the audible and visual alarm 2 is used for receiving the electric signal of the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 and sending an alarm signal to the audible and visual alarm 2;
the human-computer interaction interface 3 is used for state information of a drilling machine winch, and the human-computer interaction interface 3 is connected with the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 through electric signals;
the winch control handle 4 is used for sending instructions to the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 and controlling a winch handle;
the winch parking brake knob 5 is used for sending an instruction to the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 and controlling the winch parking brake;
and the winch emergency stop button 6 is used for sending an instruction to the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 and controlling the winch to be in emergency stop.
The disc brake hydraulic station comprises a motor start-stop control 9, a motor operation feedback 10, a system and brake pressure 11, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve 12, a parking brake electromagnetic valve 13 and an emergency brake electromagnetic valve 14;
the motor start-stop control 9 is used for receiving a signal of the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1 and controlling the start and stop of a motor of the hydraulic station;
the motor operation feedback 10 is used for collecting motor operation state information and transmitting the information to the drilling machine electric control PLC system 1;
the system and brake pressure 11 is used for collecting pressure and brake pressure information of the hydraulic station and transmitting the information to the electric control PLC system 1 of the drilling machine;
the electro-hydraulic proportional valve 12 is used for receiving signals of the electric control PLC system 1 of the drilling machine and controlling the work of the working tongs;
the parking brake electromagnetic valve 13 is used for receiving a signal of the electric control PLC system 1 of the drilling machine and controlling the operation of the safety tongs;
the emergency stop electromagnetic valve 14 is used for receiving signals of the electric control PLC system 1 of the drilling machine and controlling the operation of the brake caliper.

Claims (5)

1. A drilling machine winch disc brake integrated control method is characterized in that a disc brake control handle is omitted, and the method comprises the following steps,
s1, starting a disc brake hydraulic station motor: the man-machine interaction interface (3) is operated, a motor starting command is sent to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the motor start-stop control (9) is controlled, the disc brake hydraulic station motor is started, motor operation feedback (10) and system and brake pressure (11) information are collected and processed through the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), and if the starting failure or pressure abnormity is judged, an alarm is output through the audible and visual alarm (2);
s2, starting a winch motor: after a motor of a disc brake hydraulic station is started and the pressure of the hydraulic station is normal, a winch emergency stop button (6) is reset, a man-machine interaction interface (3) is operated, a winch motor (8) is started, and if the starting fails, an alarm is output through an audible and visual alarm (2);
s3, releasing the parking brake: after the winch motor (8) is started successfully, the winch parking brake knob (5) is closed, an instruction is sent to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the winch motor (8) is controlled through the variable frequency driving device (7) to establish torque for load transfer, when a set torque is reached, a brake disc is not pulled, the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) outputs signals to unlock all disc brakes, and when parking brake failure is relieved, an alarm is output through the audible and visual alarm (2);
s4, adjusting the operation of a winch motor: after the parking brake is successfully released, the speed of a winch motor (8) is controlled through a winch control handle (4) or a human-computer interaction interface (3);
s5, starting parking brake: the winch parking brake knob (5) is started, an instruction is sent to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the speed of the winch motor (8) is set to be forced to be zero, when the winch motor (8) automatically decelerates to be close to zero, the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) outputs a brake signal to drive an electro-hydraulic proportional valve (12) of a working clamp and a parking brake electromagnetic valve (13) of a safety clamp to act, parking brake is completed, the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) detects a parking brake result, and if the parking brake fails, an audible and visual alarm (2) outputs an alarm;
s6, post-processing of parking brake: after the parking brake is started, if the winch motor (8) needs to continue to operate, the parking brake is released; if the winch motor (8) does not need to continue to operate, stopping the winch motor (8);
the parking brake releasing step comprises the step of repeating the step S3 to realize the normal operation of the winch motor (8);
the step of stopping the winch motor (8) comprises the step of stopping the winch motor (8) through the man-machine interaction interface (3) after the parking brake is successful;
the method also comprises the following steps that the winch control handle is specially operated: on a man-machine interaction interface (3), after an input instruction acquires authority, functions of a winch control handle (4) can be switched to a disc brake control mode, the input instruction is sent to a drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), a working clamp is controlled to realize a grinding disc and emergency free-wheeling operation, after completion, the functions of the winch control handle (4) are switched to be a winch motor (8) control mode on the man-machine interaction interface (3), and after the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) is restarted or a winch is operated to suddenly stop, the winch control handle (4) automatically recovers to be the winch motor (8) control mode.
2. The integrated control method for the disc brake of the winch of the drilling rig as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following steps,
starting and stopping suddenly: the control winch emergency stop button (6) outputs signals, wherein one path of the output signals is transmitted to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the speed of a winch motor (8) is controlled to return to zero, a brake signal is output, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve (12) of a working clamp and a brake solenoid valve (13) of a safety clamp are started, the other path of the output signals is directly transmitted to an emergency stop solenoid valve (14) controlled by a relay, and after the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) detects that the brake is in place, the winch motor (8) is stopped, and an alarm is output through an audible and visual alarm (2);
relieving the sudden stop: and resetting the winch emergency stop button (6), repeating the step S2, and restarting the winch motor (8).

The integrated control method for the disc brake of the winch of the drilling machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following steps of automatically braking: the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine can also circularly judge whether the brake pressure of the disc brake hydraulic station is too low, overwinding is prevented from being collided, the frequency conversion driving device (7) of the winch breaks down or the system is accidentally powered off, after any one of the conditions is triggered, the automatic brake is started, and an alarm is output through the audible and visual alarm (2).

The integrated control method for the disc brake of the drilling machine winch is characterized by comprising an integrated control device for the disc brake of the drilling machine winch, wherein the integrated control device for the disc brake of the drilling machine winch comprises a drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), a driller room, a disc brake hydraulic station, a variable frequency driving device (7) and a winch motor (8), the driller room is in electric signal connection with the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the disc brake hydraulic station is in electric signal connection with the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), the variable frequency driving device (7) is in electric signal connection with the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1), and the variable frequency driving device (7) is in electric signal connection with the winch motor (8);
the driller room comprises an audible and visual alarm (2), a man-machine interaction interface (3), a winch control handle (4), a winch parking and braking knob (5) and a winch emergency stop button (6);
the audible and visual alarm (2) is used for receiving an electric signal of the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) and sending an alarm signal;
the human-computer interaction interface (3) is used for displaying relevant operation and state information of a drilling machine winch, and the human-computer interaction interface (3) is connected with the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) through electric signals;
the winch control handle (4) is used for sending instructions to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) and controlling the speed of the winch;
the winch parking brake knob (5) is used for sending an instruction to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) and controlling the winch to park brake;
the winch emergency stop button (6) is used for sending an instruction to the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) and controlling the winch to be in emergency stop.

The integrated control method for the disc brake of the winch of the drilling machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the disc brake hydraulic station comprises a motor start-stop control (9), a motor operation feedback (10), a system and brake pressure (11), an electro-hydraulic proportional valve (12), a brake-stop electromagnetic valve (13) and an emergency stop electromagnetic valve (14);
the motor start-stop control (9) is used for receiving a signal of the drilling machine electric control PLC system (1) and controlling the start-stop of a motor of the hydraulic station;
the motor operation feedback (10) is used for collecting the motor operation state information of the hydraulic station and transmitting the information to the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine;
the system and the brake pressure (11) are used for collecting pressure and brake pressure information of the hydraulic station and transmitting the information to the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine;
the electro-hydraulic proportional valve (12) is used for receiving signals of the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine and controlling the work of the working pliers;
the parking brake electromagnetic valve (13) is used for receiving a signal of the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine and controlling the operation of the safety gear;
the emergency stop electromagnetic valve (14) is used for receiving signals of the electric control PLC system (1) of the drilling machine and controlling the work of the working tongs and the safety tongs.
