Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile assembly, in particular to a car door lifting appliance centralizing system.
Background
Generally, car assembly shop door assembly line generally is equipped with retinue material dolly, the material dolly is placed between two door hoists, obtain the power that advances through hanging to lean on the door hoist, because the door hoist hangs down the height higher, the lower extreme is unset, when personnel's operation, the door hoist is easy atress and takes place to rock, thereby influence the operation precision, rock for reducing the hoist, it is common in the trade to set up on the hoist top and right stabilising arrangement, as shown in figure 1, but the effect is not good, generally the hoist is when door inner panel installation station operation, open the door owing to need install the buckle, thereby lead to the hoist to shake momentum and reach about 20cm, door on the hoist shakes acutely, seriously influences the operation.
In order to solve the problems, a lower righting track is additionally arranged at the lower end of a lifting appliance, as shown in the attached drawing 2, the lifting appliance is prevented from shaking, but a newly-added righting device can cause the material trolley to interfere with the lifting appliance, the material trolley can not normally run, two material trolley conveying lines can only be newly arranged on two sides of a production line, the material trolley is delivered along with the lifting appliance, the investment is large, the material trolley conveying lines are often staggered with a vehicle door because signal interaction abnormity can occur between the material trolley conveying lines and the vehicle door conveying lines, the operation quality can not be guaranteed, two special material trolley conveying lines are additionally arranged, and the cost is increased.
To sum up, on the door assembly line in the present industry, the door hoist has following problem:
(1) only the upper centering device is arranged, and the stabilizing effect of the upper centering device on the car door lifting appliance is poor;
(2) the lower righting device shown in the attached drawing 2 is additionally arranged at the lower end of the car door lifting appliance, the number of the material trolleys is large, the chassis of the material trolleys is low, and the material trolleys and the newly-added lower righting device can be directly interfered and clamped and cannot run; the material trolley is divided into a left distribution line and a right distribution line, the number of the material trolleys needs to be increased, meanwhile, the material trolley conveying belts need to be increased, the investment is huge, and the reciprocating workpiece taking walking waste exists in the operation of staff;
(3) the influence of the vehicle door shaking on the assembling quality of the vehicle door inner plate mounting station is large, and unnecessary waste can be caused by the whole-line increase of the straightening and stabilizing device.
Therefore, a need has been urgently needed for a door sling righting system, can satisfy when door inner panel installation station operation, the door sling is firm, and the volume of rocking is little, and is economical and practical again.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a car door lifting appliance centralizing system which can not only ensure that a car door lifting appliance is stable and has small shaking amount when the car door inner plate is installed on a station for operation, but also is economical and practical.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a door hanger centering system, comprising:
the upper righting device comprises an upper righting wheel arranged at the upper end of the car door lifting appliance and an upper righting track matched and guided with the upper righting wheel;
the lower righting device comprises a lower righting wheel arranged at the lower end of the vehicle door sling, a vehicle door sling lower righting part matched with the lower righting wheel, a material trolley righting part following the rear part of the vehicle door sling and a base,
the material trolley righting part comprises two uphill tracks arranged in parallel, two stable tracks arranged in parallel and two downhill tracks arranged in parallel, and the uphill tracks, the stable tracks and the downhill tracks are sequentially connected to form a trapezoidal frame;
the lower righting part of the car door sling is arranged on the upper part of the base, and the two ascending tracks, the two stable tracks and the two descending tracks of the righting part of the material trolley are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower righting part of the car door sling respectively.
Preferably, the upper righting track comprises a guide groove and a support frame, and the guide groove is arranged on the support frame.
Preferably, the number of the support frames is several, and the support frames are used for stably supporting the guide grooves.
Preferably, the lower righting part of the vehicle door sling comprises a plurality of brackets and vehicle door sling rails matched with the lower righting wheels, and each bracket comprises a bracket support and a door-shaped frame arranged on the upper surface of the bracket support.
Preferably, the base, including base crossbeam and a plurality of base vertical beams that parallel and level set up, a plurality of bases vertical beams interval sets up between the base crossbeam.
Preferably, the brackets are arranged below the vehicle door hanger rail at uniform intervals and used for supporting the vehicle door hanger rail.
Preferably, the bracket support is a square pipe or a rectangular pipe.
Preferably, the gate frame comprises two parallel vertical supports arranged vertically and a transverse support arranged at the upper ends of the vertical supports.
Preferably, the vertical supports are square pipes or rectangular pipes, and the transverse supports are angle steels.
Preferably, the car door hanger rail is two hanger rail angle steels arranged with opposite distances, the first surfaces of the two hanger rail angle steels are respectively connected with the transverse support of the door-shaped frame, and the space formed by the second surfaces of the two hanger rail angle steels forms the accommodating space of the straightening wheel at the lower part of the car door hanger.
Preferably, two ends of the car door hanger rail are respectively provided with a first bell mouth which is convenient for a straightening wheel under the hanger to enter or separate.
Preferably, the uphill track includes the second horn mouth and the uphill spout that are convenient for material dolly wheel uphill, the second horn mouth sets up in the uphill end of uphill spout.
Preferably, the stable track includes a stable sliding groove, the downhill track includes a downhill sliding groove, the end of the uphill sliding groove deviating from the uphill end is connected with the end of the stable sliding groove in an uphill inclined manner, and the other end of the stable sliding groove is connected with the end of the downhill sliding groove in a downhill inclined manner.
Preferably, the uphill sliding groove, the stable sliding groove and the downhill sliding groove are made of groove-shaped steel materials with U-shaped cross sections.
Preferably, the base cross beam is a square tube or a rectangular tube; the base vertical beams are angle steels and are respectively provided with foundation bolt connecting holes.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention relates to a car door lifting appliance centralizing system which comprises an upper centralizing device and a lower centralizing device, wherein the lower centralizing device comprises a lower centralizing wheel arranged at the lower end of a car door lifting appliance, a car door lifting appliance lower centralizing part matched with the lower centralizing wheel, a material trolley centralizing part following the rear part of the car door lifting appliance and a base, the material trolley centralizing part comprises two uphill tracks arranged in parallel, two stable tracks arranged in parallel and two downhill tracks arranged in parallel, and the uphill tracks, the stable tracks and the downhill tracks are sequentially connected to form a trapezoidal frame; the lower righting part of the door sling is arranged on the upper part of the base, the two ascending tracks, the two stable tracks and the two descending tracks of the righting part of the material trolley are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower righting part of the door sling, so that the shaking amount of the door sling is greatly reduced under the combined action of the upper righting device and the lower righting device, and the ascending tracks, the stable tracks and the descending tracks of the righting part of the material trolley are arranged, so that the walking base of the material trolley is lifted at the installation station of the door inner plate, therefore, the material trolley can not interfere with the door track of the door sling at the lower righting part of the door sling, the whole door installation production line is only required to be provided with the lower righting device at the installation station of the door inner plate, and the material trolley can stably follow the door sling without other transformation, compared with the scheme shown in figure 2, the material trolley conveying lines are additionally arranged on the two sides of the car door lifting appliance, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the material transportation is timely and accurate, and the chassis height of the material trolley is not required to be raised.
2. According to the vehicle door lifting appliance centralizing system, the two ends of the vehicle door lifting appliance track are respectively provided with the first bell mouths which are convenient for the centralizing wheels at the lower part of the lifting appliance to enter or separate, so that the centralizing wheels at the lower part of the vehicle door lifting appliance are easy to enter or separate from the vehicle door lifting appliance track, and the whole production line can be smoothly produced and operated.
3. According to the vehicle door lifting appliance centralizing system, a material trolley centralizing part comprises two uphill tracks arranged in parallel, two stable tracks arranged in parallel and two downhill tracks arranged in parallel, and the uphill tracks, the stable tracks and the downhill tracks are sequentially connected to form a trapezoidal frame; the material trolley behind the vehicle door lifting appliance can stably follow the vehicle door lifting appliance on the material trolley righting part without interfering with the vehicle door lifting appliance track, and a special conveying line is not required to be additionally established, so that the equipment cost is greatly reduced.

the upper righting device 1 comprises an upper righting wheel 11 arranged at the upper end of the vehicle door lifting appliance 4 and an upper righting track 12 which is matched with the upper righting wheel 11 for guiding;
the lower righting device 6 comprises a lower righting wheel 64 arranged at the lower end of the vehicle door sling 4, a vehicle door sling lower righting part 61 matched with the lower righting wheel 64, a material trolley righting part 62 following the rear part of the vehicle door sling and a base 63,
the material trolley righting part 62 comprises two uphill tracks 621 arranged in parallel, two stable tracks 622 arranged in parallel and two downhill tracks 623 arranged in parallel, and the uphill tracks 621, the stable tracks 622 and the downhill tracks 623 are sequentially connected to form a trapezoidal frame;
the lower righting part 61 of the door sling is arranged on the upper part of the base 63, the two ascending rails 621, the two stable rails 622 and the two descending rails 623 of the righting part 62 of the material trolley are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower righting part 61 of the door sling, so that the shaking amount of the door sling 4 is greatly reduced under the combined action of the upper righting device 1 and the lower righting device 6, and the ascending rails 621, the stable rails 622 and the descending rails 623 of the righting part 62 of the material trolley are arranged, so that the walking base of the material trolley 5 is lifted at the door inner plate mounting station, therefore, the material trolley 5 can not interfere with the lower righting part 61 of the door sling, the whole door mounting production line is enabled to be provided with the lower righting device 6 only by additionally arranging the door inner plate mounting station, and the material trolley 5 can stably follow the door sling 4 without other transformation, compared with the scheme shown in figure 2, the material trolley 5 conveying lines are additionally arranged on the two sides of the vehicle door lifting appliance 5, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the material transportation is timely and accurate, and the chassis height of the material trolley 5 per se does not need to be raised.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper centering rail 12 includes a guide groove 121 and a support bracket 122, and the guide groove 121 is disposed on the support bracket 122.
As a preferred embodiment, the number of the supporting frames is several, and the supporting frames are used for stably supporting the guide grooves.
As a preferred embodiment, the door hanger centralizing part 61 comprises a plurality of brackets 611 and a door hanger rail 612 matched with the door hanger lower centralizing wheels 64, wherein the brackets 611 comprise bracket supports 6111 and a portal frame 6112 arranged on the upper surfaces of the bracket supports 6111;
as a preferred embodiment, the base 63 includes a base cross beam 631 and a plurality of base vertical beams 632 arranged in parallel and flush, and the plurality of base vertical beams 632 are arranged between the base cross beams 631 at intervals;
in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of brackets 611 are spaced evenly below the door hanger rail 612 for supporting the door hanger rail 61.
As a preferred embodiment, the base 63 is disposed under the plurality of brackets 611 for supporting the material trolley centering portion 62 and the door hanger centering portion 61, and the material trolley centering portion 62 is disposed on both sides of the upper portion of the door hanger centering portion 61, so that the material trolley 5 can still synchronously travel along with the door hanger, and meanwhile, the material trolley 5 does not interfere with the door hanger rail 612 of the door hanger centering portion 61, thereby solving the problem that the door hanger shakes at the door inner panel mounting station to seriously affect the operation.
As a preferred embodiment, the bracket support 6111 is a square tube or a rectangular tube.
As a preferred embodiment, the door frame 6112 includes two parallel vertical supports 61121 and a lateral support 61122 disposed at the upper end of the vertical supports 61121, and the door frame supports to provide a stable support for the door hanger rail 612.
In a preferred embodiment, the vertical supports 61121 are square tubes or rectangular tubes, and the lateral supports are angle irons 61122.
As a preferred embodiment, the car door hanger rail 612 is two hanger rail angle steels arranged at opposite intervals, the first surfaces of the two hanger rail angle steels are respectively connected with the transverse support 61122 of the door frame 6112, and the space formed by the second surfaces 6121 of the two hanger rail angle steels constitutes the accommodating space of the car door hanger lower righting wheel 64, so that the car door hanger lower righting wheel has a simple and practical structure and is low in cost.
As a preferred embodiment, the two ends of the door hanger rail 612 are respectively provided with a first bell mouth 613 for facilitating the entry or the departure of the lower righting wheel 64, so that the lower righting wheel 64 of the door hanger can easily enter or depart from the door hanger rail, and the whole production line can smoothly run.
As preferred embodiment, the uphill track 621 includes the second horn mouth 6211 and the uphill spout that are convenient for material trolley wheel upslope, and second horn mouth 6211 sets up in the uphill end of uphill spout, and the setting of second horn mouth 6211 makes material trolley 5 walk material trolley portion 62 of righting smoothly for material trolley 5 can follow the door hoist smoothly.
As a preferred embodiment, the stable rail 622 includes a stable sliding groove, the downhill rail 623 includes a downhill sliding groove, the end of the uphill sliding groove departing from the uphill end is connected with the end of the stable sliding groove in an uphill inclined manner, and the other end of the stable sliding groove is connected with the end of the downhill sliding groove in a downhill inclined manner, so that the material trolley 5 following the rear side of the vehicle door hanger stably follows the vehicle door hanger on the material trolley righting portion 62 without interfering with the vehicle door hanger rail 612, and a special conveying line is not required to be additionally established, thereby greatly reducing the equipment cost.
As a preferred embodiment, the uphill sliding groove, the steady sliding groove and the downhill sliding groove are made of channel steel materials with U-shaped cross sections.
As a preferred embodiment, the base beam 631 is a square tube or a rectangular tube; the base vertical beams 632 are angle steels, and foundation bolt connecting holes are respectively arranged on the base vertical beams 632.
Referring to fig. 3, the operation of the door spreader on the door spreader centralizing system is as follows:
because material trolley centralizing part 62 sets up on base 63, and the symmetry is established in the both sides of door hoist centralizing part 61, and material trolley centralizing part 62 is equipped with uphill track 621, steady track 622, and downhill track 623, make the running height of material trolley 5 improve, avoid interfering with door hoist centralizing part 61 of lower righting wheel 64, the following door hoist that simultaneously can be steady, avoid as shown in fig. 2, set up new material trolley 5 transfer chain in righting track both sides down, make the cost of production line drop into too high, and avoid material trolley and door hoist asynchronous following to cause the untimely or wrong condition of delivery of material delivery.
