The working principle and the process of the invention are as follows:
when the device is used, a patient independently winds up an arm and extrudes the flexible bag 2, so that the telescopic rod 6 is pushed to move towards the direction close to the separation plate 3, namely the telescopic rod 6 extrudes the spring plate 8, the spring plate 8 is extruded to move downwards, and the guide plate 9 is further driven to extrude the sliding block 10 to move downwards, when the sliding block 10 moves downwards, the guide plate 9 can restore the original shape under the action of the elastic force of the return spring 22, the sliding block 10 moves downwards to drive the intermittent rod 11 to move along the surface of the cam 13 under the clamping of the compression spring 12, and because the cam 13 is irregularly designed, an upward force is applied to the sliding block 10, namely the sliding block 10 performs vertical reciprocating circular motion, and the downward force applied to the sliding block 10 is finally transmitted to the surface of the sterilized cotton 20; the surrounding frame 1 is sleeved at the elbow of a patient, when the elbow is unfolded by the patient in an initial state, the flexible bag 2 is stretched, so that the space range of alcohol is enlarged, and further the flowing of the alcohol is caused, so that the alcohol can find an outlet to flow into the lower part of the internal hydraulic rod 5 of the air pressure tank 4 from the liquid inlet, then the flexible bag 2 is continuously stretched, the liquid inlet is blocked, the pressure in the space at the upper part of the partition plate 3 is gradually increased, so that the hydraulic rod 5 can move downwards along the air pressure tank 4, namely the alcohol can be extruded into the liquid storage bag 21, meanwhile, the gas in the air pressure tank 4 can also be extruded into the liquid storage bag 21, and along with the gradual increase of the stretching pressure of the flexible bag 2, the alcohol can slowly flow into the surface of the cleaning piece 15 through the hollow channel 7, and when the alcohol flows to the surface of the cleaning piece 15, the gas pushed by the pressure in the liquid storage bag 21 firstly blows the impeller 17, the liquid guiding rod 18 receives the flowing alcohol and guides the alcohol to the surface of the sterilized cotton 20 to sterilize the part to be punctured of the patient, and the surrounding frame 1 is a sealed space.
