本发明提供了一种建筑节能通风系统,包括主进气管和布置在所述主进气管上的空气净化室,所述空气净化室内布置有至少一个可拆卸的空气净化模块,所述主进气管上布置有主风机、主管开关和吹气泵;所述建筑节能通风系统还包括埋设于地面下的多个分支管,所述分支管与所述主进气管相连通,每个所述分支管上布置有支路开关,每个所述分支管还与掩埋于地下的集水箱相连,所述集水箱通过透气管与大气相通,所述透气管上布置有透气开关;所述建筑节能通风系统还包括空气湿润室和空气干燥室,所述空气湿润室内布置有雾化器,所述空气湿润室与埋藏于地下的所述分支管相连通,所述空气湿润室的另一端连接有所述空气干燥室,所述空气干燥室再与建筑物相连。

一种建筑节能通风系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑通风系统,尤其是一种建筑节能通风系统。
背景技术
建筑物通风时,如果内外温差大,要保持室温一定的温度,就得耗费大量的能量。现在有一种节能系统,是将通风管埋藏于地下,由于地下全年温度基本维持在17摄氏度左右,所以通风管内的气体和地下环境换热后,进入室内的空气冬暖夏凉,从而即达到了建筑物室内与外界换气的目的,又节约了能量。但是由于设计缺陷,这种节能系统使用一段时间后就出现了通风困难的问题,而且换入室内的空气太潮湿也不利于人体的健康;主要原因是空气在地下管道运动时,冷凝出了部分水集聚在管道内,还有管道的结合处也渗入了一些水聚集在管道内,堵塞了管道,导致通气不畅,另一方面经过积水管道进入房间的气体也比较潮湿。
发明内容
针对现有通风系统中所存在的地下管道堵塞通气不畅以及气体比较潮湿的问题,本发明提供了一种新型的建筑节能通风系统,
本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种建筑节能通风系统,包括主进气管和布置在所述主进气管上的空气净化室,所述空气净化室前布置有主风机,所述主风机驱动大气由主进气管进入空气净化室,所述空气净化室内布置有至少一个可拆卸的空气净化模块,所述主进气管上还布置有主管开关和吹气泵;所述建筑节能通风系统还包括埋设于地面下的多个分支管,所述分支管与所述主进气管相连通,每个所述分支管上布置有支路开关,每个所述分支管还与掩埋于地下的集水箱相连,所述集水箱通过透气管与大气相通,所述透气管上布置有透气开关;所述建筑节能通风系统还包括空气湿润室和空气干燥室,所述空气湿润室内布置有雾化器,所述空气湿润室与埋藏于地下的所述分支管相连通,所述空气湿润室的另一端连接有所述空气干燥室,所述空气干燥室再与建筑物相连,空气流经所述分支管换热后,依次流经空气湿润室、空气干燥室和建筑物,所述干燥室内布置有可拆除的多个空气干燥模块,所述干燥室内还布置有用于测量空气湿度的空气湿度传感器和测量空气温度的温度测量装置;
优选地,还包括回路管,所述回路管将所述建筑物内的空气收集后送回所述主进气管。
优选地,一部分所述回路管掩埋于地下。
一般地,所述回路管上布置有回路开关。
优选地,所述空气净化模块为活性炭过滤器。活性炭价格低廉,吸附力强。
优选地,所述空气干燥模块为生石灰干燥模块。生石灰吸水效果好、价格便宜,还能起到杀菌消毒的作用,进入室内的空气更加干净卫生。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、结构简单,节能效果好。通过将分支管掩埋于地下,分支管内的气体和地下环境进行热交换,从而热交换后的气体进入建筑物,建筑物室内产生冬暖夏凉的效果,所用能量少,另一方面,室内的气体经过回路管再流经地下后回到室内,气体的温度会更接近于地下环境温度。
2、解决了管道积水和气流不畅的问题。本发明布置了集水箱和吹气泵,当某个分支管堵塞时,只需关闭其他分支管的支路开关和主管开关,打开透气开关,然后用吹气泵向该分支管内吹高压空气,就能够将集聚的水吹进集水箱里,从而解决了时间久后,管道积水堵塞管道,气流不畅的问题。
3、调节了空气的湿度,使得进入室内的气体有益于身体健康。本发明设置了空气湿润室和空气干燥室,空气湿润室内布置有雾化器,雾化器喷出的水雾能增加流过空气湿润室内的空气的潮湿程度,通过关闭雾化器、调小或调大雾化器喷出的水雾,还能对空气的潮湿程度进行调节;空气干燥室设置有生石灰干燥模块,由于生石灰具有杀菌消毒和吸水作用,干燥模块能对流过的气体进行干燥,通过增加或减少干燥模块的个数,就可以调整空气的干燥程度。物管人员通过定期读取空气湿度传感器的读数,然后通过调整雾化器喷雾大小和干燥模块的个数来将最终气体的湿度保持在最有益于人体健康的范围。
4、维护简单。物管人员可以通过读取温度测量装置的读数来判断系统是否正常工作,当读数不正常,一般为地面设备故障或地下管道积水,只需检修地面设备或对堵塞管路用吹气泵进行吹水即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明中的技术方案进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提出了一种建筑节能通风系统,包括主进气管1和布置在主进气管1上的空气净化室3,空气净化室3前布置有主风机2,主风机2驱动大气由主进气管1进入空气净化室3,空气净化室3内布置有多个一个可拆卸的空气净化模块31,空气净化模块31一般为活性炭过滤器,也可以采用现有的空气净化器对空气进行深度净化,去除气体中的有害物质。主进气管1上还布置有主管开关4和吹气泵5;该建筑节能通风系统还包括埋设于地面下的多个分支管9,分支管9与主进气管1相连通,每个分支管9上布置有支路开关8,每个分支管9还与掩埋于地下的集水箱11相连,集水箱11通过透气管12与大气相通,透气管12上布置有透气开关13。还包括回路管14,回路管14将建筑物17内的空气收集后送回主进气管1,一部分回路管14掩埋于地下,回路管14上布置有回路开关6。该建筑节能通风系统还包括空气湿润室15和空气干燥室16,空气湿润室15内布置有雾化器(151),所述空气湿润室(15)与埋藏于地下的所述分支管(9)相连通,所述空气湿润室15的另一端连接有所述空气干燥室16,空气干燥室16再与建筑物17相连,空气流经分支管9换热后,依次流经空气湿润室15、空气干燥室16和建筑物17,空气干燥室16内布置有可拆除的多个空气干燥模块161,空气干燥模块161为生石灰干燥模块,生石灰干燥模块内布置有多个空气通道,每个空气通道内布置有生石灰,这样,空气流过通道时,空气中的部分水分被生石灰吸收掉,从而达到干燥空气的目的。空气干燥室16内还布置有用于测量空气湿度的空气湿度传感器162和测量空气温度的温度测量装置163。按照常理,本系统还设置有其他开关或阀门,为使图示简洁直观,没对其他开关或阀门一一示出,例如空气进入建筑物17时应该设立总开关,建筑物的每个房间内应设置进气开关等。

1.一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,包括主进气管(1)和布置在所述主进气管(1)上的空气净化室(3),所述空气净化室(3)前布置有主风机(2),所述主风机(2)驱动大气由主进气管(1)进入空气净化室(3),所述空气净化室(3)内布置有至少一个可拆卸的空气净化模块(31),所述主进气管(1)上还布置有主管开关(4)和吹气泵(5);
所述建筑节能通风系统还包括埋设于地面下的多个分支管(9),所述分支管(9)与所述主进气管(1)相连通,每个所述分支管(9)上布置有支路开关(8),每个所述分支管(9)还与掩埋于地下的集水箱(11)相连,所述集水箱(11)通过透气管(12)与大气相通,所述透气管(12)上布置有透气开关(13);
所述建筑节能通风系统还包括空气湿润室(15)和空气干燥室(16),所述空气湿润室(15)内布置有雾化器(151),所述空气湿润室(15)与埋藏于地下的所述分支管(9)相连通,所述空气湿润室(15)的另一端连接有所述空气干燥室(16),所述空气干燥室(16)再与建筑物(17)相连,空气流经所述分支管(9)换热后,依次流经空气湿润室(15)、空气干燥室(16)和建筑物(17),所述空气干燥室(16)内布置有可拆除的多个空气干燥模块(161),所述空气干燥室(16)内还布置有用于测量空气湿度的空气湿度传感器(162)和测量空气温度的温度测量装置(163)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,还包括回路管(14),所述回路管(14)将所述建筑物(17)内的空气收集后送回所述主进气管(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,一部分所述回路管(14)掩埋于地下。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,所述回路管(14)上布置有回路开关(6)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,所述空气净化模块(31)为活性炭过滤器。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能通风系统,其特征在于,所述空气干燥模块(161)为生石灰干燥模块。
