Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of methods and apparatus consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Before introducing the processing method, apparatus, storage medium, and electronic device of the fiscal service provided by the present disclosure, an application scenario related to each embodiment of the present disclosure is first introduced. The application scenario includes a service platform, a service using end and a service providing end, and the structure of the application scenario is shown in fig. 1. The service platform, the service using end and the service providing end are connected through a network, and data interaction can be achieved. The service platform may be deployed on a server, which may include, but is not limited to: an entity server, a server cluster or a cloud server, etc. The service user terminal can be a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart television, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant, chinese), a portable computer, or a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer, and the user can directly access the service platform through the service user terminal or access the service platform through accessing a browser. The service provider may be a server capable of providing various fiscal and tax services, for example, the service provider may be an APP (Application, chinese: mobile phone software) capable of providing various fiscal and tax services, and the service platform may directly access the service provider through a network, or may access the service provider through a browser or the like. The present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a processing method of a fiscal service according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, applied to a service platform, including the steps of:
step 101, receiving a service request sent by a service user, where the service request includes: providing end identification and fiscal service data.
For example, when a user needs to use a fiscal and taxable service, the service using end can send a service request to the service platform, and the service platform receives the service request, wherein the fiscal and taxable service can be online fiscal and taxable consultation, tax planning, financial inquiry and the like. The service request may include a provider identifier and fiscal service data, and may also include a consumer identifier. The provider identifier can uniquely identify different service providers, that is, the service provider corresponds to the provider identifier one to one, and may be, for example, an organization tax number, an identity card number, an artificial intelligence expert system code, an organization number, and the like corresponding to different service providers. The number of the provider identifiers in the service request may be one or more, that is, the service request sent by the user through the service user may be a request for a fiscal service from one service provider, or a request for a fiscal service from a plurality of service providers. After the service provider is constructed, the service platform can realize information interaction with different service providers only through the provider identifier. The plurality of service providers may be deployed on the same device (e.g., a server) or may be deployed on different devices.
The service platform can determine which service user terminal sends each service request according to the user terminal identification when receiving a plurality of service requests. For example, URN (Uniform Resource Name, Chinese) or URL (Uniform Resource Locator, Chinese) can be used to identify the service user. The service provider can instruct a corresponding fiscal service (which may be one or more) set on the service provider to execute the service request according to the fiscal service data to generate a service result. Specifically, the fiscal service data may include, for example, related questions of a fiscal service in a text form, planning content of an offline tax in a text form, a request for a financial query in a text form, related questions of a fiscal service in a voice form, and the like, and may further include: the fiscal and taxable service identifier (ServiceId), fiscal and taxable service name (ServiceName), fiscal and taxable service type (ServiceType), fiscal and taxable service area (ServiceRegion) are used for uniquely identifying different fiscal and taxable services, and the specific information content of the fiscal and taxable service identifier (ServiceId), fiscal and taxable service area (ServiceRegion) is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002346521870000071
Step 102, verifying qualification information corresponding to the providing end identifier according to a preset rule.
And 103, if the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, sending the service request to the service provider identified by the provider identifier.
For example, after receiving the service request, the service platform parses the service request according to a preset rule to obtain provider identifiers, where the number of the provider identifiers may be one or multiple. Further, if the service platform receives a plurality of service requests, the service platform may analyze the plurality of service requests according to a preset rule, so as to obtain a provider identifier (which may be one or more) corresponding to each service request in the plurality of service requests. After obtaining the provider identifier, the service platform may determine whether the qualification information of the service provider identified by the provider identifier exists according to a preset correspondence between the provider identifier and the qualification information, where the correspondence may be stored in a database of the service platform in advance, or may be stored in other terminal devices accessible to the service platform via a network, and the correspondence may include a plurality of relationship records, and each relationship record includes a provider identifier and the qualification information corresponding to the provider identifier. The Qualification information of the service provider may be included in the attribute information, the attribute information may include, in addition to the Qualification information (Qualification) of the service provider, a Name (Name) of the service provider, a Type (Type) of the service provider, a Source (Source) of the service provider, a State (State) of the service provider, a credit value (CreditVal) of the service provider, authentication information (certifiedlnfo) of the service provider, a specialty (Speciality) of the service provider, a contact manner (ContactInformation) of the service provider, and the like, and specific information contents thereof are shown in table 2. The service platform may store only the qualification information corresponding to the service provider, or may store attribute information including the qualification information, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002346521870000081
If the qualification information exists, the service providing end is registered on the service platform, namely the service platform supports the service provided by the service providing end, and if the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, the credibility of the service providing end is proved to meet the requirement for executing the fiscal service, namely the service platform can automatically verify the qualification of the service providing end, a user does not need to manually check the credibility of the service providing end, and the reliability of the fiscal service is improved. For example, when verifying the qualification information of the service provider a, the service platform finds that the validity period of the license in the qualification information is 2015 year 1 month 1 day to 2020 year 1 month 1 day, the current time is 2019 year 11 month 26 day, and the validity period of the license is not exceeded, and the qualification information of the service provider a passes the verification. If the valid period of the license is 2015, 1 month and 1 day to 2018, 1 month and 1 day, the current time exceeds the valid period of the license, and the qualification information of the service provider a is not verified. Further, if the service platform cannot query the certificate (e.g., the certificate of the middle-level accountant) number provided in the qualification information on the internet, it indicates that the reliability of the certificate is to be verified, and the qualification information of the service provider a is not verified. And only after the qualification information passes the verification, the service request can be sent to the corresponding service provider according to the provider identifier.
If the qualification information does not pass the verification of the preset rule, it indicates that the credibility of the service provider does not meet the requirement for executing the fiscal service, at this time, the corresponding service provider can be judged as an invalid service provider through the service platform, and the judgment result is fed back to the service user, so that the user can make corresponding operation (for example, abandoning sending the service request or continuing sending the service request) according to the judgment result. Correspondingly, the service platform can also feed back the judgment result to the service providing end to prompt the service providing end to update qualification information. For example, a maintenance person or a technical support person at the service provider logs in the service platform, the service platform provides an information input interface, and then the maintenance person or the technical support person manually enters qualification information.
If the qualification information does not exist, the service provider is not registered on the service platform before the qualification information exists. The service platform can send prompt information to the corresponding service provider to prompt the service provider to register so as to update the qualification information of the service provider. Similarly, the service platform can be logged in by the maintenance personnel or technical support personnel at the service provider, an information input interface is provided by the service platform, and then the qualification information is manually input by the maintenance personnel or technical support personnel.
And 104, receiving a service result which is sent by the service providing terminal and used for executing the service request according to the fiscal and taxable service data.
And 105, sending the service result to the service user end.
For example, after the qualification information of the service provider identified by the provider identifier passes the verification of the preset rule, the service platform forwards the service request to the corresponding service provider, so that the corresponding service provider can generate a service result according to the service data in the service request. The service result generated by the service provider may include, for example, text or voice, an answer to a question related to the fiscal service, an off-line tax planning scheme, a result of a financial query, and the like, and may further include a rating (ServiceCreditVal) of the fiscal service, a fusion flag (ServiceIsFuse) of the fiscal service, a price (ServicePrice) of the fiscal service, a state (ServiceState) of the fiscal service, a settlement time (SettlingTime) of the fiscal service, a characteristic (servicespecificity) of the fiscal service, a legal benefit (egallibility) of the fiscal service, and the like, and specific information contents thereof are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002346521870000101
And after the service provider executes the service request, the generated service result is sent to the service platform, the service platform receives the service result sent by the service provider and sends the service result to the service user, so that the service user can obtain the service result corresponding to the service request. When the service platform receives a plurality of service results sent by a plurality of service providers, different service results can be respectively forwarded to corresponding service users according to the identifiers of the users. Therefore, the service using end only needs to send the service request to the service platform, the financial and tax services provided by different service providing ends can be obtained, multiple service requests do not need to be sent to a plurality of service providing ends, the operation is simple, and the efficiency of the financial and tax services is improved.
In summary, in the present disclosure, a service platform first receives a service request sent by a service using end, where the service request includes: providing an end identifier and fiscal and tax service data, then verifying qualification information corresponding to the end identifier according to a preset rule, if the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, sending a service request to the service providing end identified by the end identifier, then receiving a service result sent by the service providing end, executing the service request according to the fiscal and tax service data, and finally sending the service result to a service using end. The service platform integrates different service providing ends, and can verify the qualification of the service providing ends, so that the service using end can acquire the fiscal and tax services provided by different service providing ends only by sending the service request to the service platform, and the efficiency and the reliability of the fiscal and tax services are improved.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of processing a fiscal service, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, after step 104, the method further comprising:
and step 106, packaging the service request, the qualification information and the service result into a service record according to a preset format, and storing the service record.
For example, after receiving the service result sent by the service provider, the service platform may package the service request, the qualification information, and the service result into a service record according to a preset format according to the provider identifier, and store the service record, for example, the service record may be stored in a database pre-deployed on the service platform, or may be stored in another terminal device accessible to the service platform through a network. The service record may store, in addition to the service request, the qualification information, and the service result, information such as a record identifier (recordidd), a fiscal service identifier (ServiceId), a user identifier (ServiceRecipient), available time (ServiceTime), a fusion identifier (servicepros), and service cost (ServiceCost) for distinguishing a plurality of service records, and specific information contents thereof are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002346521870000111
Further, after the service platform feeds back the service result to the service using end, the user can evaluate the fiscal service through the service using end. The content of the evaluation may be, for example, rating the fiscal service (e.g., five stars or satisfaction) or describing the fiscal service (e.g., experts are perfectly solving my problem). After the user finishes evaluation, the service using end sends the evaluated content to the service platform, so that the service platform stores the evaluated content into the service record according to the fiscal service identifier, and the service platform can record the effect of executing the service request by the service providing end.
Specifically, the Service request, the qualification information, and the Service result may be encapsulated according to a preset format, for example, the preset format may be in the form of CSA (Consulting Service Assets, chinese), where CSA ═ SP, SS, SR }. Specifically, the SP represents qualification information and attribute information of the service provider, and may include the contents shown in table 2, for example; an SS indicating fiscal service data and service results, which may include contents shown in tables 1 and 3, for example; SR, which represents other information stored in the service record, may include, for example, the contents shown in table 4.
FIG. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of processing a fiscal service, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, step 102 comprising:
step 1021, if the qualification information exists, verifying the qualification information according to a preset rule.
And step 1022, if the qualification information does not exist, receiving the qualification information recorded by the service providing end, and verifying the qualification information according to a preset rule.
For example, one provider identifier can identify only one service provider, and correspondingly, the provider identifier can correspond to only qualification information, and when the service platform determines whether the qualification information corresponding to the provider identifier exists, the service platform can search for the corresponding qualification information in the preset database according to the provider identifier. If the qualification information exists, the service providing end is indicated to be registered on the service platform, and the service platform can directly verify the qualification information according to the preset rule so as to judge whether the credibility of the service providing end meets the requirement of executing the fiscal and taxable service. If the qualification information does not exist, the service providing end is not registered on the service platform. The service platform may send an entry signal (e.g., may be a prompt message) to the service provider identified by the provider identification to cause the service provider to register. For example, after receiving the input signal sent by the service platform, the service provider can remind a maintainer or a technical support person to log in the service provider, the service provider provides an information input interface, then the maintainer or the technical support person manually inputs qualification information, the qualification information is sent to the service platform, and the service platform receives the qualification information input by the service provider to complete the registration of the service provider. Therefore, the service platform can verify the newly input qualification information according to the preset rule after acquiring the qualification information. The qualification information is verified according to a preset rule, for example, a rating method or a formula method may be adopted.
FIG. 5 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of processing a fiscal service, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the method further comprising:
step 107, obtaining qualification information of the service provider according to a registration request sent by the service provider, wherein the registration request includes a provider identifier.
And step 108, if the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, storing the qualification information.
For example, after the service provider completes development, a registration request may be sent to the service platform, where the registration request includes a provider identifier, and the provider identifier may be identified by an agency tax number, an organization number, or by a URN or a URL. After receiving the registration request, the service platform obtains the qualification information of the corresponding service provider according to the provider identifier in the registration request, for example, the service platform may send a prompt message to the corresponding service provider according to the provider identifier to prompt a maintainer or a technical support staff of the service provider to log in the service provider and send the qualification information, so that the service platform obtains the qualification information of the corresponding service provider. If the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, it indicates that the credibility of the service provider meets the requirement of executing the fiscal service, and the qualification information is stored, for example, the qualification information and the corresponding provider identifier may be stored in a database pre-deployed on the service platform, or may be stored in other terminal devices accessible to the service platform through the network. If the qualification information is not verified, which indicates that the credibility of the service provider does not meet the requirement of executing the fiscal service, the service provider may be determined as an invalid service provider (for example, the identifier of the corresponding provider in the database is recorded as unreliable).
FIG. 6 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of processing a fiscal service, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, step 102 comprising:
and step 1023, if the qualification information exists, updating the qualification information according to whether the qualification information is matched with the real-time qualification information stored by the service providing end.
And step 1024, verifying the updated qualification information according to a preset rule.
Wherein, step 1023 includes:
and if the qualification information is not matched with the real-time qualification information, updating the qualification information into the real-time qualification information.
If the qualification information matches the real-time qualification information, the qualification information is maintained.
For example, when the service platform acquires the qualification information of the corresponding service provider from the preset database according to the provider identifier in the service request, it may be determined that the qualification information exists, and at this time, it may be further determined whether the qualification information stored on the service platform matches the real-time qualification information stored on the service provider. The way of verifying whether the qualification information is matched with the real-time qualification information can be realized by adding timestamps to the qualification information and the real-time qualification information respectively. For example, the time when the qualification information is stored in the service platform is used as the timestamp of the qualification information, and each time the service provider updates the real-time qualification information, the updated time is used as the timestamp of the real-time qualification information. If the timestamp of the qualification information is the same as the timestamp of the real-time qualification information or the timestamp of the qualification information is newer than the timestamp of the real-time qualification information, then the identification qualification information is matched with the real-time qualification information.
When the identification qualification information is matched with the real-time qualification information, the original qualification information can be verified directly according to a preset rule. When the identification qualification information is not matched with the real-time qualification information, the real-time qualification information of the service providing end is updated, so that the real-time qualification information can be obtained from the service providing end, and the updated real-time qualification information is used as the qualification information, so that the qualification information stored in the service platform can be consistent with the real-time qualification information of the service providing end. And then verifying the updated qualification information according to a preset rule.
Fig. 7 is a flow chart illustrating another method of processing a fiscal service, according to an example embodiment, where the qualification information includes, as shown in fig. 7: the qualification of the service providing end and the qualification of the organization to which the service providing end belongs.
Step 102 comprises:
and 1025, determining the qualification grade of the service provider according to the qualification of the provider and the qualification of the organization.
In step 1026, if the qualification score is greater than or equal to the score threshold, it is determined that the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule.
For example, the qualification information of the service provider may include the qualification of the service provider and the qualification of the organization to which the service provider belongs, the qualification of the service provider may be understood as the qualification of the system, APP or server used by the service provider, and the qualification of the organization may be understood as the qualification of the organization providing the fiscal service through the service provider. The qualification information is verified according to the preset rule, which can be understood as that the qualification of the providing end and the qualification of the organization are scored according to the preset rule so as to obtain the qualification score of the service providing end. And then comparing the qualification grade with a preset grade threshold, and if the qualification grade is greater than or equal to the grade threshold, determining that the qualification information passes the verification of a preset rule, and sending the service request to a service providing end. If the qualification grade is smaller than the grade threshold value, determining that the qualification information does not pass the verification of the preset rule, judging the corresponding service provider as an invalid service provider through the service platform, and feeding back the judgment result to the service user so that the user performs corresponding operation according to the judgment result.
Further, if the qualification information passes the verification of the preset rule, the service provider may be added to a preset white list, and if the qualification information does not pass the verification of the preset rule, the service provider may be added to a preset black list, so that when the service user sends the service request including the provider identifier to the service platform again, the service platform can directly determine whether to send the service request to the service provider according to the location (in the white list or the black list) where the service provider is located. For example, if the service provider identified by the provider identifier is in the white list, the service request is directly sent to the service provider, and if the service provider identified by the provider identifier is in the black list, the service request is rejected.
Specifically, the preset rule may adopt a rating method or a formula method.
In a scenario of verifying the qualification information by using a rating method, the institution qualification (e.g. may be represented as OrgGrade) of the reliable institution may be set as level a (ORGA), and the corresponding score is 4, and the reliable institution may be, for example: administrative institutions, banks, insurance, credit investigation companies, etc. have financial and insurance license plates. When the system, APP or server used by the service provider is authentic, the provider qualification (for example, it may be expressed as systemcode) of the service provider may be set to level a (SYSA), and the corresponding score is 4.
Further, the organization qualification of the mechanism with serious loss of credit is set to be F grade (ORGF), the corresponding score is-1 grade, the qualification of the corresponding providing end of the system, APP or server with serious technical fault or serious social negative influence is set to be F grade (SYSF), and the corresponding score is-1 grade. The qualification of the organization can also be set to B, C, D, E grades which correspond to 3 points, 2 points, 1 point and 0 point respectively, and similarly, the qualification of the providing end can also be set to B, C, D, E grades which correspond to 3 points, 2 points, 1 point and 0 point respectively. The sum of the OrgGrade and the SystemGrade can be used as the qualification grade of the service provider, the grade threshold value is set to 5 points, when the qualification grade of the service provider is greater than or equal to 5 points, the qualification information is determined to pass the verification of the preset rule, and when the qualification grade of the service provider is less than 5 points, the qualification information is determined not to pass the verification of the preset rule.
In the scenario of verifying the qualification information by using the formula method, the qualification of the organization can be calculated according to the formula orglndex ═ [ (orglndex 1+ orglndex 2+ orglndex 3+ orglndex 4+ orglndex 5)/6 ]. Wherein OrgIndex represents the organization qualification of the organization providing the fiscal service through the service provider. OrgIndex1, representing the tax credit rating of the organization; OrgIndex2, indicating the credit rating of the organization; OrgIndex3, indicating the age of the institution; OrgIndex4, indicating the time to market for the organization; OrgIndex5, indicates the credit rating of the organization's immediate great stakeholder. The specific scores corresponding to the different levels are shown in table 5.
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0002346521870000161
Thus, the value of OrgIndex (in six cases, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, respectively) can be calculated from the specific scores in Table 5, thereby determining the institution qualification of the institution providing the fiscal service through the service provider.
In the scenario of verifying the qualification information by using the formula method, the providing end qualification can be obtained by using the formula SysIndex ═ [ (SysIndex1+ SysIndex2+ SysIndex3+ SysIndex4+ SysIndex5+ SysIndex6+ SysIndex7)/6 ]. Wherein, SysIndex represents the provider qualification of the service provider. SysIndex1, which is used to indicate whether the service provider employs real-name authentication; SysIndex2, which is used to indicate whether the data source used by the service provider is reliable; SysIndex3, which is used to indicate whether the data sent by the service provider is reliable or not; SysIndex4, which is used to indicate whether the service provider has negative events in the last 3 years; SysIndex5, which represents the number of technical teams of the service provider; SysIndex6, which represents the qualification of the team members of the service provider; SysIndex7, which is used to indicate whether the information of the service provider is real or not. The specific scores are shown in table 6.
TABLE 6
Figure BDA0002346521870000171
Thus, the value of SysIndex (in six cases, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, respectively) can be calculated according to the specific scores in Table 6, thereby determining the providing end qualification.
When the service platform verifies the qualification information according to the formula method, the qualification score of the service provider can be calculated according to the OrgIndex and the SysIndex (for example, the sum of the OrgIndex and the SysIndex is used as the qualification score), if the qualification score is greater than or equal to a score threshold value (for example, 9 points), the qualification information is determined to pass the verification of the preset rule, otherwise, the qualification information is determined not to pass the verification of the preset rule.
