The invention discloses a preheating flame gun device for a metal mold, wherein a combustion pipe (5) is of an annular structure, one end of the combustion pipe is connected with a fuel mixing connecting pipe (8), and the other end of the combustion pipe is connected with a support frame (7); the end part of the fuel mixing connecting pipe is respectively connected with a natural gas pipe joint (1) and a low-pressure air pipe joint (2), and the annular combustion pipe is provided with a plurality of combustion holes (6). And a natural gas regulating valve (3) is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and at the side edge of the natural gas pipe joint, and a low-pressure air regulating valve (4) is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and at the side edge of the low-pressure air pipe joint. The hole sites of the combustion holes are arranged in a staggered mode. The invention can make the natural gas and the low-pressure air mixed and enter the combustion pipe for full combustion, and improve the combustion efficiency of the fuel gas. The hole sites of the burning holes are arranged in a staggered way, and the metal mould can be more uniform in the heating process by a multi-point and multi-direction flaming mode, so that the service life of the metal mould is prolonged. The device has a simple structure and wide application, fully improves the energy utilization rate, and greatly improves the production efficiency.

Background
The metal mold is an indispensable important component for production in the casting industry, and the metal mold must be heated to reach the required process temperature before production in the casting production process; the realization of the rapid and uniform preheating of the metal mold is a big difficulty of technical production, various modes such as electric heating tube heating, kerosene combustion heating, gas heating and the like are commonly adopted, but the defects of uneven preheating of the mold, short service life of the mold and easy occurrence of defects of products exist; the preheating period is long, and the production efficiency is low; the preheating energy consumption is high, and the production cost is high; the metal mold has diversified structures and different sizes, the application range of the mold flame gun is small, or the cavity of the preheated metal mold is blackened and deposited with carbon, and the cleanliness can not meet the production requirements and other problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a preheating flame spray gun device of a metal mold, which has the advantages of full fuel combustion, multi-point flame spraying and uniform mold heating.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the metal mold preheating flame gun device comprises a combustion pipe, wherein the combustion pipe is of an annular structure, one end of the combustion pipe is connected with a fuel mixing connection pipe, and the other end of the combustion pipe is connected with a support frame; the end part of the fuel mixing connecting pipe is respectively connected with a natural gas pipe joint and a low-pressure air pipe joint, and the annular combustion pipe is provided with a plurality of combustion holes.
And a natural gas regulating valve is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and at the side edge of the natural gas pipe joint, and a low-pressure air regulating valve is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and at the side edge of the low-pressure air pipe joint.
The positions of the combustion holes are divided into a hole site group A and a hole site group B, and the hole sites of the hole site group A and the hole site group B are arranged in a staggered mode.
After the invention is adopted, the end parts of the fuel mixing connecting pipe are respectively connected with the natural gas pipe joint and the low-pressure air pipe joint, so that the natural gas and the low-pressure air are mixed and enter the combustion pipe for full combustion, and the natural gas regulating valve and the low-pressure air regulating valve are arranged for respectively regulating the gas quantity mixing proportion of the natural gas and the low-pressure air, controlling the combustion flame size and improving the combustion efficiency of the fuel gas. The hole sites of the burning holes are arranged in a staggered way, and the metal mould can be more uniform in the heating process by a multi-point and multi-direction flaming mode, so that the service life of the metal mould is prolonged. The device has a simple structure and wide application, fully improves the energy utilization rate, and greatly improves the production efficiency.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the metal mold preheating flame gun device of the present invention includes a combustion pipe 5 (made of stainless steel heat-resistant circular pipe), wherein the combustion pipe 5 is of an annular structure, one end of the combustion pipe 5 is connected with a fuel mixing connection pipe 8, and the other end is connected with a support frame 7 (for fixing the flame gun device in a cavity of a metal mold 9 to be heated); the end part of the fuel mixing connecting pipe 8 is respectively connected with a natural gas pipe joint 1 (communicated with natural gas) and a low-pressure air pipe joint 2 (communicated with low-pressure air), and the annular combustion pipe 5 is provided with a plurality of combustion holes 6 (the diameter is about 5 mm). The natural gas adjusting valve 3 is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe 8 and at the side edge of the natural gas pipe joint 1, and the low-pressure air adjusting valve 4 is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe 8 and at the side edge of the low-pressure air pipe joint 2 and used for adjusting the air quantity mixing ratio of natural gas and low-pressure air, controlling the size of combustion flame and improving the combustion efficiency of gas. When the mixing ratio of the natural gas to the low-pressure air is 1: 3 (the natural gas pressure is 0.08mpa and the low-pressure air is 0.3 mpa), the color of the sprayed flame is orange with light blue, which indicates that the fuel is fully combusted.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the positions of the combustion holes 6 can be divided into a hole site group a and a hole site group B, and the hole sites of the hole site group a and the hole site group B are arranged in a staggered manner; the hole site group A and the hole site group B are respectively provided with three hole sites (A-1, A-2, A-3 and B-1, B-2 and B-3), the angles between the hole sites are respectively 90 degrees and 60 degrees and are arranged in a staggered way at intervals (namely, the angle between the hole sites A-1 and A-2, and the angle between the hole sites B-1 and B-2 of the hole site group A or the hole site group B is 90 degrees, and the angle between the hole sites A-2 and A-3, and the angle between the hole sites B-2 and B-3 is 60 degrees), and the metal mould can be heated more uniformly in the heating process by a multi-point multi-directional flame spraying mode.
Claims (4)

Metal mold preheats flame gun device, including combustion tube (5), its characterized in that: the combustion pipe (5) is of an annular structure, one end of the combustion pipe (5) is connected with the fuel mixing connecting pipe (8), and the other end of the combustion pipe is connected with the support frame (7); the end part of the fuel mixing connecting pipe (8) is respectively connected with a natural gas pipe joint (1) and a low-pressure air pipe joint (2), and a plurality of combustion holes (6) are arranged on the annular combustion pipe (5).

The metal mold preheating flame gun device according to claim 3, wherein: the hole site A group and the hole site B group are respectively provided with three hole sites, and the angles between the hole sites are respectively arranged at intervals of 90 degrees and 60 degrees in a staggered manner.
