Background
Angle valves, i.e. angle shut-off valves, also called triangular valves, angle valves, are known as such, because the pipe is at 90 degrees to the angle valve. The angle valve is widely applicable to various occasions because of simple flow path and small flow resistance, but the common angle valve is fixedly connected with the pipe fitting, so that the connection of the common angle valve and the pipe fitting is inconvenient, the angle valve is easy to produce violent construction due to the direction adjustment of the water outlet, the valve body of the angle valve is broken, and the angle of the water outlet is often not matched with a product requiring the angle valve after the angle valve is installed, so that the connecting pipe fitting can twist when the angle valve and the pipe fitting are connected, and the aging of the connecting pipe fitting can be accelerated in the past for a long time.
In order to solve the problem, chinese patent No. CN208951279U discloses an all-round rotatory angle valve body, including the angle valve main part, be equipped with inlet port and play water portion in the angle valve main part, be equipped with the inlet port on the inlet port, be equipped with the apopore that is linked together with the inlet port on the play water portion, the inlet port links to each other with the case, but be equipped with on the inlet port around the inlet port axis 360 degrees rotations and cup joint the inlet tube on the angle valve movable rod that intakes, the angle valve main part is 360 degrees rotations relatively around the angle valve movable rod axis with the inlet tube, and the inlet tube is connected with the inlet port. Although the original fixed water outlet part is changed into the water outlet part which can rotate for 360 degrees, the problem of angle connection of the water outlet of the angle valve is solved, but the following problems still exist:
1. the structure is complicated, and the assembly is inconvenient, still needs to use help the appurtenance when the movable rod that intakes of angle valve installs, leads to at the installation effectiveness low, has increased the cost of installation moreover.
2. The structure is complicated, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the angle valve main body and the water inlet pipe rotate around the angle valve water inlet movable rod, the manufacturing technology is high, the matching precision between parts of the angle valve main body and the water inlet pipe is high, the manufacturing cost of the angle valve is further increased, and the popularization of the product market is not facilitated.

The water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet pipe, and the shell at the bottom end of the water inlet pipe can resist the water inlet pipe.

The second limiting device comprises a valve core assembly and a clamping ring, wherein an installation seat is arranged in the water inlet pipe, a water inlet is formed in the installation seat, the valve core assembly penetrates through the upper end portion of the water inlet pipe, the lower end portion of the valve core assembly resists with the installation seat and is positioned on the water inlet, the valve core assembly penetrates out of the water inlet pipe, a clamping groove is formed between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, the clamping ring is arranged in the clamping groove, and the outer shell of the valve core assembly resists against the upper end face of the clamping ring.
The sealing device is further improved in that the sealing device comprises a plurality of first sealing rings and a plurality of second sealing rings, the water inlet pipe is provided with a plurality of first sealing grooves, the first sealing grooves are arranged at the lower end part of the water inlet pipe, the first sealing rings are arranged in the first sealing grooves, the upper end part of the water inlet pipe is provided with a plurality of second sealing grooves, the second sealing grooves are arranged at the upper end part of the water inlet pipe, and the second sealing rings are arranged in the second sealing grooves.
The water inlet pipe is provided with water outlet ring grooves, and the water outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the water outlet ring grooves.
The valve core assembly is further improved in that the valve core assembly comprises a valve core shell, a water outlet is formed in the valve core shell, a positioning block, a fixed valve block, a movable valve block and a valve rod for opening and closing the movable valve block are sequentially arranged on the valve core shell from bottom to top, the upper end of the valve rod penetrates out of the valve core shell, a third sealing groove is formed in one end of the positioning block, a first sealing element is arranged in the third sealing groove, a fourth sealing groove is formed in the other end of the positioning block, a second sealing element is arranged in the fourth sealing groove and used for preventing water leakage between the positioning block and the valve core shell, the valve core shell is connected with a water inlet pipe through threads, a third sealing element is arranged between the valve core shell and the water inlet pipe, and a first clamping groove for clamping the limiting disc is further formed in the upper end of the valve core shell.
The valve is further improved in that the lower end part of the valve rod is fixedly provided with a claw, the movable valve plate is provided with a bayonet which is clamped with the claw, the movable valve plate is clamped on the claw and is linked with the claw, and the valve core shell is internally and symmetrically provided with bosses which are used for limiting the rotation angle of the claw along the center of the valve core shell.
The valve core is characterized in that a plurality of second clamping grooves are formed in the valve core shell, clamping protrusions are arranged at two ends of the fixed valve plate, and the clamping protrusions are clamped in the first clamping grooves.
The valve core is characterized in that a clamping rail is arranged on the valve core shell, a third clamping groove which is clamped with the clamping rail is formed in the positioning block, and a tensioning protrusion for positioning the positioning block in the valve core shell is arranged in the second clamping groove.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. Simple structure, convenient assembly, assembly efficiency is high. When the water inlet pipe is assembled, the water inlet pipe is inserted into the water outlet pipe, so that the limiting table on the water inlet pipe resists against the water outlet pipe, then the valve core assembly is locked, the limiting disc is arranged again, or the clamping ring is arranged again, and the valve core assembly is arranged again, so that the assembly speed is extremely high, and the efficiency is extremely high. And can realize that the angle valve carries out 360 degrees rotations, the convenience is connected with outside pipeline.
2. The installation auxiliary tool is not required to be added during installation, so that the assembly efficiency is further improved, and the installation cost is reduced.
3. The water outlet holes are arranged on the water outlet ring groove, so that the water outlet pipe can realize the maximum water outlet no matter which angle the water outlet pipe rotates to, and the water outlet efficiency of the angle valve is increased.
4. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are matched, so that the matching of a plurality of parts is reduced compared with the traditional angle valve, the manufacturing cost of the angle valve is reduced, and the angle valve is more beneficial to market popularization.

The clamping ring 5 'is arranged in the clamping groove 51', so that the tightness between the water inlet pipe 2 'and the water outlet pipe 1' can be further improved, the valve core assembly 3 'can be limited to slide downwards to be out of the water outlet pipe 1', and the water inlet pipe 2 'is prevented from being separated from the water outlet pipe 1'.
