The working principle of the assembling machine is as follows: firstly, the action of a first servo motor 13 is controlled, an output shaft of the first servo motor 13 drives a bidirectional screw rod 10 to rotate, the bidirectional screw rod 10 drives a nut pair 7 to move oppositely, the nut pair 7 drives a sliding block 6 to move oppositely on a guide rail 5, a balancing effect is achieved, meanwhile, the nut pair 7 drives a fixing plate 8 to move oppositely, the fixing plate 8 drives a clamping plate 12 to move oppositely, the clamping plate 12 clamps and fixes a rotor base 1, and meanwhile, the shockproof pad 11 abuts against the rotor base 1 and limits the rotor base 1 through a limiting column 14b, so that the clamping and fixing of the rotor base 1 are more stable and effective, and the clamping stability is good; then, the magnetic shoe 2 is manually placed into the feeding hopper 25, the magnetic shoe 2 enters a hollow pipeline of the feeding pipe 23, the push rod motor 22 is controlled to act, the push rod motor 22 drives the material pushing plate 24 to move horizontally, the material pushing plate 24 drives the magnetic shoe 2 to move horizontally to the opening of the feeding pipe 23 and contact with the blocking plate 20, the blocking plate 20 is kept in a horizontal state through a torsion spring, the magnetic shoe 2 can be blocked, at the moment, the lifting cylinder 27 is controlled to act, the lifting cylinder 27 drives the material pressing plate 26 to move downwards to contact with the magnetic shoe 2, and the material pressing plate 26 continues to move downwards to press the magnetic shoe 2 into the rotor seat 1, so that the conveying work of the magnetic shoe 2 is completed; then, the second servo motor 19 is controlled to act, the second servo motor 19 drives the worm 18 to rotate, the worm 18 drives the worm wheel 17 to rotate, the worm wheel 17 drives the rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the rotating shaft 16 drives the rotating disc 9 to rotate, and the rotating disc 9 drives the rotor seat 1 to rotate to a specified angle position; finally, controlling a third servo motor 35 to act, wherein the third servo motor 35 drives an eccentric wheel 34 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 34 drives a first connecting rod 32 to rotate, the first connecting rod 32 drives a second connecting rod 30 to reciprocate up and down, the second connecting rod 30 drives a compaction hammer 28 to reciprocate up and down, and the compaction hammer 28 compacts the magnetic shoe 2 for multiple times, so that the magnetic shoe 2 is neatly and tightly installed in the rotor seat 1, and the assembly work of the external magnetic rotor is completed; through the cooperative action of the mechanisms, the periodic operation of the whole assembling process is realized, the outer magnetic rotor is limited on the rotating disc 9, the magnetic shoes 2 are installed around the rotating disc 9, the whole arrangement is compact, the action flow is reduced, the automatic assembling of the outer magnetic rotor is realized, the labor is saved, and the assembling efficiency is greatly improved.
