After the swing arm tower crane completes the rotary table, the counterweight, the tower top and the mechanism as required, the crane arm can be installed, and the swing arm steel wire rope can be wound in a penetrating way. For the installation of a movable arm tower crane for a super high-rise building, at present, a traditional installation method is mostly adopted at home or abroad, and the traditional method is that a crane boom is firstly installed on a rotary table by using a truck crane; secondly, after the hoisting mechanism and the auxiliary hemp rope are used for threading and winding the luffing steel wire rope, the automobile crane can slowly release the lifting hook until the luffing steel wire rope of the crane boom is stressed; and then, after the steel wire rope of the hoisting mechanism penetrates through the fixed pulley block of the crane boom, one end of the steel wire rope of the hoisting mechanism hangs on the ground, the hoisting steel wire rope is wound on the hook pulley on the ground, then the steel wire rope sleeve and the anti-twisting mechanism are connected, finally, the rope head is lifted to the head of the crane boom by using an auxiliary crane, the anti-twisting mechanism is connected with the joint of the arm head, and then the hoisting steel wire rope is collected. The method needs to wind and lift the steel wire rope at high altitude, and has low safety, low installation efficiency and long consumed time.

after the assembly is finished, the crane boom 5 is slowly hoisted by using an automobile crane, the crane boom 5 integrally inclines by about 20 degrees, the root part of the crane boom 5 is connected with the upper rotating platform 1 of the tower crane by using a pin shaft and is locked by using a safety pin.
The step 3: after the crane boom 5 is installed on the rotary platform 1, the crane boom pull rod pulley block 8 is movably installed on the crane boom pull rod 11 from the tower top 3 by using the auxiliary mechanism 12 or the auxiliary crane, the crane is slowly released, and the amplitude changing mechanism 4 works in cooperation until the crane boom pull rod 11 and the amplitude changing steel wire rope 6 are completely stressed, so that the installation of the crane boom 5 is completed.
