The existing photovoltaic power generation device is single in structure, the solar photovoltaic panel cannot adjust the angle of the face facing the sun, so that the solar photovoltaic panel cannot receive the illumination of the sun sometimes and cannot effectively utilize the illumination to generate power, and therefore, aiming at the current situation, the development of the solar power generation device with the illumination receiving and adjusting function is urgently needed to overcome the defects in the current practical application.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. by arranging the steering mechanism and the angle adjusting mechanism, the angle of the solar panel can be changed, and light rays are ensured to vertically irradiate the solar panel, so that the maximum absorption of light energy is realized, the generated energy is increased, and the generation efficiency is favorably improved;
2. the lifting mechanism is arranged, so that the height of the solar panel can be accurately adjusted, and the stability of the device can be enhanced by arranging the reinforcing mechanism;
3. through setting up vibration damping mount, can avoid external vibrations to cause the damage to work pieces such as solar panel, do benefit to hoisting device's life.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the light sensor positioned at the top of the placing plate 21 detects the illumination intensity and controls the first motor 23 to operate through the controller, the first motor 23 drives the transmission rod 22 to rotate, the transmission rod 22 drives the two side rotating rods 20 to rotate through the belt wheel and the belt, so that the angle of the placing plate 21 is changed, meanwhile, the second motor drives the mounting plate 18 to rotate in the horizontal direction, the telescopic rod 15 can realize the accurate adjustment of the height of the solar panel, thereby ensuring that light rays vertically irradiate the solar panel, realizing the maximum absorption of light energy, increasing the generating capacity, being beneficial to improving the generating efficiency, when vibration occurs, the first magnet 6 and the second magnet can buffer the impact force for the first time, when the connecting block 5 pushes the push block 7, the first spring 10 can further absorb the vibration, the damage to the solar panel and other workpieces caused by external vibration can be avoided through multiple shock absorption, and the service life of the lifting device is prolonged.
