The first motor 18 and the second motor 7 are started, the first jacking seat 15 drives the bar blank 5 to rotate under the transmission action of the first belt 9 and the second belt 11, the lead screw 25 rotates under the transmission action of the third belt 8, the screw nut is driven to horizontally move along the lead screw, and the screw nut drives the machining tool 6 to move along the axis of the bar blank 5 through the tool mounting seat 26 to cut the edge of the bar blank. When the machining tool moves to the leftmost end, a limit device 16 on the sliding support is triggered, the limit device is a travel switch, and the second motor can be controlled to stop running after the limit device is triggered.
