Background
In the construction process of basement engineering structures, construction joints and post-cast belts at parts such as foundation bottom plates, basement top plates, fire pools and the like usually adopt water-stop steel plates as a waterproof treatment mode. The waterproof technology of the water stop steel plate is mature, and the water stop effect is good. The method for installing the water stop steel plate in the prior art adopts a vertical short steel bar to be directly and vertically spot-welded on the water stop steel plate, but the welding quality is often difficult to control, the water stop steel plate is easy to weld through, the problem of leakage in the later stage is caused, and the engineering quality can not be ensured. The existing water stop steel plate has hidden quality troubles in installation, so the prior art still has defects and needs to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction method and a structure of a post-cast strip construction joint water-stop steel plate, which utilize the waste reinforcing steel bar at the construction site as a fixing material, have simple manufacture and firm installation, and can be suitable for the construction of post-cast strip construction joints at parts such as a foundation bottom plate, a basement top plate, a fire pool and the like, thereby improving the construction quality and efficiency of the water-stop steel plate, effectively saving construction materials, reducing the construction cost and overcoming the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a construction method of a post-cast strip construction joint water stop steel plate, which comprises the following steps:
a. laying and binding two layers of bottom reinforcing mesh on the foundation cushion layer or the template;
b. manufacturing a water stop steel plate;
c. welding the top of the supporting steel bar with the two side edges of the water stop steel plate, supporting the bottom of the supporting steel bar on the top surface of the foundation cushion layer or the template, and welding the supporting steel bar with the bottom steel bar mesh;
d. welding the horizontal section of the L-shaped steel bar with the top surface of the water stop steel plate by inclining the horizontal section at 45 ℃;
e. fixing the closing-up net on the L-shaped steel bar through the closing-up net fixing rib;
f. and binding gluten, pouring concrete, and finishing the construction of the post-cast strip construction joint water stop steel plate.
In the construction method of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stopping steel plate, the two side edges of the water-stopping steel plate are provided with obtuse-angle folded edges, and the tops of the supporting steel bars are welded with the obtuse-angle folded edges on the two sides of the water-stopping steel plate.
In the construction method of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stop steel plate, the L-shaped steel bar is divided into a horizontal section and a vertical section at the bending position of 90 ℃; the included angle between the horizontal section and the central line of the water stop steel plate is 45 ℃, and the horizontal section is welded with the top surface of the water stop steel plate.

In the structure of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stop steel plate, the included angle between the horizontal section of the L-shaped steel bar and the central line of the water-stop steel plate is 45 ℃.
In the structure of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stopping steel plate, the water-stopping steel plate is in a long rectangular shape, the two side edges of the water-stopping steel plate are provided with obtuse-angle folded edges, and the tops of the supporting steel bars are welded with the obtuse-angle folded edges on the two sides of the water-stopping steel plate.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the on-site steel bar waste is bent into the L-shaped steel bar, and the horizontal section of the L-shaped steel bar is welded on the water stop steel plate at the angular point of 45 ℃, so that the problems that the water stop steel plate is easy to weld through, the leakage is caused, the engineering quality is influenced, the material is wasted and the like in the prior art are solved, the construction quality of the post-cast strip construction joint is effectively improved, the secondary reworking is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The invention discloses a construction method of a post-cast strip construction joint water stop steel plate, which comprises the following steps of:
a. laying and binding two layers of bottom reinforcing mesh 2 on the foundation cushion layer or the template 1;
b. manufacturing a water stop steel plate 3;
c. welding the tops of the supporting steel bars 4 with the two side edges of the water stop steel plate 3, supporting the bottoms of the supporting steel bars 4 on the top surface of the foundation cushion layer or the formwork 1, and welding the supporting steel bars 4 with the bottom steel bar mesh 2;
d. welding the horizontal section 6 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 with the top surface of the water stop steel plate 3 by inclining the horizontal section at 45 ℃;
e. fixing the closing-up net 8 on the L-shaped steel bar 5 through a closing-up net fixing rib 9;
f. and binding gluten, pouring concrete, and finishing the construction of the post-cast strip construction joint water stop steel plate.
The two sides of the water stop steel plate 3 are provided with obtuse angle folded edges 10, and the top of the support steel bar 4 is welded with the obtuse angle folded edges 10 on the two sides of the water stop steel plate 3. The L-shaped steel bar 5 is divided into a horizontal section 6 and a vertical section 7 at the bending position of 90 ℃; the included angle between the horizontal section 6 and the central line 11 of the water stop steel plate is 45 ℃, and the horizontal section is welded with the top surface of the water stop steel plate 3. The closing-up net 8 is positioned between the closing-up net fixing rib 9 and the vertical section 7 of the L-shaped steel rib 5; and is welded and fixed with the vertical section 7 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 through the closing net fixing bar 9.
The structure of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stop steel plate is formed according to the construction method of the post-cast strip construction joint water-stop steel plate, and comprises a foundation cushion layer or a template 1 as shown in figures 1-4; the foundation cushion layer or the template 1 is provided with two layers of bottom reinforcing mesh 2, and the tops of the two layers of bottom reinforcing mesh 2 are provided with a pair of water stop steel plates 3 which are arranged in parallel; two side edges of each water stop steel plate 3 are welded with a group of supporting steel bars 4; the bottom ends of the supporting steel bars 4 are supported on the top surface of the foundation cushion layer or the template 1, and the middle parts of the supporting steel bars 4 are welded with the bottom steel bar mesh 2; the top surface of the water stop steel plate 3 is welded with the horizontal section 6 of the L-shaped steel bar 5, and the vertical section 7 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 is vertical to the top surface of the water stop steel plate 3; a closing-in net 8 is arranged on one side of the vertical section 7 of the L-shaped steel bar 5, and the closing-in net 8 is fixedly connected with the vertical section 7 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 through a closing-in net fixing rib 9. The included angle between the horizontal section 6 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 and the central line 11 of the water stop steel plate is 45 ℃. The shape of stagnant water steel sheet 3 is long rectangle, and 3 both sides limit of stagnant water steel sheet are equipped with obtuse angle hem 10, and the edge welding of obtuse angle hem 10 of 4 tops of bracing steel bar and 3 both sides of stagnant water steel sheet.
During specific construction, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a bottom reinforcing mesh 2 is bound on a foundation mat or a formwork 1, then C10 ribbed steel bars are used as supporting steel bars 4 to be welded on two sides of a water stop steel plate 3, and the bottom of the supporting steel bars 4 is supported on the foundation mat or the top surface of the formwork 1. The middle part of the supporting steel bar 4 is welded with the bottom steel bar mesh 2. The water stop steel plate 3 is of a rectangular strip structure, obtuse-angle folded edges 10 are bent on two side edges of the water stop steel plate 3 in the length direction, a splayed shape is formed on two sides of the water stop steel plate 3, and the support steel bars 4 are welded on the edges of the obtuse-angle folded edges 10. Then, C8 ribbed steel bar scrap on the construction site is used for folding a 90 ℃ right angle to form an L-shaped steel bar 5 as a support body of the closing net 8. The horizontal section 6 of the L-shaped steel bar 5 is welded on the top surface of the water stop steel plate 3 at an angular point of 45 ℃ as shown in figure 3, and the spot welding position is located at a point in front of the bent part of the water stop steel plate 3. Then, C12 ribbed steel bar waste on the construction site is used as a closing net fixing rib 9 to fix the closing net 8 on one side of the vertical section of the L-shaped steel bar 5, and the closing net 8 is bound on the closing net fixing rib 9 by using an iron wire. And after the binding net 8 is fixed, binding gluten, and pouring concrete with a post-pouring belt construction joint. The invention has the advantages of simple and quick construction process, firm installation, simple material manufacture and guaranteed quality. Compared with the traditional vertical spot welding, the method provided by the invention has the advantage that the phenomenon of welding through the water-stop steel plate is easy to occur, and the problem is well solved.
