Abstract
本发明提供了一种自磨刀带的轮胎切条机,包括至少一个驱动电机(1)、至少一个刀体组(2)、至少一个刀块(3)、至少一个调节螺母(4)和机架(5),所述驱动电机(1)安装在机架(5)外侧,刀体组(2)安装在机架(5)内侧,刀块(3)安装在刀体组(2)上,调节螺母(4)设置在刀体组(2)上,驱动电机(1)连接并驱动刀体组(2)旋转,所述调节螺母(4)对任一刀体组(2)进行位置调整,在不需要拆卸刀块(3)的情况下进行刀刃部的磨削。本发明的自磨刀带的轮胎切条机的刀体组采用组装式结构,在不需要拆卸的情况下对任一刀块进行位置调整,进行刀刃部的磨削,提高使用寿命和工作效率,降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎的破碎机械领域,特别是一种自磨刀带的轮胎切条机。
背景技术
现有机器对轮胎的分解多为整体破碎后通过多次筛选制作50mm左右的橡胶块,效率低,能耗高。
发明内容
为了克服传统机器对轮胎的分解效率低,能耗高等问题,本发明提供了一种自磨刀带的轮胎切条机。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:包括至少一个驱动电机1、至少一个刀体组2、至少一个刀块3、至少一个调节螺母4和机架5,所述驱动电机1安装在机架5外侧,刀体组2安装在机架5内侧,刀块3安装在刀体组2上,调节螺母4设置在刀体组2上,驱动电机1连接并驱动刀体组2旋转。
所述调节螺母4对任一刀体组2进行位置调整,在不需要拆卸刀块3的情况下进行刀刃部的磨削。
本发明的自磨刀带的轮胎切条机的刀体组采用组装式结构,在不需要拆卸的情况下对任一刀块进行位置调整,进行刀刃部的磨削,提高使用寿命和工作效率,降低能耗;长时间使用磨损情况下进行刀块的更换保证刀体组的继续使用,可将废旧轮胎初次分解后的条片状胎顶和胎侧再次分解形成50mm橡胶块。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的自磨刀带的轮胎切条机包括驱动电机1、刀体组2、刀块3、调节螺母4和机架5,两个驱动电机1分别安装在机架5两侧,刀体组2安装在机架5内侧,刀块3安装在刀体组2上,调节螺母4设置在刀体组2上并对任一刀体组2进行位置调整,在不需要拆卸刀块3的情况下进行刀刃部的磨削,驱动电机1连接并驱动刀体组2旋转。
本发明的自磨刀带的轮胎切条机的刀体组采用组装式结构,在不需要拆卸的情况下对任一刀块进行位置调整,进行刀刃部的磨削,提高使用寿命和工作效率,降低能耗;长时间使用磨损情况下进行刀块的更换保证刀体组的继续使用,可将废旧轮胎初次分解后的条片状胎顶和胎侧再次分解形成50mm橡胶块。

1.一种自磨刀带的轮胎切条机,其特征在于:包括至少一个驱动电机(1)、至少一个刀体组(2)、至少一个刀块(3)、至少一个调节螺母(4)和机架(5),所述驱动电机(1)安装在机架(5)外侧,刀体组(2)安装在机架(5)内侧,刀块(3)安装在刀体组(2)上,调节螺母(4)设置在刀体组(2)上,驱动电机(1)连接并驱动刀体组(2)旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述自磨刀带的轮胎切条机,其特征在于:所述调节螺母(4)对任一刀体组(2)进行位置调整,在不需要拆卸刀块(3)的情况下进行刀刃部的磨削。
