It can be seen that, a sealing groove 3015 is formed on the periphery of the first inner shell 311, a sealing ring 3016 can be disposed in the sealing groove 3015, and a corresponding structure on the second inner shell 312 can be embedded into the sealing groove 3015 and abut against the sealing ring 3016, so as to seal the electric control box 3, and especially, fit gaps of an upper portion, a left side portion and a right side portion of the electric control box 3.
In addition, in order to improve the sealing performance of the sealing structure, in the present invention, a fixing member is provided at a position adjacent to the sealing ring 3016 for connection, so that the sealing rib 3041 can be more tightly pressed against the sealing ring 3016 or the sealing rib 3041 can be more conveniently and effectively matched with the sealing groove 3015 by connection of the fixing member, thereby improving the sealing performance between the first inner shell 311 and the second inner shell 312 of the box. Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, the first inner case 311 and the second inner case 312 are connected by a fixing member at a position adjacent to the seal ring 3016.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 16 and 18, a first locking groove 3042 opening toward the first inner case 311 is provided inside the peripheral wall of the second inner case 312, the peripheral wall of the first inner case 311 is embedded in the first locking groove 3042, and a sealing rib 3041 is provided on the inner bottom surface of the first locking groove 3042. By the cooperation of the peripheral wall of the first inner case 311 and the first locking groove 3042, the sealing rib 3041 cooperates with the sealing groove 3015, and a roundabout joint surface can be formed at the joint of the first inner case 311 and the second inner case 312, so that water or the like can be effectively placed into the electronic control box 3.
Optionally, the peripheral wall edge of the second inner housing 312 is provided with ribs 3047 protruding in a direction away from the first inner housing 311. Since the peripheral wall of the first inner case 311 is embedded into the first locking groove 3042 and the protruding ribs 3047 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second inner case 312, when a medium such as water enters the outer peripheral surface of the second inner case 312, the blocking effect of the protruding ribs 3047 can prevent the medium such as water from entering the joint between the first inner case 311 and the second inner case 312, and further effectively improve the waterproof performance between the first inner case 311 and the second inner case 312.
The first inner shell 311 is matched with the second inner shell 312, a double-groove double-rib-position cross matching design is adopted for preventing external water from entering an electric control, and a rubber sealing strip secondary sealing design is adopted in the middle, wherein a first clamping groove 3042 is arranged on the second inner shell 312 and matched with an outer edge rib of the first inner shell 311, an outer edge is outwards drawn to facilitate outwards draining, a sealing groove 3015 is arranged on the first inner shell 311 and matched with a convex, and a sealing strip is arranged in the sealing groove 3015 and matched with a rubber sealing strip through a convex rib 3047, so that a secondary sealing effect is achieved, and external water sources are prevented from entering the electric control box 3.
Alternatively, the ribs 3047 protrude from the inner circumferential surface or the outer circumferential surface of the second housing 314. In this way, when a medium such as water is already present on the second outer shell 314, the ribs 3047 can also effectively block the medium such as water from flowing to the junction between the first inner shell 311 and the second inner shell 312.
Optionally, a second slot 3017 is provided on the peripheral wall of the first inner shell 311, which opens away from the second inner shell 312, and an edge of the second outer shell 314 extends into the second slot 3017. Thus, the assembly efficiency and the fireproof and waterproof performance can be improved.
For another example, as shown in fig. 16 and 18, an i-shaped structure is provided on the top wall of the first inner case 311, and a seal groove 3015 and a second clip groove 3017 are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 16 and 18, a concave structure is disposed on an outer surface of one end portion of the electric control box along the vertical direction, the other end portion of the electric control box along the vertical direction is a convex structure protruding relative to the concave structure, a patch is disposed at a step formed between the concave structure and the convex structure, in other words, a concave structure 307 is disposed on an outer surface of the electric control box 3, the electric control box 3 is disposed along the vertical direction, the concave structure 307 is disposed at one end of the electric control box 3 along the vertical direction, the other end of the electric control box 3 along the vertical direction is a convex structure protruding relative to the concave structure 307, and a patch 32 is disposed at a step formed between the concave structure 307 and the convex structure.
Specifically, the concave structure 307 is provided on the outer surface of one end of the electric control box 3 in the vertical direction, and then, relatively speaking, there will be a convex structure on the other end of the electric control box 3 in the vertical direction, that is, the concave structure 307 is formed on one end of the outer surface of the box body 31 in the vertical direction and the other end is formed as a convex structure.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 16 and 18, the convex structure is relatively to the concave structure 307, that is, the concave structure 307 is concave relative to the convex structure, and the convex structure is convex relative to the concave structure 307.
At this time, at the junction of the concave structure 307 and the convex structure (i.e., the step), there will be a drop, and the drop may be closed by stretching the sheet metal in a sheet metal forming manner, or may be closed by other manners, for example, by providing the patch 32.
It should be noted that, the box body 31in the present invention includes the insulating inner shell 303 and the fireproof outer shell 304, the fireproof outer shell 304 is generally formed by sheet metal, and the sheet metal is formed into a cuboid structure, and the recess structure 307 is formed by recessing a part of one side of the cuboid, where the recess structure 307 has a drop height from a part without recess, so that an opening is formed at a junction between the recess structure 307 and the part without recess, and the opening can be closed by a sheet metal process, but the cost of the sheet metal process is relatively high, so that the patch 32 is provided to close the opening in the present invention. In addition, the tiles 32 are provided to close the openings in the fire resistant outer shell 304, while the insulating inner shell 303 may be injection molded without openings. Thus, after the provision of the patch, the relative integrity of the fire-resistant housing 304 may be ensured, thereby improving the fire resistance of the electronic control box 3.
In addition, the electric control box 3 in the present invention may be vertically arranged, and the concave structure 307 is provided at the upper portion of the box body 31 and the convex structure is provided at the lower portion. When the electronic control box 3 is placed outdoors, sunlight may be irradiated onto the electronic control box 3, particularly, the position of the patch 32 on the electronic control box 3, and when the patch 32 is not provided, the irradiation of sunlight may damage the electronic control box 3 (the insulating inner case 303). Therefore, the electric control box 3 can be effectively protected through the splicing blocks 32, and the running stability of the electric control box 3 is improved.
Specifically, since the case 31 includes the insulating inner case 303 and the fireproof outer case 304, since the fireproof outer case 304 is formed with the opening due to the above-mentioned drop, which will cause a portion of the insulating inner case 303 to be exposed, the insulating inner case 303 is generally made of a plastic member, and such exposed portion is easily damaged by sunlight, and thus the present invention can prevent sunlight from directly irradiating the plastic member by providing the sealing block, thereby effectively protecting the case 31. In addition, in connection with fig. 16 and 18, the end of the raised structure facing the recessed structure 307 is capped by a patch 32. The integrity of the electric control box 3 can be maintained through the splicing blocks 32, the inner space of the box body 31 is effectively protected, and the stable operation of the electric control box 3 is maintained. In addition, the tiles 32 also function as fire protection.
Optionally, the recessed features 307 and adjacent thereto are provided with reinforcing features (e.g., stamped to form reinforcing features) that may bridge the recessed features 307, the raised features, and the areas adjacent to the recessed features 307 and raised features.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 18, the patch 32 includes a cover plate 321, wherein the cover plate 321 covers a step between the protruding structure and the recessed structure 307, a part of the periphery of the cover plate 321 is provided with a first flange 322 extending vertically toward the recessed structure 307, the first flange 322 is connected with a wall of the recessed structure 307, another part of the periphery of the cover plate 321 is provided with a second flange 323 extending vertically toward the protruding structure, and the second flange 323 is connected with the wall of the protruding structure. By the first flange 322 and the second flange 323, the connection box 31 in which the patch 32 is stable can be completed.
Specifically, a portion of the edge of the cover 321 is provided with a first flange 322 extending upward, the first flange 322 is connected with the wall of the concave structure 307, a portion of the edge of the cover 321 extends downward to form a second flange 323, and the second flange 323 is connected with the wall of the convex structure.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 to 18, a portion of the wall of the recess 307 protrudes out of the electronic control box 3 and is configured with a vertically inserted hole 3068, and the first flange 322 is formed with a plug-in button 324 extending vertically toward the cover plate 321, and the plug-in button 324 is vertically inserted into the inserted hole 3068. Further, as shown in fig. 13 to 18, alternatively, a locking protrusion 3069 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion structure, and a locking hole 325 is formed on the second flange 323, and the locking protrusion 3069 is locked into the locking hole 325.
In use, the patch 32 will be installed from top to bottom, at which time the socket 101 on the first flange 322 will be inserted into the socket 3068, and the clip hole 325 on the second flange 323 will be mated with the clip hole 325, thereby completing positioning of the patch 32.
The assembly of the patch 32 can be realized through the above-mentioned buckle structure, but the assembly mode of the buckle structure is easy to fall off under the action of external force, so the invention also provides a fixing piece, the patch 32 and the box body 31 are connected through the fixing piece, and after the patch 32 is positioned in advance through buckling and inserting, the fastening between the patch 32 and the box body 31 is realized through the fixing piece.
The first flange 322 may be screwed to the wall of the concave structure 307, or the second flange 323 may be screwed to the wall of the convex structure, as shown in fig. 13 to 18.
In addition, as shown in fig. 13 to 18, the first flange 322, the second outer shell 314, the second inner shell 312, and the first inner shell 311 are connected in series by the same fixing member, so that the assembly structure is simplified, and the integrity and stability of the overall structure of the electronic control box 3 are improved.
Alternatively, the cover 321 has a square shape, two adjacent edges of the cover 321 are provided with first flanges 322, and two other adjacent edges of the cover 321 are provided with second flanges 323.
As described above, as shown in fig. 13 to 18, the case 31 is generally configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a portion of one side of the case 31 is recessed to form a square recessed structure 307, such that a generally square opening is formed between the recessed structure 307 and a non-recessed portion of the case 31, closing of the opening is accomplished by a square cover plate 321, the recessed structure 307 formed at the side of the case 31 has two adjacent surfaces connected by two first flanges 322, and the non-recessed portion of the side of the case 31 also has two adjacent surfaces connected by two second flanges 323 at a generally right angle.
The aforementioned concave structure 307 is disposed on the box cover 306 (the combination of the second inner shell 312 and the second outer shell 314), the patch 32 and the box cover 306 adopt a structure of inserting and buckling, and an "E" type reinforcing rib 3046 structure is designed at the concave position of the electric control box 3, and the second outer shell 314 is assembled with a buckle design.
In addition, the electric control box in the invention can be arranged along the vertical direction, wherein the vertical direction is perpendicular to the direction of the chassis. The transverse direction and the longitudinal direction are parallel to the chassis, and the transverse direction, the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction are mutually perpendicular.
In addition, in combination with other embodiments of the present invention, the radiator 35 is disposed in the box body 31 of the electronic control box 3, the radiator 35 may extend out of the box body 31, and a portion of the radiator 35 extending out of the box body 31 may be located at the recess 307, so as to improve the space utilization rate of the electronic control box 3.

Wherein the box 31 comprises an insulating inner shell 303 and a fire resistant outer shell 304. Through insulating inner shell 303, can guarantee the effective insulation between circuit board 33 and the automatically controlled box 3, guarantee the security of automatically controlled box 3, and fire prevention shell 304 can improve automatically controlled box 3's fire behavior effectively, even at automatically controlled box 3 trouble burning, also arrange in the other parts of damage air conditioner even make the conflagration.
