In order to prevent the wheel axle from directly contacting the bottom surface and being collided, the invention can further arrange the moving components in the moving component mounting groove shown in figure 5. The movable assembly mounting grooves comprise four grooves which are respectively arranged at four corners inside the climate chamber container 5, and the tops of the movable assembly mounting grooves are in a wedge shape and are embedded into the bottom surface of the climate chamber container. Each remove inside still can be provided with respectively of subassembly mounting groove:

In order to support the rubber wheels to be laid down, the present invention further provides a support assembly as shown in fig. 3 and 4 on the bottom surface of the container. The support assembly may specifically be configured to include:
the accommodation cavities comprise four accommodation cavities which are respectively arranged at four corners inside the climate chamber container 5;
the hydraulic support leg comprises four hydraulic support legs 1 which are fixedly connected in each accommodating cavity respectively, a fixing plate 11 is arranged on the side wall of each hydraulic support leg 1, and the fixing plate 11 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of each accommodating cavity;
the hydraulic pump 2 is arranged inside the climate chamber container 5 and drives a hydraulic medium to output power;
and the hydraulic pipeline 4 is arranged on the bottom surface of the climate chamber container 5, the hydraulic pipeline 4 is simultaneously connected with each hydraulic leg 1 and the hydraulic pump 2, and each hydraulic leg 1 is driven by the hydraulic pump 2 to vertically extend downwards from the bottom surface of the climate chamber container to be supported on the ground or vertically retract upwards to the height close to the bottom surface of the climate chamber container.
Therefore, when the hydraulic pump and the motors control the moving assembly to be in a walking state, the supporting assembly is in a second state; when the control moving assembly is in the stop state, the supporting assembly is in the first state. Therefore, when the climate chamber container is in a working state, the hydraulic support leg and the undercarriage structure are folded to the bottom of the container, so that the space is saved, and the stability of the climate chamber during working is ensured; when the weather cabin container needs to be moved, the hydraulic pump works to extend the hydraulic support legs out to lift the container, the undercarriage structure is put down, the hydraulic support legs are retracted after the undercarriage is fixed, and the container is dragged and moved by other carriers.
Under the preferred mode of realization, among the above-mentioned each structure, undercarriage structure 3 wholly comprises metal material, can adopt the technology of casting to make, installs in weather cabin container body 5 below, cooperatees through removal subassembly and hydraulic leg 1, makes things convenient for the transportation and the removal of weather cabin container. The rubber wheel of the moving assembly can ensure that the container climate chamber can move under most road conditions when being put down, and the rubber wheel can ensure that the space on the ground is not occupied when being folded. The four undercarriage tires can independently turn, and smooth transportation of the container in the climate chamber is guaranteed. The 500mm inflatable rubber tire is adopted under the condition of ensuring that the occupied space is smaller and the road trafficability is ensured, so that the stability in the transportation process is ensured. For example, aluminum alloy material can be used to reduce the overall weight.
The hydraulic pump selected by the supporting component can be arranged on one side of the container close to the vehicle head and is responsible for the lifting and descending and the retrograde control of the container. The hydraulic system has the advantages of small volume, light weight, quick response, long service life and the like, is suitable for large-load work in a small space in the container, places all basic facilities such as a generator, an air conditioner and the like in the container in a relatively closed space of a vehicle head, is favorable for unified maintenance of the facilities, and has small influence on the crop cultivation monitoring environment in the container in the climate chamber.
The hydraulic pipeline connected with the hydraulic pump can be composed of steel pipes, raw materials of the hydraulic steel pipes are subjected to fine drawing, non-oxidation bright heat treatment and nondestructive testing, inner holes of the steel pipes are subjected to high-pressure washing and acid washing, the inner and outer walls of the steel pipes are subjected to rust prevention treatment by using rust preventive oil, and two end covers are used for dust prevention treatment. The pipeline distributes in the inside bottom of container, links to each other hydraulic pressure pipeline starting point and hydraulic pump, and the tip links to each other with four landing leg storehouses of container, provides control and power for the lift of landing leg.
The hydraulic support leg realizes the mechanical motion of the extension of a piston rod in the control hydraulic cylinder by adopting the pressure output by the control hydraulic pump according to the hydraulic principle. Because the hydraulic piston can realize quite large telescopic force input, the whole container in the whole climate chamber can be supported to be separated from the ground by respectively arranging one hydraulic support leg at the edges of the container in four directions, and thus a quite stable workbench base is formed. In a climate cabin container, the main function of the hydraulic legs is to lift the container so that the landing gear structure is more convenient to drop. The hydraulic support legs are connected with a hydraulic pump positioned at the head of the container through hydraulic pipelines.
The above are merely embodiments of the present invention, which are described in detail and with particularity, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
