Background
The reservoir is one of the engineering measures widely adopted in flood control in China. The existing reservoir cleaning mostly adopts a manual cleaning mode, the cleaning efficiency is low, and certain dangerousness exists.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, the number of the support frames is selected according to the size of a reservoir to be processed, the support frames are spliced and installed through the linkage rods and the fasteners, and the spliced support frames are erected on two banks of the reservoir through external hoisting equipment; the movable part is clamped in a clamping groove on a support frame through a movable wheel, a suspended matter cleaning assembly and a sludge cleaning assembly are respectively connected to the lower ends of mounting plates on two sides of a movable box, a walking motor, a power motor, a sludge pump and a rotating motor are driven by an external power supply to start, the movable box is driven by the walking motor to move on the support frame, the distance between the suspended matter cleaning assembly and the water surface of the reservoir is adjusted through a telescopic cylinder, a crushing cutter head is driven by the power motor to rotate, pollutants and aquatic weeds floating on the water surface of the reservoir are crushed, then the crushed pollutants are salvaged through a rotating salvage bucket, and the pollutants are thrown into a collecting bucket to be collected in the rotating process of the salvage bucket; the sliding block slides to the bottom of the reservoir along the sliding column under the action of gravity, the rotating motor drives the sludge cleaning roller to rotate, sludge deposited at the bottom of the reservoir is loosened, then the sludge is shoveled by the arc-shaped shoveling plate, and finally the loosened sludge is sucked into the sludge cavity by the sludge pump to be collected; when the movable box moves to the reservoir bank, pollutants in the collecting hopper and the sludge cavity are cleaned and transferred, and then the device is moved through external hoisting equipment until all reservoir water areas are cleaned.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has reasonable structural design, can improve and clean reservoir water areas with different sizes and has wide application range; by arranging the suspended matter cleaning assembly and the sludge cleaning assembly, pollutants suspended on the water surface and algae such as aquatic weeds can be simultaneously cleaned, powerful conditions are provided for aquatic organisms, and meanwhile, under the stirring action of the crushing cutter head and the fishing bucket, the oxygen content of reservoir water is effectively improved, so that the self-cleaning capacity of the reservoir is improved; the sludge cleaning component is used for cleaning the sludge deposited at the bottom of the reservoir, so that the effect of improving the water quality can be achieved, the water storage capacity of the reservoir can be improved, and the economic benefit is improved.

Application example: the device is applied to carry out water quality improvement treatment on a certain breeding reservoir in the north of China, and the indexes of water quality detection before treatment are as follows: 300mg/L of suspended matters, 0.8mg/L of dissolved oxygen, 1500uS/cm of electric conductivity, 480mg/L of COD and 198mg/L of BOD; after the treatment of the device, the detection results show that the indexes of the water quality of the reservoir are as follows: 35mg/L of suspended matters, 4mg/L of dissolved oxygen, 500uS/cm of electric conductivity, 40mg/L of COD and 1920mg/L of BOD; the quality of the effluent reaches the sewage discharge standard.
Therefore, the device can greatly improve the water quality of the reservoir, improve the content of dissolved oxygen in water and reduce the concentration of pollutants.
