本发明涉及压缩机泵头技术领域,具体为一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头。
背景技术
空气压缩泵的种类很多,按工作原理可分为容积式压缩泵,速度式压缩泵。容积式压缩泵的工作原理是压缩气体的体积,使单位体积内气体分子的密度增加以提高压缩空气的压力,速度式压缩泵的工作原理是提高气体分子的运动速度,使气体分子具有的动能转化为气体的压力能,从而提高压缩空气的压力。
现有的容积式无油压缩泵结构复杂,制造成本高,不易维护,有鉴于此设计一种动盘偏心压无油缩机泵头很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,包括驱动轴,所述驱动轴通过第一轴承和第三轴承固定在上盖和腔室的中心,所述驱动轴的一端内侧卡接有滑块,所述滑块滑动连接在过渡转子的中间,所述过渡转子转动连接在动盘的内部,所述动盘两端通过第二轴承连接在腔室底部和上盖内,所述动盘通过第二轴承偏心安装在腔室内部,所述腔室一端端面通过螺栓固定有上盖,所述上盖的一侧设置有进气口,所述腔室上设置有排气口,所述排气口的末端设置有单向阀片,所述单向阀片上贴合有限位板,所述单向阀片和限位板通过螺栓固定在腔室的外侧。
优选的,所述单向阀片的一侧设置有限位板,所述限位板通过螺栓固定在腔室外部上。
优选的,所述动盘位于腔室内部一侧并与腔室内壁贴合,腔室内呈偏心设置。
优选的,所述驱动轴与滑块连接为一体。
优选的,所述滑块一侧位于腔室内腔的中心,所述滑块与腔室内腔的侧壁贴合。
优选的,所述动盘是由上盖和腔室偏心部位的两轴承进行偏心定位。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有工作效率高,结构简单,制造成本低,易于维护,噪音低、寿命长的特点。应用领域:普通空气压缩机,空调制冷压缩机,空调作业服压缩机,还可用于食品、医药、电子、印刷、化工、精密喷涂及高尔夫球场等无油压缩机领域。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,包括驱动轴4,所述驱动轴4通过第一轴承3和第三轴承9固定在上盖2和腔室10的中心,所述驱动轴4的一端内侧卡接有滑块5,所述滑块5滑动连接在过渡转子6的中间,所述过渡转子6转动连接在动盘8的内部,所述动盘8两端通过第二轴承7连接在腔室10底部和上盖2内,所述动盘8通过第二轴承7偏心安装在腔室10内部,所述腔室10一端端面通过螺栓1固定有上盖2,所述上盖2的一侧设置有进气口14,所述腔室10上设置有排气口15,所述排气口15的末端设置有单向阀片11,所述单向阀片11上贴合有限位板12,所述单向阀片11和限位板12通过螺栓13固定在腔室10的外侧。该泵头的工作原理是驱动轴4带动滑5块贴合腔室10内壁密封做旋转运动,滑块5通过过渡转子6带动动盘8旋转运动,动盘8位于进排气口1415的中间与腔室10内壁贴合密封。滑块5旋转运动把空气从进气口时开始压缩从排气口排出。
所述单向阀片11的一侧设置有限位板12,所述限位板12通过螺栓13固定在腔室10外部上。所述动盘8位于腔室10内部一侧并与腔室10内壁贴合,腔室10内呈偏心设置。所述驱动轴4与滑块5连接为一体。所述驱动轴4带动滑块5贴合腔室10内壁密封做旋转运动,滑块5通过过渡转子6带动动盘8旋转运动,动盘8位于进排气口14和排气口15的中间与腔室10内壁贴合密封。滑块5旋转运动把空气从进气口14时开始压缩从排气口15排出,形成压缩。
所述滑块5一侧位于腔室10内腔的中心,所述滑块5与腔室10内腔的侧壁贴合,并以腔室10中心做旋转运动。所述动盘8是由上盖2和腔室10偏心部位的两轴承进行偏心定位。
具体的,使用时,该泵头的工作原理是驱动轴4带动滑5块贴合腔室10内壁密封做旋转运动,滑块5通过过渡转子6带动动盘8旋转运动,动盘8位于进排气口1415的中间与腔室10内壁贴合密封。滑块5旋转运动把空气从进气口14时开始压缩从排气口15排出。

1.一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,包括驱动轴(4),所述驱动轴(4)通过第一轴承(3)和第三轴承(9)固定在上盖(2)和腔室(10)的中心,其特征在于:所述驱动轴(4)的一端内侧卡接有滑块(5),所述滑块(5)滑动连接在过渡转子(6)的中间,所述过渡转子(6)转动连接在动盘(8)的内部,所述动盘(8)两端通过第二轴承(7)连接在腔室(10)底部和上盖(2)内,所述动盘(8)通过第二轴承(7)偏心安装在腔室(10)内部,所述腔室(10)一端端面通过螺栓(1)固定有上盖(2),所述上盖(2)的一侧设置有进气口(14),所述腔室(10)上设置有排气口(15),所述排气口(15)的末端设置有单向阀片(11),所述单向阀片(11)上贴合有限位板(12),所述单向阀片(11)和限位板(12)通过螺栓(13)固定在腔室(10)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,其特征在于:所述单向阀片(11)的一侧设置有限位板(12),所述限位板(12)通过螺栓(13)固定在腔室(10)外部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,其特征在于:所述动盘(8)位于腔室(10)内部一侧并与腔室(10)内壁贴合,腔室(10)内呈偏心设置。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种动盘偏心无油压缩机泵头,其特征在于:所述滑块(5)一侧位于腔室(10)内腔的中心,所述滑块(5)与腔室(10)内腔的侧壁贴合。
