Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of equipment detection, in particular to a sealing device and a pipeline detection device.
Background
According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, in the processes of production, installation, test and periodic inspection of pressure-bearing special equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and the like, the relevant equipment needs to be detected in a hydraulic test mode and the like so as to inspect whether the equipment leaks.
In the current pipeline leakage detection process, two ends of a pipeline are generally blocked, and then the interior of the pipeline is pressurized to detect whether the pipeline leaks or not; in large-scale equipment, pipelines are complex to arrange, and the other ends of partially bent pipelines are positioned at dead angles and are difficult to plug, so that the pipeline detection is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a sealing device which can detect the leakage of one end part of a pipeline on the premise of not plugging two ends of the pipeline.
A sealing device of an aspect of the present invention includes: the fixing piece is used for fixing one end of the pipe fitting; the sealing element is arranged on the fixing element and used for sealing the port at one end of the pipe fitting; the inner sealing part is arranged on the fixing part and can extend into the pipe fitting and block the inner cavity of the pipe fitting.
Further, the sealing element comprises a sealing plate which is connected with the fixing element in a sliding mode, the inner sealing portion comprises an extension portion which is arranged on the sealing plate and can extend into the pipe fitting, and a sealing plug is arranged on the extension portion.
Furthermore, a second driving column is arranged in the extending portion in a sliding mode, an expansion head is arranged on the second driving column, and the expansion head can enable the sealing plug to deform and plug the inner cavity of the pipe fitting.
Further, a sealing ring is arranged between the second driving column and the extension part.
Further, a second retaining ring is arranged on the second driving column and can extrude the sealing ring.
Further, a second drive post is disposed through the fixture.
Furthermore, the sealing plate is provided with a measuring hole and an injection hole, the injection hole is used for injecting fluid into the sealed pipe section, and the measuring hole is used for measuring the pressure in the sealed pipe section.
Furthermore, a first driving column is arranged on the sealing plate and is in sliding connection with the fixing piece.
Furthermore, the two sides of the fixing piece are in threaded connection with fixing bolts, and the fixing bolts are used for fixing the pipe fitting.
The pipeline detection device of another aspect of the invention comprises the sealing device.
When the sealing device is used, the sealing device can be fixed on a pipe fitting, the port at one end of the pipe fitting is sealed by the sealing element, the inner sealing part extends into the pipe fitting and seals the inner cavity of the pipe fitting, so that two ends of one end of the pipe fitting are partially sealed, and leakage detection can be performed on one end of the pipe fitting under the condition that the pipe fitting and the other end of the pipe fitting are not disassembled.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a sealing device includes: the fixing piece 2 is used for fixing one end of the pipe fitting 1; a sealing member 3 provided on the fixing member 2 for sealing a port at one end of the pipe 1; the inner sealing part is arranged on the fixing part 2 and can extend into the pipe fitting 1 and block the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1.

It can be understood that the inner sealing portion can also extend into the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1 and be plugged in a plurality of ways, for example, an air bag is arranged at one end of the hollow pipe fitting 1, the hollow pipe extends into the pipe fitting 1 and blows air, so that the air bag expands and plugs the inside of the pipe fitting 1, a rubber plug can be directly plugged into a proper position from a port at one end of the pipe fitting 1, and then the port at one end of the pipe fitting 1 is plugged.
The fixing member 2 may include a main body 21 and two side portions 22 disposed at both sides of the main body 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the sealing member 3 includes a sealing plate 31 slidably connected to the fixing member 2, the inner sealing portion includes an extension portion 32 provided on the sealing plate 31 and capable of extending into the pipe fitting 1, and the extension portion 32 is provided with a sealing plug 4; wherein can be after fixing mounting 2 and pipe fitting 1, through the position of adjusting sealing member 3 for the port butt of sealing member 3 and 1 one end of pipe fitting, extension 32 drives the sealing plug 4 this moment and stretches into in the pipe fitting 1 and with 1 inner wall butt of pipe fitting, realize the sealed of 1 inner chambers of pipe fitting.
As shown in fig. 2-6, a second driving column 51 is slidably disposed in the extension portion 32, an expanding head 54 is disposed on the second driving column 51, the second driving column 51 and the expanding head 54 together form the connecting member 5, and the expanding head 54 can deform the sealing plug 4 and block the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1; when the sealing plug 4 stretches into suitable position in the pipe fitting 1, can control the second drive column 51 and drive the expansion head 54 butt sealing plug 4 for the inner chamber of shutoff pipe fitting 1 after the sealing plug 4 warp, can choose for use this moment to realize the sealed of pipe fitting 1 inner chamber than the flexible sealing plug 4 that the pipe diameter is little, make things convenient for sealing equipment's installation.
As shown in fig. 5, the sealing plate 31 may further include a limiting plate 36 on both sides thereof, and the limiting plate 36 may cooperate with the limiting groove 25 disposed on the side portion 22 to limit the sliding of the sealing plate 31.
As shown in fig. 4, a sealing ring 53 is disposed between the second driving column 51 and the extension portion 32, and here, the sealing ring 53 can prevent the substance in the inner cavity of the sealed tube 1 from leaking out of the gap between the second driving column 51 and the extension portion 32, thereby increasing the reliability of the device.
Further, in order to enhance the sealing effect of the sealing portion, a second stop ring 52 is arranged on the second driving column 51, and the second stop ring 52 can press the sealing ring 53; when the second driving post 51 is drawn outward, the second stopper ring 52 can abut against the sealing ring 53, so that the sealing ring 53 is deformed to better close the gap between the second driving post 51 and the extending portion 32.
The specific shape of the sealing plug 4 can be referred to in fig. 7, the sealing plug 4 includes a mounting hole 42 and a transition portion 41, the mounting hole 42 is configured to be sleeved on the extension portion 32, and the diameter of the transition portion 41 is gradually increased in a direction away from the sealing plate 31.
Wherein a first stop ring 38 may be provided on the extension 32 for blocking the sealing plug 4 from sliding on the extension 32.
In order to facilitate detection after the sealing device is installed, the sealing plate 31 is provided with a measuring hole 35 and a filling hole 34, the filling hole 34 is used for filling fluid into the sealed pipe section, and the measuring hole 35 is used for measuring the pressure in the sealed pipe section; during measurement, an air pipe or a liquid pipe can be connected to the injection hole 34 to inject or inject liquid into the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1, and a pressure gauge is connected to the measurement hole 35 to measure the pressure change in the inner cavity after liquid injection or gas injection, so as to judge whether gas is leaked or not at one time; also can be after sealing device installation is accomplished, outwards extract gas through filling hole 34, extract the vacuum in looking over the inner chamber through the manometer of access on measuring hole 35 after accomplishing, then judge whether pipe fitting 1 one end leaks.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the sealing plate 31 is provided with a first driving column 37, and the first driving column 37 is slidably connected with the fixing member 2; when the sealing device is installed, the position of the sealing plate 31 can be adjusted through the first driving column 37, the port at one end of the pipe fitting 1 is sealed, the first driving column 37 can be provided with threads, the position of the first driving column 37 is adjusted through the nut which is abutted to the fixing piece 2 and in threaded fit with the first driving column 37, then fine adjustment of the position of the sealing plate 31 is achieved, and the sealing stability of the sealing plate 31 is enhanced through the self-locking performance between the threads and the nut.
Specifically, the main body 21 has a first through hole 23, and the first driving column 37 passes through the first through hole.
The extension 32 includes a hollow connecting tube 39 that is sleeved outside the second driving post 51.
Further, a second driving post 51 is provided through the fixing member 2, and as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the position of the expansion head 54 can be adjusted by the second driving post 51 passing through the fixing member 2; wherein, can also set up the external screw thread on second actuating column 51, adjust the position of second actuating column 51 through the nut with mounting 2 butt and with second actuating column 51 screw-thread fit to difficult not hard up when making expansion head 54 and sealing plug 4 butt through screw thread self-locking performance, reinforcing sealing device's sealing reliability.
Specifically, the sealing plate 31 is provided with a third through hole 33, the main body 21 is provided with a second through hole 24, and the second driving column 51 passes through the third through hole 33 and the second through hole 24.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in order to fix the sealing device at one end of the pipe fitting 1, fixing bolts 27 are connected to both sides of the fixing member 2 by screw threads, and the fixing bolts 27 are used for fixing the pipe fitting 1; before measurement, the fixing bolts 27 on the two sides can be screwed, so that the fixing bolts 27 on the two sides clamp the pipe fitting 1 to prevent the pipe fitting 1 from loosening; wherein, both side portions 22 are provided with fixing holes 26 which are in threaded fit with fixing bolts 27.
The embodiment also provides a pipeline detection device, which comprises the sealing device, a supply device and a measurement device, wherein the supply device can supply air or liquid to the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1 through a water pump or an air compressor, and measure the pressure in the inner cavity through a barometer hydraulic gauge to judge whether leakage occurs or not; or the supply equipment can also pump gas in the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1 through a suction pump, and measure the vacuum degree in the inner cavity through a gas pressure meter so as to detect whether leakage exists.
