As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the dust reducing device for slope construction according to the present invention includes a first clamping structure 1, a hinge structure 2 fixedly installed at a lower end of the first clamping structure 1, a second clamping structure 3 movably connected to a lower end of the hinge structure 2, a water supply pipe 4 fixedly installed in the first clamping structure 1, a nozzle 5 provided at one end of the water supply pipe 4, an electric pump 7 provided at the other end of the water supply pipe 4, and a water inlet pipe 6 connected to the electric pump 7, wherein the hinge structure 2 is rotatably fixed to an upper end of the second clamping structure 3.
The second clamping structure 3 comprises an arc-shaped clamping claw 31, a coupling groove 32, bosses 33 positioned at two ends of the coupling groove 32 and a sliding block 34 positioned above the bosses 33, a through threaded hole is formed in the middle of the sliding block 34, thread grooves are formed in the bosses 33, the sliding block 34 is connected with the bosses 33 through bolts 8, and the outer side end of the sliding block 34 is connected to the side wall of the coupling groove 32 through a sliding buckle structure 35; the sliding buckle structure 35 includes a sliding bar 351 disposed at an outer end of the slider 34 and a sliding groove 352 disposed on a side wall of the coupling groove 32 and having the same shape as the sliding bar 351, and the sliding bar 351 is engaged in the sliding groove 352 and slides up and down.
The hinge structure 2 comprises a hinge buckle 21, a hinge column 22, a rotating disc 23 fixed at the lower end of the hinge column 22 and a bolt 8, the upper ends of the hinge buckle 21 and the hinge column 22 are fixedly connected through the bolt 8, and the rotating disc 23 is positioned in the coupling groove 32.
The upper end surface of the rotating disc 23 and the lower end surface of the sliding block 34 are provided with saw-toothed protrusions 9 which are uniformly distributed, so that the friction between the sliding block 34 and the rotating disc 23 can be increased, and the rotating disc 23 is more stably fixed on the second clamping structure 3.
The first clamping structure 1 comprises an upper clamping part 11 and a lower clamping part 12, wherein one end of the upper clamping part 11 is connected with one end of the lower clamping part through a pin shaft 13, the other end of the upper clamping part is connected with the other end of the lower clamping part through a bolt 8, and the upper clamping part 11 is connected with the lower clamping part 12 in an openable and closable manner. A handle 71 is provided at one side of the electric pump 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: fixing the dust settling device on a drilling machine through a second clamping structure 3 at the lower part, and connecting a water inlet pipe 6 to a water source; loosening the bolt 8 on the slide block 34, holding the handle 71 to adjust the nozzle 5 to a proper direction; then the bolts 8 on the sliding blocks 34 are screwed, so that the rotating disc 23 is pressed and fixed in the coupling groove 32 through the sliding blocks 34, and further the first clamping structure 1 and the second clamping structure 3 are fixed; the electric pump 7 is started, and spraying dust falling in the accurate direction can be achieved. In the above operation, after the nozzle 5 is adjusted to a proper direction, the bolt 8 on the slide block 34 can be not completely screwed, so that the spraying direction of the nozzle 5 can be quickly adjusted at any time during the operation of the drilling machine.
