Referring to fig. 1-10, a unitized curtain wall convenient for construction and installation comprises a plurality of installation brackets 1, a plurality of curtain wall panels 2 and connecting pieces 3 for splicing and limiting the curtain wall panels 2; the mounting bracket 1 is an integral structure formed by processing a strip-shaped metal plate through a metal plate, and the mounting bracket 1 can be processed by selecting a galvanized cold-rolled plate with the thickness of 1-1.5t, a mirror surface stainless steel plate or an aluminum alloy plate through the metal plate.

The unitized curtain wall convenient for construction and installation is simple in structure, the curtain wall panels 2 and the installation support 1 which are identical in structure are adopted, large-scale production and processing of factories and transportation of site construction are facilitated, the curtain wall panels 2 with uniform structures are adopted, male and female butt ends do not exist in construction, the curtain wall panels 2 are convenient to install in construction, the laying efficiency of curtain walls can be improved, meanwhile, the curtain wall panels 2 are connected in a non-fixed mode, construction and installation are convenient and simple, the curtain wall panels 2 are convenient to disassemble and assemble and convenient to maintain and replace in the later period, in addition, uniform installation and combination of the curtain wall panels 2 are carried out after the integral installation and arrangement of the installation support 1 are adopted, the laying efficiency of the curtain walls is effectively improved, and the site construction progress is accelerated.

s3: installing the upper curtain wall panel 2 and the lower curtain wall panel 2 in the same manner as the step S2, then installing the connecting piece 3 on the sliding chute 11 from the opening end of the sliding chute 11, and embedding the connecting plate 32 and the sliding block 31 on the connecting piece 3 into the first caulking groove 22 and the second caulking groove 23 respectively;
s4: next, two curtain wall panels 2 on the other side of the connecting piece 3 are installed, so that the four curtain wall panels 2 are symmetrically distributed around the connecting piece 3, and the limiting connection of the connecting piece 3 to the adjacent four curtain wall panels 2 is realized;
s5: the laying of the whole curtain wall is completed in the same way.

s2: the curtain wall panel (2) is installed between two adjacent installation supports (1) in an inserting mode from one side of each installation support (1), during installation, a buckle plate (14) is aligned to a buckle groove (21), the buckle groove (21) is connected to the buckle plate (14) in a sliding mode from one end of the buckle plate (14), and therefore the curtain wall panel (2) is connected to the installation supports (1);
s3: installing an upper curtain wall panel and a lower curtain wall panel (2) in the same way as the step S2, then installing a connecting piece (3) on the sliding chute (11) from the opening end of the sliding chute (11), and respectively embedding a connecting plate (32) and a sliding block (31) on the connecting piece (3) into the first caulking groove (22) and the second caulking groove (23);
s4: next, two curtain wall panels (2) on the other side of the connecting piece (3) are installed, so that the four curtain wall panels (2) are symmetrically distributed around the connecting piece (3), and the limiting connection of the connecting piece (3) to the adjacent four curtain wall panels (2) is realized;
s5: the laying of the whole curtain wall is completed in the same way.
