Wherein, the effective content of triacontanol is 1.49%; the effective content of the brassinolide is 0.012%.

Wherein, the effective content of triacontanol is 1.52%; the effective content of brassinolide is 0.009%.
The application of the granular preparation for promoting the aquatic weeds to take root and grow leaves is as follows:
the area of the river crab culture pond in south Jing area of Jiangsu is 12 mu, the water depth is 1.2 m, and the bitter herbs with the area of about 55 percent are planted in the pond. The aquatic weeds are not firm in rooting and easy to float, the surfaces of the leaves are attached by algae and dirt in the water body, the leaves are atrophied, the aquatic weeds grow badly, and the water quality and the growth of river crabs are influenced.
S1, applying the granular preparation for promoting aquatic weeds to take root and grow leaves, which is prepared in the embodiment, to a river crab culture pond in the Nanjing area of Jiangsu, wherein the dosage of the granular preparation is 110g per mu per meter of water depth, and the granular preparation is uniformly put in an aquatic weed growth area. 3 days after the use, the surface of the aquatic weeds is clean, and the leaves of the aquatic weeds turn from yellow to green. After the water plants are used for 6 days, a large number of adventitious roots grow out from the roots of the water plants, and the floating phenomenon is reduced.

2. The granular preparation for promoting aquatic weed rooting and leaf growing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the effective content of triacontanol is 1-2%; the effective content of brassinolide is 0.008-0.012%.
3. The application of the granular preparation for promoting the rooting and the growing of the aquatic weeds is based on the granular preparation for promoting the rooting and the growing of the aquatic weeds as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, scattering 100-120g of granular preparation for promoting rooting and leaf growing of the aquatic weeds in the water depth of 1 meter per mu;
s2, after the first day, spreading 100-120g of granular preparation for promoting rooting and leaf growing of the aquatic weeds at intervals of 7-10 days.
