The invention discloses a VOCs treatment system for carbon black production and a treatment method thereof, wherein inert gas nitrogen is used for keeping pressure balance in a raw oil storage tank, air is extracted from the outside of the raw oil storage tank, various hydrocarbon vapors generated by the raw oil are extracted, washed, recovered, cooled and cooled, then part of production processes for carbon black production are fully utilized to burn the collected residual VOCs gas into a tail gas furnace for carbon black production at 800-950 ℃, so that heat for drying the carbon black is provided, and the generated waste gas is discharged after desulfurization and denitration treatment and reaches the standard.
