the side drilling device comprises a fixing mechanism, a drilling mechanism and a propelling mechanism, wherein the drilling mechanism is in driving connection with the propelling mechanism;

the fixing mechanism comprises a vacuum chuck and a detachable and replaceable positioning block, and a positioning column is arranged in the middle of the vacuum chuck;

In some embodiments, the positioning block is provided with a mounting hole, the vacuum chuck is provided with a threaded hole matched with the positioning block, and the positioning block is detachably connected to the vacuum chuck through a screw.

In some embodiments, the drilling mechanism further comprises a height adjusting seat, a feeding limiting seat and a sliding plate capable of sliding, wherein the height adjusting seat is detachably replaced and connected with the sliding plate, and the motor is connected with the height adjusting seat; the feeding limiting seat is connected with the sliding plate.
Therefore, the height adjusting seat is connected with the sliding plate and the motor through a screw thread connecting structure such as a screw, and the height direction of the drill bit is adjusted by replacing the height adjusting seats with different heights; the feed defining seat can define the feed amount of the drill bit, i.e. the depth of the drill hole.
In some embodiments, the feed limit seat includes a limit plate provided with a limit groove, a limit groove slidable relative to the limit body, and a limit body coupled to the slide plate.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the side drilling device comprises a fixing mechanism 1, a drilling mechanism 2 and a pushing mechanism 3, wherein the drilling mechanism 2 is in driving connection with the pushing mechanism 3;
the drilling mechanism 2 comprises a motor 21 and a drill bit 22, and the output end of the motor 21 is linked with the drill bit 22;
the fixing mechanism 1 comprises a vacuum chuck 11 and a detachable and replaceable positioning block 12, and a positioning column 111 is arranged in the middle of the vacuum chuck 11;
the positioning block 12 is provided with a guide hole 121 and a chip groove 122.
Further, the flutes 122 are vertically disposed and intersect the hole ends of the guide holes 121 near the vacuum chuck 11.
Further illustrating, the flutes 122 are semi-circular in cross-section.
Further, both hole ends of the guide hole 121 are provided with chip grooves 122.
Further, the positioning block 12 is provided with a mounting hole, the vacuum chuck 11 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the vacuum chuck, and the positioning block 12 is detachably connected to the vacuum chuck 11 through a screw.
Further, the drilling mechanism 2 further comprises a height adjusting seat 23 which can be disassembled and replaced, a feeding limiting seat 24 and a sliding plate 25 which can slide, wherein the height adjusting seat 23 is connected with the sliding plate 25, and the motor 21 is connected with the height adjusting seat 23; the feed limit seat 24 is connected to a slide plate 25.
Further, the feeding limiting seat 24 includes a limiting plate 241, a limiting groove 242 and a limiting body 243, the limiting plate 241 is provided with the limiting groove 242, the limiting groove 242 can slide relative to the limiting body 243, and the limiting plate 241 is connected to the sliding plate 25.
Further, the propelling mechanism 3 comprises a cylinder 31 and a guide rail, wherein the output end of the cylinder 31 is connected with the sliding plate 25, and the sliding plate 25 is slidably connected with the guide rail.
Further, the vacuum chuck 11 is provided with a plurality of vacuum sealing lines which are uniformly distributed.
Further, the three edge portions of the vacuum chuck 11 are respectively provided with a positioning block 12, and the positioning block 12 is provided with two guide holes 121; the drilling mechanism 2 and the propulsion mechanism 3 are each provided with three, and the drilling mechanism 2 is provided with two motors 21 and two drill bits 22.
Further, the fixing mechanism 1, the drilling mechanism 2, and the pushing mechanism 3 are disposed above the frame 4.
Further, the device is used for drilling the side surface of the end plate of the flower basket.
The working principle is as follows:
according to the size specification of the end plate of the flower basket, different positioning blocks 12 are selected, the positioning blocks 12 are connected to a vacuum chuck 11 through screw structures such as screws, the vacuum chuck 11 is connected with equipment such as a vacuum pump, then the height of a drill 22 is adjusted, namely a height adjusting seat 23 with the height size meeting the requirement is assembled, then the position of a limiting body 243 is adjusted, the feeding amount of the drill 22 is limited, a motor 21 drives the drill 22 to rotate, an air cylinder 31 pushes the drill 22 to feed, drill cuttings are discharged from a cuttings discharging groove 122 in the drilling process, and after the drilling is completed, the air cylinder 31 drives the drill 22 to reset.
This drilling equipment can drill the three terminal surface of basket of flowers end plate, possesses certain automation level, and work efficiency is higher, and drilling quality is good, promotes the performance of basket of flowers end plate.

Claims (9)
1. The side drilling device is characterized by comprising a fixing mechanism (1), a drilling mechanism (2) and a propelling mechanism (3), wherein the drilling mechanism (2) is in driving connection with the propelling mechanism (3);
the drilling mechanism (2) comprises a motor (21) and a drill bit (22), and the output end of the motor (21) is linked with the drill bit (22);
the fixing mechanism (1) comprises a vacuum sucker (11) and a detachable and replaceable positioning block (12), and a positioning column (111) is arranged in the middle of the vacuum sucker (11);
the positioning block (12) is provided with a guide hole (121) and a chip groove (122).
2. The side drilling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the chip flutes (122) are vertically arranged and intersect the hole ends of the guide holes (121) close to the vacuum cups (11).
3. The side drilling device according to claim 2, wherein the flutes (122) are semi-circular in cross-section.
4. A side drilling device according to claim 3, wherein both hole ends of the pilot hole (121) are provided with the junk slots (122).

The side drilling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning block (12) is provided with mounting holes, the vacuum chuck (11) is provided with threaded holes for cooperation therewith, and the positioning block (12) is detachably connected to the vacuum chuck (11) by means of screws.

The side drilling device according to claim 1, wherein the drilling mechanism (2) further comprises a height adjustment seat (23) which can be detachably replaced, a feed limiting seat (24) and a sliding plate (25), the height adjustment seat (23) is connected with the sliding plate (25), and the motor (21) is connected with the height adjustment seat (23); the feed limit seat (24) is connected with the sliding plate (25).

A side-drilling device according to claim 6, wherein the feed limit seat (24) comprises a limit plate (241), a limit groove (242) and a limit body (243), the limit plate (241) being provided with the limit groove (242), the limit groove (242) being slidable relative to the limit body (243), the limit plate (241) being connected to the slide plate (25).
8. A side-drilling device according to claim 6, characterised in that the propulsion mechanism (3) comprises a cylinder (31) and a guide rail, the output of the cylinder (31) being connected to the slide (25), the slide (25) being slidably connected to the guide rail.
9. A side drilling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum chuck (11) is provided with a plurality of evenly spaced vacuum tight lines.
