本发明属于有机固体废弃物厌氧消化的技术领域,具体涉及一种有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统。
背景技术
我国是有机固体废弃物产生大国,目前有机固体废弃物主要包括生活源(城市污泥、生活垃圾、园林垃圾等)、农业源(农业秸秆、地膜、畜禽粪便等)与工业源(油泥、菌渣、工业有机固废等)三类,年产量超过60亿吨,占固体废物总产生量的60%以上,但科学合理的管理与安全处理技术体系尚未形成。有机固废具有典型的污染属性,成分复杂且有害介质多,占地堆存与周边环境形成多相复合型交叉污染,控制极为复杂,群体性事件频发。
鉴于有机固废具有较高的有机质含量,容易腐败等理化特性,厌氧消化技术在有机固废的处理中具有明显优势。厌氧消化不仅能实现有机固废的减量化,还能实现其资源化,兼具能源、环保和生态三方面的收益。有机质可以在厌氧条件下通过厌氧微生物的消化作用获得具有较高价值的清洁能源物质——甲烷。甲烷有较高的燃烧热值(802.3kJ/mol),是理想的能源物质,现阶段甲烷主要的来源即为机废物的分解。由于厌氧消化产生的沼气中甲烷纯度(50%-70%)不高,其高值化利用程度低,多用于发电、烧锅炉、生产供暖等生活用能源,以及作为化工原料使用。目前制取高纯度甲烷的技术日臻完善,主要技术有二级精馏法、吸附-膨胀法和吸附-间歇精馏法等,已经可以将甲烷提纯至纯度99.999%以上,能够满足某些行业对高纯甲烷的需求。
随着商业企业的低轨卫星系统组建,正在进入卫星的批量发射阶段。在运载火箭方面,相较于固体发动机,液体火箭发动机有诸多优点,目前国际上主流的、可重复使用的火箭动力系统均采用该技术路线。液体发动机中的液氧烃类发动机无毒,并具有较高平均密度和较高性能,是火箭发动机的一种重要类型。其中,液氧甲烷火箭发动机以甲烷为推进剂,液氧为助燃剂,二者以一定的比例雾化后进入燃烧室,充分燃烧后释放巨大推动力。液氧甲烷发动机相较于液氧乙烷、液氧丙烷、液氧煤油、液氧液氢这4种常用液氧烃类发动机,具有比冲(369s)较高、低成本、低积碳、不结焦、冷却性能好、能在轨多次启动、对可长期贮存、适于重复使用等特点,又因甲烷可在外星进行制备的独特优势,成为未来航天推进系统的发展方向之一。因此,多个国家都在开展液氧甲烷发动机的相关研究工作,其中燃料甲烷的来源是需要解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统,以解决上述有机固体废弃物的处理与处置问题,厌氧消化主要产物甲烷难以高值化利用问题以及液氧甲烷火箭发动机的燃料来源问题。
本发明的技术方案之一,一种有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统,包括有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元、沼气计量收集单元和甲烷提纯液化单元;
所述有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元包括依次连接的有机固废预处理装置和厌氧消化装置以及残渣收集池;
所述沼气计量收集单元包括依次连接的气体流量计和沼气高压收集装置;
所述甲烷提纯液化单元包括依次连接的高压分离罐装置、液化预处理装置、重烃和苯脱除装置、二级精馏装置、低温液态压力储存罐装置,其中二级精馏装置还连接有缓冲贮液槽,缓冲贮液槽和低温液态压力储存罐装置连接;
所述厌氧消化装置的出气口与所述气体流量计的进气口相连通;
所述沼气高压收集装置的出口气与所述高压分离罐装置的进口气相连通;
所述高压分离罐装置出液口与所述二级精馏装置进液口连接。
优选的,所述厌氧消化装置包括厌氧消化罐、加热装置和搅拌装置,厌氧消化罐内部中心设有搅拌装置,厌氧消化罐的外侧环绕加热装置;厌氧消化罐的顶部设置沼气的出气口、固体进料口、酸液进口、碱液进口、pH或温度检测器和搅拌电机,厌氧消化罐的底部设置排空口;

本发明的技术方案之二,采用上述有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统进行有机固体废弃物高值化利用的方法,包括以下步骤:
有机固体废弃物经有机固废预处理装置进行预处理后的消化物料,进入厌氧消化装置进行厌氧发酵,有机固废中的可生物分解有机物在水解细菌的作用下生成单体(单糖、少量氨基酸和高级脂肪酸),单体经产酸过程中酸化细菌的作用生成中间产物挥发性有机酸,后进入产氢产乙酸过程生成气体(CH4、H2、CO2、N2)和乙酸、甲基胺等物质,后在产甲烷菌的作用下生成厌氧消化产物(消化残渣、沼气)。有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元产生的沼气流入沼气计量收集单元的气体流量计,通过沼气高压收集装置制成高压原料气,送入甲烷提纯液化单元的高压分离罐装置进行分液处理,冷凝出的液体进入二级精馏系统,高压原料气进入液化预处理装置进行脱硫、脱水和脱CO2,后进入重烃和苯脱除装置脱除重烃和微量苯,后经二级精馏装置生成液态甲烷,储存在低温液态压力储存罐装置中;过冷后的富余液体,可排出到缓冲贮液槽中,待储积至一定量后取出,送入所述低温液态压力储存罐中。
有机固废中的非生物分解性有机物经厌氧发酵产生的消化残渣进入残渣收集池回收利用。
优选的,消化物料在厌氧消化装置的停留时间为20-40天。
优选的,产沼气的厌氧消化装置的温度选自35-39℃、41-45℃或53-57℃。
优选的,沼气高压收集装置收集的沼气应达到120ar/27℃后进入高压分离罐装置。
优选的,液化预处理装置中的,先进行CO2吸收,再进行分子筛脱水,CO2吸收剂为乙醇胺(MEA),脱水采用分子筛脱水法,脱硫在使用MEA法脱CO2时同步进行,并通过分子筛脱水进一步脱除硫化物。
优选的,所述有机固体废弃物为生活源、工业园、农业源有机废弃物中的一种或多种组合物。

本发明的技术方案之三,上述的有机固体废弃物高值化利用的方法所产生的液态甲烷作为液体火箭发动机燃料的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
对有机固废进行加压加热预处理,能够破坏胶体物质,将大分子物质转化为小分子物质,将部分难降解的有机物被转化为可溶性的易降解的有机物,大大提高了有机固废的可生物降解性能和脱水性能。气体中重烃和苯的存在,将会在低温环境中造成二级精馏装置中的换热器冻堵,所以需脱除。
本发明基于厌氧消化技术和甲烷提纯液化技术,通过将厌氧消化产生的沼气中的甲烷提纯至高纯度,经二级精馏系统处理后的液态甲烷纯度为99.9%及以上,并以液态形式储存,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求,达到对有机固废的高值化利用,提升了有机固体废弃物的处理意义,解决了厌氧消化产物利用程度低的问题。
本发明以有机固体废弃物为原料,材料来源广,涉及的处理技术成熟,运行维护方便和自动化程度高等优点,既能解决对有机固体废弃物进行安全的和系统的处置问题,又能推动液体火箭发动机的研究和使用,实现了绿色能源供应的目标。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
另外,为了更好地说明本发明的内容,在下文的具体实施例中给出了众多的具体细节。本领域技术人员应当理解,没有某些具体细节,本发明同样可以实施。在另外一些实施例中,对于本领域技术人员熟知的方法、手段未作详细描述,以便于凸显本发明的主旨。本发明中,表示原料含量的单位均基于重量份计,除非另外说明。另外,关于本发明的技术指标的测定方法均为本领域内使用标准方法,具体可参见最新的国家标准,除非另外说明。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
本发明的技术方案之一,一种有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统,包括有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元、沼气计量收集单元和甲烷提纯液化单元;
所述有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元包括依次连接的有机固废预处理装置和厌氧消化装置以及残渣收集池;
所述沼气计量收集单元包括依次连接的气体流量计和沼气高压收集装置;
所述甲烷提纯液化单元包括依次连接的高压分离罐装置、液化预处理装置、重烃和苯脱除装置、二级精馏装置、低温液态压力储存罐装置,其中二级精馏装置还连接有缓冲贮液槽,缓冲贮液槽和低温液态压力储存罐装置连接;
所述厌氧消化装置的出气口与所述气体流量计的进气口相连通;
所述沼气高压收集装置的出口气与所述高压分离罐装置的进口气相连通;
所述高压分离罐装置出液口与所述二级精馏装置进液口连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述厌氧消化装置包括厌氧消化罐、加热装置和搅拌装置,厌氧消化罐内部中心设有搅拌装置,厌氧消化罐的外侧环绕加热装置;厌氧消化罐的顶部设置沼气的出气口、固体进料口、酸液进口、碱液进口、pH或温度检测器和搅拌电机,厌氧消化罐的底部设置排空口;
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热装置选自水浴夹套、盘管加热的一种或两种;
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述搅拌装置选自中心轴式搅拌、卧式搅拌、侧面斜搅拌或内部潜水搅拌中的一种以上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述二级精馏装置包括一级精馏塔、二级精馏塔、主换热器、过冷器、塔釜、塔顶等装置,连接方式参照“从液化天然气中制取高纯度甲烷的工艺,周涛”中二级精馏法制取高纯甲烷流程示意图。
本发明的技术方案之二,一种采用上述有机固体废弃物高值化利用系统进行有机固体废弃物高值化利用的方法,包括以下步骤:
有机固体废弃物经有机固废预处理装置进行预处理后的消化物料,进入厌氧消化装置进行厌氧发酵,有机固废中的可生物分解有机物在水解细菌的作用下生成单体(单糖、少量氨基酸和高级脂肪酸),单体经产酸过程中酸化细菌的作用生成中间产物挥发性有机酸,后进入产氢产乙酸过程生成气体(CH4、H2、CO2、N2)和乙酸、甲基胺等物质,后在产甲烷菌的作用下生成厌氧消化产物(消化残渣、沼气)。有机固体废弃物厌氧消化单元产生的沼气流入沼气计量收集单元的气体流量计,通过沼气高压收集装置制成高压原料气,送入甲烷提纯液化单元的高压分离罐装置进行分液处理,冷凝出的液体进入二级精馏系统,高压原料气进入液化预处理装置进行脱硫、脱水和脱CO2,后进入重烃和苯脱除装置脱除重烃和微量苯,后经二级精馏装置生成液态甲烷,储存在低温液态压力储存罐装置中;少量过冷后的富余液体,可排出到缓冲贮液槽中,待储积至一定量后取出,送入所述低温液态压力储存罐中;
有机固废中的非生物分解性有机物经厌氧发酵产生的消化残渣进入残渣收集池回收利用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,消化物料在厌氧消化装置的停留时间为20-40天。
作为本发明的进一步改进,产沼气的厌氧消化装置的温度选自35-39℃、41-45℃或53-57℃。
作为本发明的进一步改进,沼气高压收集装置收集的沼气应达到120bar/27℃后进入高压分离罐装置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,液化预处理装置中的,先进行CO2吸收,再进行分子筛脱水,CO2吸收剂为乙醇胺(MEA),脱水采用分子筛脱水法,脱硫在使用MEA法脱CO2时同步进行,并通过分子筛脱水进一步脱除硫化物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,有机固体废弃物为生活源、工业园、农业源有机废弃物中的一种或多种组合物,
作为本发明的进一步改进,生活源可以是城市污泥、生活垃圾、园林垃圾等,农业源可以是农业秸秆、地膜、畜禽粪便等,工业源可以是油泥、菌渣、工业有机固废等。
实施例1
有机固体废弃物选择城市污泥,1000kg。
有机固体废弃物高值化利用流程,具体工艺流程如下:有机固体废弃物经有机固废预处理系统,在温度165-180℃和压力1MPa的条件下水解20min的消化物料进入厌氧消化装置,进行厌氧发酵30天,发酵温度35-39℃,过程中产生的沼气(300-500m3)流入沼气计量收集单元的气体流量计,通过沼气高压收集装置制成120bar/27℃的高压原料气,送入甲烷提纯液化单元的高压分离罐装置进行分液处理,冷凝出的液体进入二级精馏系统,高压原料气进入液化预处理系统进行脱硫、脱水和脱CO2,液化预处理装置先进行CO2吸收,再进行分子筛脱水,CO2吸收剂为乙醇胺(MEA),脱水采用分子筛脱水法,脱硫在使用MEA法脱CO2时同步进行,并通过分子筛脱水进一步脱除硫化物,后进入重烃和苯脱除装置脱除重烃和微量苯,后经二级精馏系统生成液态甲烷,储存在低温液态压力储存罐装置中;少量过冷后的富余液体,可排出到缓冲贮液槽中;
有机固废中的非生物分解性有机物经厌氧发酵产生的消化残渣进入残渣收集池回收利用。
经上述过程,共产生液体甲烷200-300kg。经检测,液体甲烷的纯度为99.9%,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求。
实施例2
同实施例1,区别在于,厌氧发酵30天,发酵温度53-57℃,共产生液体甲烷300-500kg。经检测,液体甲烷的纯度为99.9%,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求。
实施例3
同实施例1,区别在于,有机固体废弃物选择餐厨垃圾,1000kg,在有机固废预处理系统中粉碎,在温度110-130℃和压力1MPa的条件下水解2h,厌氧发酵30天,发酵温度35-39℃,共产生液体甲烷550-650kg。经检测,液体甲烷的纯度为99.9%,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求。
实施例4
同实施例1,区别在于,有机固体废弃物农业秸秆,在有机固废预处理系统中粉碎,在温度160-270℃和压力2MPa的条件下水解10min,厌氧发酵30天,发酵温度53-57℃,共产生液体甲烷600-700kg。经检测,液体甲烷的纯度为99.9%,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求。
实施例5
同实施例1,区别在于,有机固体废弃物为油泥,在有机固废预处理系统中粉碎,在温度160-200℃和压力1MPa的条件下水解30min,厌氧发酵30天,发酵温度41-45℃,共产生液体甲烷300-400kg。经检测,液体甲烷的纯度为99.9%,可以满足液氧甲烷发动机对甲烷燃料的需求。
