Abstract
The invention discloses a shelter top cover capable of being opened automatically, which comprises a pair of top covers, two groups of top cover overturning devices and a top cover and cabin body sealing mechanism, wherein the two longitudinal ends of the shelter are respectively provided with one group of top cover overturning devices comprising a top cover overturning mechanism and a top cover full-opening mechanism, and the top cover overturning mechanism comprises a pair of top cover overturning telescopic rods, an upper hinging seat, a lower hinging seat and a shared supporting seat. The top cover complete opening mechanism comprises a vertical telescopic rod and a pair of heavy-load guide rails, and the cabin sealing mechanism is arranged between two adjacent edges of the pair of top covers and between the lower sides of the pair of top covers and the top of the cabin. The sealing structure can effectively seal the gap between the lower sides of the pair of top covers and the top of the shelter body, improves the rainproof and dustproof effects of the shelter, ensures good working environment in the shelter, prolongs the service life of the shelter and improves the reliability of the shelter.

The top cover of the embodiment can be longitudinally opened along the top of the cabin, and the invention can also be transversely opened along the top of the cabin.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 6, the invention comprises a pair of top covers 1, two groups of top cover overturning devices 2 and a top cover and cabin sealing mechanism 3, wherein the top covers 1 are in a bucket shape, so that the rainwater can flow conveniently, and the water accumulated on the cabin top can be prevented from leaking. One side of the top cover 1 is hinged with the top end of the longitudinal side plate 102 of the cabin 10 through 5 hinges 4 arranged at intervals, and the other side of the top cover 1 is open, so that the adjacent surfaces of the pair of top covers 1 are convenient to butt when the top covers are closed, and the sealing element is convenient to install. As shown in fig. 6, the roof full opening mechanism 22 includes a vertical telescopic rod 221 and a pair of heavy load rails 222, the pair of heavy load rails 222 being respectively provided vertically at both upper portions of the center of the cabin end panels 101 at both longitudinal ends of the cabin. The upper ends of the vertical telescopic rods 221 are respectively hinged with the centers of the upper ends of the corresponding inverted L-shaped vertical edges 232, and the lower ends of the vertical telescopic rods 221 are respectively fixed on the lower sides of the centers of the corresponding cabin end panels 101. The common support base 23 is used for mounting both the pair of roof-turning-up telescopic rods 211 and the vertical telescopic rods 221, and the common support base 23 is vertically supported on the bottom plate 225 through the pair of heavy load guide rails 222. The rail grooves 223 of a pair of heavy load rails 222 are parallel to each other and vertically fixed to the bottom plates 225, and the bottom plates 225 are respectively fixed to the inner middle portions of the corresponding cabin end panels 101. The slides 224 of the heavy-duty guide rails 222 are inserted into the guide rail grooves 223, and the slides 224 are respectively fixed to the side of the common support base 23 facing the bottom plate 225. The guide rail groove 223 in this embodiment is made of an aluminum profile with a relatively light weight, the two lateral sides of the slide block 224 are triangular, and the matching part of the guide rail groove 223 and the slide block 224 is also concave triangular, so that the slide block 224 can be prevented from falling off.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the cabin sealing mechanism 3 is disposed between two adjacent sides of the pair of top covers 1 and between the lower sides of the pair of top covers 1 and the top of the cabin 10, and includes a t-shaped sealing strip 31 disposed at the top between the two longitudinal adjacent sides of the pair of top covers 1, an outer sealing strip 32 disposed between the periphery of the outer edge of the top cover 1 and the periphery of the top of the cabin 10, and an inner sealing strip 33 disposed between the inner ring beam 12 of the top cover 1 and the lower spigot 103 of the top of the cabin. The T-shaped sealing strips 31 fill gaps between two adjacent edges of the pair of top covers 1, so that the top covers 1 can be sealed and rainproof after being closed. The outer sealing strip 32 and the inner sealing strip 33 form an inner sealing and an outer sealing between the lower sides of the pair of top covers 1 and the top of the cabin 10, so that the sealing and rainproof performance of the lower sides of the outer edges of the top covers 1 and the outer edges of the top of the cabin 10 is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the top cover turning-up telescopic rod 211 and the vertical telescopic rod 221 of the present invention are electric push rods, and the top cover turning-up telescopic rods 211 arranged in pairs are all built with synchronization programs. The top cover opening can be realized by extending the top cover upturning telescopic rods 211 at the upper part of the right side of the cabin 10 outwards as shown in fig. 5, opening the top cover 1 at the upper part of the right side of the cabin 10 to be in a vertical state, still closing the top cover 1 at the upper part of the left side of the cabin 10, and lifting the equipment with smaller inner size at the right side of the cabin 10, or synchronously extending the pair of top cover upturning telescopic rods 211 at the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the cabin 10, and opening the top cover 1 at the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the cabin 10 to be in a vertical state. Then, the vertical telescopic rod 221 extends outwards to push the common supporting seat 23 to move upwards to the lower side of the top of the cabin 10 under the guidance of the pair of heavy-load guide rails 222, so that the top cover upturning telescopic rod 211 is changed from an inclined state to an approximately horizontal state, the pair of top covers 1 on the upper side of the cabin 10 are opened to be approximately horizontal, the top of the cabin 10 is completely opened, and large-sized equipment can be lifted in or out of the cabin 10. The pair of roof-turning-up telescopic rods 211 and the vertical telescopic rods 221 at the two longitudinal ends of the cabin 10 can be operated simultaneously, and the opening or closing of the pair of roof 1 can be automatically and efficiently completed within 3 minutes.
