The invention discloses a universal bar blank edge cutting device which comprises a base, wherein one end of the base is provided with a plurality of fixed supports, each fixed support is rotatably connected with a first jacking seat used for jacking a bar blank, and the plurality of first jacking seats are jointly in transmission connection with a first motor; each fixed support is provided with a sliding support, the sliding support is connected with the base in a sliding mode, the temporary position of the sliding support on the base is realized by fixing the sliding support with the base through a fixing mechanism, and each sliding support is rotatably connected with a second jacking seat used for jacking the bar blank; the upper part of the base is provided with a beam, and a plurality of length-adjustable cutter assemblies are slidably mounted on the beam. The device can process the rod of different diameters, different length with a set of cutter, and is swift high-efficient, the practicality is strong.

Background
The upper blade and the lower blade of the existing edge cutting device for the bar blank are manufactured according to the shape of the bar, due to the expansion of production scale, the existing bar blank has various specifications with different diameters and lengths, edge cutting work can be completed only by configuring various cutters, a large amount of labor and time are consumed for storage and replacement of the cutters, the production is not facilitated to be quickly and efficiently organized, and the requirements of modern and simplified production management cannot be met.

A universal type bar blank edge cutting device comprises a base, wherein one end of the base is provided with a plurality of fixed supports, each fixed support is rotatably connected with a first jacking seat used for jacking a bar blank, and the plurality of first jacking seats are jointly in transmission connection with a first motor; each fixed support is provided with a sliding support, the sliding support is connected with the base in a sliding mode, the temporary position of the sliding support on the base is realized by fixing the sliding support with the base through a fixing mechanism, and each sliding support is rotatably connected with a second jacking seat used for jacking the bar blank; the upper part of the base is provided with a beam, and a plurality of length-adjustable cutter assemblies are slidably mounted on the beam.
Preferably, a screw is installed on the cross beam, the screw is connected with a nut in a transmission mode, the nut is connected with a tool shank installing seat, the lower portion of the tool shank installing seat is connected with a tool assembly, and the upper portion of the tool shank installing seat is connected with the cross beam in a sliding mode through a first guide rail and slider assembly.

The right-hand member portion of base 1 is connected with a plurality of mounting panels 13, and every mounting panel all disposes one set of band pulley, and the appearance of the tight seat of first top is processed into the spline axle, and the shaft inner chamber of band pulley is processed into the spline groove, and spline axle and spline groove cooperation realize that the spline formula between tight seat of first top and the band pulley is connected. The first handle 21 is a screw with external threads, the second handle 20 is a sleeve with internal threads, the first handle is in threaded connection with the second handle, the connection length is adjustable, and a loosening nut 27 is arranged at the joint of the two handles. The bottom end of the second tool handle is provided with a groove, the machining tool 6 is a flat plate with a tough cutting end, one end, far away from the tough cutting end, of the machining tool is inserted into the groove, the machining tool and the groove are both provided with connecting holes, and the machining tool and the groove are matched and installed and then fixed through screws.
And two sides of each second guide rail and slider combination 24 are provided with T-shaped grooves, fixing nuts 23 are arranged in the T-shaped grooves, one threaded end of each fixing bolt 19 is matched with the corresponding fixing nut 23, and the other end of each fixing bolt penetrates through the corresponding fixing support or the corresponding sliding support and is matched with the corresponding fixing support or the corresponding sliding support.
The using process of the invention is as follows:
adjusting the distance between the sliding support 4 and the fixed support 12 according to the length of the bar blank 5, tightly supporting the bar blank 5 by using a first supporting seat 15 and a second supporting seat 14, firmly fixing the sliding support 4 on the base by using a fixing bolt 19 and a fixing nut 23, adjusting the distance between a first knife handle 21 and a second knife handle 20 according to the diameter of the bar blank 5 until the processing tool 6 is just contacted with the bar blank to cut the edge on the bar blank, and then locking and loosening the nut 27. The first motor 18 and the second motor 7 are started, the first jacking seat 15 drives the bar blank 5 to rotate under the transmission action of the first belt 9 and the second belt 11, the lead screw 25 rotates under the transmission action of the third belt 8, the screw nut is driven to horizontally move along the lead screw, and the screw nut drives the machining tool 6 to move along the axis of the bar blank 5 through the tool mounting seat 26 to cut the edge of the bar blank. When the machining tool moves to the leftmost end, a limit device 16 on the sliding support is triggered, the limit device is a travel switch, and the second motor can be controlled to stop running after the limit device is triggered.

A universal type edge cutting device for a bar blank is characterized by comprising a base, wherein one end of the base is provided with a plurality of fixed supports, each fixed support is rotatably connected with a first jacking seat used for jacking the bar blank, and the plurality of first jacking seats are jointly in transmission connection with a first motor; each fixed support is provided with a sliding support, the sliding support is connected with the base in a sliding mode, the temporary position of the sliding support on the base is realized by fixing the sliding support with the base through a fixing mechanism, and each sliding support is rotatably connected with a second jacking seat used for jacking the bar blank; the upper part of the base is provided with a beam, and a plurality of length-adjustable cutter assemblies are slidably mounted on the beam.

The universal type bar blank edge cutting device according to claim 1, wherein a lead screw is mounted on the cross beam, the lead screw is connected with a nut in a transmission manner, the nut is connected with a knife handle mounting seat, the lower portion of the knife handle mounting seat is connected with a cutter assembly, and the upper portion of the knife handle mounting seat is connected with the cross beam in a sliding manner through a first guide rail and slider assembly.

The universal type bar blank edge cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the cutter assembly comprises a first cutter handle, a second cutter handle and a machining cutter which are sequentially connected, the first cutter handle is connected with the cutter handle mounting seat, and the connection length between the first cutter handle and the second cutter handle is adjustable.
4. The universal type bar blank edge cutting device according to claim 3, wherein the first tool shank is in threaded connection with the second tool shank, a groove is formed in the bottom end of the second tool shank, and the machining tool is installed in cooperation with the groove.
5. The universal type bar blank edge cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of second guide rail and slide block combinations are arranged on the base, and the fixed support and the sliding support are connected with the second guide rail and slide block combinations.
6. The universal type bar blank edge cutting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein T-shaped grooves are formed in two sides of each second guide rail sliding block combination, and the T-shaped grooves are matched with the fixing mechanism.
