The thickness of the honeycomb paperboard is reduced, so that the aim of saving raw materials is fulfilled; in order to ensure that the performance of the honeycomb carton is not reduced, the bending structure between adjacent side plates of the carton is improved, at least 2 external indentations and at least 1 internal indentation are combined to form a bending part, so that the bending part of the honeycomb carton is not concentrated on a certain indentation any more, but the deformation of the carton in the bending process is dispersed to the internal and external indentations, further the deformation of the honeycomb carton is reduced, and the compressive strength of the carton and the carton is improved so as to meet the requirements.

The depth of the first outer indentations 4 is 1/2, i.e., 3mm, of the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard 10, the depth of the second outer indentations 5 is 1/3, i.e., 2mm, of the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard 10, and the interval between two adjacent outer indentations is 1.5 times, i.e., 9mm, of the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard 10. The depth of the inner impressions 8, between the first outer impressions 4 and the second outer impressions 5, may be 2.5 mm. Both the inner 8 and outer impressions are parallel to the edge of the lateral plate 2.
Because the side plates are bent in the opposite direction to the bending direction in the use state or in the bending direction in the use state in the recycling and flattening process, even if the side plates of the side walls are bent in a flat, straight or folded manner, the deformation of the side plates after bending to the flat and straight is relatively small, and the deformation of the side plates after bending to the folded manner is relatively large, the depth of a first outer indentation on the side plate on one side in the folding direction is relatively large, the damage of the honeycomb carton during storage of the flattened honeycomb side plates can be effectively reduced, the depth of a second outer indentation on the side plate on the flat and straight side is relatively small, the structural damage degree of the honeycomb paperboard is reduced, and the compression strength of a bending part of the box body formed by bending the honeycomb side plates during reuse is further ensured; the inventor adjusts the structure of the inner press mark and the depth of the two outer press marks, so that the honeycomb carton can be recycled, the service life of the honeycomb carton can be prolonged, and the use cost of the carton can be reduced.
The depth of the inner indentation 8 is between the depth of the first outer indentation 4 and the depth of the second outer indentation 5, so that the deformation of the side plate formed by processing the honeycomb paperboard in the bending process can be met, and the performance such as the compressive strength of the bent honeycomb paperboard can be ensured to meet the requirements of the carton.
The quality of the indentation bending quality is greatly related to the indentation depth, namely the indentation angle, the indentation is too shallow, namely the depth is smaller, the section is cracked due to overlarge strain of the indentation part on the surface paper of the honeycomb paperboard 10 in the bending process, and the indentation is too deep, namely the depth is larger, the paperboard is cracked in the bending operation or the local strength along the indentation line is excessively reduced, so that the bending cannot be performed; therefore, the depth of the outer indentation is 1/3-1/2 of the thickness of the paper board of the honeycomb carton, so that the situation that the facial tissue is cracked due to excessive strain can be avoided, and the strength required by bending and the whole carton compressive strength required by the carton in the using process can be ensured.
In this embodiment, the inner indentations, the first outer indentations and the second outer indentations are designed to meet the requirement that the honeycomb paper board is reduced in thickness, and the honeycomb paper board is recycled by adjusting the structures of the inner indentations and the depths of the two outer indentations.
In this embodiment, the cross-sections of the inner and outer indentations have a U-shaped configuration. The middle part of the indentation of the structure is of a circular arc structure, so that the honeycomb paperboard can be compressed or expanded to a larger extent in the folding process of the indentation.
The two sides of the inner indentation 8 are provided with pre-pressing lines 9, and the depth of the pre-pressing lines 9 is less than or equal to 1 mm. The pre-pressing line 9 is arranged to perform shallow indentation on the honeycomb paperboard 10 in a first step, so that the honeycomb paperboard 10 is softened in the area of the pre-pressing line 9, and then external indentation with a deeper depth can be performed in the area, thereby avoiding line explosion. Based on the above principle, the pre-pressing line 9 can be arranged on one side of the outer indentation.
The outer indentation and the inner indentation 8 are formed by pressing the honeycomb paperboard 10 through a two-wire line pressing wheel or line contact.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the thickness of the honeycomb cardboard 10 for making the honeycomb carton is 12mm, and the thickness of the honeycomb core is 10 mm. The outer impressions located on the outer side of the carton comprise a first outer impression 4 and a second outer impression 5; the first external impression 4 and the second external impression 5 are respectively positioned at two sides of the internal impression 8 of the side wall of the carton, and the depth of the first external impression 4 is greater than that of the second external impression 5. Inner crease 8 on the inside of the carton comprises a first inner crease 801, a second inner crease 802 and a third inner crease 803, wherein first inner crease 801 is located between second inner crease 802 and third inner crease 803 and the depth of first inner crease 801 is greater than the depth of second inner crease 802 and third inner crease 803. Wherein first outer crease 4 is located between first inner crease 801 and second inner crease 8028 and second outer crease 5 is located between first inner crease 801 and third inner crease 803.
The first inner indentation 801, the second outer indentation 5, the second inner indentation 802 and the third inner indentation 803 realize that the side plate 2 is continuously bent to a folding state that the inner side surface of the adjacent side plate 2 is attached along the bending direction of the use state in the recycling and flattening process, the second inner indentation 802 and the second outer indentation 5 realize that the side plate 2 is bent to form a bent part or is bent to a state that the adjacent side plate 2 is flatly laid and vertically laid along the opposite direction of the bending direction of the use state when the side plate 2 is recycled, and the first outer indentation 4, the first inner indentation 801, the second outer indentation 5, the second inner indentation 802 and the third inner indentation 803 realize that the side plate 2 is continuously bent to a folding state that the outer side surface of the adjacent side plate 2 is attached along the opposite direction of the bending direction of the use state in the recycling and.
The outer indentation and the inner indentation 8 on the honeycomb carton are formed by pressing a honeycomb paperboard 10 through two three-line creasing rollers.
The cross sections of the inner indentations 8 and the outer indentations are of U-shaped structures. Or may be designed in a V-shaped configuration.
The two sides of the inner indentation are provided with pre-pressing lines, and the depth of the pre-pressing lines is less than or equal to 1 mm.
In the recyclable honeycomb carton of the embodiment, the bending part of the side wall of the recyclable honeycomb carton is composed of 2 external indentations and 3 internal indentations 8, when the honeycomb carton is folded from the honeycomb paperboard 10 which is indented by the creasing wheel, the side plates 2 of the honeycomb carton are continuously bent by 90 degrees and are packaged by adopting adhesive sealing tapes to form a semi-closed structure with the upper end capable of being turned over; when the honeycomb carton is used, the side walls of the honeycomb carton can meet the requirement of the compression strength required by the carton storage process when the side plates 2 are bent by 90 degrees under the action of the second outer crease and the second inner crease; and after the honeycomb carton has been used up, can fold the lateral wall of smoke box and flatten the space that is convenient for to retrieve the occupation of being convenient for usually, promptly, curb plate 2 can be to the fifty percent discount state of buckling to the laminating of adjacent curb plate 2 medial surface with the direction of buckling of user state the same direction, or continue to buckle to the fifty percent discount state that adjacent curb plate 2 tiling was directly put along user state buckling direction opposite direction, or continue to buckle to the fifty percent discount state of the laminating of the lateral surface of adjacent curb plate 2 along user state buckling direction opposite direction and retrieve and deposit.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, compared to embodiment 1, the recyclable honeycomb carton of the present embodiment has the following differences:
in the present embodiment, the honeycomb carton is formed by splicing two sheets of honeycomb paperboard 10, which are defined as a first honeycomb paperboard 11 and a second honeycomb paperboard 12.
In this embodiment, one side of two honeycomb cardboard 10 all is equipped with engaging lug 6, and the opposite side all is equipped with joining region 7, and two honeycomb cardboard 10 are all through once folding, and the upper and lower both ends of honeycomb cardboard 10 form apron 3 through the cutting, and the part between the apron 3 is curb plate 2. The connecting lugs 6 of the first honeycomb paper boards 11 are glued or nailed to the connecting areas 7 of the second honeycomb paper boards 12, the connecting lugs 6 of the second honeycomb paper boards 12 are glued or nailed to the connecting areas 7 of the first honeycomb paper boards 11, and then the cover plates 3 at the lower ends of the two honeycomb paper boards 10 are closed in a gluing mode to form a box body 1 structure in a surrounding mode.

4. A recyclable ultra-thin honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the number of the inner press marks is 1-3, and the number of the outer press marks is 2-4.
5. A recyclable ultra-thin honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the number of the inner press marks is three, and the number of the outer press marks is two.
6. A recyclable cellular carton as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the three inner indentations have different depths, and the depth of the inner indentation in the middle is larger than the depths of the inner indentations on the two sides.
7. A recyclable honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein: the cross sections of the inner indentations and the outer indentations are U-shaped or V-shaped.
8. A recyclable honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein: and one side or two sides of the inner indentation are provided with pre-pressing lines.
9. A recyclable honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein: the depth of the outer indentations is 1/3-2/3 of the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard, and the distance between every two adjacent outer indentations is 1.1-3.0 times of the thickness of the honeycomb carton paperboard.
10. A recyclable honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein: the inner indentation and the outer indentation are formed by pressing with a two-wire wheel or two-three-wire wheel or line touching.
