The skin punching forming machine 400 comprises at least one independent skin punching forming head 401, the skin punching forming head 401 comprises a skin punching cutter 402, a lower knife plate 403 located at the bottom of the skin punching cutter 402 and a skin punching cutter cylinder 404 driving the skin punching cutter 402 to move up and down and penetrate through the lower knife plate 403, the lower knife plate 403 is provided with a skin punching hole 405, the skin punching cutter 402 is arranged in a hollow mode, a skin pushing rod 406 is arranged in the hollow portion, the skin pushing rod 406 is connected with a skin pushing cylinder 407 driving the skin punching cutter to move up and down, a cutter scraping plate 408 is arranged above the lower knife plate 403, and the skin 800 penetrates through the skin punching forming head 401 from the position between the lower knife plate 403 and the cutter scraping plate 408. The leather punching cutter cylinder 404 drives the leather punching cutter 402 to downwards penetrate through the lower cutter plate 403 to cut so as to separate the dough cover 800; at this time, the skin pushing cylinder 407 pushes the skin pushing rod 406 to move downwards to send the cut dough skin 800 to the surface of the food for laminating. When the cutter returns upwards, the cutter scraping plate 408 can separate the residual cut dough sheet 900 from the cutter, so that the residual cut dough sheet 900 is prevented from being adhered to the cutter, and the normal work of the dough sheet 800 is not affected. The shape of the punching cutter 402 can be adjusted and changed according to actual needs, and is not limited in any way. The cutter scraping plate 408 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the skin punching hole 405 of the lower cutter plate 403 and used for the reciprocating movement of the skin punching cutter 402, and two ends of the cutter scraping plate 408 positioned in the passing direction of the dough skin 800 are respectively provided with an upward bent scraping plate section 409. After the skin cutting procedure is completed by the skin punching cutter 402, when the skin punching cutter moves upwards and resets, the scraper segments 409 at the two ends can pull the residual skin 900 due to upward bending, so that the residual skin 900 is not easy to adhere to the skin punching cutter 402. A plurality of independent skin-punching forming heads 401 are jointly mounted on the same fixing frame 410. The space of the whole equipment can be saved, and the whole action of the skin punching forming head 401 is more uniform.
Incomplete skin recovery mechanism 500 is including setting up incomplete skin conveyor belt 501 in the feed zone 200 top, incomplete skin conveyor belt 501 both ends are provided with incomplete skin and carry cylinder 502, and incomplete skin is carried cylinder 502 and is driven by servo motor and rotate, and incomplete skin conveyor belt 501 top is provided with cylinder 503, and incomplete skin conveyor belt 501 fixes on support 504. The residual leather 900 after being punched by the leather punching cutter 402 falls on the residual leather conveying belt 501 under the action of the upper roller 503 of the residual leather conveying belt 501, the residual leather conveying belt 501 is driven by the stepping motor to convey, and the residual leather 900 is conveyed away from the upper side of the feeding belt 200 under the drive of the residual leather conveying belt 501.
A dipping device 600 for wetting the surface of the food is provided at the head end of the feed belt 200. The water dipping device 600 can increase the wettability of the outer surface of food which is not yet subjected to skin sticking treatment by spraying or other methods, so that the wrapper 800 can be more easily stuck on the outer surface of the food when the subsequent skin sticking is convenient. The water dipping device 600 comprises a mounting plate 601, a water dipping cylinder 602 is arranged on the mounting plate 601, the output part of the water dipping cylinder 602 is connected with a water dipping head 603, and a water dipping soft body 604 is fixed on the lower part of the water dipping head 603. In practical use, a certain amount of water can be pre-filled in the water dipping head 603, then the water in the water dipping head 603 is absorbed by the water dipping software 604, the water dipping cylinder 602 drives the water dipping software 604 to press the outer surface of the food, and under the condition that the shape of the outer surface of the food is not damaged, the water on the outer surface of the food is increased, so that the food is more moist. The dipping head 603 may be connected to the water pipe to continuously supply water to the water pipe, and the above effects may be achieved. The water-dipping software 604 can be made of sponge or similar water-absorbing and soft material.
Two ends of the feeding belt 200 are provided with feeding rollers 201, and the feeding rollers 201 are driven by a servo motor to rotate. The feeding belt 200 is driven by the servo motor to move one by one.
The feeding belt 200 moves step by step through the servo motor, food is conveyed to the position below the water dipping device 600, the water dipping device 600 wets the outer surface of the food, and the food is conveyed to the position below the skin punching forming machine 400 continuously.
One or more noodle strips 700 with preset thickness are simultaneously placed on the noodle strip material discharge plate 302, the noodle strips 700 are pressed into noodle skins 800 with the specified thickness by a press roller, and the noodle skins 800 are sent to a skin punching forming mechanism 400 and penetrate into a residual skin 900 to recover a belt.
The skin punching forming machine 400 cuts the dough sheet 800 with a preset pattern from the whole dough sheet 800, and directly pushes the cut dough sheet 800 downwards to be attached to the outer surface of the food below; the food is finished to be pasted with the skin to reach the preset pattern shape, and the residual skin 900 is conveyed away from the upper part of the horizontally arranged feeding belt 200 by the residual skin 900 recycling belt.
The whole flour belt 700 passes through the flour belt conveying channel 1000 formed by the flour belt rolling mechanism 300, the flour belt punching forming machine 400 and the residual flour belt recycling mechanism 500 in sequence, and the flour belt conveying channel 1000 is all positioned above the horizontal direction of the feeding belt 200.
During the whole working process, the food is uniformly distributed on the feeding belt 200 in a step-by-step mode at intervals and is conveyed below the punching and forming machine 400 to wait for the skin pasting treatment.
Specifically, the plurality of skin punching forming heads 401 simultaneously or sequentially perform skin cutting and skin punching treatment on the surface of the food, the skin punching cutter cylinder 404 drives the skin punching cutter 402 to downwards pass through the cutter scraping plate 408 and the lower cutter plate 403 sequentially, and parts of the whole piece of dough skin 800 are downwards cut off; the skin pushing cylinder 407 drives the skin pushing rod 406 in the skin punching cutter 402 to move downwards, the cut part of the dough skin 800 is pushed downwards and attached to the outer surface of the food below, and the residual skin 900 is separated from the skin punching cutter 402 under the action of the cutter scraping plate 408.
Compared with the prior art, the biggest improvement point is that the dough cover 800 after being cut off can not be stuck on the skin punching cutter 402 or the skin pushing rod 406 when being attached to the outer surface of food, so that the dough cover 800 can smoothly fall down, and the skin attaching effect of the dough cover 800 is ensured. The whole face belt conveying channel 1000 of this application all is located the top of the horizontal plane that bears the weight of feeding area 200, and the processing and the recovery of incomplete skin 900 are also in the top of horizontal feeding area 200 to it is more convenient to make the recovery and the processing of incomplete skin 900, vacates the position of complete machine equipment lower part, is used for the installation of the electric part of complete machine or other mechanical and electrical components.
The dough strip discharge plate 302 is provided with a plurality of independent dough strip support plates 304, and the dough strip support plates 304 are separated from each other by partition plates 305. The wrapper forming machine can enable the wrapper discharging plate 302 to simultaneously process wrappers 800 with various colors or materials, when the wrapper forming machine 400 punches the wrapper, all the wrappers 800 are not required to be integrally cut, each single wrapper 800 can be cut by one wrapper forming head 401, and the whole wrapper forming heads 401 are combined together to realize the pattern combination of integrally different patterns or materials.
The water dipping device 600 can increase moisture on the outer surface of the food which is not covered, so that the dough cover 800 which is subsequently cut off can be more firmly attached to the food when being pushed to the food, and the falling condition is avoided.
The hollow skin punching cutter 402 is matched with the skin pushing rod 406 in the hollow skin punching cutter, so that the effects of downwards cutting the skin and downwards pushing the skin are achieved, and the quick cutting and the quick pushing of the dough skin 800 are achieved by utilizing the driving of the air cylinder. The mode that the skin pushing rod 406 pushes down can ensure that the wrapper 800 can be completely separated from the skin punching cutter 402, so that the wrapper and the skin punching cutter 402 can not be adhered, and the success rate of skin sticking is improved. The two ends of the cutter scraper 408 are respectively provided with the scraper sections 409 bent upwards, so that when the whole wrapper 800 is cut downwards, the rest parts of the wrapper 800 are separated from the cut-off part more easily, the remaining residual wrapper 900 is prevented from being adhered to the wrapper punching cutter 402, and the wrapper 800 can be conveyed towards the residual wrapper recovery mechanism 500 above the remaining wrapper.
Claims (9)
1. A food surface forming device comprises a machine frame (100) and a feeding belt (200) arranged on the machine frame (100), and is characterized in that: a dough sheet rolling mechanism (300) for conveying a dough sheet (700) and pressing the dough sheet (700) into a dough sheet (800), a dough sheet punching forming machine (400) for cutting the dough sheet by a cutter and directly pushing the cut dough sheet (800) to the surface of the food by a push rod, and a residual sheet recycling mechanism (500) for recycling residual sheets (900) of the dough sheet (700) are respectively arranged above the feeding belt (200) for conveying the food; the flour belt (700) sequentially passes through a flour belt conveying channel (1000) formed by a flour belt rolling mechanism (300), a flour belt punching forming machine (400) and a residual leather recovery mechanism (500), and the flour belt conveying channel (1000) is completely positioned above a horizontally arranged feeding belt (200).

A food product surface forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dough sheet calendering mechanism (300) comprises an installation frame (301), wherein a dough sheet discharging plate (302) used for bearing a dough sheet (700) and a dough pressing roller (303) used for pressing the dough sheet (700) into the dough sheet (800) are arranged on the installation frame (301).

A food product surface forming apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the surface belt discharging plate (302) is provided with a plurality of surface belt supporting plates (304) which are independent from each other, and the surface belt supporting plates (304) are separated from each other through partition plates (305).

A food product surface forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the skin punching forming machine (400) comprises at least one independent skin punching forming head (401), the skin punching forming head (401) comprises a skin punching cutter (402), a lower cutter plate (403) located at the bottom of the skin punching cutter (402) and a skin punching cutter cylinder (404) driving the skin punching cutter (402) to move up and down and penetrate through the lower cutter plate (403), a skin punching hole (405) is formed in the lower cutter plate (403), the skin punching cutter (402) is arranged in a hollow mode, a skin pushing rod (406) is arranged in the hollow portion, the skin pushing rod (406) is connected with a skin pushing cylinder (407) driving the skin punching rod to move up and down, a cutter scraping plate (408) is arranged above the lower cutter plate (403), and the skin punching forming head (401) penetrates between the lower cutter plate (403) and the cutter scraping plate (408) through the skin punching forming head (800).

The food surface forming apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the cutter scraping plate (408) is provided with a through hole, the through hole corresponds to the leather punching hole (405) of the lower cutter plate (403) and is used for the leather punching cutter (402) to pass in a reciprocating mode, and two ends of the cutter scraping plate (408) located in the passing direction of the dough cover (800) are respectively provided with a scraping plate section (409) bent upwards.
6. The food surface forming apparatus of claim 4, wherein: a plurality of independent skin punching forming heads (401) are jointly arranged on the same fixing frame (410).

A food product surface forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the residual leather recovery mechanism (500) comprises a residual leather conveying belt (501) arranged above the feeding belt (200), residual leather conveying rollers (502) are arranged at two ends of the residual leather conveying belt (501), the residual leather conveying rollers (502) are driven by a servo motor to rotate, an upper roller (503) is arranged above the residual leather conveying belt (501), and the residual leather conveying belt (501) is fixed on a support (504).
8. A food product surface forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a water dipping device (600) for wetting the surface of the food is arranged at the head end of the feeding belt (200).

The food surface forming apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the water dipping device (600) comprises a mounting plate (601), a water dipping cylinder (602) is arranged on the mounting plate (601), a water dipping head (603) is connected to the output part of the water dipping cylinder (602), and a water dipping soft body (604) is fixed to the lower part of the water dipping head (603).
