本发明公开了一种卧式烘干机,卧式烘干机,包括滚筒组件、循环送风组件、加热组件和除湿组件,本发明可以达到提高设备烘干速度,减少能量损失,减少能源需求效果,对丰富烘干机种类,提升烘干机品质具有一定指导意义。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及烘干机技术领域,具体涉及一种卧式烘干机。
背景技术
烘干机是通过热空气与物料充分接触,通过热传导、对流、热辐射等方式将物料中水分蒸发的设备。烘干机可分为工业与民用两种,工业烘干机又叫干燥机,民用烘干机一般用于各种生产生活物料除水。烘干机一般由滚筒、进料装置、出料装置、引风装置、排气管道、传动装置和电控设备组成。
烘干机设备行业显著特点技术含量作用日益凸显。烘干设备制造业按照高品质、低能耗、环保型的要求调整产业结构,进一步加强基础研究。国内烘干机普遍生产规模小,种类少,整体技术含量不高。全行业年销售收入500万以下的企业约占60%,年销售收入过千万的厂家仅占5%。目前烘干机主要存在外排气体散热和机壳散热能量浪费大,蒸汽压力波动对能耗影响大,物料烘干都难把握和原料着火等问题。
发明内容
本发明专利为了克服以上现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种卧式烘干机,可以达到提高设备烘干速度,减少能量损失,减少能源需求效果,对丰富烘干机种类,提升烘干机品质具有一定指导意义。
本发明专利的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
卧式烘干机,包括滚筒组件、循环送风组件、加热组件和除湿组件,
所述滚筒组件包括驱动机构和卧式滚筒,驱动机构驱动连接卧式滚筒;
所述循环送风组件包括滚筒盖、风管、吹风扇和导风盘,滚筒盖盖在卧式滚筒的出风口,滚筒盖通过风管连接吹风扇,导风盘安装在吹风扇的出风位置;
所述加热组件包括太阳能板、太阳能加热管、加热电源、电阻丝加热管、保温棉和固定罩,太阳能板连接太阳能加热管,加热电源连接电阻丝加热管,太阳能加热管和电阻丝加热管缠绕在卧式滚筒外周,保温棉包裹太阳能加热管和电阻丝加热管,固定罩包裹保温棉;
所述除湿组件包括滚轴、曲柄连杆机构、除湿压缩盖、除湿海绵和除湿承压盒,卧式滚筒的外周设置有齿圈,滚轴与齿圈通过圆柱齿轮啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构与滚轴通过圆锥齿轮副啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构连接除湿压缩盖,除湿海绵放置在除湿承压盒内部。
所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、皮带和皮带轮,所述驱动电机通过皮带驱动皮带轮,皮带轮的轮轴设置有齿轮,齿轮与卧式滚筒外周的齿圈啮合。
包括支架,所述支架与卧式滚筒之间设置有4个滚轮。
本发明专利相对于现有技术具有如下的优点:
1、本卧式烘干机,驱动电机通过带传动和齿轮传动驱动卧式滚筒转动,实现物料翻动,与热空气流充分接触,同时使受热均匀。
2、采用太阳能、电能两种模式为设备供能。太阳光照时间长的季节,光强度高,在光照充足情况下,太阳能产热将光能转化为热能,可降电能消耗。光照条件不好采用电能供热,对太阳能供热形成补充。保温棉包裹减少机壳热量散失。
3、采用循环送风技术,导风盘扩散送风,增加物料表面空气流动速度,使热空气充分通过物料表面,物料除水效率最大化,加速水分蒸发速度,不向外排气,不造成能量散失。
采用导风盘使吹风扇所形成热空气流沿滚筒壁流动,增加热空气流与物料接触面积。同时导风盘、吹风扇安装于卧式滚筒尾部,卧式滚筒内部的斜挡板使物料向尾部翻滚,吹风扇排风,将物料吹到中心位置,加速物料水分蒸发速度。
4、采用滚筒外周的齿圈作为动力,通过圆锥齿轮副将转动方向改变为沿滚筒径向方向,通过曲柄连杆机构使除湿压缩盖沿着滚筒轴线方向往复运动,间歇性压缩除湿海绵,使除湿海绵的水分排出,恢复除湿能力。该机构减少了动力源使用量,同时又可以达到压缩除湿海绵的水分的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-图5所示的卧式烘干机,包括滚筒组件、循环送风组件、加热组件和除湿组件,
滚筒组件包括驱动机构和卧式滚筒1,驱动机构驱动连接卧式滚筒1;
循环送风组件包括滚筒盖2、风管3、吹风扇4和导风盘5,滚筒盖2盖在卧式滚筒1的出风口,滚筒盖2通过风管3连接吹风扇4,导风盘5安装在吹风扇4的出风位置;
加热组件包括太阳能板6、太阳能加热管7、加热电源、电阻丝加热管8、保温棉9和固定罩10,太阳能板6连接太阳能加热管7,加热电源连接电阻丝加热管8,太阳能加热管7和电阻丝加热管8缠绕在卧式滚筒1外周,保温棉9包裹太阳能加热管7和电阻丝加热管8,固定罩10包裹保温棉9;
除湿组件包括滚轴11、曲柄连杆机构12、除湿压缩盖13、除湿海绵14和除湿承压盒15,卧式滚筒1的外周设置有齿圈24,滚轴11与齿圈24通过圆柱齿轮16啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构12与滚轴11通过圆锥齿轮副17啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构12连接除湿压缩盖13,除湿海绵14放置在除湿承压盒15内部。
驱动机构包括驱动电机18、皮带19和皮带轮20,驱动电机18通过皮带19驱动皮带轮20,皮带轮20的轮轴设置有齿轮21,齿轮21与卧式滚筒1外周的齿圈24啮合。
支架22与卧式滚筒1之间设置有4个滚轮23。
本卧式烘干机,可用于烘干果肉,例如杏肉。采用卧式滚筒旋转设计使果肉受到不断搅拌,增加果肉与热空气接触面积,加快果肉表面空气流动速度,并使受热均匀,防止局部果肉受热严重而着火。杏子成熟季节,太阳光照时间长,光强度高,采用太阳能、电能两种模式供能,在光照充足情况下,可降电能消耗。光照条件不好采用电能供热,对太阳能供热形成补充。采用循环送风和保温棉做隔热处理,增加果肉表面空气流动速度,降低设备能量损耗。采用机械除湿技术,降低系统湿度,加速果肉水分蒸发速度。该设计具有能量利用率高、加工速度快等特点。
本卧式烘干机,根据蒸发原理的四个因素:温度、湿度、液体表面积和液体表面空气流动速度,使烘干效率最大化,加快制造干果速度,降低果肉霉变。
本实施例中,为方便家庭使用,驱动电机采用单相电机。设计每次投入果肉100Kg,卧式滚筒外径1m,滚筒转动速度不超过15r/min。则所需电机的功率如下:

单相电机的主动轮与皮带轮之间:
皮带轮的轮轴的齿轮与卧式滚筒外周的齿圈之间:

综上选择玉豹机电有限公司的71M2-4电机,参数如表1所示。

1.卧式烘干机,其特征在于:包括滚筒组件、循环送风组件、加热组件和除湿组件,
所述滚筒组件包括驱动机构和卧式滚筒,驱动机构驱动连接卧式滚筒;
所述循环送风组件包括滚筒盖、风管、吹风扇和导风盘,滚筒盖盖在卧式滚筒的出风口,滚筒盖通过风管连接吹风扇,导风盘安装在吹风扇的出风位置;
所述加热组件包括太阳能板、太阳能加热管、加热电源、电阻丝加热管、保温棉和固定罩,太阳能板连接太阳能加热管,加热电源连接电阻丝加热管,太阳能加热管和电阻丝加热管缠绕在卧式滚筒外周,保温棉包裹太阳能加热管和电阻丝加热管,固定罩包裹保温棉;
所述除湿组件包括滚轴、曲柄连杆机构、除湿压缩盖、除湿海绵和除湿承压盒,卧式滚筒的外周设置有齿圈,滚轴与齿圈通过圆柱齿轮啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构与滚轴通过圆锥齿轮副啮合连接,曲柄连杆机构连接除湿压缩盖,除湿海绵放置在除湿承压盒内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式烘干机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、皮带和皮带轮,所述驱动电机通过皮带驱动皮带轮,皮带轮的轮轴设置有齿轮,齿轮与卧式滚筒外周的齿圈啮合。
