Abstract
本发明具体是一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,解决了现有钢箱梁的螺孔加工方式在应用中存在现场钻孔困难、预钻孔费时费力且匹配性不好影响钢箱梁安装作业进度的问题。一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,第一挂架包括N根竖向滑轨,第二挂架包括M根横向滑轨,钻孔装置的后侧壁设置有钻头,支撑箱的内底壁后部固定安装有驱动电机、内底壁前部固定安装有一个辊轴架,辊轴架的上部转动安装有一根辊轴,辊轴与驱动电机的输出轴传动连接,辊轴上绕设有一根与钻孔装置连接的吊绳。本发明实现了在施工现场对钢箱梁钻孔的目的,同时能够对带有预开螺孔的钢箱梁的螺孔位置进行校正,操作方便快捷,具有结构简易、可操作性强、自动化程度高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁工程用钻孔设备,具体是一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备。
背景技术
在桥梁工程中,钢箱梁是大跨径桥梁常用的结构形式,因其具有自重轻、安装快、刚度好等特点,得到了越来越广泛的应用。钢箱梁的安装是将多段预制钢箱梁梁段通过螺栓与多个连接板连接来实现的,因此,需要在连接板与预制钢箱梁梁段上加工大量的螺孔,且对各个螺孔的匹配度要求较高。
然而实践表明,现有钢箱梁的螺孔加工方式在应用中存在以下问题:一是钢箱梁多悬空架设于河流上方,其悬空位置使得一般钻孔装置无法现场作业;二是钢箱梁采用在工厂内预钻孔的钻孔方式时,需要工厂对螺孔进行校正,耗费较多的人力和物力资源,同时因钢箱梁在安装过程中可能存在变形,校正后的螺孔仍存在现场匹配性不好的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有钢箱梁的螺孔加工方式在应用中存在现场钻孔困难、预钻孔费时费力且匹配性不好影响钢箱梁安装作业进度的问题,提供了一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,包括钢箱梁;钢箱梁的前方依次设置有第一挂架、第二挂架与钻孔装置,第一挂架的下方水平设置有操作台;钢箱梁的上方设置有与钻孔装置连接的悬挂装置;
所述第一挂架包括N根与钢箱梁固定连接且左右平行分布的竖向滑轨,且N为正整数;所述第二挂架包括M根水平放置且上下平行分布的横向滑轨,且M为正整数,每根横向滑轨均通过N个设置于其后外侧壁的第一滑动件滑动安装于N根竖向滑轨上;
所述钻孔装置为箱式结构,其通过设置于其后外侧壁的M排第二滑动件滑动安装于M根横向滑轨上;钻孔装置的后侧壁设置有与M排第二滑动件间隔放置的钻头,且钻头的方向朝后;
所述悬挂装置包括固定连接于钢箱梁外顶壁的支撑箱,且支撑箱的前部延伸至钻孔装置的正上方;支撑箱的内底壁后部固定安装有一台输出轴沿左右方向设置的驱动电机、内底壁前部固定安装有一个辊轴架,辊轴架上转动安装有一根左右方向放置的辊轴,辊轴与驱动电机的输出轴传动连接,辊轴上绕设有一根穿过支撑箱的底壁与钻孔装置连接的吊绳。
工作时,首先启动驱动电机,驱动电机驱动输出轴转动,输出轴转动带动辊轴转动,对吊绳进行收线或下放,吊绳收放带动各个第一滑动件沿着N根竖向滑轨上下滑动,由此将钻孔装置移动至作业高度,使得钻头高度与待开螺孔位的高度一致,然后作业人员站立在操作台上,沿左右方向移动钻孔装置,同时第二滑动件沿着M根横向滑轨左右移动,使得钻头位置正对待开螺孔位,最后,钻头在待开螺孔位对钢箱梁的侧壁进行钻孔,实现了在施工现场对钢箱梁进行钻孔的目的,同时能够对带有预开螺孔的钢箱梁的螺孔位置进行校正。本发明克服了现有钢箱梁的螺孔加工方式在应用中存在现场钻孔困难、预钻孔费时费力且匹配性不好影响钢箱梁安装作业进度的问题。
每个第一滑动件与每个第二滑动件均包括一个T型板,且T型板的竖向板的两侧各设置有一个第一滚轮与一个位于第一滚轮前方的第二滚轮;每个第一滑动件的两个第一滚轮均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨的前外侧壁;每个第二滑动件的两个第一滚轮均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨的前外侧壁。
第一滑动件与第二滑动件上两对滚轮的结构设计能够使第一滑动件与第二滑动件的滑动更加稳定,避免了在滑动过程中出现沿前后方向晃动的问题,进而提升了本钻孔设备的安全性能。
辊轴与驱动电机的输出轴通过皮带或链条传动连接。
悬挂装置还包括一个设置于支撑箱外侧的升降控制器,升降控制器的输出端与驱动电机的控制端连接。
升降控制器使得作业人员站立在操作台上即可控制驱动电机,实现对本钻孔设备高度调节的目的,操作便捷,进而增加了本钻孔设备的可操作性与自动化程度。
辊轴通过一对轴承转动安装于辊轴架上。
支撑箱的底壁前部开设有吊绳孔,吊绳穿过吊绳孔与钻孔装置的顶壁固定连接。
每根竖向滑轨的后外侧壁上部均水平固定有一个安装板,且安装板通过若干螺栓固定连接于钢箱梁的外顶壁。
安装板使得第一挂架与钢箱梁的连接更加牢固,进而增加了本钻孔设备的连接牢固性。
钢箱梁的外顶壁竖向固定有一个支撑块,支撑箱固定于支撑块的上表面。
各根竖向滑轨与各根横向滑轨均由C型钢制成,且C型钢的豁口两侧均通过向外弯折设置有与其一体的加强板。
加强板增加了竖向滑轨与第一滑动件、横向滑轨与第二滑动件之间滑动部位的机械强度,进一步增加了本钻孔设备的结构牢固性,从而延长了本钻孔装置的使用寿命。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,实现了在施工现场对钢箱梁钻孔的目的,同时能够对带有预开螺孔的钢箱梁的螺孔位置进行校正,操作方便快捷,而且结构牢固,滑动稳定,进一步的,有效提高了钻孔作业的工作效率,提升了钻孔作业的安全性,具有结构简易、可操作性强、自动化程度高、使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,包括钢箱梁1;钢箱梁1的前方依次设置有第一挂架、第二挂架与钻孔装置2,第一挂架的下方水平设置有操作台3;钢箱梁1的上方设置有与钻孔装置2连接的悬挂装置4;
所述第一挂架包括两根与钢箱梁1固定连接且左右平行分布的竖向滑轨5;所述第二挂架包括两根水平放置且上下平行分布的横向滑轨6,每根横向滑轨6均通过两个设置于其后外侧壁的第一滑动件7滑动安装于两根竖向滑轨5上;
所述钻孔装置2为箱式结构,其通过设置于其后外侧壁的两排第二滑动件8滑动安装于两根横向滑轨6上;钻孔装置2的后侧壁设置有与两排第二滑动件8间隔放置的钻头9,且钻头9的方向朝后;
所述悬挂装置4包括固定连接于钢箱梁1外顶壁的支撑箱10,且支撑箱10的前部延伸至钻孔装置2的正上方;支撑箱10的内底壁后部固定安装有一台输出轴沿左右方向设置的驱动电机11、内底壁前部固定安装有一个辊轴架12,辊轴架12上转动安装有一根左右方向放置的辊轴13,辊轴13与驱动电机11的输出轴传动连接,辊轴13上绕设有一根穿过支撑箱10的底壁与钻孔装置2连接的吊绳14。
每个第一滑动件7与每个第二滑动件8均包括一个T型板15,且T型板15的竖向板的两侧各设置有一个第一滚轮16与一个位于第一滚轮16前方的第二滚轮17;每个第一滑动件7的两个第一滚轮16均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨5的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮17均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨5的前外侧壁;每个第二滑动件8的两个第一滚轮16均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨6的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮17均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨6的前外侧壁。
辊轴13与驱动电机11的输出轴通过皮带或链条传动连接。
悬挂装置4还包括一个设置于支撑箱10外侧的升降控制器18,升降控制器18的输出端与驱动电机11的控制端连接。
辊轴13通过一对轴承转动安装于辊轴架12上。
支撑箱10的底壁前部开设有吊绳孔,吊绳14穿过吊绳孔与钻孔装置2的顶壁固定连接。
每根竖向滑轨5的后外侧壁上部均水平固定有一个安装板19,且安装板19通过若干螺栓固定连接于钢箱梁1的外顶壁。
钢箱梁1的外顶壁竖向固定有一个支撑块20,支撑箱10固定于支撑块20的上表面。
各根竖向滑轨5与各根横向滑轨6均由C型钢制成,且C型钢的豁口两侧均通过向外弯折设置有与其一体的加强板。
具体实施过程中,操作台3由矩形板制成,且操作台3设置于两根竖向滑轨5之间。
Claims (7)
1.一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,包括钢箱梁(1);其特征在于:钢箱梁(1)的前方依次设置有第一挂架、第二挂架与钻孔装置(2),第一挂架的下方水平设置有操作台(3);钢箱梁(1)的上方设置有与钻孔装置(2)连接的悬挂装置(4);
所述第一挂架包括N根与钢箱梁(1)固定连接且左右平行分布的竖向滑轨(5),且N为正整数;所述第二挂架包括M根水平放置且上下平行分布的横向滑轨(6),且M为正整数,每根横向滑轨(6)均通过N个设置于其后外侧壁的第一滑动件(7)滑动安装于N根竖向滑轨(5)上;
所述钻孔装置(2)为箱式结构,其通过设置于其后外侧壁的M排第二滑动件(8)滑动安装于M根横向滑轨(6)上;钻孔装置(2)的后侧壁设置有与M排第二滑动件(8)间隔放置的钻头(9),且钻头(9)的方向朝后;
所述悬挂装置(4)包括固定连接于钢箱梁(1)外顶壁的支撑箱(10),且支撑箱(10)的前部延伸至钻孔装置(2)的正上方;支撑箱(10)的内底壁后部固定安装有一台输出轴沿左右方向设置的驱动电机(11)、内底壁前部固定安装有一个辊轴架(12),辊轴架(12)上转动安装有一根左右方向放置的辊轴(13),辊轴(13)与驱动电机(11)的输出轴传动连接,辊轴(13)上绕设有一根穿过支撑箱(10)的底壁与钻孔装置(2)连接的吊绳(14);
每个第一滑动件(7)与每个第二滑动件(8)均包括一个T型板(15),且T型板(15)的竖向板的两侧各设置有一个第一滚轮(16)与一个位于第一滚轮(16)前方的第二滚轮(17);每个第一滑动件(7)的两个第一滚轮(16)均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨(5)的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮(17)均滚动接触于对应竖向滑轨(5)的前外侧壁;每个第二滑动件(8)的两个第一滚轮(16)均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨(6)的前内侧壁、两个第二滚轮(17)均滚动接触于对应横向滑轨(6)的前外侧壁;
各根竖向滑轨(5)与各根横向滑轨(6)均由C型钢制成,且C型钢的豁口两侧均通过向外弯折设置有与其一体的加强板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,其特征在于:辊轴(13)与驱动电机(11)的输出轴通过皮带或链条传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,其特征在于:悬挂装置(4)还包括一个设置于支撑箱(10)外侧的升降控制器(18),升降控制器(18)的输出端与驱动电机(11)的控制端连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于钢箱梁的钻孔设备,其特征在于:辊轴(13)通过一对轴承转动安装于辊轴架(12)上。
