Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flattening and recycling apparatus for an environmentally friendly plastic bottle, which has advantages of achieving complete flattening deformation of the plastic bottle, greatly improving the efficiency of flattening the plastic bottle, and the like, and will be described in detail below.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides a flattening and recycling device for an environment-friendly plastic bottle, which comprises a base 1, wherein a bottom pressing support table 7 is fixedly installed above the base 1, flattening components 2 which are symmetrically distributed by taking the bottom pressing support table 7 as a center are arranged on two sides of the bottom pressing support table 7, the flattening components 2 are matched with the bottom pressing support table 7 to flatten the plastic bottle, and a high-temperature steam structure 6 for spraying high-temperature steam between the two flattening components 2 is arranged in the bottom pressing support table 7.
The flattening component 2 comprises a hydraulic telescopic rod 2b, a push rod head end of the hydraulic telescopic rod 2b is fixedly connected with a pressing platform 2a, a seat platform 2c is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the hydraulic telescopic rod 2b, a mounting plate 2d is fixedly connected to one side of the seat platform 2c, and the mounting plate 2d is fixedly connected with the base 1 through bolts.
