In one embodiment, the lamp body assembly further comprises a lampshade waterproof ring arranged at the joint of the upper cover and the reflecting cover.
In one embodiment, the lamp body assembly is provided with a lifting rope at one side of the mounting plate assembly.
In one embodiment, one side of the upper cover component is movably connected with the lamp body component through a rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, the lamp body assembly is provided with at least two power supply places' at the power supply; and k is a bare board power supply placing position and a finished product power supply placing position on one side respectively.
In one embodiment, the reflector is a PET housing.
In one embodiment, the glass lampshade is a PC lampshade housing.
The mounting steps of the exterior wall lamp structure comprise:
s1, loosening the screws in the screw loosening direction by using an inner hexagonal wrench, and taking out the mounting plate from the lamp body assembly;
s2, fixing the mounting plate on a junction box of a mounting wall surface by using a cross screwdriver;
s3, hanging a lifting rope on the lamp body assembly in a clamping groove on the mounting plate to prevent the lamp from falling off in the mounting process;
s4, connecting wires by using a spring spiral connecting terminal according to black-to-black, white-to-white, green line grounding, purple-to-purple and gray-to-gray;
s5, fixing the lamp body assembly on a mounting plate on the wall surface;
and S6, rotating the set screw according to the fastening direction by using an inner hexagonal wrench, and tightly pushing the mounting plate to finish the mounting of the whole lamp.
The upper cover component, the lamp body component and the mounting plate component are formed by three large components. (see FIG. 4): wherein reference numerals 1-8 in fig. 1 constitute an upper cover assembly to complete the fixation of the glass lampshade; the reference numerals 9-31 form a lamp body assembly to finish the installation and fixation of a power supply, a lamp panel, a reflector panel, a rubber plug with a wire and a fixed pressing plate; reference numerals 32-24 constitute a mounting plate assembly to complete the assembly and fixation of the mounting plate. And (3) assembly process of the components: the upper cover component is arranged in a rotating shaft hole of the label lamp body through a rotating shaft, and then the upper cover component is clamped by the clamp spring to prevent the upper cover component from falling off. And then the upper cover assembly and the bottom shell assembly are fixed together through upper cover fixing screws to complete the installation of the upper cover assembly and the bottom shell assembly. The single-side gum foam can be attached to the mounting plate and then is mounted on the bottom shell assembly, and the mounting plate is mounted by locking and fixing the mounting plate through the mounting plate fastening screw. In short, the upper cover assembly completes the fixing of the light emitting surface, the bottom shell assembly completes the fixing of the power supply and the light source plate, and the mounting plate assembly completes the fixing of the mounting part. An emergency switch button and an optical sensor component can be mounted at one hole position below the lamp body so as to meet common configuration in the traditional wall pack.
The structure can be realized only by using the mounting plate assembly during installation.
This technical scheme is littleer in size, light in weight, and installation labour saving and time saving has practiced thrift manpower installation cost. The die saves one set of large die-casting die cost and structurally saves one large die-casting piece. The heat sink and the bottom chassis in the conventional wall pack are used in combination. The lamp also solves the problem of water inlet of a contact surface by arranging a bottom shell waterproof ring in the middle of an outdoor lamp, and the structure combines a radiator and a bottom shell in the traditional wall pack into a whole, so the bottom shell waterproof ring is not needed. The mould saves the mould cost of the bottom shell waterproof ring and the cost of the bottom shell waterproof ring structurally.
When the traditional wall pack is installed, the bottom shell is fixed on an installation wall surface, and then other structural members are installed. The wall pack is installed through the installation plate, and the installation plate is fixed on the installation wall surface firstly during installation, and then other structural members are installed. The mounting plate in the technical scheme replaces the mounting function of the bottom shell in the traditional wall pack, and the cost of the die and the cost of the structural part are much lower. Only finished product power supply placement positions are designed in the traditional wall pack, and in the design of the technical scheme, finished product power supply installation positions are designed, and bare board power supply placement positions are designed, so that different customer requirements can be met. The direct glue filling of the power supply to the lamp body is lower than the direct purchase of the power supply and then the installation cost.
Compared with the old wall pack, the new wall pack is smaller in size, light in weight, low in mold opening cost and low in structural part cost, a bottom shell and a bottom shell waterproof ring in the traditional wall pack are removed, and the structural part cost is greatly reduced compared with that of the traditional wall pack. And the bare board power supply installation glue filling part is designed functionally, so that the cost is saved from the power supply. In view of the current situation of trade wars, the low-cost wallpack, a new style, is more popular with the north american market.
The traditional wallpack has one more bottom case waterproof ring because the radiator is separated from the bottom case. The traditional wall pack in the north american market is opened from the side at present. For example, the radiator is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the bottom shell through the rotating shaft hole of the radiator, and then the upper cover part and the bottom shell part are fixed together through the upper cover fixing screw. Because the length of the traditional wall pack in the length direction is too long, the length of the force arm can be increased by the structure that the side surface is uncovered, and therefore the finished lamp assembled by the traditional wall pack is obtained. The prepressing force born by the middle part of the waterproof ring of the bottom shell is smaller than that born by the two ends, so that two water leakage holes are generally designed in the bottom shell of the traditional wallpack. The conventional wall pack by itself does not achieve the IP65 protection level in design.
And this technical scheme initiative front mode of uncapping, during the equipment, the upper cover embolias the left lower pivot hole of lamp body through the pivot from the area downthehole, and is fixed with the lamp body through upper cover fixed screw again, accomplishes the equipment. Because this technical scheme is little a lot than traditional wallpack, so the arm of force reduces greatly, and the packing force that consequently the waterproof circle of lamp shade received is more even, and is waterproof obtains better guarantee. This technical scheme only has a waterproof circle in the design, saves the waterproof circle of drain pan, from waterproof aspect, waterproof circle is more a hidden danger and is just more a lot of. Therefore, compared with the traditional wall pack, the technical scheme has higher protection grade and better guarantee for water resistance.
Traditional wall pack compares with this technical scheme major structure spare, and this technical scheme has more a reflector, and I pioneered is applied to the wall pack with the PET reflector, and this reflector material is the PET material, can use under 110 ℃ for a long time, and this PET reflectivity can reach more than 96% in addition, can effectually prevent light loss. Thus, wall pack on the north american market only admits light flux within 0-90 ° and light outside 90 ° is waste light in DLC certification. The proportion of the luminous flux within 0-90 degrees in the whole luminous flux of the lamp can be improved by adding the reflector to the novel wallpack, and the comparison is carried out on the same power, wherein the luminous flux within 0-90 degrees, which is tested by a remote distribution photometer, of the novel wallpack accounts for 93 percent of the whole luminous flux of the lamp by taking the glass cover 80W as an example. The luminous flux in the range of 0 to 90 degrees measured by a conventional wallpack without a reflector accounts for 85% of the total lamp luminous flux. Therefore, the novel wallpack can effectively prevent light loss due to the addition of the reflecting cover. See below for comparison of luminous flux test data (data in red box) for new and old wallpack at 90 deg..
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
this technical scheme unites two into one through the function with the radiator in lamp body with traditional wall pack and drain pan. The bottom shell is removed, and the installation function is realized only through the installation plate, so that time and labor are saved. And the protection level is improved, and the light loss is reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
