Technical Field
The invention relates to a drop-level suspended ceiling, in particular to an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling.
Background
Assembled decoration is a form of decoration construction that has emerged in recent years. As the name implies, all the parts required for decoration are produced in a factory and then transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the traditional operations of measuring, cutting and the like of the parts in the decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is tidier and more attractive, excessive decoration material garbage is not generated, and the decoration construction form is more environment-friendly.
The light trough is an indispensable decoration technique in the built-in suspended ceiling system, and the existing assembled suspended ceiling is manufactured by using closing lines when being installed, so that the quality is difficult to control, the manufacturing is tedious, the factory production is not facilitated, and the purposes of time and labor saving of the assembled suspended ceiling can not be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a mounting structure of an assembled prefabricated drop ceiling, which realizes a dry operation mounting method of factory prefabrication and field installation, and has the advantages of simple whole construction process, high construction efficiency, low construction cost, good mounting quality and no pollution.

The invention provides an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling, which mainly comprises a suspended ceiling plate, a vertical connecting piece, a horizontal connecting piece and a lamp trough assembly, wherein a first dovetail groove and a second dovetail groove are formed in the top surface of the suspended ceiling plate, the vertical connecting piece is used for connecting the suspended ceiling plate with a top wall and comprises a hanging rod, a first connecting frame and a first fastener, the first fastener is clamped with the first dovetail groove, the top of the hanging rod is connected with the top wall, the horizontal connecting piece is used for connecting the suspended ceiling plate with a side wall and comprises a second fastener, a second connecting frame and a third fastener, the third fastener is clamped with the second dovetail groove, the second fastener is connected with the side wall, and the lamp trough assembly comprises a vertical plate and a lamp belt and is used for displaying the effect of the luminous suspended ceiling.
When the device is installed, the structure base layer is measured on site, the prefabricated suspended ceiling plate is subjected to size adjustment and matched with the prefabricated vertical plate, the vertical plate is connected with the suspended ceiling plate, then an L-shaped fastener and an inverted T-shaped fastener are installed in a dovetail groove of the prefabricated suspended ceiling plate, the connection of the vertical connecting piece and the horizontal connecting piece with the suspended ceiling plate is completed, and finally the suspended ceiling plate is hoisted.
Through the structure, the mounting structure of the prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling mainly has the following advantages compared with the prior art:
1. The assembled characteristics are maintained, and the problem of sagging of the plate can be assisted to be solved;
2. the use difficulty of the design of the stepped lamp groove in the assembled top surface is reduced;
3. realizing the decoration concepts of saving resources, reducing decoration cost and protecting environment;
4. The dry operation construction method for factory prefabrication and on-site direct assembly can be realized, the whole construction process is simple, the environment is protected, and the problems of material waste, complex process and large construction waste are solved.

Embodiment one:
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, there is shown an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop ceiling according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a ceiling board 1 disposed in a horizontal direction, a ceiling board 1 having a ceiling connecting groove disposed on a top surface thereof, the ceiling connecting groove including a first dovetail groove 11 disposed on one side of the ceiling board 1 and a second dovetail groove 12 disposed in a middle of the ceiling board 1, vertical connectors including a suspension rod 21, a first connecting frame 22 and a first fastening member 23 sequentially connected, a bottom portion of the first fastening member 23 is fastened to the first dovetail groove 11, a top portion of the suspension rod 21 is connected to a top wall, a horizontal connector including a second fastening member 31, a second connecting frame 32 and a third fastening member 33 sequentially connected to a side wall, the third fastening member 33 is fastened to the second dovetail groove 12, and a lamp groove assembly including a vertical plate 41 and a lamp strip 42, the vertical plate 41 is disposed in a vertical direction, and a bottom portion of the vertical plate 41 is connected to a top surface of the ceiling board 1. Wherein the side shapes of the first connecting frame 22 and the second connecting frame 32 are square.
The mounting structure of the prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling mainly comprises a suspended ceiling plate 1, vertical connecting pieces, horizontal connecting pieces and a lamp trough assembly, wherein the first dovetail groove 11 and the second dovetail groove 12 are formed in the top surface of the suspended ceiling plate 1, the vertical connecting pieces are used for connecting the suspended ceiling plate 1 with a top wall, the vertical connecting pieces comprise a hanging rod 21, a first connecting frame 22 and a first fastener 23, the first fastener 23 is clamped with the first dovetail groove 11, the top of the hanging rod 21 is connected with the top wall, the horizontal connecting pieces are used for connecting the suspended ceiling plate 1 with a side wall, the horizontal connecting pieces comprise a second fastener 31, a second connecting frame 32 and a third fastener 33, the third fastener 33 is clamped with the second dovetail groove 12, the second fastener 31 is connected with the side wall, and the lamp trough assembly comprises a vertical plate 41 and a lamp belt 42 and is used for displaying the effect of the luminous suspended ceiling.
During installation, on-site measurement is carried out on a structural base layer, the prefabricated suspended ceiling plate 1 is subjected to size adjustment and matched with the prefabricated vertical plate 41, the vertical plate 41 is connected with the suspended ceiling plate 1, then an L-shaped fastener and an inverted T-shaped fastener are arranged in a dovetail groove of the prefabricated suspended ceiling plate 1, connection of a vertical connecting piece and a horizontal connecting piece with the suspended ceiling plate 1 is completed, and finally the suspended ceiling plate 1 is hoisted.
Through the structure, the mounting structure of the prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling mainly has the following advantages compared with the prior art:

Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 3 to 5, there is shown an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop ceiling according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment further provides an improved technical solution based on the foregoing embodiments, in which the first fastening member 23 and the third fastening member 33 are inverted T-shaped fastening members, and the second fastening member 31 is an L-shaped fastening member. Through the arrangement of the structure, the inverted T-shaped fastener is convenient to clamp, meanwhile, the connection strength can be improved, the L-shaped fastener is convenient for the connection of the side wall and the horizontal connecting piece, and the connection effect is good.
Embodiment III:
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, there is shown an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop-level suspended ceiling according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment further adopts the following technical scheme as an improvement on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in which a positioning fastener 43 is disposed at a bottom of a riser 41, a side edge of the positioning fastener 43 is connected with the riser 41, a bottom edge of the positioning fastener 43 is clamped with a suspended ceiling 1, a side surface of the positioning fastener 43 is L-shaped, a top surface of the suspended ceiling 1 is further provided with a clamping groove 13, one side of the clamping groove 13 is in a right angle shape, the other side of the clamping groove 13 is in a half dovetail shape, and a bottom edge of the positioning fastener 43 is clamped with the clamping groove 13. By the arrangement of the structure, the vertical plate 41 is firmly positioned, the inclination phenomenon can not occur, and the installation effect of the vertical plate 41 can be improved.
Embodiment four:
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop suspended ceiling according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment further provides an improved technical solution based on the above embodiments, in which a lamp groove edging strip 5 is disposed on an outer side of a suspended ceiling board 1, and a height of the lamp groove edging strip 5 is lower than a height of a vertical plate 41. Through the setting of above-mentioned structure, beautify the light trough structure, improve the molding sense of whole furred ceiling.
Fifth embodiment:
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown an installation structure of an assembled prefabricated drop suspended ceiling according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment further provides an improved technical solution based on the foregoing embodiments, where vertical connectors and horizontal connectors are all disposed along a length direction of a suspended ceiling board 1, and are all disposed in multiple numbers. Through the arrangement of the structure, the balanced stress of the suspended ceiling plate 1 can be ensured, the concentrated stress is prevented from influencing the planeness of the suspended ceiling plate 1, and the overall strength of the suspended ceiling plate 1 is further improved.
