the cooking process, and the cooking experience is greatly reduced. Moreover, the space of the kitchen is narrow, and the traditional air conditioner is inconvenient to install in the kitchen to cool the temperature of the kitchen.
In addition, along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the kitchen appliance integrating the kitchen range integrating the functions of a range hood, a gas range, a disinfection cabinet, a storage cabinet and the like is more and more resided in the kitchen of people with the unique advantages, and mainly solves the problems of cooking, exhausting cooking fume and disinfecting tableware, and has the advantages of compact structure, good oil fume absorbing effect, energy conservation, low consumption, environmental protection and the like. However, the existing integrated kitchen range is integrated with the functions of a range hood, but the functions of air conditioning and air purification are not integrated, so that the temperature of kitchen air cannot be reduced in the use process, and the quality of kitchen air cannot be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an air-conditioning type integrated kitchen system with high integration level and good air-conditioning heat dissipation effect aiming at the current state of the art.
The air conditioning integrated kitchen system comprises a kitchen body and an air conditioning component, wherein the air conditioning component comprises a compressor, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, the compressor, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are communicated through refrigerant pipelines, an oil smoke suction fan is arranged in the kitchen body, an air inlet of the oil smoke suction fan is communicated with an oil smoke suction inlet on the kitchen body, the air conditioning integrated kitchen system is characterized in that an air outlet of the oil smoke suction fan forms a first smoke discharging channel and a second smoke discharging channel through a bifurcation, a switching valve capable of switching between the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel is arranged at the bifurcation, the first heat exchanger is arranged in the first smoke discharging channel, the switching valve is switched to a position for opening the first smoke discharging channel and closing the second smoke discharging channel in an opening state of the air conditioning component, and the switching valve is switched to a position for closing the first smoke discharging channel and opening the second smoke discharging channel in an unopened state of the air conditioning component.
As a preferable scheme, the air outlets of the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel extend to the left and the right sides of the self-priming smoke blower, and the smoke outlets of the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel are arranged on different side walls corresponding to the kitchen lower cabinet.
As another preferable scheme, the air outlets of the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel extend to the left and the right sides of the self-priming smoke blower, and the smoke outlets of the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel are arranged on the same side wall body corresponding to the kitchen lower cabinet.
The switching valve can have various structures, and is preferably an electromagnetic switching valve, a single-valve-disc rotary valve, a right-angle rotary valve, a rotary opening and closing valve, a reciprocating valve or a rolling shutter valve.
Preferably, the switching valve includes a motor, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, and a winding sheet wound around the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the driving shaft has one and is mounted on an output shaft of the motor, the driven shaft has three and is parallel to the driving shaft, and the three driven shafts and the one driving shaft are distributed on four endpoints of the parallelogram, correspondingly, the winding sheet winds four sides, a vent hole is opened on one of the four sides, the first smoke exhaust channel is opened and the second smoke exhaust channel is closed in a state that the side with the vent hole rotates to an inlet of the first smoke exhaust channel, and the second smoke exhaust channel is opened and the first smoke exhaust channel is closed in a state that the side with the vent hole rotates to an inlet of the second smoke exhaust channel.
In order to supplement the air after heat exchange into the kitchen, an air inlet channel isolated from the internal flue is further arranged in the kitchen body, an air inlet of the air inlet channel is communicated with the interior or the exterior of the kitchen, the second heat exchanger and a heat exchange fan corresponding to the second heat exchanger are arranged in the air inlet channel, and an air outlet of the air inlet channel is communicated with the interior of the kitchen.
The air outlet of the air conditioner can be provided with a plurality of positions, and as a preferable scheme, the air outlet of the air inlet channel is arranged on the cooking bench of the kitchen range body. Of course, the air outlet of the air inlet channel can be arranged at other positions of the kitchen body.
Further preferably, the cooking bench is provided with a splitter plate for splitting the air outlet of the air inlet channel into two paths of air outlets, wherein one path of air outlet is formed from the upper surface of the cooking bench, and the other path of air outlet is formed from the front side surface of the cooking bench. Therefore, the air blown out from the upper surface of the cooking bench forms the jet air flow, the oil fume suction effect can be enhanced, the air blown out from the front side surface of the cooking bench can be blown to a cooker, and the cooking experience is improved.
Preferably, the air inlet of the air inlet channel is arranged on the front surface of the stove body and is positioned below the stove top.
In order to improve the heat exchange effect of the second heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger is arranged in an air channel between the air inlet of the air inlet channel and the air inlet of the heat exchange fan.
In order to make the system structure more compact, the oil fume suction fan and the heat exchange fan are centrifugal fans which are coaxially arranged and synchronously rotate under the drive of a common motor.
Further preferably, the compressor is installed in the range body.
Further preferably, the refrigerant line is provided with a four-way valve. In this way, by switching the four-way valve, the first heat exchanger may be an evaporator, the second heat exchanger may be a condenser, or the first heat exchanger may be a condenser, and the second heat exchanger may be an evaporator.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner integrated kitchen system has the advantages that the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel are formed through the bifurcation, the first smoke discharging channel is opened by switching the switching valve in the air conditioner opening state, so that the oil smoke entering the first smoke discharging channel takes away the heat of the first heat exchanger, the heat exchanging effect is improved, the air conditioner energy efficiency is further improved, and the switching valve can be switched to close the first smoke discharging channel in the air conditioner closing state.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
Embodiment one:
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the air-conditioning integrated cooker system of the present embodiment includes a cooker body 1 and an air conditioning unit. The air conditioning assembly comprises a compressor 21, a first heat exchanger 22 and a second heat exchanger 23, wherein the compressor 21, the first heat exchanger 22 and the second heat exchanger 23 are communicated through a refrigerant pipeline 24, a four-way valve (shown in the figure) is arranged on the refrigerant pipeline 24, and the air conditioner can realize the functions of refrigerating or heating by switching the four-way valve. In this embodiment, in the refrigeration mode, the first heat exchanger 22 is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 23 is an evaporator, and in the heating mode, the first heat exchanger 22 is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 23 is an evaporator, and the specific working principle of the air conditioning assembly is the same as that of the existing air conditioner, and will not be described here.
In this embodiment, the stove body 1 includes a stove 17, an upper baffle 18 and a lower baffle 19 disposed above the stove, and an air inlet between the upper baffle 18 and the lower baffle 19 forms the oil smoke suction inlet 11. The kitchen body 1 internally provided with a compressor 21 and an oil smoke suction fan 12, an air inlet of the oil smoke suction fan 12 is communicated with an oil smoke suction inlet 11, and a filter screen 6 is arranged in an air channel between the air inlet of the oil smoke suction fan 12 and the oil smoke suction inlet 11. The air outlet of the smoke exhaust fan 12 forms a first smoke exhaust channel 13 and a second smoke exhaust channel 14 through the bifurcation 10, in this embodiment, the air outlet of the smoke exhaust fan 12 extends to the left and right sides of the first smoke exhaust channel 13 and the second smoke exhaust channel 14, and the smoke outlets of the first smoke exhaust channel 13 and the second smoke exhaust channel 14 are all arranged on the same side wall corresponding to the kitchen lower cabinet.
The branch port 10 is provided with a switching valve capable of switching between the first smoke discharge duct 13 and the second smoke discharge duct 14, and the switching valve of the present embodiment is a right angle rotary valve 31. The first heat exchanger 22 is installed in the first smoke discharge passage 13, the purification module 7 is installed at the front end of the first heat exchanger 22, the right angle rotary valve 31 is switched to a position to open the first smoke discharge passage 13 and to close the second smoke discharge passage 14 in an opened state of the air conditioning module, and the right angle rotary valve 31 is switched to a position to close the first smoke discharge passage 13 and to open the second smoke discharge passage 14 in an unopened state of the air conditioning module.
An air inlet channel 15 isolated from the internal flue is also arranged in the stove body 1, and a second heat exchanger 23 and a heat exchange fan 16 corresponding to the second heat exchanger are arranged in the air inlet channel 15.
The air inlet of the air inlet channel 15 is communicated with the interior or the exterior of the kitchen, as shown in fig. 2, the air inlet of the air inlet channel 15 is arranged on the front surface of the kitchen body 1 and below the kitchen range 17, and the second heat exchanger 23 is arranged in the air channel between the air inlet of the air inlet channel 15 and the air inlet of the heat exchange fan 16, namely, the air inlet of the air inlet channel 15 is communicated with the interior of the kitchen. As shown in fig. 1, the air inlet of the air inlet channel 15 is communicated with the outside through a fresh air pipeline 8.
The air outlet of the air inlet channel 15 is communicated with the kitchen chamber. In this embodiment, the air outlet of the air inlet channel 15 is disposed on the cooking bench 17 of the cooking stove body 1, and the cooking bench 17 is provided with a splitter plate 4 for splitting the air outlet of the air inlet channel 15 into two paths of air outlets, wherein one path of air outlet is from the upper surface of the cooking bench 17, and the other path of air outlet is from the front side surface of the cooking bench 17.
As shown in fig. 2, the extractor hood 12 and the heat exchange fan 16 of the present embodiment are centrifugal fans coaxially arranged and synchronously rotate under the drive of the public motor 5.
When the system works, taking a refrigeration mode as an example, the first heat exchanger 22 is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 23 is an evaporator, under the action of the heat exchange fan 16, indoor air enters the air inlet channel 15, cold air is blown out from an air outlet on the cooking bench 17 after passing through the evaporator, air blown out from the upper surface of the cooking bench 17 forms injection air flow, the oil smoke absorbing effect can be enhanced, and air blown out from the front side surface of the cooking bench can be blown to a cooking person, so that cooking experience is improved. Simultaneously, the right-angle rotary valve 31 is switched to enable the first smoke discharging channel 13 to be opened and the second smoke discharging channel 14 to be closed, and air flow entering the first smoke inlet channel 13 takes away heat on the condenser through the smoke suction fan 12 to dissipate heat of the condenser, so that the heat exchange effect of the condenser is improved, and the energy efficiency of an air conditioner is further improved.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the switching valve in this embodiment is an electromagnetic switching valve 32, and the other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
Third embodiment as shown in fig. 5, the switching valve of this embodiment is a single-valve-disc rotary valve 33, and the rest of the structure is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
In the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the switching valve in this embodiment is a shuttle valve 34, and the other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
In the fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the switching valve in this embodiment is a roller shutter valve 35, and the other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
In a sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the switching valve of the present embodiment includes a motor 361, a driving shaft 362, a driven shaft 363, and a winding piece 364 wound around the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the driving shaft 362 has one and is mounted on the output shaft of the motor 361, the driven shaft 363 has three and is parallel to the driving shaft 362, and the three driven shafts 363 and the one driving shaft 362 are distributed on four end points of a parallelogram, and correspondingly, the winding piece 364 is wound in four sides, a vent hole 365 is opened on one of the four sides, the first vent hole 13 is opened and the second vent hole 14 is closed in a state in which the side with the vent hole 365 is rotated to the inlet of the first vent hole 13, and the second vent hole 14 is opened and the first vent hole 13 is closed in a state in which the side with the vent hole 365 is rotated to the inlet of the second vent hole 14. The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
In the seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the air outlets of the first smoke exhaust channel 13 and the second smoke exhaust channel 14 of the present embodiment extend to the left and right sides of the self-priming smoke blower 12, and the smoke outlets of the first smoke exhaust channel 13 and the second smoke exhaust channel 14 are all arranged on different side walls corresponding to the kitchen lower cabinet. The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described here.
