Example 2
Another full-glass window as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6 is obtained by improving the fixed window sash 2 based on embodiment 1, so that the detachable connection of the glass of the fixed window sash 2 is further realized, and the full-glass window is also arranged on the fixed window sash 2, so that the whole structure of the window body is consistent. The specific scheme is as follows:
a full glass window comprises a frame 1 and a fixed window sash 2 which is spliced with the inner edge of the frame through a movable latch lock body 3, wherein the fixed window sash 2 comprises a transfer frame 22 and a window glass 21 which is bonded in the transfer frame. The outer periphery of the outdoor side of the switching frame extends to the middle in the radial direction to form a certain width to form a backing part 222a used for abutting against window glass, the outdoor side of the frame extends out of an extension part 12a along the backing part 222a, and the extension part 12a of the frame is clamped with the backing part 222a of the switching frame; the indoor side of the transfer frame 22 is extended radially outward by a first step 221a facing the indoor periphery, and the protruding edge 1a formed by the protruding indoor side of the frame and the indoor side periphery (such as the first step 221a) of the transfer frame form a recessed first clearance groove 1 b. The periphery of the transfer frame is fixedly connected with a movable latch bolt lock body 3, and a matched latch bolt buckle box 4 is arranged at the inner edge of the frame 1 corresponding to the position of the movable latch bolt lock body 3. The frame 1 and the fixed window sash 2 are quickly connected through the insertion matching of the movable oblique bolt lock body 3 and the bolt buckle box 4, and the installation efficiency of the fixed window sash 2 is improved.
The extension part 12a outside the border chamber leans against the backing part 222a of the adapter frame from the outside, so that the adapter frame 22 can be rapidly and accurately installed in place in the installation process, the adapter frame cannot miss the position of the bolt buckle box due to too fast installation and cannot protrude out of the border, the installation difficulty is reduced, and the installation safety is improved.
More importantly, the inner side surface of the adapter frame 22 is basically positioned on the same plane with the inner side surfaces of the window glass 21 and the frame 1; the outer side surface of the junction frame 22 is substantially flush with the outer side surfaces of the window glass 21 and the frame 1.
The structural design different from the structure that the window glass (or after the batten) is fixed by the buckle strip from two sides avoids the defect that the traditional section bar must be matched with the buckle strip structure to protrude out of the window glass, and the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the frame 1, the adapter frame 22 and the window glass 21 can be leveled (as shown in figure 6), so that the window body section bar and the glass form the same plane, a similar integral structure is formed, and the full-glass window is formed. And the structure similar to the hidden frame curtain wall has no glue seam of the hidden frame curtain wall (used for connecting adjacent glass, the glue seam appearance effect has high requirement on the level of a glue maker, and the glue curtain wall is easy to be unattractive), and the whole body is more attractive.
On the basis of the scheme, the lining part 222a is vertically bulged outwards to form a second step part 222b, the inner peripheral surface of the first step part 221a is in sealing bonding with the innermost glass layer 211, and the inner peripheral surface of the second step part 222b is in sealing bonding with the outermost glass layer 212; the outer end face of the first step portion 221a is flush with the outer end faces of the innermost glass layer 211 and the frame protruding portion 1a, and the outer end face of the second step portion 222b is flush with the outer end faces of the outermost glass layer 212 and the frame outer side extension portion 12 a. The window glass and the adjacent section bar are positioned on the same plane through the arrangement, and the visual effect is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a third gap C exists between the edge of the second step portion 222b of the transfer frame and the inner edge of the bezel extension 12a, and the width of the third gap C is consistent with the width of a fourth gap D at the overlapping position of the movable sash edge S12 and the corresponding bezel edge in other areas of the full-glass window, such as both being maintained at 5 mm. The width of the first clearance groove 1b formed by the indoor side protruding edge 1a of the frame and the indoor side periphery (such as the first step part 221a) of the transfer frame is equal to the width of the second clearance groove S11b (the clearance formed between the edge of the indoor side protruding edge 1a of the frame 1 and the first fan frame protrusion part S11 a), and is, for example, 16 mm. If two adjacent sashes are connected through the mullion structure, the fifth clearance E between the two adjacent sashes (or between the sashes and the transfer frame) is the same as the widths of the first clearance groove 1b and the second clearance groove S11 b. The arrangement further improves the structural consistency and the aesthetic degree of the whole full glass window.
In the above-mentioned all-glass window, the second auxiliary frame 7 that bonds is fixed with the adapting frame 22, lock shell 31 of the movable latch bolt lock body in the spiro union, connect the movable latch bolt lock body 3 on the perimeteric surface of the said adapting frame 22 through the fastener, the lock body 3 of the movable latch bolt is embedded into adapting frame 22, the shell is basically leveled with adapting the surface of the frame; correspondingly, the bolt buckle box 4 is also embedded on the inner edge of the frame, and the outer surface of the bolt buckle box is basically flush with the outer surface of the connected frame. The movable latch bolt lock body and the latch bolt buckle box 4 arranged above can not only ensure the normal work of the latch bolt, but also ensure that the normal lap joint of the transfer frame and the frame is not influenced by the installation of the latch bolt lock body and the latch bolt buckle box, a new gap at the joint can not be additionally formed, and the full glass window still has a good energy-saving effect.
In this embodiment, at least one movable latch lock 3 is symmetrically disposed on each of the four outer peripheral surfaces of the adapting frame 22, so as to improve the connection stability between the adapting frame and the side frame. In other embodiments, at least two outer peripheral surfaces of the adapter frame 22 are provided with the movable latch lock bodies 3. Different from the existing installation method that the window glass is directly fixed on the frame through a pressing strip (buckle strip), the window glass of the embodiment is fixed on the transfer frame and is installed in place through the insertion of the transfer frame and the frame.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the hollow glass layer is formed by 3 layers of glass arranged at intervals, the adjacent glass is arranged at intervals by the glass spacing bars 9, and a layer of laminated glass is additionally arranged on the outer side of the glass facing the outdoor side. The window glass 21 as a whole has not only excellent energy-saving and heat-insulating effects but also excellent sound-insulating and ultraviolet-filtering effects.
Further, in order to further enhance the connection strength between the window glass 21 and the adapter frame 22 and between the adapter frame 22 and the frame 1, the window glass 21 comprises hollow glass formed by at least two layers of glass, and the side surface of the middle glass is fixedly adhered with the second auxiliary frame 7; the shell of the movable latch bolt lock body 3 is fixedly connected with the adapter frame 22 and the second auxiliary frame 7 through fasteners, and the edge of the window glass 21 is sealed with the adapter frame 22 through sealant. The second auxiliary frame not only provides a framework for the fastening connection of the adapter frame 22 and the window glass 21, but also provides a stable connection object for the movable latch lock body.
In order to avoid collision of the window glass in the adapter frame and accurate installation and positioning, the inner circumferential surface of the adapter frame 7 is fixedly connected with a plurality of glass cushion blocks 8, and the glass cushion blocks 8 are positioned between the adapter frame and the window glass to play roles of buffering and positioning.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the full glass window is of a heat insulation structure, the adapter frame 22 includes an inner adapter frame layer 221, an outer adapter frame layer 222, and a third heat insulation strip 223 connecting the two, the frame 1 includes an inner frame layer 11, an outer frame layer 12, and a first heat insulation strip 13 connecting the two, the movable latch bolt lock body 3 is disposed on the outer periphery of the inner adapter frame layer 221, the latch bolt buckle box 4 is disposed on the inner periphery of the inner frame layer 11, and the inclined surface of the latch bolt faces the outdoor side. In the installation process, the adapter frame 22 can be directly pushed into the frame, the latch bolt of the movable latch bolt lock body 3 retracts in the extrusion process, and after the adapter frame is installed in place (when the latch bolt is aligned with the latch bolt buckle box 4), the latch bolt can be automatically ejected and inserted into the latch bolt buckle box 4, so that the installation of the fixed window sash is completed.
In another embodiment, the novel full-glass window body can also adopt a non-heat insulation structure, namely, the indoor layer and the outdoor layer are of an integral structure and are not connected through a heat insulation strip, and other structures are similar to the embodiment. The full glass window arranged in this way has poor heat insulation effect, but greatly reduces the production cost.
Movable oblique bolt lock body
As shown in fig. 18-20, the movable latch bolt lock body 3, similar to the fixed latch bolt lock body S3, also includes a lock housing 31, a latch bolt slot 34 formed on an outer side surface of the lock housing, and a latch bolt 32 located in the latch bolt slot and capable of moving in and out of the latch bolt slot 34, wherein an inner side surface of the latch bolt is elastically connected to an inner wall of the latch bolt slot 34 through a compression spring 33, and an inner side surface of the lock housing is fixedly connected to the adapter frame. An optional embodiment can adopt this kind of activity latch bolt lock can tentatively realize the firm grafting and the quick installation problem of switching frame and frame, but has the problem that how to dismantle the switching frame fast that to solve.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate manual control of opening or closing of the movable latch lock body 3, one side of the latch bolt is bent toward the first clearance slot 1b and extends to form a pressing rod 35, and a strip-shaped movable hole 36 for the pressing rod to freely penetrate through is formed in the lock shell 31; the control of the locking tongue to enter and exit the latch groove is realized by pressing or releasing the pressing rod 35, thereby realizing the disassembly and the installation of the fixed window sash. The first clearance groove 1b between the protruding edge 1a of the indoor side of the frame and the indoor side periphery of the transfer frame not only provides a space for pressing operation of hands for operating the pressing rod 35, but also provides a displacement space for up-and-down movement of the pressing rod 35, and ensures controllability of the working state of the movable oblique-tongue lock body 3.
In this embodiment, the pressing rod 35 and the latch bolt are integrally formed, and in other embodiments, the pressing rod 35 and the side surface of the latch bolt are firmly connected by welding, riveting, screwing, and the like.
In order to improve the comfort of manual pressing operation, the outer end of the pressing rod 35 is bent to form a pressing plane 351 parallel to the latch stopper 52. The distance between the pressing plane 351 and the edge of the lower transfer frame is not less than the displacement of the latch tongue 32 in and out of the latch tongue groove 34, so that the latch tongue 32 can be driven to be completely retracted into the latch tongue groove 34 by pressing the pressing plane 351, and the connection relationship between the transfer frame 22 and the frame 1 is completely unlocked.
In addition, the inner wall of the latch tongue groove 34 is provided with a spring positioning column 38, the inner side surface of the latch tongue is provided with a spring positioning groove relative to the positioning column 38, and the spring positioning grooves can be used for accurately positioning the spring, so that the normal work of the latch tongue is ensured. The installation and maintenance of lock body are convenient for through setting up mounting panel 37 to the inside wall of oblique tongue groove.

Although the operation is convenient, the number of hands required is large. Based on the above problem, adopt following two kinds of spring bolt limit structure to solve:
in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11-12, a bolt-limiting structure 5 is rotatably connected to the first step portion 221a of the adapting frame 22, the bolt-limiting structure 5 includes a positioning nail 51 fixedly connected to the adapting frame and a second bolt-limiting blocking piece 52b rotatably connected to the positioning nail, and the second bolt-limiting blocking piece 52b rotates with the positioning nail as an axis; when the second lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52b rotates to a working position (a position overlapped with the pressing rod), the outer end surface (the pressing plane 351) of the pressing rod of the lock body in the opening state abuts against the inner side surface of the second lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52b, the latch bolt retracts, and the movable latch bolt lock body is kept in the opening state. As shown in fig. 4, before the sash is detached, all the movable latch lock bodies 3 are kept in the starting state one by sequentially pressing the pressing rods 35 of the movable latch lock bodies (keeping the latches retracted) and abutting the outer ends of the pressing rods 35 with the second latch limiting blocking pieces 52b rotated to the corresponding positions from the outside, so that the fixed sash can be detached or installed by one person, the operation is simple, and the labor cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 6, after the fixed window sash is remounted, the second lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52b is rotated to the non-working position (i.e. the position of the second lock tongue limiting blocking piece is completely staggered with the pressing rod 35), the limiting of the pressing rod is unlocked, the lock body latch bolt 3 is released, and the connection between the fixed window sash 2 and the frame 1 is restored. In this embodiment, the inner side surface of the lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52 abuts against the pressing plane at the outer end of the pressing rod 35, so that the locking and pressing surfaces are matched with each other.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the latch bolt limiting structure 5 is disposed on the first step portion 221a of the adapter frame 22, the latch bolt limiting structure 5 includes a positioning nail 51 fixedly connected to the adapter frame and a first latch bolt limiting blocking piece 52a detachably engaged with the positioning nail, the first latch bolt limiting blocking piece 52a is provided with an installation hole 521 through which the head of the positioning nail freely passes and a strip-shaped limiting hole 522 connected with the installation hole, and the width of the strip-shaped limiting hole 522 is consistent with the width outer diameter of the nail body of the positioning nail 51; the outer end (namely the pressing plane) of the latch bolt pressing rod of the lock body in the opening state is supported by the inner side surface of the first latch bolt limiting blocking piece 52a, so that the latch bolt is limited in the latch bolt groove, and the unlocking frame body is connected with the frame.
The body of the positioning nail 51 is slidably connected to the wall of the bar-shaped limiting hole 522, and can slide left and right along the bar-shaped limiting hole 522, so that the first lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52a can slide into the tail end of the bar-shaped limiting hole 522 from the mounting hole 521, or slide back to the mounting hole 521 and complete separation of the first lock tongue limiting blocking piece 52a and the positioning nail 51. This facilitates quick installation and removal of the first latch stop tab 52 a.
The tail end of the positioning nail 51 is riveted or screwed with the adapter frame; the cross section of the body of the positioning nail is circular, square or polygonal. When the location nail is square or polygon, can prevent that the location nail from having the rotatory leeway in the spacing downthehole of bar, improve the location effect, effectively prevent installation and use in, the spacing separation blade of spring bolt is rotatory around the location nail.
Further, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, a sealing rubber strip 6 is disposed on the inner layer 221 of the transfer frame chamber at a position corresponding to the outer side of the strip-shaped movable hole 36, and the sealing rubber strip 6 includes a connecting portion engaged with the inner side of the inner layer 221 of the transfer frame chamber and a lap portion covering the strip-shaped movable hole 36 and overlapping the inner layer 11 of the transfer frame chamber. The sealing rubber strip 6 is provided with a clamping groove 61 for the pressing rod 35 to penetrate through, and the clamping groove 61 extends towards the long edge of the outer side of the sealing rubber strip 6. The sealing rubber strip 6 solves the sealing problem caused by the strip-shaped movable hole 36, and eliminates a gap caused by the arrangement of the movable oblique-tongue lock body; the arrangement of the clamping groove 61 is convenient for normal operation of the pressing rod and installation of the sealing rubber strip 6.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, a water-swellable sealant 224 is filled between the third heat insulating strip 223 of the adapter frame 22 and the first heat insulating strip 13 of the frame 1 and in the cavity surrounded by the adjacent sections, and two opposite surfaces of the frame indoor layer 11 and the frame outdoor layer 12 are provided with a clamping groove for clamping with the water-swellable sealant 224. The water-swelling sealing rubber strip 224 is swelled and deformed 2-3 times under the condition of water, and fills the gap between the indoor layer profile and the outdoor layer profile, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the window body are improved, and the rainwater leakage is thoroughly prevented.
The full glass window of the embodiment can realize the quick disassembly of a sash glass assembly S2 on a movable sash S by disassembling the detachable fastener 8 and removing the effect of the fixed latch bolt lock body; the adapter 22 with the window glass 21 is detached from the fixed window frame by pressing the pressing rod 35 of the movable latch lock 3 on the fixed window sash 2 and the latch bolt limiting structure 5. Therefore, in the embodiment, the glass on the fixed window sash and the movable window sash can be detachably mounted, and great convenience is provided for the mounting and daily maintenance of the window.
And because avoid using traditional buckle strip to fix glass, can all carry out the full glass window design of integral type to frame, fixed casement and activity casement, make glass and the inside and outside surface parallel and level of fan frame, frame section bar, switching frame, the structure is unified, has greatly improved the holistic pleasing to the eye degree of window form.
