The washing machine 10 of the embodiment is a drum-type washing machine. The washing machine 10 includes a water supply path 16, a water discharge path 17, an automatic loading device 20, a detergent tank 30 (an example of a treatment agent tank), and a softener tank 50 (another example of a treatment agent tank). As shown in fig. 3, washing machine 10 includes detection unit 43, display unit 44, operation unit 45, control unit 41, and storage unit 42.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main body 11 of the washing machine 10 includes an opening 111. The cover 12 of the washing machine 10 is attached to the main body 11 and opens and closes the opening 111 of the main body 11. Inside the main body 11, a washing tub 13, a drum 14, and a motor 15 are disposed.
The washing tub 13 is disposed in the center of the interior of the main body 11. The washing tub 13 contains washing water. Drum 14 is disposed inside washing tub 13 and rotates inside washing tub 13. The drum 14 rotates while containing laundry. Motor 15 is disposed behind drum 14, and rotates drum 14.
The water supply path 16 of the washing machine 10 has an upstream end connected to a water supply source (not shown) and a downstream end connected to the washing tub 13. The water supply path 16 supplies water from a water supply source into the washing tub 13. A water supply valve 18 is provided in the water supply path 16. The water supply valve 18 opens and closes the water supply path 16. When water supply valve 18 is opened, water is supplied to washing tub 13.
The upstream end of the drain passage 17 of the washing machine 10 is connected to the washing tub 13, and the downstream end is connected to a drain port (not shown) of a washing machine chassis, for example. The drain path 17 discharges water in the washing tub 13 to the drain port. A drain valve 19 is provided in the drain path 17. The drain valve 19 opens and closes the drain path 17. When the drain valve 19 is opened, the water in the washing tub 13 is drained.
The automatic loading device 20 of the washing machine 10 is disposed inside the main body 11. The automatic loading device 20 is disposed above the main body 11. The automatic supply device 20 is a device capable of automatically supplying a washing treatment agent (for example, a detergent, a softener, a bleaching agent, etc.) into the washing tub 13. The automatic loading device 20 automatically loads the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 into the washing tub 13 in a state where the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20. In addition, the automatic supply device 20 automatically supplies the softener stored in the softener tank 50 to the washing tub 13 in a state where the softener tank 50 is attached to the automatic supply device 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the automatic loading device 20 includes a detachable container 21, a lid 28, a first detergent supply path 22, a piston pump 23, and a second detergent supply path 24. The detachable container 21 accommodates a detergent tank 30. The detergent tank 30 is attached to and detached from the attachment/detachment container 21. The user of the washing machine 10 attaches the detergent tank 30 to the detachable container 21 or detaches the detergent tank 30 from the detachable container 21. The lid 28 opens and closes the opening 211 of the removable container 21. The detergent tank 30 contains a liquid detergent (an example of a cleaning treatment agent). The removable container 21 of the automatic loading device 20 accommodates a softener tank 50 (not shown in fig. 3). A liquid softener (another example of a washing treatment agent) is contained in the softener tank 50. In the following description, the softener tank 50 has the same configuration as the detergent tank 30 except for the type of liquid contained therein, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted.
The detergent tank 30 includes an inlet 31 and an outlet 32. Detergent is injected into the detergent tank 30 from an injection port 31 of the detergent tank 30. A user of the washing machine 10 injects detergent into the detergent tank 30. The user can fill the detergent into the detergent tank 30 in a state where the detergent tank 30 is attached to the detachable container 21 or in a state where the detergent tank 30 is detached from the detachable container 21. The detergent in the detergent tank 30 is discharged from a discharge port 32 of the detergent tank 30.
The automatic loading device 20 has a first detergent supply path 22 connected to the detachable container 21 at an upstream end portion thereof and connected to a piston pump 23 at a downstream end portion thereof. The upstream end of the first detergent supply path 22 is connected to a discharge port 32 of the detergent tank 30 when the detergent tank 30 is attached to the detachable container 21. The first detergent supply path 22 supplies detergent from the detergent tank 30 to the piston pump 23. The first detergent supply path 22 is provided with a first check valve 25. The first check valve 25 permits the flow of the detergent from the container 21 side to the piston pump 23 side, and prohibits the flow of the detergent to the opposite side.
The upstream end of the second detergent supply path 24 of the automatic loading device 20 is connected to the piston pump 23, and the downstream end is connected to the water supply path 16. The second detergent supply path 24 supplies detergent from the piston pump 23 to the water supply path 16. The second detergent supply path 24 is provided with a second check valve 26. The second check valve 26 allows the flow of the detergent from the piston pump 23 to the water supply path 16 side and prohibits the flow of the detergent to the opposite side.
The piston pump 23 sucks the detergent from the detergent tank 30 through the first detergent supply path 22 and discharges the detergent to the water supply path 16 through the second detergent supply path 24. The piston pump 23 sucks a predetermined volume of detergent from the detergent tank 30 and discharges the detergent to the water supply path 16. The detergent discharged into the water supply path 16 is supplied into the washing tub 13 while being merged with the water flowing through the water supply path 16. Thus, the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 is automatically fed into the washing tub 13. In the washing machine 10, the detergent may be manually put into the washing tub 13 by the user.
A detection portion 43 is fixed to a lower portion of the attachment/detachment container 21 of the automatic loading device 20. The detection unit 43 is, for example, a weight sensor. The detection unit 43 can detect the weight of the detergent tank 30. When the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the detection unit 43 detects the weight of the detergent tank 30. Thus, the detection unit 43 can detect that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20. The detection unit 43 can detect that the detergent tank 30 is removed from the automatic loading device 20. The detection unit 43 can detect the weight of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30. The detection unit 43 can detect the weight of the detergent based on, for example, a difference between the detected weight when the detergent is stored in the detergent tank 30 and the weight when nothing is stored in the detergent tank 30. Further, the detection unit 43 can recognize the volume of the detergent based on the detected weight of the detergent.
As shown in fig. 1, the display portion 44 of the washing machine 10 is disposed on the upper portion of the main body 11. The display unit 44 is, for example, a liquid crystal panel. Various information related to the washing machine 10 is displayed on the display unit 44. The display unit 44 is integrally formed with the operation unit 45. The operation unit 45 is, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel. The operation unit 45 receives various operations related to the washing machine 10. The user of the washing machine 10 performs various operations by operating the operation part 45. For example, the user can input information indicating the type of detergent to be used by operating the operation unit 45. Further, the user can input the input amount information indicating the volume of the detergent used for one washing operation (that is, the input amount of the detergent to be input into the washing tub 13 by the automatic input device 20) by operating the operation unit 45.
The storage unit 42 shown in fig. 3 stores various information related to the washing machine 10. For example, the storage unit 42 stores mounting method information indicating a method of mounting the detergent tank 30 to the automatic loading device 20. The storage unit 42 stores injection method information indicating a method of injecting the detergent into the detergent tank 30. In addition, the storage unit 42 stores cleaning method information indicating a method of cleaning the detergent tank 30. Further, the storage unit 42 stores type information indicating the type of detergent preset by the user of the washing machine 10. The storage unit 42 stores input amount information indicating the amount of detergent to be input into the washing tub 13 by the automatic input device 20. The amount of detergent to be added is preset by the user of the washing machine 10.
The control unit 41 includes, for example, a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM. The control unit 41 controls the operation of the piston pump 23 of the automatic loading device 20 based on a predetermined program. The controller 41 controls the operation of the piston pump 23 so that a predetermined amount of detergent is automatically supplied from the detergent tank 30 to the washing tub 13.
Next, the first display process performed by the washing machine 10 will be described. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of the first display process. The first display process is started, for example, when the power of the washing machine 10 is turned on. As shown in fig. 5, in S10 of the first display process, the control unit 41 determines whether or not the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20. When the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the detection unit 43 detects this. The detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is changed from the detached state to the attached state. If the attachment of detergent tank 30 is detected by detector 43, controller 41 determines yes at S10 and proceeds to S11. If not, in S10, control unit 41 determines no and waits.
In next S11, the control unit 41 displays various information on the display unit 44. For example, the controller 41 displays, in the region R1 of the display 44, attachment information indicating that the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20 (see fig. 6). Further, the control unit 41 displays detergent amount information indicating the amount of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 (i.e., the amount of the detergent detected by the detection unit 43) in the region R2 of the display unit 44 (see fig. 6). The detection unit 43 can detect the volume of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 in a state where the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20. When the detergent tank 30 is filled with the detergent, the controller 41 may display "FULL" on the display 44. Further, the control unit 41 displays type information indicating the type of the detergent in the region R3 (see fig. 6) of the display unit 44. The type of detergent is preset by the user of washing machine 10 operating operation unit 45. Further, the control unit 41 displays, in the region R4 of the display unit 44, input amount information indicating the input amount of the detergent automatically input into the washing tub 13 by the automatic input device 20. The amount of detergent to be put in is set in advance by the user of washing machine 10 operating operation unit 45. The amount of detergent to be added is, for example, "large", "normal", "small", and the like. Further, the control unit 41 displays the softener-related information on the display unit 44 in the same manner as the detergent-related information. The controller 41 may also display a return button B1, a start button B2, a close button B1, and the like on the display 44.
As shown in fig. 5, in S12 after S11, the controller 41 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the detergent tank 30 was mounted on the automatic loading device 20. When the predetermined time has elapsed, the control unit 41 determines yes at S12 and proceeds to S13. If not, the control unit 41 determines no and waits. In next S13, the control unit 41 causes the display unit 44 to display an initial screen. After that, the control unit 41 ends the first display processing.
Next, the second display process performed by the washing machine 10 will be explained. Fig. 7 is a flowchart of the second display process. The second display process is started, for example, when the power of the washing machine 10 is turned on. In S20 of the second display process, the control unit 41 determines whether or not the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20. When the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20, the detection unit 43 detects this. The detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is changed from the attached state to the detached state. When the detection unit 43 detects the removal of the detergent tank 30, the control unit 41 determines yes in S20 and proceeds to S21. If not, the control unit 41 determines no in S20 and waits.
In next S21, the control unit 41 displays various information on the display unit 44. For example, the controller 41 displays, in the area Q1 (see fig. 8), removal information indicating that the detergent tank 30 has been removed from the automatic loading device 20 on the display unit 44. Further, the control unit 41 displays cleaning method information indicating a method of cleaning the detergent tank 30 in an area Q2 (see fig. 8) of the display unit 44. The cleaning method information is stored in the storage unit 42 in advance. Further, the control unit 41 displays injection method information indicating a method of injecting the detergent into the detergent tank 30 in the area Q3 (see fig. 8) of the display unit 44. The injection method information is stored in the storage unit 42 in advance. The control unit 41 also displays the softener-related information on the display unit 44 in the same manner as the detergent-related information.
As shown in fig. 7, in S22 after S21, the controller 41 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the detergent tank 30 was removed from the automatic loading device 20. When the predetermined time has elapsed, the control unit 41 determines yes in S22 and proceeds to S23. If not, the control unit 41 determines no and waits. In next S23, the control unit 41 causes the display unit 44 to display an initial screen. After that, the control unit 41 ends the second display processing.
The washing machine 10 of the embodiment is explained above. As is apparent from the above description, the washing machine 10 includes the washing tub 13, the automatic detergent supply device 20 for automatically supplying the detergent into the washing tub 13, and the detergent tank 30 for storing the detergent supplied into the washing tub 13 by the automatic detergent supply device 20. The detergent tank 30 is attached to and detached from the automatic loading device 20. The washing machine 10 further includes a detection unit 43, and the detection unit 43 detects attachment and detachment of the detergent tank 30 to and from the automatic loading device 20, and detects a volume of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 when the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20. In the washing machine 10, when the detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 displays detergent amount information indicating the amount of detergent detected by the detection unit 43 on the display unit 44 (S10, S11, fig. 6 of fig. 5).
According to this configuration, since the detergent amount information indicating the volume of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 is displayed on the display unit 44 when the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, information relating to the automatic loading of the detergent can be presented to the user at an appropriate timing. When the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the user of the washing machine 10 can immediately check the detergent amount information at the timing. Therefore, the user can grasp the remaining amount of the detergent immediately after replenishing the detergent tank 30 with the detergent, for example. In addition, for example, when the detergent is FULL, the FULL state can be confirmed by the display of "FULL". In addition, even when the detergent is not filled, it is possible to grasp the degree to which the detergent is replenished, and to grasp the standard of the next replenishment.
In the washing machine 10, when the detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 displays mounting information indicating that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20 on the display unit 44 (S10, S11, fig. 6 of fig. 5). According to this configuration, for example, when the user of the washing machine 10 mounts the detergent tank 30 to the automatic loading device 20, if the detergent tank 30 is not accurately mounted to the automatic loading device 20, the mounting information is not displayed on the display unit 44. If the detergent tank 30 is accurately attached to the automatic loading device 20, the attachment information is displayed on the display unit 44. Therefore, the user can confirm whether the detergent tank 30 is accurately mounted to the automatic loading device 20.
When the detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 displays type information indicating the type of the detergent set in advance on the display unit 44 (S10, S11, and fig. 6 in fig. 5). With this configuration, the user can be presented with the type of detergent contained in the detergent tank 30. In addition, when the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the type of detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 may be changed. At this timing, the control unit 41 displays the type information on the display unit 44, and can urge the user to change the setting when the type of the detergent is changed.
When the detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 displays, on the display unit 44, loading amount information indicating a preset volume of detergent loaded into the washing tub 13 by the automatic loading device 20 (S10, S11, and fig. 6 in fig. 5). According to this configuration, since the input amount information indicating the input amount of the detergent is displayed on the display unit 44 together with the detergent amount information indicating the volume of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30, the user can confirm whether the volume of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 is large or small with respect to the input amount of the detergent. In addition, when the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the required loading amount may change due to a change in the type of detergent contained in the detergent tank 30. At this timing, the control unit 41 can urge the user to change the setting of the required input amount by displaying the input amount information on the display unit 44.
In the washing machine 10, when the detection unit 43 detects that the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 displays injection method information indicating a method of injecting the detergent into the detergent tank 30 on the display unit 44. Further, the control unit 41 displays cleaning method information indicating a method of cleaning the detergent tank 30 on the display unit 44. The control unit 41 may display both or one of the injection method information and the cleaning method information on the display unit 44.
With this configuration, appropriate information can be presented to the user at the timing when the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20. For example, when the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20, it is expected that the user will replenish the detergent tank 30 with detergent. Or it is envisioned that the user will clean the detergent tank 30. Therefore, since the method of injecting the detergent or the method of cleaning the detergent tank 30 is displayed on the display unit 44 at this timing, the convenience of the user can be improved.
While one embodiment has been described above, the specific embodiment is not limited to the above embodiment. In the following description, the same components as those in the above description are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
(other embodiments)
(1) In the above-described embodiment, when the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the controller 41 displays the detergent amount information indicating the volume of the detergent on the display 44. This configuration is also the same for the softener tank 50. That is, when the softener tank 50 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the controller 41 may display the softener amount information indicating the volume of the softener on the display unit 44.
(2) In another embodiment, when both the detergent tank 30 and the softener tank 50 are mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the controller 41 may display both the detergent amount information and the softener amount information on the display unit 44. When only one of the detergent tank 30 and the softener tank 50 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 does not display the detergent amount information and the softener amount information on the display unit 44. When both the detergent tank 30 and the softener tank 50 are prepared, the control unit 41 displays both the detergent amount information and the softener amount information on the display unit 44.

(6) In another embodiment, the control unit 41 may display, on the display unit 44, removal method information indicating a method of removing the detergent tank 30 from the automatic loading device 20 when a predetermined time has elapsed since the detergent tank 30 was mounted on the automatic loading device 20.
(7) In another embodiment, when the detergent tank 30 is detached from the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 may display maintenance information indicating the timing of maintenance of the automatic loading device 20 on the display unit 44. For example, the control unit 41 may count the number of times "FULL" is displayed on the display unit 44, and may display information on recommended maintenance such as "recommended maintenance" on the display unit 44 when the counted number of times reaches a predetermined number of times (for example, 10 times). In addition, the control unit 41 may also set "maintenance has been performed? "and the like are displayed on the display unit 44. Further, the control unit 41 may display the touch keys of yes and no on the display unit 44. The user of washing machine 10 can perform maintenance of detergent tank 30 and press the yes touch key displayed on display 44. This can prompt the user of washing machine 10 to maintain detergent tank 30. When the user presses the yes touch key, the control unit 41 resets the count for recommended maintenance.
(8) The above embodiment is a drum-type washing machine 10, but a vertical-type washing machine 10 may be used in other embodiments.
(9) In the above embodiment, the controller 41 displays the volume of the detergent as the detergent amount information on the display unit 44, but in another embodiment, the weight of the detergent may be displayed as the detergent amount information on the display unit 44. The control unit 41 may execute the first display processing and the second display processing based on the weight of the detergent.
(10) In another embodiment, in S11, when the controller 41 displays the detergent amount information, the type information, the input amount information, and the like on the display unit 44, only information related to the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 mounted on the automatic input device 20 may be displayed.
(11) In another embodiment, the control unit 41 may display a screen S1 for accepting a user operation for selecting an operating program on the display unit 44 as shown in fig. 9. The washing machine 10 is configured to be capable of executing an operation program such as a standard program, a soaking program, and a quick-washing program. The user of washing machine 10 can select an arbitrary operation program by operating screen S1 shown in fig. 9. The control unit 41 may display the category information and the input amount information on the screen S1 shown in fig. 9. After that, when the detergent tank 30 is mounted on the automatic loading device 20, the control unit 41 may cause the display unit 44 to display the type information and the loading amount information again (see fig. 6). The type information and the input amount information re-displayed on the display unit 44 may be changed by the user of the washing machine 10 operating the operation unit 45.
(12) In another embodiment, the control unit 41 may display the cleanable count on the display unit 44 based on the amount of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30. The control unit 41 calculates the cleanable time by dividing the amount of the detergent contained in the detergent tank 30 by the amount of the detergent used in one cleaning, and displays the calculated cleanable time on the display unit 44.
(13) In another embodiment, when the detergent tank 30 is replenished with detergent in a state where the detergent tank 30 is attached to the automatic loading device 20, the controller 41 may display "FULL" on the display unit 44 and notify it with a buzzer immediately before the FULL state when the detector 43 detects that the detergent tank is nearly FULL. In this way, the user can stop the replenishment operation before the detergent overflows from the detergent tank 30, and therefore the overflow of the detergent can be prevented. Further, it is possible to prevent the detergent from being deposited on the outer portion of the detergent tank 30 such as the inlet of the detergent tank 30 and the periphery of the installation portion of the detergent tank 30 due to the overflow of the detergent.
