The invention relates to sports equipment, in particular to a portable net support.
Background
Ball games are a game that is more audiences. The equipment needed for many ball games is generally only nets, net supports, ball parts and also rackets or clubs, such as badminton, volleyball, football, golf, tennis, baseball and other ball games. The ball game is also a sport that is well suited for outdoor use. In order to facilitate outdoor badminton playing of consumers, an all-in-one net structure is slowly appeared in the market. However, in the existing all-in-one net structure, the length of the base is fixed or one section of the base is spliced, so that the assembly is complicated, the actual use is inconvenient, and the assembly is too troublesome. Meanwhile, the existing net supporting rod is generally inserted into the base when in use and is detached from the base when not in use, so that the net supporting rod is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble and very tests the practical ability of a user. In summary, the conventional all-in-one net structure generally needs to be assembled when in use, or the connection between the net support bar or the net and the base needs to be reinforced by a rope for stabilizing the support, which is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the portable net support, the length of the base is adjusted conveniently in a mode that the telescopic rod is matched with the telescopic positioning assembly, the problem that the base is inconvenient to stretch and store in the industry is solved, and the base is high in stability and good in actual use effect due to the arrangement of the three telescopic supporting rods with the cross sections in the shape of the Chinese character 'pin'. The base is hollow inside and can be used for containing a net, shuttlecocks or other articles, and the practicability is high. The rotation positioning angle adjusting component is arranged to facilitate the positioning of the rotation angle of the net supporting rod.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a portable net support is characterized by comprising an adjustable base and a net support rod which is arranged on the base and has adjustable angle and height; the base comprises a telescopic supporting rod and two supporting and accommodating seats, two ends of the telescopic supporting rod are respectively connected with the supporting and accommodating seats, the clamping and fixing seat is installed outside the telescopic supporting rod through a connecting sleeve, and the connecting sleeve is provided with a telescopic positioning assembly for controlling the telescopic length of the telescopic supporting rod; the upper end face of the clamping fixing seat is provided with a bracket clamping groove for clamping and fixing the net supporting rod when the net supporting rod is retracted, the lower end face of the clamping fixing seat is provided with a racket clamping groove, and the clamping fixing seats are arranged side by side in order to further limit the position of a racket in the racket clamping groove; the ball net bracing piece is installed on supporting the storage seat through rotational positioning angle adjusting component, and rotational positioning angle adjusting component is used for controlling the angle that the ball net bracing piece is rotated to open, support the inside cavity one end opening of storage seat and form the chamber of accomodating article.
Preferably, the supporting and accommodating seat is provided with a mounting position of a rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly, the rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly comprises a rotating shaft and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is adjustably mounted at the mounting position of the rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly; and the rotating shaft is provided with a support mounting position for mounting a net supporting rod.
Preferably, after the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly is installed at the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly installation position, the positioning member locks the rotating shaft on the supporting and accommodating seat.
Preferably, the support storage seat is provided with a limiting bulge for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the net support rod.
Preferably, the adjusting member of the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly includes a rotating member and a positioning member.
Preferably, flexible bracing piece is equipped with three, and three flexible bracing piece spaces are parallel, and the cross-section that three flexible bracing pieces were installed and are formed after supporting on the storage seat is the triangle structure, and wherein, a flexible bracing piece that is located the centre has the effect of firm base.
Preferably, the connecting sleeve comprises a supporting connecting sleeve connected with telescopic supporting rods positioned on two sides of the supporting containing seat and a stable connecting sleeve connected with the telescopic supporting rods positioned in the middle of the supporting containing seat.
Preferably, flexible locating component includes the spacing draw-in groove that is equipped with on the adapter sleeve and corresponds the locating part that spacing draw-in groove set up, is equipped with the constant head tank that corresponds on the flexible bracing piece simultaneously, and during the location, the locating part passes the length of spacing draw-in groove and constant head tank after-fixing flexible bracing piece in proper order.
Preferably, the opening of the containing cavity is provided with a detachable cover plate, and the cover plate is provided with a switch for conveniently containing the opening of the cavity.
Preferably, a supporting connecting sleeve used for being connected with the telescopic supporting rod is arranged on the clamping fixing seat; the upper end of the clamping fixing seat is provided with a support clamping groove with an upward opening, and the opening at the upper end of the support clamping groove is inwards buckled to fix the ball net supporting rod by a buckle when the ball net supporting rod rotates and retracts; the lower end of the clamping fixing seat is provided with a racket clamping groove with an opening downwards for clamping a racket.
Preferably, the net support stick is a triangular net support stick having a triangular cross-section.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: make things convenient for the adjustment of base length, overcome the inconvenient flexible difficult problem of accomodating of base in the trade, the setting up of the flexible bracing piece that three cross-sections are article font makes the stability of base high, and in-service use effect is good. The base is hollow inside, can be used for accommodating articles, facilitates practical use, and has strong practicability. The rotation positioning angle adjusting assembly is convenient to position the rotation angle of the ball net supporting rod, and the ball net supporting rod can be installed on the base to be used due to the fact that the rotation positioning angle adjusting assembly is arranged, a user does not need to assemble or disassemble the support again, a portable target is achieved, and practical use is facilitated.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

The technical solution of the present patent will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments.
The portable net support that this scheme provided makes things convenient for the adjustment of base length, has overcome the inconvenient flexible difficult problem of accomodating of base in the trade, and three cross-sections are the flexible bracing piece 2's of article font setting makes the stability of base high, and the in-service use is effectual. The base is hollow inside, can be used for accommodating articles, facilitates practical use, and has strong practicability. The rotation positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 is provided to facilitate the positioning of the rotation angle of the net support stick 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the portable net support that this scheme provided includes adjustable base, install on the base and angle and height-adjustable's net bracing piece 3, several essential parts are combined together ingeniously in the badminton such as base, net bracing piece 3 and racket, and the storage of the facilitate device also makes things convenient for carrying of a whole set of sports device, and the person of facilitating the use mentions the whole set of device, has made things convenient for the transport of device.
The base comprises a telescopic supporting rod 2 and two supporting and accommodating seats 1, two ends of the telescopic supporting rod 2 are respectively connected with the supporting and accommodating seats 1, a clamping and fixing seat 4 is installed outside the telescopic supporting rod 2 through a connecting sleeve, and the connecting sleeve is provided with a telescopic positioning assembly for controlling the telescopic length of the telescopic supporting rod 2; the upper end face of the clamping fixing seat 4 is provided with a support clamping groove 42 for clamping and fixing the net supporting rod 3 when the net supporting rod 3 is retracted, the lower end face of the clamping fixing seat 4 is provided with a racket clamping groove 44, and the clamping fixing seats 4 are arranged in parallel in order to further limit the position of the badminton racket 5 in the racket clamping groove 44; ball net bracing piece 3 is installed on supporting storage seat 1 through rotational positioning angle adjusting part 2, and rotational positioning angle adjusting part 2 is used for controlling the rotatory angle of opening of ball net bracing piece 3, support storage seat 1 inside cavity one end opening and form the storage chamber 12 of accomodating article, the opening part of storage chamber 12 is equipped with detachable apron 13, and the setting of apron 13 is the open-ended switch that is used for conveniently accomodating chamber 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the telescopic support rods 2 are horizontal rods parallel to the horizontal plane, three telescopic support rods 2 are provided, the three telescopic support rods 2 are installed at the rear section of the support containing seat 1 and are in a shape like a Chinese character 'pin', the middle position of each telescopic support rod 2 is stabilized in a structure like a Chinese character 'pin', one telescopic support rod 2 in the middle is also located between two net support rods 3, the telescopic support rod 2 in the middle facilitates the user to lift the whole set of device, and the net support rod 3 is a vertical rod which can rotate and then stand up as shown in fig. 2.
The supporting and accommodating seat 1 is provided with a mounting position of a rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly 2, the rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 comprises a rotating shaft 111 and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is arranged on the rotating shaft 111, and the rotating shaft 111 is adjustably mounted at the mounting position of the rotary positioning angle adjusting assembly 2; the rotating shaft 111 is provided with a stand mounting position 112 for mounting the net support stick 3. After the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 is installed at the installation position of the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2, the positioning member 115 supports the lock of the rotating shaft 111 to the storage seat 1, the positioning member 115 is provided with a fixing hole 1151 and a limiting groove 1152, the limiting groove 1152 is a curved groove, the curved surface of the limiting groove 1152 is connected with the rotating shaft 11, and a screw passes through the fixing hole 1151 to lock the positioning member 115 and the rotating shaft 111 to the storage seat 1.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 is essentially a structure of rotation, positioning, and snap-fixing, wherein the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 may be the following structure.
As one embodiment, the adjusting member of the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2 is composed of a rotating gear 113 and a positioning plate 116, that is, the rotating gear 113 and the rotating member, and the positioning plate 116 is a positioning member for positioning the rotation angle of the rotating gear 113.
The rotary gear 113 is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 111 of the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2, the positioning plate 116 is mounted on the positioning control block 114, the positioning control block 114 is used for limiting the rotation of the rotary gear 113 by controlling the contact between the positioning plate 116 and the rotary gear 113, one end of the positioning control block 114 is mounted on the supporting and receiving seat 1 through a shaft (i.e., one section of the positioning control block 114 can rotate around the shaft), the other end of the positioning control block 114 is connected with a spring, and when the spring is in a static state, the positioning plate 116 is located right below the rotating shaft 111. The above-described structure of the positioning piece 116 and the rotary gear 113 is only one example of the rotational positioning angle adjusting assembly 2, and in practice, the opening direction of the rotary gear 113 and the positioning piece 116 is opposite when the net support stick 3 is rotated inward. The reverse design of spacer 116 and rotatory gear 113 is the rotation angle that is used for fixing rotatory location angle adjusting part 2, makes things convenient for the angle modulation of actual product, and actual spacer 116 and rotatory gear 113 are mounting and rotating member, and the effect of mounting is used for fixed rotating member pivoted angle, and convenience of customers fixes actually required angle.
Such a rotary positioning angle adjustment assembly 2 described above is only one of the typical, simple and convenient ways of operating the present invention, but not the only way. As a simple modification of this patent, the rotational positioning angle adjusting unit 2 may be a relatively simple latch (see fig. 19 and 20), may be a manner in which two gears used in other fields press a rotational latch, or may have a circular concave-convex disk structure as shown in fig. 21 and 22. Meanwhile, in actual production, the pure mechanical structure in the scheme can be replaced by an intelligent control mechanical structure according to the selection of actual use conditions and the existing control modes such as electric control, magnetic control, oil control or pneumatic control. When a football gate with a larger supporting frame or a supporting frame for temporary large posters is manufactured, the rotation and the rotated angle positioning of the electric control, magnetic control, oil control or pneumatic control bracket are more suitable for the use of actual scenes.
The support storage 1 is provided with a limit protrusion 14 for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the net support stick 3.
For better use of the matching limiting protrusions 14, the ball net supporting rod 3 in the scheme adopts a triangular ball net supporting rod with a triangular cross section.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the number of the telescopic support rods 2 in the present scheme is three, and the three telescopic support rods 2 are spatially parallel, the cross section formed after the three telescopic support rods 2 are installed on the support containing seat 1 is in a delta-shaped structure, wherein one telescopic support rod 2 in the middle has the effect of stabilizing the base.
The connecting sleeve comprises a supporting connecting sleeve 5 connected with the telescopic supporting rods 2 positioned at two sides of the supporting and containing seat 1 and a stable connecting sleeve 43 connected with the telescopic supporting rods 2 positioned at the middle part of the supporting and containing seat 1.
The telescopic positioning component comprises a limiting clamping groove 45 arranged on the connecting sleeve and a limiting part 46 arranged corresponding to the limiting clamping groove 45, corresponding positioning grooves are arranged on the telescopic supporting rod 2, and during positioning, the limiting part 46 sequentially penetrates through the limiting clamping groove 45 and the positioning grooves to fix the length of the telescopic supporting rod 2. The position-limiting member 46 may be a knife switch as shown in fig. 11, and when the knife switch is used, the telescopic supporting rod 2 pulled up by the knife switch can be extended towards two ends, and the telescopic supporting rod 2 is extended to increase the stability of the whole support. The nonadjustable support of base interval on the existing market, so general base interval all is far less than the support and opens the back completely (see fig. 2 after the support is opened completely, similar structure of fig. 2) net length of upper end for convenient outdoor use, when support weight is the same, the interval of base is the littleer whole stability of whole support more, so the above-mentioned scheme that can carry out base interval regulation has been proposed in this scheme, with the problem of the inconvenient regulation of present base interval in solving this trade, the on the other hand that the bracing piece can be adjusted also makes things convenient for accomodating of device, the space that the product occupied when not using is less.
Above scheme also can be used in portable tent support in practical application, makes things convenient for the buildding and accomodating of tent. The scheme of the invention meets the requirements of consumers on portability, easiness in collection, convenience in construction and the like of the bracket in the construction of the bracket, so that the scheme of the invention is greatly popularized in the field of bracket production and manufacturing, and products in the field can better meet the market demands.
