To facilitate clear, intuitive knowledge of the merchant's security status by itself and other personnel, in some embodiments, the merchant's security status information is characterized in terms of a preset rating, dynamic score, or percentage. For example, the server presets different levels: LV1, LV2, LV3 … …, ascending/descending order of levels is used to represent security status information of the corresponding merchant. For another example, the server represents the security status information of the merchant by the dynamic score, for example, 60 points or less represents that the security status information of the merchant is low, which means that the source of the food material of the merchant is irregular, the environment is unsanitary, and the like; 80 points or more indicate that the food material source of the merchant is normal, the environment is sanitary, and the like. As another example, the server may represent the security status information of the merchant in terms of percentage, and so on.
It should be understood that the representation form of the security status information is not limited to the example described in the above embodiment, and may be any other representation form known to those skilled in the art; for example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant in different styles of icons/patterns, different colors of icons/patterns, for example, different two-dimensional code colors represent different security statuses of merchants; as another example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant and its changes over a period of time in the form of a statistical graph. In practical applications, the representation of the security status information may also be one or more combinations of the above examples.
In some embodiments, the information processing method further includes the steps of: generating two-dimensional codes and/or two-dimensional code data according to the security state information of the merchant; sending the two-dimensional code to a user terminal of a user to be displayed; or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal so that the user terminal generates and displays the two-dimensional code. The user terminal is, for example, an electronic device, and embodiments of the electronic device will be described later, which is omitted here for brevity.
The two-dimensional code data is a code matrix composed of 0 and 1 obtained by encoding with 0 and 1. For example, the two-dimensional code data at least comprises the unique identification information of the merchant, the electronic device for scanning the two-dimensional code sends the unique identification information of the merchant obtained through analysis to a server, and the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the security state information of the merchant. Or the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant, and immediately generates the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information.
The server generates the two-dimensional code according to the security state information of the merchant, so that people can clearly and intuitively know the security state of the merchant. Or the server generates two-dimensional code data according to the safety state information of the merchant and sends the two-dimensional code data to the terminal so that the terminal can generate a two-dimensional code according to the two-dimensional code data. Or the server can also generate the two-dimensional code and the corresponding two-dimensional code data at the same time, so that the user can analyze the two-dimensional code data through the user terminal to obtain the security state information of the merchant after scanning the two-dimensional code.
For example, the server may generate a two-dimensional code according to security status information of a merchant, and send the two-dimensional code to a user terminal of the user to be displayed; and the user obtains the safety state information of the merchant by checking the two-dimension code and/or scanning the two-dimension code. In an actual scene, the user terminal displays the two-dimensional code on an interface for displaying merchant details, an interface for displaying dish details and the like. In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code may also have a color attribute, with different colors to indicate the security status of the corresponding merchant. For example, the two-dimensional code is red, yellow, and green, which respectively represent the security status of the merchant as a security and health status, a general status, and an insecure and health risk status, and so on. Therefore, the user can know the approximate security state of the merchant by looking at the two-dimensional code.
In some embodiments, the information processing method further includes the steps of: and generating an authentication identifier according to the security state information of the merchant, and sending the authentication identifier to a user terminal of a user for displaying. The authentication identifier is used for representing the security status information of the merchant, such as one or more combinations of text, character strings, icons, patterns, LOGO, and designated colors or color combinations.
In some embodiments, the authentication identifier is used to be displayed on a display interface of an APP application or an applet loaded in the user terminal, for example, the authentication identifier may be displayed on a thumbnail corresponding to the merchant in a search result interface or a recommendation display interface in the APP application. The authentication identifier is positioned on the thumbnail in a shielding manner, for example, the authentication identifier shields the top, the bottom or the side of the thumbnail; or the authentication identifier and the thumbnail are spliced in the thumbnail area of the interface, for example, the authentication identifier is spliced at the top, the bottom, or the side of the thumbnail. As another example, the authentication identifier may also be displayed in a top area, a middle area, or a floor area of the detail page of the merchant, such as a text summary field area in the detail page.
In some embodiments, the authentication identifier displayed on the detail page interface is configured as a hot key area or a virtual key area, namely, the user can enter another display window or a display page by triggering and operating the hot key area or the virtual key area; that is, the authentication identifier is associated with the security state information of the merchant, and when the user triggers the authentication identifier to trigger the corresponding hot key region, the APP application may jump to and display another display window or display page, so as to display the security state information of the merchant, for example, one or more of the source channel of the food material, the environmental hygiene condition of the merchant, the health condition of the employee, and the like. The trigger operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking (for example, clicking with an input device such as a mouse or a capacitive pen, or touching with a finger, etc.), long-pressing, or repeated touch. It should be understood that a user performing a trigger operation on an object may be referred to as the user triggering the object, for example, a user performing a trigger operation on an interface may also be referred to as the user triggering the interface. For another example, a user triggering a hot key area indicates that the user performs a triggering operation on the hot key area, and so on. Similar situations will not be described in detail below.
In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier are displayed on a lunch box used by the merchant, so that a user can obtain the security status information of the merchant through the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier on the lunch box. For example, the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier may be printed, pasted, drawn, and the like by a merchant and displayed on the outer surface of the meal box, so that the user scans the two-dimensional code pasted on the meal box to obtain the security status information of the merchant, or the user can know the security status information of the merchant by seeing the authentication identifier, for example, the authentication identifier is a word of "green security food material", and the user can know that the food material of the merchant is sanitary, safe, and reassuring by seeing the authentication identifier. For another example, the lunch boxes are batch customized lunch boxes by merchants, and the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification are/is engraved on the outer surface of the lunch box, and the like. In some embodiments, the authentication identifier on the meal box can also be a specific character string associated with the security status information of the merchant; the user can input the character string displayed on the lunch box, so that the safety state information of the merchant can be obtained.
According to the information processing method, the safety state information of the merchant is generated according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant, so that a user can conveniently know the safety and health state of food materials used by the merchant, the environmental health state of the merchant, the health state of staff and other information in time, and meanwhile, the merchant can conveniently monitor and manage the used food materials and the like.
The present application further provides an information processing system, configured to execute the information processing method provided in the foregoing embodiment, and have corresponding functional modules and can achieve the same technical effects. In some embodiments, the information handling system may be configured on one or more servers, such as a cloud server. Referring to fig. 2, a block diagram of modules of an information processing system according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown, the information processing system 2 includes an acquisition module 201 and a processing module 202.
In a specific application scenario, the acquisition module and the processing module may be software modules, and the software modules may be deployed on a server, or a virtual machine on the server, or a container on the server; and the software modules may be deployed on the same server or different servers according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application. In addition, part or all of the acquiring module and the processing module can also be integrated into one module to realize more convenient embedding into a device/equipment.
The obtaining module is used for obtaining basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to the unique identification information of the merchant. Here, first, the acquisition module acquires unique identification information of a merchant, which is used to refer to the identity of the merchant to distinguish it from other merchants. The unique identification information includes, but is not limited to, an identification code (e.g., uuid) assigned to the platform in which the merchant joins, a uniform social credit code registered/registered by the merchant in the industrial and commercial administration, and the like. The platform is, for example, a American group platform, an American group takeout platform, a public comment platform, a hungry platform, a hundred-degree takeout platform, or the like. In some embodiments, the identification code may be one or more of a number, letter, symbol, etc., or any combination thereof, of any length. In some embodiments, the basic information of the merchant is not limited to one or more of daily operation information, employee information, health information, and the like of the merchant. Wherein the daily operation information includes but is not limited to one or more of qualification information, geographical location information, and facility information of the merchant. For example, the qualification information of the merchant includes an electronic version of the food and drink operation license (picture or PDF file format) and/or an electronic version of the food and drink operation health license (picture or PDF file format). The geographic location information is not limited to one or more of address information of the merchant (for example, X street X number in X area), latitude and longitude information of the location where the merchant is located, coordinate information of the location where the merchant is located on a map, and the like. The facility information is, for example, information about equipment for guaranteeing food and beverage hygiene, such as whether a merchant is equipped with a disinfection kit or the stock of disinfection kits, and the like.
In some embodiments, the employee information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of basic information and health status information of the employee. The basic information of the staff comprises one or more of physiological sign information, past disease history information, address information, commute information and the like of the staff. Wherein, the physiological sign information includes but is not limited to one or more of the age, height, weight, body fat rate and the like of the employee. The past history information of the disease includes but is not limited to one or more of surgical history, preventive injection history, allergy history, past disease and the like of the employee. The commuting information includes, for example, the transportation mode (such as public transportation, subway, taxi, or riding mode) adopted by the staff for commuting, and information such as a commuting route and an area where the route passes through. The health status information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of recent travel areas, recent lifestyle (e.g., smoking, drinking) information, exercise information, body temperature data, and physical examination information (e.g., blood pressure, blood routine, cardiac function, etc.) and the like. For example, the health status information of the employee includes daily morning examination record information, daily temperature data of a card. In some embodiments, the recent time period may also be determined based on seasonal infections, types of infections, and the like.
In some embodiments, the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, cutlery box hygiene information, protective material stock information, and protective action information. Wherein the certified health level information is, for example, a level of a health condition certified by an authority, for example, a health level of a merchant a is a, which means that the health condition of the merchant is better; the hygiene rating of merchant B is C, meaning that the merchant is in poor hygiene. The dining environment information is, for example, photographs of public dining areas, and/or box areas taken by merchants. The kitchen environment information is, for example, photographs of one or more of a kitchen range, a dish washing table, a food storage room, a disinfection cabinet and the like taken by a merchant.
The meal box health information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of source information (e.g., supplier information), material information, sterilization status, recycling status, etc. of meal boxes used by the merchant. The protection material storage information includes but is not limited to storage conditions of storage materials for protecting against epidemic situations/accidents of merchants and the like. For example, the information on the reserve of protective materials includes one or more of a material barrel containing alcohol (or other sterilizing and disinfecting materials) reserved by a merchant, a mask, a hand sanitizer, a thermometer, a purchase instruction, an expiration date instruction, and the like. The safeguard information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of health management measures for the employee (e.g., daily body temperature measurement), health safeguards for the employee (e.g., required mask wear), and disinfection measures for the facility, among others.
In some embodiments, the merchant's traceability information includes the merchant's food material provider and/or supply chain information for the food material. For example, the food material supplier can be a supplier of xiaoshu, dingdong buy vegetables, and tomayson. In some embodiments, the traceability information of the merchant may further include authentication information of the food material provider, for example, authentication information that the provider is authenticated by an authority. For example, the food material supplier a is authenticated and has authentication information, so that the source of the food material can be guaranteed to be safe and sanitary; the food material supplier B is not authenticated, and thus it cannot be guaranteed whether the source of the food material is safe and sanitary. The supply chain information of the food material comprises one or more of the manufacturer information, storage condition (such as warehouse and refrigerator information), transportation information (such as logistics trader) and the like of the food material. For example, food materials used by a merchant are transported from a production base through cold-chain logistics to a storage warehouse set up by a food material supplier, and transported by the food material supplier to the merchant.
Then, the acquisition module searches and extracts the basic information and the traceability information associated with the unique identification information from a local storage medium or a database according to the unique identification information of the merchant. The association refers to associating a plurality of information items having a specific relationship, where the specific relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the specific relationship is, for example, primary key information or the like.
For example, the acquisition module associates its basic information with the unique identification information as belonging to the same merchant. In some embodiments, the one or more types of information of the merchant are stored in a database after being associated, for example, the basic information and the source tracing information belonging to the merchant a are stored in a table of a relational database with the unique identification information of the merchant a as a main key. When the acquisition module receives the updated basic information and the updated tracing information, the information belonging to the merchant A is determined according to the unique identification information, so that the operations of extracting, copying, modifying, deleting and the like of the historical basic information and the historical tracing information of the merchant A can be realized.
It should be understood that the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant generally do not change greatly in a period of time, and therefore, the obtaining module can directly obtain the pre-stored basic information and the pre-stored traceability information.
In some embodiments, the base information and the source information may be stored in association with the unique identification information in a local memory space of the information processing system, a storage medium of a cache space, or a Buffer area (Buffer) on the storage medium. In some embodiments, in order to protect the privacy security of the merchant, the obtaining module may process the obtained basic information and the obtained tracing information of the merchant in an encryption, dispersion, desensitization, or other manner, and then perform operations such as storage.
The processing module is used for generating the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
Here, the processing module generates the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant. The security state information is used for representing the security state of the merchant, and the security state of the merchant includes but is not limited to one or more of a health security state, a food material security state, a staff health state and the like. For example, the security status information of the merchant may be used to indicate whether the food material shipping channel of the merchant is normal and sanitary, and may also indicate whether the environment of the merchant is clean and sanitary, whether employees are healthy, and the like, or one or more of the above information.
In some embodiments, the processing module sets different weights for various information in the basic information and the tracing information, obtains a weighted average sum of various information, and uses the weighted average sum as the security status information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the step of generating the security status information of the merchant by the processing module according to the basic information and the tracing information is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server. The computational model may be stored in a storage medium, database, or data center of the server for the server to invoke. For example, the computing model configured in the cloud server may be a computing model based on big data, and may generate a computing result according to the input basic information and the source tracing information, where the computing result is the security status information of the merchant. For another example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a model obtained by training a neural network, such as a feed-forward neural network, a deep neural network, a recurrent neural network, and a convolutional neural network. It should be appreciated that the processing module may also utilize any other computing means known to those skilled in the art to obtain the security status information for the merchant. The embodiment of the present application is that the processing module obtains the security status information according to the basic information and the tracing information, and the specific calculation manner is not limited.

In some embodiments, the information processing system further comprises a generation module for generating two-dimensional codes and/or two-dimensional code data according to the security status information of the merchant; and the information processing system also comprises a sending module which is used for sending the two-dimensional code to a user terminal of a user to be displayed, or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal to be generated and displayed. Here, the generating module generates the two-dimensional code according to the security state information of the merchant, so that people can clearly and intuitively know the security state of the merchant. In the embodiment, to simplify the description, the obtaining module and the processing module in the information processing system may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the information processing method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and achieve the same technical effects, which is not described herein again.
The information processing system provided by the application can generate the safety state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant, so that the merchant and a user can know, monitor and manage the safety and health state of food materials used by the merchant in time.
The application also provides a server for executing the information processing method to obtain the security state information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the servers may be arranged on one or more physical servers based on a variety of factors, such as function, load, and the like. Each entity server is provided with a plurality of virtual servers, each virtual server runs at least one functional module in the system, and the virtual servers are communicated with each other through a network.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a block diagram illustrating modules of the server according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the server includes at least one storage device 301 and at least one processing device 302.
Wherein the storage device is used for storing at least one program; in embodiments, the storage device comprises a storage server or memory, which may comprise high speed random access memory, and may also comprise non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, the storage device may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network-attached memory that is accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communication network (not shown), which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
The processing device is connected to the storage device, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the information processing method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 when the at least one program is executed. The processing device is, for example, a server, such as an application server or the like, that includes a processor operatively coupled with a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processing device may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processing device may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The server provided by the application can generate the safety state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant, so that the merchant and a user can know, monitor and manage the safety and health state of the food materials used by the merchant in time.
The application also provides an information processing method, which is used for acquiring the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order according to the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor associated with the merchant, so that a user can acquire the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor executing the distribution task.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating another information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the information processing method may be performed by a server. In some embodiments, the servers may be arranged on one or more physical servers based on a variety of factors, such as function, load, and the like. In some embodiments, the server may be a server based on a cloud architecture, which refers to a cloud computing Platform provided by a cloud computing provider, and the cloud computing Platform can provide services such as IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service), and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). The Cloud computing platforms include Public Cloud (Public Cloud), Private Cloud (Private Cloud), Hybrid Cloud (Hybrid Cloud), and the like, for example, a american Cloud computing service platform, an aristoloc Cloud computing service platform, a hundredth Cloud computing platform, an Tencent Cloud computing platform, and the like. In some embodiments, the servers may be comprised of a distributed or centralized cluster of servers. For example, the server cluster is composed of at least one entity server. Each entity server is provided with a plurality of virtual servers, each virtual server runs at least one functional module in the system, and the virtual servers are communicated with each other through a network.
As shown in the figure, the information processing method includes step S401, step S402, and step S403.
In step S401, obtaining basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to unique identification information of the merchant, and obtaining security status information of the merchant according to the basic information and traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
Here, first, the server acquires unique identification information of a merchant, which is used to refer to the identity of the merchant to distinguish it from other merchants. The unique identification information includes, but is not limited to, an identification code (e.g., uuid) assigned to the platform in which the merchant joins, a uniform social credit code registered/registered by the merchant in the industrial and commercial administration, and the like. The platform is, for example, a American group platform, an American group takeout platform, a public comment platform, a hungry platform, a hundred-degree takeout platform, or the like. In some embodiments, the identification code may be one or more of a number, letter, symbol, etc., or any combination thereof, of any length. For example, the identification code of merchant a is mtdp00001 and the identification code of merchant B is ptdg 00001.
In some embodiments, the basic information of the merchant is not limited to one or more of daily operation information, employee information, health information, and the like of the merchant. Wherein the daily operation information includes but is not limited to one or more of qualification information, geographical location information, and facility information of the merchant. For example, the qualification information of the merchant includes an electronic version of the food and drink operation license (picture or PDF file format) and/or an electronic version of the food and drink operation health license (picture or PDF file format). The geographic location information is not limited to one or more of address information of the merchant (for example, X street X number in X area), latitude and longitude information of the location where the merchant is located, coordinate information of the location where the merchant is located on a map, and the like. The facility information is, for example, information about equipment for guaranteeing food and beverage hygiene, such as whether a merchant is equipped with a disinfection kit or the stock of disinfection kits, and the like.
In some embodiments, the employee information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of basic information and health status information of the employee. The basic information of the staff comprises one or more of physiological sign information, past disease history information, address information, commute information and the like of the staff. Wherein, the physiological sign information includes but is not limited to one or more of the age, height, weight, body fat rate and the like of the employee. The past history information of the disease includes but is not limited to one or more of surgical history, preventive injection history, allergy history, past disease and the like of the employee. The commuting information includes, for example, the transportation mode (such as public transportation, subway, taxi, or riding mode) adopted by the staff for commuting, and information such as a commuting route and an area where the route passes through. The health status information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of recent travel areas, recent lifestyle (e.g., smoking, drinking) information, exercise information, body temperature data, and physical examination information (e.g., blood pressure, blood routine, cardiac function, etc.) and the like. For example, the health status information of the employee includes daily morning examination record information, daily temperature data of a card. In some embodiments, the recent time period may also be determined based on seasonal infections, types of infections, and the like.
In some embodiments, the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, cutlery box hygiene information, protective material stock information, and protective action information. Wherein the certified health level information is, for example, a level of a health condition certified by an authority, for example, a health level of a merchant a is a, which means that the health condition of the merchant is better; the hygiene rating of merchant B is C, meaning that the merchant is in poor hygiene. Such as the authorities of the chinese food and drug administration or local authorities, or the folk organizations such as the chinese restaurant association, the national green restaurant working committee, and the american college.
The in-store environment information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of disinfection bulletin information, dining environment information, kitchen environment information, and the like. For example, the disinfection notice information is a picture of the disinfection notice taken by a merchant or a commitment file. As another example, the disinfection notice information is a bulletin file promised to perform disinfection. For example, the disinfection notice information includes disinfection days and execution status of the merchant. For another example, the disinfection notice information is displayed as a bulletin file or reminder strip posted in the front desk of the merchant or other eye-catching locations. The dining environment information is, for example, photographs of public dining areas, and/or box areas taken by merchants. The kitchen environment information is, for example, photographs of one or more of a kitchen range, a dish washing table, a food storage room, a disinfection cabinet and the like taken by a merchant.
The meal box health information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of source information (e.g., supplier information), material information, sterilization status, recycling status, etc. of meal boxes used by the merchant. The protection material storage information includes but is not limited to storage conditions of storage materials for protecting against epidemic situations/accidents of merchants and the like. For example, the information on the reserve of protective materials includes one or more of a material barrel containing alcohol (or other sterilizing and disinfecting materials) reserved by a merchant, a mask, a hand sanitizer, a thermometer, a purchase instruction, an expiration date instruction, and the like. The safeguard information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of health management measures for the employee (e.g., daily body temperature measurement), health safeguards for the employee (e.g., required mask wear), and disinfection measures for the facility, among others.
In some embodiments, the merchant's traceability information includes the merchant's food material provider and/or supply chain information for the food material. For example, the food material suppliers are suppliers of food material such as Meiguyan vegetable, Xiaoxiang fresh, Didong vegetable, and Takamajusheng. In some embodiments, the traceability information of the merchant may further include authentication information of the food material provider, for example, authentication information that the provider is authenticated by an authority. For example, the food material supplier a is authenticated and has authentication information, so that the source of the food material can be guaranteed to be safe and sanitary; the food material supplier B is not authenticated, and thus it cannot be guaranteed whether the source of the food material is safe and sanitary. The supply chain information of the food material comprises one or more of the manufacturer information, storage condition (such as warehouse and refrigerator information), transportation information (such as logistics trader) and the like of the food material. For example, food materials used by a merchant are transported from a production base through cold-chain logistics to a storage warehouse set up by a food material supplier, and transported by the food material supplier to the merchant.
Then, the server searches and extracts the basic information and the traceability information which are associated with the unique identification information from a local storage medium or a database according to the unique identification information of the merchant. The association refers to associating a plurality of information items having a specific relationship, where the specific relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the specific relationship is, for example, primary key information or the like.
For example, the server associates its basic information with the unique identification information as belonging to the same merchant. In some embodiments, the one or more types of information of the merchant are stored in a database after being associated, for example, the basic information and the source tracing information belonging to the merchant a are stored in a table of a relational database with the unique identification information of the merchant a as a main key. When the updated basic information and the updated tracing information are received by the server, the information belonging to the merchant A is determined according to the unique identification information, so that the operations of extracting, copying, modifying, deleting and the like of the historical basic information and the historical tracing information of the merchant A can be realized.
It should be appreciated that the merchant's basic and traceability information typically does not change significantly over a period of time, and therefore the server may directly retrieve the pre-stored basic and traceability information.
In some embodiments, the basic information and the tracing information may be stored in a local memory space of a server, a storage medium of a cache space, or a cache area (Buffer) on the storage medium in association with the unique identification information. The storage medium may include, among other things, read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed.
In other embodiments, the basic information and the tracing information may be stored in a database in association with the unique identification information, and the server may perform operations such as querying, extracting, modifying, storing, and deleting on information in the database. Wherein the database refers to an information storage and retrieval system deployed in a computing environment.
In some embodiments, in order to protect the privacy and security of the merchant, the server may process the obtained basic information and the obtained source tracing information of the merchant in an encryption, dispersion, desensitization, or other manner, and then perform operations such as storage.
And then, the server generates the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant. The security state information is used for representing the security state of the merchant, and the security state of the merchant includes but is not limited to one or more of a health security state, a food material security state, a staff health state and the like. For example, the security status information of the merchant may be used to indicate whether the food material shipping channel of the merchant is normal and sanitary, and may also indicate whether the environment of the merchant is clean and sanitary, whether employees are healthy, and the like, or one or more of the above information.
In some embodiments, the server sets different weights for various information in the basic information and the tracing information, obtains a weighted average sum of various information, and uses the weighted average sum as the security status information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the step of generating the security status information of the merchant by the server according to the basic information and the tracing information is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server. The computational model may be stored in a storage medium, database, or data center of the server for the server to invoke. For example, the computing model configured in the cloud server may be a computing model based on big data, and may generate a computing result according to the input basic information and the source tracing information, where the computing result is the security status information of the merchant. For another example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a model obtained by training a neural network, such as a feed-forward neural network, a deep neural network, a recurrent neural network, and a convolutional neural network. It should be appreciated that the server may also utilize any other computing means known to those skilled in the art to obtain the security status information for the merchant. The embodiment of the present application is that the server obtains the security status information according to the basic information and the tracing information, and the specific calculation method is not limited.
In step S402, unique identification information of a distributor associated with the merchant is acquired, and security status information of the distributor is acquired according to the unique identification information of the distributor.
Here, the server acquires unique identification information of a deliverer associated with the merchant, and acquires security status information of the deliverer according to the unique identification information of the deliverer. Wherein the associate of the distributor with the merchant refers to the task of distributing the merchant's food being performed by the distributor. For example, a merchant issues a delivery order, and after the deliverer takes the order, the deliverer and the merchant complete the association. As another example, the distributor is a distributor employed by a merchant, and the distributor is associated with the merchant.
In some embodiments, the step (not shown) of acquiring the safety status information of the delivery person according to the unique identification information of the delivery person includes step S4021, step S4022, and step S4023.
In step S4021, the basic information and trajectory information of a dispenser are acquired according to unique identification information of the dispenser.
Here, first, the server acquires unique identification information of a distributor, which is used to refer to the identity of the distributor to distinguish it from other distributors. Wherein, the unique identification information includes but is not limited to the identity card number, the identification code and the like of the distributor. In some embodiments, the identification code may be an identification code assigned to the company/platform to which the distributor belongs, and the identification code may be one or more of numbers, letters, symbols, and the like, or any combination thereof, of any length. For example, the identification code of dispatcher A is mtdp00001 and the identification code of dispatcher B is ptdg 00001.
In some embodiments, the base information includes one or more of dispenser physiological sign information, past history of disease information, and recent physical condition information. Wherein, the physiological sign information includes but is not limited to one or more of the data of the age, height, weight and body fat rate of the distributor. The past disease history information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a surgical history, a preventive injection history, an allergy history, a past disease, and the like of the dispenser. The recent physical condition information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of recent travel areas, recent lifestyle (e.g., smoking, drinking) information, exercise information, body temperature data, and physical examination information (e.g., blood pressure, blood routine, cardiac function, etc.) and the like. In some embodiments, the time period of the recent physical condition information may also be determined according to seasonal infectious disease, infectious disease type, and the like.
In some embodiments, the base information of the dispatchers also includes one or more of address information, commute information, delivery status information of the dispatchers, and the like. The delivery status information includes, for example, one or more of whether the dispenser wears a mask, whether an incubator (or a delivery box, or the like) used by the dispenser is sterilized, whether the dispenser wears disposable gloves, and the like. The commuting information comprises modes such as public transport, subway, taxi or riding in a traffic mode adopted by commuting, information such as commuting routes and areas where the routes pass through, and the like.
In some embodiments, the trajectory information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of latitude and longitude information of the location of the dispenser at a certain time, coordinate information, and information of areas that have passed over a period of time (e.g., which areas have passed, geographical boundary information of each area, etc.), and the like. For example, the trajectory information further includes start point information, destination information, and delivery route information when the delivery staff performs the delivery task according to each order; for example, the trajectory information includes a delivery route constituted by real-time position information at the time of executing a delivery task of the share order, and start point information and destination information. In practice, the areas may be divided by administrative division, by straight-line distance from the route, or by road planning.
Then, the server searches and extracts the basic information and the track information which are related to the unique identification information from a local storage medium or a database according to the unique identification information of the distributor. The association refers to associating a plurality of information items having a specific relationship, where the specific relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the specific relationship is, for example, primary key information or the like.
For example, the server associates its base information with unique identification information as belonging to the same distributor. In some embodiments, the one or more types of information of the dispenser are stored in a database after being associated, for example, the basic information and the track information belonging to the dispenser a are stored in a table of a relational database with the unique identification information of the dispenser a as a main key. When the server receives the updated basic information and the updated track information, the updated basic information and the updated track information are determined to belong to the distributor A according to the unique identification information, so that the operations of extracting, copying, modifying, deleting and the like of the historical basic information and the historical track information of the distributor A can be realized.
It should be appreciated that the base information of the distributor is not generally changed much over a period of time compared to the trajectory information, and therefore, the server may directly acquire the pre-stored base information.
In some embodiments, the basic information may be stored in a local memory space of the server, a storage medium of a cache space, or a Buffer (Buffer) on the storage medium in association with the unique identification information. The storage medium may include, among other things, read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed.
In other embodiments, the basic information may be stored in a database in association with the unique identification information, and the server may perform operations such as querying, extracting, modifying, storing, and deleting on information in the database. Wherein the database refers to an information storage and retrieval system deployed in a computing environment.
The trajectory information of the dispenser changes over time compared to the basic information. Therefore, the server may acquire the trajectory information of the deliverer within a period of time or acquire the current trajectory information of the deliverer in real time. For example, the server may obtain trajectory information of the dispatchers within 1 hour, within 1 day, within 1 week, and within 1 month. As another example, the server may obtain trajectory information of the dispenser in real time.
In some embodiments, the trajectory information may be uploaded to the server in real time by a terminal carried by the distributor. The terminal can be devices such as smart phone, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent glasses, intelligent bracelet, panel computer, portable navigation device, and vehicle event data recorder. For example, during the process of the delivery task performed by the delivery staff, the current location information is uploaded in real time by a smart phone carried by the delivery staff. As another example, during the process of the delivery task performed by the deliverer, the portable navigation device fixedly/detachably mounted on the vehicle (e.g., a motor vehicle, a non-motor vehicle, etc.) of the deliverer simultaneously uploads the current position information of the deliverer to the server while navigating the deliverer. It should be understood that the terminal may also be any other device having the function of acquiring and uploading current position information, such as a GSM/GPRS/GPS tracking locator.
In some practical scenarios, the requirements for real-time and accuracy of the trajectory information of the freight forwarder are lower than those of the take-away forwarder. Therefore, the track information may not have to be uploaded to the server in real time. For example, the trajectory information may be uploaded to the server at a fixed frequency/time interval, such as every 10 minutes, every 30 minutes, every 1 hour, for example, of the trajectory information of the dispenser. In another example, when a freight deliverer arrives at a certain location node, the trajectory information of the deliverer is uploaded to a server. The position node may be preset, for example, a cargo distribution center, a transfer station, a post station, a business point, etc. are set as the position node; and when the deliverer arrives at the position node, uploading the trajectory information of the deliverer to a server.
It should be understood that the frequency/time interval of the server acquiring the trajectory information of the dispenser may be adjusted according to different actual requirements, and the present application is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, in order to protect the privacy and security of the deliverers, the server may process the acquired basic information and trajectory information of the deliverers in an encryption, dispersion, desensitization, or other manner, and then perform operations such as storage.
In step S4022, risk dimension information of each area through which the delivery route of the dispenser passes is acquired based on the trajectory information.
Here, the server extracts a delivery route included in the trajectory information according to the trajectory information of the deliverer; and acquiring risk dimension information of each area through which the distribution route passes according to the distribution route of the distributor.
In some embodiments, the risk dimension information includes one or more of crowd distribution information, public health information, and risk level information for various regions, among others. Wherein the crowd spreading information comprises one or more of crowd density distribution information, crowd flow information, disease spreading information (such as origin time, origin place, spreading speed, infectivity and the like) and the like of each region; the disease transmission information is obtained, for example, by an infectious disease infection model. In some embodiments, the crowd dissemination information also includes health information, flow information, etc. of the people contacted in the distributor's distribution route. For example, the server obtains information of persons contacted by the delivery staff in the process of executing the delivery tasks by obtaining information of the delivery tasks, the delivery routes and the like of the delivery staff. For example, the server acquires order information of the order taken by the distributor, extracts information of a customer in the order information, and uses the information of the customer as information of a person contacted by the distributor in the process of executing a distribution task.
The public health information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of health control information, public health resource information, etc. of each region. The risk level information is used to indicate a risk factor for the area at a particular risk (e.g., infectious disease, etc.). For example, the risk level information of each region may represent the risk coefficient of the region by three levels of "high risk", "medium risk", and "low risk". For example, for the transmission of an influenza virus, the risk level information of the a-zone is "high risk", meaning that the deliverer has a higher risk of infection while passing through the a-zone. In some embodiments, the server may utilize big data and related techniques to obtain/predict risk dimension information for each area.
In step S4023, the safety state information of the delivery staff is generated based on the basic information and the risk dimension information.
Here, the server generates the safety state information of the deliverer according to the basic information and the risk dimension information of the deliverer. Wherein the safety status information is used for characterizing the safety status of the dispenser, for example, the health status of the dispenser is healthy, sub-healthy, or unhealthy, and/or the risk status (e.g., infection risk, etc.) is no risk, medium risk, or high risk, etc.
In some embodiments, the server sets different weights for various information in the base information and risk dimension information, obtains a weighted average sum of the various information and uses the weighted average sum as the safety status information of the distributor. In some embodiments, the step of generating the safety state information of the distributor according to the basic information and the risk dimension information by the server is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server. The computational model may be stored in a storage medium, database, or data center of the server for the server to invoke. For example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a calculation model based on big data, and may generate a calculation result according to the input basic information and risk dimension information, where the calculation result is the safety state information of the distributor. For another example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a model obtained by training a neural network, such as a feed-forward neural network, a deep neural network, a recurrent neural network, and a convolutional neural network.
It should be understood that the server may also utilize any other computational means known to those skilled in the art to obtain the safety status information of the distributor. The embodiment of the application is that the server obtains the security state information according to the basic information and the risk dimension information, and the specific calculation mode is not limited.
In step S403, the security status information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order is generated according to the security status information of the merchant and the security status information of the distributor. It should be understood that the distribution chain refers to a series of process chains from the step of making an order from a merchant to the step of receiving the order by a distributor and distributing the order until the user gets the goods. The distribution chain also includes a chain derived from further tracing on the process chain, such as a supply chain of food materials used by the merchant, and the like.
After the server obtains the security state information of the merchant and the security state information of the distributor, the security state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order is generated through calculation, and the security state information includes the security state information of the merchant and the security state information of the distributor.
In some embodiments, the server sets different weights for the security status information of the merchant and the security status information of the distributor, obtains a weighted average sum, and uses the weighted average sum as the security status information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order. In some embodiments, the step of generating, by the server, the security state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order according to the security state information of the merchant and the security state information of the distributor is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server. For another example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a model obtained by training a neural network, such as a feed-forward neural network, a deep neural network, a recurrent neural network, and a convolutional neural network. It should be appreciated that the server may also utilize any other computing means known to those skilled in the art to obtain the security status information for the merchant. The embodiment of the present application is that the server obtains the security status information according to the security status information of the merchant and the security status information of the distributor, and a specific calculation manner is not limited.
In order to facilitate the merchant, the user, and other personnel to clearly and intuitively know the security status information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order, in some embodiments, the security status information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order is represented in the form of a preset grade, a dynamic score, or a percentage. For example, the server presets different levels: LV1, LV2, LV3 … …, the ascending/descending order of the levels is used to indicate the safety status information of the delivery chain corresponding to the delivery order of this time. For another example, the server represents the safety state information of the delivery chain corresponding to the delivery order in the dynamic score. For another example, the server may represent, by percentage, the safety status information of the delivery chain corresponding to the delivery order of this time, and the like.
It should be understood that the representation form of the safety state information of the delivery chain corresponding to the delivery order of this time is not limited to the example described in the foregoing embodiment, and may be any other representation form known to those skilled in the art; for example, the safety status information of the distribution chain may also represent the safety status of the merchant in different types of icons/patterns and different colors of icons/patterns, for example, different two-dimensional code colors represent the safety status information of different distribution chains. In practical applications, the representation of the safety status information of the distribution chain may also be one or more combinations of the above examples.
In some embodiments, the information processing method further includes the steps of: generating two-dimensional codes and/or two-dimensional code data according to the safety state information of the distribution chain; sending the two-dimensional code to a user terminal of a user to be displayed; or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal so that the user terminal generates and displays the two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code data is a code matrix composed of 0 and 1 obtained by encoding with 0 and 1. The encoding method of the two-dimensional code data includes, but is not limited to: one-dimensional coding processing is carried out on data to be coded at least comprising the unique identification information of the merchants/distributors, and the data subjected to the one-dimensional coding processing are stacked into two-dimensional Code data, for example, the two-dimensional Code data are generated by adopting a Code 16K, Code 49 or PDF417 mode; or, performing interleaving encoding processing on the Data to be encoded at least including the unique identification information of the merchant/distributor to obtain two-dimensional Code Data, for example, generating the two-dimensional Code Data by using a Code One, a Maxi Code, a QR Code, or a Data Matrix. The two-dimensional code data at least comprises unique identification information which can be used for the server to search and obtain the security state information of the merchant/distributor. For example, the two-dimensional code data at least includes the unique identification information of the merchant/distributor, the electronic device for scanning the two-dimensional code sends the analyzed unique identification information of the merchant to the server, and the server searches in the database according to the unique identification information to obtain the security state information of the distribution chain. Or the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the security state information of the merchant and the security state information of the distributor, and immediately generates the security state information of the distribution chain according to the security state information of the merchant and the security state information of the distributor.
Here, the server generates the two-dimensional code according to the security state information of the distribution chain, so that a person can clearly and intuitively know the security state of a merchant in the distribution and the security state of a distributor who executes the distribution task. Or the server generates two-dimensional code data according to the safety state information of the distribution chain, and sends the two-dimensional code data to the terminal so that the terminal can generate the two-dimensional code according to the two-dimensional code data. Or the server can also generate the two-dimensional code and the corresponding two-dimensional code data at the same time, so that the user can analyze the two-dimensional code data through the user terminal to obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain after scanning the two-dimensional code.
For example, the server may generate a two-dimensional code according to the safety state information of the distribution chain, and send the two-dimensional code to the user terminal of the user to be displayed; and the user checks the two-dimension code and/or scans the two-dimension code, so that the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor are obtained. In an actual scene, the user terminal displays the two-dimensional code on an interface for displaying order details, an interface for logistics details and the like. In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code may also have a color attribute, with different colors to represent the safety status information of the corresponding distribution chain. For example, the two-dimensional code is red, yellow, and green, which respectively represent that the security status of the merchant and the distributor is a security and sanitation status, one of the merchant and the distributor is a general status, and both the merchant and the distributor are an insecure and sanitation risk status, and so on. Therefore, the user can obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order by checking the two-dimensional code.
In some embodiments, the information processing method further includes the steps of: and generating an authentication identifier according to the safety state information of the distribution chain, and sending the authentication identifier to a user terminal of a user to be displayed. The certification mark is used for representing safety state information of the distribution chain, such as one or more combinations of texts, character strings, icons, patterns, LOGO, specified colors or color combinations and the like.
In some embodiments, the authentication identifier is used to be displayed on a display interface of an APP application or an applet loaded in the user terminal, for example, the authentication identifier may be displayed on a thumbnail corresponding to the merchant in a search result interface or a recommendation display interface in the APP application. The authentication identifier is positioned on the thumbnail in a shielding manner, for example, the authentication identifier shields the top, the bottom or the side of the thumbnail; or the authentication identifier and the thumbnail are spliced in the thumbnail area of the interface, for example, the authentication identifier is spliced at the top, the bottom, or the side of the thumbnail. As another example, the authentication identifier may also be displayed in a top area, a middle area, or a floor area of the detail page of the merchant, such as a text summary field area in the detail page.
In some embodiments, the authentication identifier displayed on the detail page interface is configured as a hot key area or a virtual key area, namely, the user can enter another display window or a display page by triggering and operating the hot key area or the virtual key area; that is, the authentication identifier is associated with the safety state information of the distribution chain, and when the user triggers the authentication identifier to trigger the corresponding hotkey area, the APP application may jump to and display another display window or display page to display the safety state information of the distribution chain, such as one or more of a source channel of food materials, an environmental health condition of a merchant, a health condition of employees, basic information of distributors, trajectory information, safety state information, and the like. The trigger operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking (for example, clicking with an input device such as a mouse or a capacitive pen, or touching with a finger, etc.), long-pressing, or repeated touch. It should be understood that a user performing a trigger operation on an object may be referred to as the user triggering the object, for example, a user performing a trigger operation on an interface may also be referred to as the user triggering the interface. For another example, a user triggering a hot key area indicates that the user performs a triggering operation on the hot key area, and so on. Similar situations will not be described in detail below.
In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier are displayed on a lunch box used by the merchant, so that a user can obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain through the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier on the lunch box. For example, the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier may be printed, pasted, drawn, and the like by a merchant and displayed on the outer surface of the meal box, so that a user can scan the two-dimensional code pasted on the meal box to obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain. For another example, the lunch boxes are batch customized lunch boxes by merchants, and the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification are/is engraved on the outer surface of the lunch box, and the like. In some embodiments, the authentication identifier on the meal box can also be a specific character string associated with the security status information of the merchant; the user can input the character string displayed on the lunch box so as to obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain.
According to the information processing method, the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order is generated by acquiring the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor, so that a user can conveniently know the source of the food materials from the merchant, the manufacturing environment of the food materials and the packaging of dishes until the distributor receiving the order finishes the safety state of each link on the complete distribution chain of the distribution order, the user can conveniently know and supervise the food safety of the merchant, and meanwhile, the safety and health guarantee is provided for the mode that the user takes a meal in a take-out mode.
The present application further provides an information processing system, configured to execute the information processing method provided in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and have corresponding functional modules and can achieve the same technical effect. In some embodiments, the information handling system may be configured on one or more servers, such as a cloud server. Referring to FIG. 5, a block diagram of modules of another information handling system of the present application in one embodiment is shown. As shown, the information processing system 5 includes a first obtaining module 501, a second obtaining module 502, and a processing module 503.
In a specific application scenario, the first obtaining module, the second obtaining module, and the processing module may be software modules, and the software modules may be deployed on a server, or a virtual machine on the server, or a container on the server; and the software modules may be deployed on the same server or different servers according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application. In addition, part or all of the first obtaining module, the second obtaining module, and the processing module may also be integrated into one module to realize more convenient embedding into a device/apparatus.
The first acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to unique identification information of the merchant and acquiring security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state. The second obtaining module is used for obtaining the unique identification information of the distributor associated with the merchant and obtaining the safety state information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor. And the processing module is used for generating the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order according to the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor.
In the embodiment, to simplify the description, the first obtaining module, the second obtaining module, and the processing module in the information processing system may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the information processing method in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and achieve the same technical effects, and are not described herein again.

The application also provides a server for executing the information processing method to obtain the security state information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the servers may be arranged on one or more physical servers based on a variety of factors, such as function, load, and the like. In some embodiments, the server may be a server based on a cloud architecture, which refers to a cloud computing Platform provided by a cloud computing provider, and the cloud computing Platform can provide services such as IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service), and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). The Cloud computing platforms include Public Cloud (Public Cloud), Private Cloud (Private Cloud), Hybrid Cloud (Hybrid Cloud), and the like, for example, a american Cloud computing service platform, an aristoloc Cloud computing service platform, a hundredth Cloud computing platform, an Tencent Cloud computing platform, and the like. In some embodiments, the servers may be comprised of a distributed or centralized cluster of servers. For example, the server cluster is composed of at least one entity server. Each entity server is provided with a plurality of virtual servers, each virtual server runs at least one functional module in the system, and the virtual servers are communicated with each other through a network.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a block diagram illustrating modules of another server according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the server includes at least one storage device 601 and at least one processing device 602.
Wherein the storage device is used for storing at least one program; in embodiments, the storage device comprises a storage server or memory, which may comprise high speed random access memory, and may also comprise non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, the storage device may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network-attached memory that is accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communication network (not shown), which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
The processing device is connected to the storage device, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the information processing method in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 when the at least one program is executed. The processing device is, for example, a server, such as an application server or the like, that includes a processor operatively coupled with a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processing device may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processing device may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The server provided by the application generates the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order through acquiring the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor, so that the user can conveniently know the source of the food materials from the merchant, the manufacturing environment of the food materials and the packaging of dishes, and the safety state of each link on the complete distribution chain of the distribution order is completed by the distributor until the distributor receives the order, thereby being beneficial to the user to know and supervise the food safety of the merchant, and meanwhile, the safety and sanitation guarantee is provided for the mode that the user takes out the food.
The application also provides an information acquisition method, which can be executed by operating an electronic device by virtue of a worker of a merchant, so that the merchant can acquire the security state information of the merchant. Such as an electronic device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, including components such as memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), peripheral interfaces, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, microphones, input/output (I/O) subsystems, a display screen, other output or control devices, and external ports, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart band, a smart watch, and the like. The electronic device can also be an electronic device consisting of a host with a plurality of virtual machines and a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch display screen, a keyboard and a mouse) corresponding to each virtual machine.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an information obtaining method according to the present application. As shown in the figure, the information acquisition method includes step S701 and step S702.
In step S701, basic information associated with unique identification information of a merchant is transmitted to a server. Here, the electronic device sends basic information of the merchant to a server, and the server associates the basic information with the unique identification information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the electronic device associates the unique identification information with the basic information and then sends the associated information to a server.
In some embodiments, the basic information of the merchant is not limited to one or more of daily operation information, employee information, health information, and the like of the merchant. Wherein the daily operation information includes but is not limited to one or more of qualification information, geographical location information, and facility information of the merchant. For example, the qualification information of the merchant includes an electronic version of the food and drink operation license (picture or PDF file format) and/or an electronic version of the food and drink operation health license (picture or PDF file format). The geographic location information is not limited to one or more of address information of the merchant (for example, X street X number in X area), latitude and longitude information of the location where the merchant is located, coordinate information of the location where the merchant is located on a map, and the like. The facility information is, for example, information about equipment for guaranteeing food and beverage hygiene, such as whether a merchant is equipped with a disinfection kit or the stock of disinfection kits, and the like.
In some embodiments, the employee information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of basic information and health status information of the employee. The basic information of the staff comprises one or more of physiological sign information, past disease history information, address information, commute information and the like of the staff. Wherein, the physiological sign information includes but is not limited to one or more of the age, height, weight, body fat rate and the like of the employee. The past history information of the disease includes but is not limited to one or more of surgical history, preventive injection history, allergy history, past disease and the like of the employee. The commuting information includes, for example, the transportation mode (such as public transportation, subway, taxi, or riding mode) adopted by the staff for commuting, and information such as a commuting route and an area where the route passes through. The health status information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of recent travel areas, recent lifestyle (e.g., smoking, drinking) information, exercise information, body temperature data, and physical examination information (e.g., blood pressure, blood routine, cardiac function, etc.) and the like. For example, the health status information of the employee includes daily morning examination record information, daily temperature data of a card. In some embodiments, the recent time period may also be determined based on seasonal infections, types of infections, and the like.
In some embodiments, the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, cutlery box hygiene information, protective material stock information, and protective action information. Wherein the certified health level information is, for example, a level of a health condition certified by an authority, for example, a health level of a merchant a is a, which means that the health condition of the merchant is better; the hygiene rating of merchant B is C, meaning that the merchant is in poor hygiene. Such as the authorities of the chinese food and drug administration or local authorities, or the folk organizations such as the chinese restaurant association, the national green restaurant working committee, and the american college.
The in-store environment information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of disinfection bulletin information, dining environment information, kitchen environment information, and the like. For example, the disinfection notice information is a picture of the disinfection notice taken by a merchant or a commitment file. As another example, the disinfection notice information is a bulletin file promised to perform disinfection. For example, the disinfection notice information includes disinfection days and execution status of the merchant. For another example, the disinfection notice information is displayed as a bulletin file or reminder strip posted in the front desk of the merchant or other eye-catching locations. The dining environment information is, for example, photographs of public dining areas, and/or box areas taken by merchants. The kitchen environment information is, for example, photographs of one or more of a kitchen range, a dish washing table, a food storage room, a disinfection cabinet and the like taken by a merchant.
The meal box health information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of source information (e.g., supplier information), material information, sterilization status, recycling status, etc. of meal boxes used by the merchant. The protection material storage information includes but is not limited to storage conditions of storage materials for protecting against epidemic situations/accidents of merchants and the like. For example, the information on the reserve of protective materials includes one or more of a material barrel containing alcohol (or other sterilizing and disinfecting materials) reserved by a merchant, a mask, a hand sanitizer, a thermometer, a purchase instruction, an expiration date instruction, and the like. The safeguard information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of health management measures for the employee (e.g., daily body temperature measurement), health safeguards for the employee (e.g., required mask wear), and disinfection measures for the facility, among others.
In some embodiments, the merchant's traceability information includes the merchant's food material provider and/or supply chain information for the food material. For example, the food material supplier can be a supplier of xiaoshu, dingdong buy vegetables, and tomayson. In some embodiments, the traceability information of the merchant may further include authentication information of the food material provider, for example, authentication information that the provider is authenticated by an authority. For example, the food material supplier a is authenticated and has authentication information, so that the source of the food material can be guaranteed to be safe and sanitary; the food material supplier B is not authenticated, and thus it cannot be guaranteed whether the source of the food material is safe and sanitary. The supply chain information of the food material comprises one or more of the manufacturer information, storage condition (such as warehouse and refrigerator information), transportation information (such as logistics trader) and the like of the food material. For example, food materials used by a merchant are transported from a production base through cold-chain logistics to a storage warehouse set up by a food material supplier, and transported by the food material supplier to the merchant.
Then, the server searches and extracts the basic information and the traceability information which are associated with the unique identification information from a local storage medium or a database according to the unique identification information of the merchant. The association refers to associating a plurality of information items having a specific relationship, where the specific relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the specific relationship is, for example, primary key information or the like.
For example, the server associates its basic information with the unique identification information as belonging to the same merchant. In some embodiments, the one or more types of information of the merchant are stored in a database after being associated, for example, the basic information and the source tracing information belonging to the merchant a are stored in a table of a relational database with the unique identification information of the merchant a as a main key. When the updated basic information and the updated tracing information are received by the server, the information belonging to the merchant A is determined according to the unique identification information, so that the operations of extracting, copying, modifying, deleting and the like of the historical basic information and the historical tracing information of the merchant A can be realized.
It should be appreciated that the merchant's basic and traceability information typically does not change significantly over a period of time, and therefore the server may directly retrieve the pre-stored basic and traceability information.
In some embodiments, the basic information and the tracing information may be stored in a local memory space of a server, a storage medium of a cache space, or a cache area (Buffer) on the storage medium in association with the unique identification information. The storage medium may include, among other things, read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed.
In other embodiments, the basic information and the tracing information may be stored in a database in association with the unique identification information, and the server may perform operations such as querying, extracting, modifying, storing, and deleting on information in the database. Wherein the database refers to an information storage and retrieval system deployed in a computing environment.
In some embodiments, in order to protect the privacy and security of the merchant, the server may process the obtained basic information and the obtained source tracing information of the merchant in an encryption, dispersion, desensitization, or other manner, and then perform operations such as storage.
And then, the server generates the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant. The security state information is used for representing the security state of the merchant, and the security state of the merchant includes but is not limited to one or more of a health security state, a food material security state, a staff health state and the like. For example, the security status information of the merchant may be used to indicate whether the food material shipping channel of the merchant is normal and sanitary, and may also indicate whether the environment of the merchant is clean and sanitary, whether employees are healthy, and the like, or one or more of the above information.
In some embodiments, the server sets different weights for various information in the basic information and the tracing information, obtains a weighted average sum of various information, and uses the weighted average sum as the security status information of the merchant. In some embodiments, the step of generating the security status information of the merchant by the server according to the basic information and the tracing information is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server. The computational model may be stored in a storage medium, database, or data center of the server for the server to invoke. For example, the computing model configured in the cloud server may be a computing model based on big data, and may generate a computing result according to the input basic information and the source tracing information, where the computing result is the security status information of the merchant. For another example, the calculation model configured in the cloud server may be a model obtained by training a neural network, such as a feed-forward neural network, a deep neural network, a recurrent neural network, and a convolutional neural network. It should be appreciated that the server may also utilize any other computing means known to those skilled in the art to obtain the security status information for the merchant. The embodiment of the present application is that the server obtains the security status information according to the basic information and the tracing information, and the specific calculation method is not limited.
In step S702, receiving security status information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; and obtaining the security state information according to the basic information and the source tracing information which are associated with the unique identification information of the merchant.
Here, the electronic device receives the security status information of the merchant sent by the server. The security status information is obtained by the server executing the method steps corresponding to the above-mentioned embodiments, and is not described herein again.
To facilitate clear, intuitive knowledge of the merchant's security status by itself and other personnel, in some embodiments, the merchant's security status information is characterized in terms of a preset rating, dynamic score, or percentage. For example, the server presets different levels: LV1, LV2, LV3 … …, ascending/descending order of levels is used to represent security status information of the corresponding merchant. For another example, the server represents the security status information of the merchant by the dynamic score, for example, 60 points or less represents that the security status information of the merchant is low, which means that the source of the food material of the merchant is irregular, the environment is unsanitary, and the like; 80 points or more indicate that the food material source of the merchant is normal, the environment is sanitary, and the like. As another example, the server may represent the security status information of the merchant in terms of percentage, and so on.
It should be understood that the representation form of the security status information is not limited to the example described in the above embodiment, and may be any other representation form known to those skilled in the art; for example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant in different styles of icons/patterns, different colors of icons/patterns, for example, different two-dimensional code colors represent different security statuses of merchants; as another example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant and its changes over a period of time in the form of a statistical graph. In practical applications, the representation of the security status information may also be one or more combinations of the above examples.
In some embodiments, the security status information may also be presented on the electronic device in the form of a two-dimensional code and/or an authentication mark. And the user acquires the safety state information of the merchant by checking the two-dimension code and/or scanning the two-dimension code, or the user acquires the safety state information of the merchant by checking the authentication identifier or inputting the authentication identifier on the electronic equipment. In an actual scene, the user terminal displays the two-dimensional code on an interface for displaying merchant details, an interface for displaying dish details and the like. In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code may also have a color attribute, with different colors to indicate the security status of the corresponding merchant. For example, the two-dimensional code is red, yellow, and green, which respectively represent the security status of the merchant as a security and health status, a general status, and an insecure and health risk status, and so on. Therefore, the user can know the approximate security state of the merchant by looking at the two-dimensional code.
According to the information acquisition method, the basic information of the merchant is submitted, the server obtains the traceability information associated with the merchant according to the basic information, the server generates the safety state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information, and displays the safety state information, so that the merchant can know the safety states such as food material sources in time, and the safety states such as the food material sources can be monitored and managed.
The present application further provides an information acquisition system, configured to execute the information acquisition method provided in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7, and have corresponding functional modules and can achieve the same technical effect. Please refer to fig. 8, which is a block diagram illustrating module components of an information acquisition system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the information acquisition system 8 includes a sending module 801 and a receiving module 802.
In a specific application scenario, the sending module and the receiving module may be software modules, and the software modules may be deployed on a server, or a virtual machine on the server, or a container on the server; and the software modules may be deployed on the same server or different servers according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application. In addition, part or all of the sending module and the receiving module can also be integrated into one module to realize more convenient embedding into a device/equipment.
The system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a processing module, wherein the sending module is used for sending basic information associated with unique identification information of a merchant to a server, and the receiving module is used for receiving security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state. And obtaining the security state information according to the basic information and the source tracing information which are associated with the unique identification information of the merchant.
In the embodiment, to simplify the description, the sending module and the receiving module in the information acquiring system may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the information acquiring method in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and achieve the same technical effects, which is not described herein again.
The information acquisition system provided by the application can be convenient for the merchant to know the safety states such as food material sources in time and monitor and manage the safety states such as food material sources through submitting the basic information of the merchant, obtaining the traceability information associated with the merchant by the server according to the basic information and the traceability information, and displaying the safety state information of the merchant by the server according to the basic information and the traceability information.
The present application further provides an electronic device, and the merchant may execute the information obtaining method according to the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7 by using the electronic device to obtain the security status information of the merchant. Referring to fig. 9, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an electronic device according to the present application is shown, where the electronic device includes: a display 901, at least one memory 902, and at least one processor 903.
In an embodiment, the electronic device is, for example, an electronic device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, and includes components such as a memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, a speaker, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, other output or control devices, and an external port, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, personal computers such as desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart bands, smart phones, smart televisions, and the like. The electronic device can also be an electronic device consisting of a host with a plurality of virtual machines and a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch display screen, a keyboard and a mouse) corresponding to each virtual machine.
The functionality of the display is achieved by a graphics module in the electronic device, which includes various known software components for rendering and displaying graphics on a touch screen, and a controller for displaying the same. Note that the term "graphic" includes any object that may be displayed to a user, including but not limited to text, web pages, icons (e.g., user interface objects including soft keys), digital images, videos, animations and the like. The display screen is, for example, a touch screen, and provides both an output interface and an input interface between the device and the user. The touch screen controller receives/sends electrical signals from/to the touch screen. The touch screen then displays visual output to the user. This visual output may include text, graphics, video, and any combination thereof.
The at least one memory is for storing at least one program; in embodiments, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, the memory may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network attached memory that is accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communications network, which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
In an embodiment, the at least one processor is connected to the at least one memory, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment of the information obtaining method as described in fig. 7 above when the at least one program is executed. In an embodiment, the processor is operatively coupled with a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processor may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processor may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The electronic equipment provided by the application acquires the traceability information associated with the merchant according to the basic information by submitting the basic information of the merchant, generates the safety state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information by the server, displays the safety state information, can be convenient for the merchant to know the safety states such as food material sources in time, and monitors and manages the safety states such as the food material sources.
The application also provides an information display method, and a user can execute the information display method by means of an electronic device (namely a user terminal) so as to acquire the security state information of a merchant. Such as an electronic device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, including components such as memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), peripheral interfaces, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, microphones, input/output (I/O) subsystems, a display screen, other output or control devices, and external ports, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart band, a smart watch, and the like. The electronic device can also be an electronic device consisting of a host with a plurality of virtual machines and a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch display screen, a keyboard and a mouse) corresponding to each virtual machine.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the information displaying method of the present application is shown, where as shown in the drawing, the information displaying method includes step S1001, step S1002, and step S1003.
In step S1001, the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box is scanned. Here, the user scans the two-dimensional code displayed on the display of the electronic device and/or the two-dimensional code displayed on the meal box by operating the electronic device. For example, a user scans a two-dimensional code by long-pressing a two-dimensional code picture displayed on a display. The two-dimensional code on the meal box is printed and pasted on the outer surface of the meal box for a merchant or displayed on the meal box in a drawing, engraving and other modes, and specific description is referred to the previous embodiment and is not repeated herein.
In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code may have a color attribute, with different colors to represent the security status of the corresponding merchant. For example, the two-dimensional code is red, yellow, and green, which respectively represent the security status of the merchant as a security and sanitation status, a general status, and an insecure and sanitation status, and so on. Therefore, the user can know the approximate security state of the merchant by looking at the two-dimensional code. Meanwhile, the user can scan the two-dimensional code through the scanning module to obtain security state information of the merchant, such as specific grade, dynamic score, percentage and the like.
In step S1002, the two-dimensional code data included in the two-dimensional code is analyzed to be sent to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server according to the unique identification information of the merchant.
Here, the electronic device of the user analyzes the two-dimensional code data included in the two-dimensional code after scanning the two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code data is a code matrix composed of 0 and 1 obtained by encoding with 0 and 1. The encoding method of the two-dimensional code data includes, but is not limited to: one-dimensional coding processing is carried out on data to be coded at least comprising the unique identification information of the merchant, and the data subjected to the one-dimensional coding processing are stacked into two-dimensional Code data, for example, the two-dimensional Code data are generated by adopting a Code 16K, Code 49 or PDF417 mode; or, performing interleaving encoding processing on the Data to be encoded at least including the unique identification information of the merchant to obtain two-dimensional Code Data, for example, generating the two-dimensional Code Data by using a Code One, Maxi Code, QR Code, Data Matrix, or the like.
The two-dimensional code data at least comprises unique identification information which can be searched by the server and used for obtaining the security state information of the merchant. For example, the two-dimensional code data at least contains the unique identification information of the merchant, the electronic device of the user sends the unique identification information of the merchant obtained through analysis to a server, and the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the security state information of the merchant. Or the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant, and immediately generates the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information.
In step S1003, receiving the security status information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the safety state information of the merchant is generated through the basic information and the source tracing information of the merchant.
Here, the electronic device of the user receives the security status information of the merchant sent by the server. The security status information is obtained by the server executing the method steps corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
To facilitate a clear, intuitive understanding of the merchant's security status by the user, in some embodiments, the merchant's security status information is characterized in the form of a preset rating, dynamic score, or percentage. For example, the server presets different levels: LV1, LV2, LV3 … …, ascending/descending order of levels is used to represent security status information of the corresponding merchant. As another example, the server represents the security status information of the merchant in dynamic score high and low. As another example, the server may represent the security status information of the merchant in terms of percentage, and so on.
It should be understood that the representation form of the security status information is not limited to the example described in the above embodiment, and may be any other representation form known to those skilled in the art; for example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant in different styles of icons/patterns, different colors of icons/patterns; as another example, the security status information may also represent the security status of the merchant and its changes over a period of time in the form of a statistical graph. In practical applications, the representation of the security status information may also be one or more combinations of the above examples.
According to the information display method, the safety state information of the merchant processed and sent by the server is acquired, so that the user can conveniently know food safety problems such as food material sources of the merchant, the manufacturing environment of food materials, the packaging of dishes and the health conditions of staff, and the user can conveniently supervise the food materials used by the merchant.
The present application further provides an information display system, configured to execute the information display method provided in the foregoing embodiment, and have corresponding functional modules and can achieve the same technical effects. Please refer to fig. 11, which is a block diagram illustrating module components of the information display system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the presentation system 11 includes a scanning module 1101, a parsing module 1102, and a receiving module 1103.
In a specific application scenario, the scanning module, the parsing module, and the receiving module may be software modules, and the software modules may be deployed on a server, or a virtual machine on the server, or a container on the server; and the software modules may be deployed on the same server or different servers according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application. In addition, part or all of the scanning module, the analyzing module and the receiving module can be integrated into one module to be more conveniently embedded into one device/equipment.
The scanning module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box; the analysis module is used for analyzing the two-dimension code data contained in the two-dimension code to send to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server according to the unique identification information of the merchant; the receiving module is used for receiving the security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the safety state information of the merchant is generated through the basic information and the source tracing information of the merchant.
In the embodiment, to simplify the description, the scanning module, the parsing module, and the receiving module in the information presentation system may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the information presentation method in the embodiment shown in fig. 10, and achieve the same technical effects, which is not described herein again.
The information display system provided by the application can facilitate the user to know food safety problems such as food material sources, food material manufacturing environments, dish packages, staff health conditions and the like of the merchants by acquiring the security state information of the merchants processed and sent by the server, so that the user can conveniently supervise the food materials used by the merchants.
The application also provides an information display method, and a user can execute the search information display method by means of the electronic equipment to obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order, wherein the safety state information comprises the safety state information of a merchant and the safety state information of a distributor executing the distribution task corresponding to the distribution order. Please refer to fig. 12, which is a flowchart illustrating another information displaying method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the information display method includes step S1201, step S1202, and step S1203.
In step S1201, the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the meal box is scanned. Here, the user scans the two-dimensional code displayed on the display of the electronic device and/or the two-dimensional code displayed on the meal box by operating the electronic device. For example, a user scans a two-dimensional code by long-pressing a two-dimensional code picture displayed on a display. The two-dimensional code on the meal box is printed and pasted on the outer surface of the meal box for a merchant or displayed on the meal box in a drawing, engraving and other modes, and specific description is referred to the previous embodiment and is not repeated herein.
In step S1202, the two-dimensional code data included in the two-dimensional code is parsed to be sent to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server based on the unique identification information of the merchant and the unique identification information of the distributor associated with the merchant.
Here, the electronic device of the user analyzes the two-dimensional code data included in the two-dimensional code after scanning the two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code data is a code matrix composed of 0 and 1 obtained by encoding with 0 and 1. The encoding method of the two-dimensional code data includes, but is not limited to: one-dimensional coding processing is carried out on data to be coded at least comprising the unique identification information of the merchants/distributors, and the data subjected to the one-dimensional coding processing are stacked into two-dimensional Code data, for example, the two-dimensional Code data are generated by adopting a Code 16K, Code 49 or PDF417 mode; or, performing interleaving encoding processing on the Data to be encoded at least including the unique identification information of the merchant/distributor to obtain two-dimensional Code Data, for example, generating the two-dimensional Code Data by using a Code One, a Maxi Code, a QR Code, or a Data Matrix.
The two-dimensional code data at least comprises unique identification information which can be used for the server to search and obtain the safety state information of the merchant/distributor. For example, the two-dimensional code data at least includes the unique identification information of the merchant/distributor, the electronic device of the user sends the analyzed unique identification information of the merchant/distributor to a server, and the server searches a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the security state information of the merchant/distributor. Or the server searches in a database according to the unique identification information to obtain the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant and the basic information and the track information of the distributor, and immediately generates the security state information of the merchant/distributor according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant and the basic information and the track information of the distributor.
In step S1203, receiving the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order fed back by the server; the safety state information of the delivery chain is generated through the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the deliverer; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
Here, the electronic device of the user receives the security status information of the distribution chain transmitted by the server. The safety state information of the distribution chain is obtained by the server executing the method steps corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and is not described herein again.
According to the information display method, the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order is generated by acquiring the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor, so that a user can conveniently know the source of the food materials from the merchant, the manufacturing environment of the food materials and the packaging of dishes until the distributor receiving the order finishes the safety state of each link on the complete distribution chain of the distribution order, the user can conveniently know and supervise the food safety of the merchant, and meanwhile, the safety and health guarantee is provided for the mode that the user takes a meal in a take-out mode.
The present application further provides an information display system, configured to execute the information display method provided in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 12, and have corresponding functional modules and can achieve the same technical effect. Please refer to fig. 13, which is a block diagram illustrating modules of another information presentation system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the information presentation system 13 includes a scanning module 1301, a parsing module 1302, and a receiving module 1303.
In a specific application scenario, the scanning module, the parsing module, and the receiving module may be software modules, and the software modules may be deployed on a server, or a virtual machine on the server, or a container on the server; and the software modules may be deployed on the same server or different servers according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application. In addition, part or all of the scanning module, the analyzing module and the receiving module can be integrated into one module to be more conveniently embedded into one device/equipment.
The scanning module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box; the analysis module is used for analyzing the two-dimension code data contained in the two-dimension code to send to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server according to the unique identification information of the merchant and the unique identification information of the distributor associated with the merchant; the receiving module is used for receiving the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order fed back by the server; the safety state information of the delivery chain is generated through the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the deliverer; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
In the embodiment, to simplify the description, the scanning module, the parsing module, and the receiving module in the information presentation system may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the information presentation method in the embodiment shown in fig. 12, and achieve the same technical effects, which is not described herein again.
The information display system that this application provided is through the safe state information who obtains trade company and deliverer's safe state information, the safe state information of the delivery chain that this delivery order corresponds is generated, can be convenient for the user to know from trade company's edible material source, the preparation environment of edible material, the packing of dish, the safe state of each link on this complete delivery chain of delivery order is accomplished to the deliverer who connects the order up to, be favorable to the user to know, supervise trade company's food safety, the mode that also has adopted the takeaway mode to eat to the user has had the safety and sanitation guarantee simultaneously.
The present application further provides an electronic device, by which the user can execute the information displaying method according to the embodiment corresponding to fig. 10 to obtain the security status information of the merchant; alternatively, the user may execute the information presentation method according to the embodiment corresponding to fig. 12 by using the electronic device to obtain the safety status information of the distribution chain. Referring to fig. 14, a schematic view of another electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the electronic device includes: a display 1401, at least one memory 1402, and at least one processor 1403.
In an embodiment, the electronic device is, for example, an electronic device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, and includes components such as a memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, a speaker, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, other output or control devices, and an external port, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. In an embodiment, the at least one processor is connected to the at least one memory, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment of the information presentation method as shown in fig. 10 or at least one embodiment of the information presentation method as shown in fig. 12 when the at least one program is executed. In an embodiment, the processor is operatively coupled with a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processor may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processor may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The electronic equipment provided by the application generates the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order through acquiring the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor, so that a user can know the source of the food materials from the merchant, the manufacturing environment of the food materials and the packaging of dishes conveniently, the safety state of each link on the complete distribution chain of the distribution order is completed by the distributor receiving the order, the user can know the food safety of the merchant, and meanwhile, the safe and sanitary guarantee is provided for the mode that the user takes a take-out mode to eat.
The present application also provides a computer-readable and writable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, implements at least one embodiment described above for the information processing method, such as the embodiment described in any of fig. 1.

The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application.

Based on the technical frameworks reflected by the examples described in the information processing method, the information processing system and the server, the information acquisition method, the information acquisition system and the electronic device, the information display method, the information display system and the electronic device, and the computer-readable storage medium, the following technical solutions are disclosed in the present application:
1. an information processing method characterized by comprising the steps of: acquiring basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to unique identification information of the merchant; generating security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
2. The information processing method according to embodiment 1, wherein the basic information of the merchant includes daily operation information, employee information, and health information of the merchant; the daily operation information comprises one or more of qualification information, geographical position information and facility information of merchants; the employee information comprises basic information and health state information of the employee; the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, lunch box hygiene information, protective material storage information, and protective measure information.
3. The information processing method according to embodiment 1, wherein the traceability information of the merchant includes a food material supplier of the merchant and/or supply chain information of the food material.
4. The information processing method according to embodiment 1, wherein the step of obtaining the security status information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server.
5. The information processing method according to embodiment 1, further comprising the steps of: and generating a two-dimensional code and/or two-dimensional code data according to the security state information of the merchant, or generating an authentication identifier.
6. The information processing method according to embodiment 5, further comprising: sending the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification to a user terminal of a user to be displayed; or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal so that the user terminal generates and displays the two-dimensional code.
7. The information processing method according to embodiment 5, wherein the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier is used to be displayed on a meal box used by the merchant, so that a user can obtain the security status information of the merchant through the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identifier on the meal box.
8. An information processing system, comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, a tracking module and a tracking module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to unique identification information of the merchant; the processing module is used for generating the security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state.
9. A server, comprising: at least one storage device for storing at least one program; and the processing device is connected with the storage device and is used for executing and realizing the information processing method in any one of the embodiments 1 to 7 when the at least one program is run.
10. An information acquisition method, characterized by comprising the steps of: sending basic information associated with the unique identification information of a merchant to a server; receiving security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; and obtaining the security state information according to the basic information and the source tracing information which are associated with the unique identification information of the merchant.
11. The information acquisition method according to embodiment 10, wherein the basic information of the merchant includes daily operation information, employee information, and health information of the merchant; the daily operation information comprises one or more of qualification information, geographical position information and facility information of merchants; the employee information comprises basic information and health state information of the employee; the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, protective material reserve information, and protective measure information.
12. The information acquisition method according to embodiment 10, wherein the traceability information of the merchant includes a food material supplier of the merchant and/or supply chain information of the food material.
13. An information acquisition system, comprising: the sending module is used for sending basic information associated with the unique identification information of a merchant to the server; the receiving module is used for receiving the security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; and obtaining the security state information according to the basic information and the source tracing information which are associated with the unique identification information of the merchant.
14. An information display method is characterized by comprising the following steps: scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box; analyzing the two-dimensional code data contained in the two-dimensional code to send to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server according to unique identification information of a merchant; receiving security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the safety state information of the merchant is generated through the basic information and the source tracing information of the merchant.
15. The information presentation method according to embodiment 14, wherein the basic information of the merchant includes daily operation information, employee information, and health information of the merchant; the daily operation information comprises one or more of qualification information, geographical position information and facility information of merchants; the employee information comprises basic information and health state information of the employee; the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, protective material reserve information, and protective measure information.
16. The information presentation method according to embodiment 14, wherein the traceability information of the merchant includes a food material supplier of the merchant and/or supply chain information of the food material.
17. An information presentation system, comprising: the scanning module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box; the analysis module is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code data contained in the two-dimensional code to send to a server; wherein the two-dimensional code data is generated by the server according to unique identification information of a merchant; the receiving module is used for receiving the security state information of the merchant fed back by the server; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the safety state information of the merchant is generated through the basic information and the source tracing information of the merchant.
18. An electronic device, comprising: a display; at least one memory for storing at least one program; at least one processor, connected to the at least one memory, configured to execute and implement the information obtaining method according to any one of embodiments 10 to 12 or the information displaying method according to any one of embodiments 14 to 16 when the at least one program is executed.
19. A computer-readable storage medium, in which at least one program is stored, the program being executed by a processor and implementing the information processing method according to any one of embodiments 1 to 7, the information acquisition method according to any one of embodiments 10 to 12, or the information presentation method according to any one of embodiments 14 to 16.

Claims (18)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising the steps of:
acquiring basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to unique identification information of the merchant on a takeout platform, and acquiring security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the unique identification information comprises an identification code which is allocated to the takeout platform and is added by the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant have different calculation weights, and the security state information of the merchant is characterized by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant;
acquiring unique identification information of a distributor associated with the merchant, and acquiring security state information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor; the step of acquiring the safety state information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor comprises the following steps: acquiring basic information and track information of a distributor according to unique identification information of the distributor; acquiring risk dimension information of each area through which a distribution route of the distributor passes according to the track information; generating safety state information of the dispatchers according to the basic information and the risk dimension information of the dispatchers; the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributors have different calculation weights, and the safety state information of the distributors is represented by results obtained by calculating the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributors;
generating the safety state information of a distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order according to the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor;
and, further comprising the steps of:
generating two-dimensional codes and/or two-dimensional code data or an authentication identifier according to the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order;
sending the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification to a user terminal of a user to be displayed; or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal so that the user terminal generates and displays the two-dimensional code; and/or the two-dimension code and/or the authentication identification are/is used for being displayed on a lunch box used by the merchant, so that a user can obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain through the two-dimension code and/or the authentication identification on the lunch box.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the basic information of the merchant includes daily operation information, employee information, and health information of the merchant; the daily operation information comprises one or more of qualification information, geographical position information and facility information of merchants; the employee information comprises basic information and health state information of the employee; the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, protective material reserve information, and protective measure information.
3. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein the merchant's traceability information comprises a merchant's food material supplier and/or supply chain information of food materials.
4. The information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the basic information of the dispenser includes one or more of physiological sign information, past history information of a disease, and recent physical condition information of the dispenser.
5. The information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the risk dimension information includes one or more of crowd dissemination information, public health information, and risk level information for each area; the crowd spreading information of each region comprises one or more of crowd density distribution information, crowd flow information and disease spreading information.
6. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the security status information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order according to the security status information of the merchant and the security status information of the distributor is performed by calling a computing model configured in a cloud server.
7. An information processing system, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information and traceability information of a merchant according to the unique identification information of the merchant on a takeout platform and acquiring security state information of the merchant according to the basic information and the traceability information of the merchant; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the unique identification information comprises an identification code which is allocated to the takeout platform and is added by the merchant; the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant have different calculation weights, and the security state information of the merchant is characterized by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant;
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain unique identification information of a distributor associated with the merchant, and obtain security state information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor, and includes: acquiring basic information and track information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor; acquiring risk dimension information of each area through which a distribution route of the distributor passes according to the track information; generating safety state information of the dispatchers according to the basic information and the risk dimension information of the dispatchers; the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributors have different calculation weights, and the safety state information of the distributors is represented by results obtained by calculating the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributors;
the processing module is used for generating the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order according to the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the distributor;
the system comprises a generating module and a sending module, wherein the generating module is used for generating two-dimension codes and/or two-dimension code data or an authentication identifier according to the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the current distribution order; the sending module is used for sending the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification to a user terminal of a user so as to display the two-dimensional code and/or the authentication identification; or sending the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal so that the user terminal generates and displays the two-dimensional code; and/or the two-dimension code and/or the authentication identification are/is used for being displayed on a lunch box used by the merchant, so that a user can obtain the safety state information of the distribution chain through the two-dimension code and/or the authentication identification on the lunch box.
8. A server, comprising:
at least one storage device for storing at least one program;
at least one processing device, connected to the storage device, for executing and implementing the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when running the at least one program.
9. An information display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box;
analyzing the two-dimensional code data contained in the two-dimensional code to send to a server; the two-dimensional code data are generated by the server according to the unique identification information of a merchant on a takeaway platform and the unique identification information of a distributor associated with the merchant; the unique identification information comprises an identification code which is allocated to the takeout platform and is added by the merchant;
receiving the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order fed back by the server; the safety state information of the delivery chain is generated through the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the deliverer; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant have different calculation weights, and the security state information of the merchant is characterized by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant; the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor have different calculation weights, and the safety state information of the distributor is represented by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor; the safety state information of the dispenser is generated according to the basic information and the track information of the dispenser, and comprises the following steps: acquiring basic information and track information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor; acquiring risk dimension information of each area through which a distribution route of the distributor passes according to the track information; and generating the safety state information of the distributor according to the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor.
10. The information presentation method of claim 9, wherein the security status information of the merchant is generated from the merchant's basic information and traceability information.

The information presentation method of claim 10, wherein the basic information of the merchant includes daily operation information, employee information, and health information of the merchant; the daily operation information comprises one or more of qualification information, geographical position information and facility information of merchants; the employee information comprises basic information and health state information of the employee; the hygiene information includes one or more of certified hygiene level information, in-store environment information, protective material reserve information, and protective measure information.
12. The information presentation method of claim 10, wherein the traceability information of the merchant comprises the food material supplier of the merchant and/or supply chain information of the food material.
13. The information presentation method according to claim 9, wherein the basic information of the dispenser includes one or more of physiological sign information, past history information of diseases, and recent physical condition information of the dispenser.

The information presentation method of claim 9, wherein the security status information of the distribution chain is obtained by invoking a computing model configured in a cloud server according to the security status information of the merchant and the security status information of the distributor.
16. An information presentation system, comprising:
the scanning module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the display and/or the lunch box;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code data contained in the two-dimensional code to send to a server; the two-dimensional code data are generated by the server according to the unique identification information of a merchant on a takeaway platform and the unique identification information of a distributor associated with the merchant; the unique identification information comprises an identification code which is allocated to the takeout platform and is added by the merchant;
the receiving module is used for receiving the safety state information of the distribution chain corresponding to the distribution order fed back by the server; the safety state information of the delivery chain is generated through the safety state information of the merchant and the safety state information of the deliverer; the safety state information of the merchant comprises at least one of health safety state, food material safety state and staff health state; the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant have different calculation weights, and the security state information of the merchant is characterized by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the tracing information of the merchant; the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor have different calculation weights, and the safety state information of the distributor is represented by a result obtained by calculating the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor; the safety state information of the dispenser is generated according to the basic information and the track information of the dispenser, and comprises the following steps: acquiring basic information and track information of the distributor according to the unique identification information of the distributor; acquiring risk dimension information of each area through which a distribution route of the distributor passes according to the track information; and generating the safety state information of the distributor according to the basic information and the risk dimension information of the distributor.
17. An electronic device, comprising:
a display;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
at least one processor, coupled to the at least one memory, configured to execute and implement the information presentation method according to any one of claims 9 to 15 when running the at least one program.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that at least one program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, executes and implements the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or which, when being executed by a processor, executes and implements the information presentation method according to any one of claims 9 to 15.
