The outer wall of the rotating shaft 31 is also fixedly provided with a rotating arm 32, and the top end of the rotating arm 32 is fixedly provided with a vacuum suction cup 33. The rotating arm 32 is driven to rotate by the operation of the motor, the rotating arm 32 sucks the paper board 10 at the highest point, and in the process that the rotating arm 32 rotates downwards, the paper board 10 is separated from the adjustable paper board bin 2, and then the paper board 10 is thrown onto the paper board conveying line.
The rotating arm 32 of the cardboard suction assembly 3 can also adopt an air cylinder to replace a motor, and as another embodiment of the cardboard suction assembly 3, the cardboard suction assembly comprises a rotating shaft 31, a rotating arm 32, a vacuum suction cup 33, a push rod 34 and an air cylinder; the cylinder shell bottom is hinged on the bin frame 1, the output shaft of the cylinder shell is hinged with a push rod 34, and the other end of the push rod 34 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 31; the rotating shaft 31 is horizontally disposed, and two ends thereof are fixedly disposed on the side plates 11 of the bin frame 1 through the bearing seats 311. The outer wall of the rotating shaft 31 is also fixedly provided with a rotating arm 32, and the top end of the rotating arm 32 is fixedly provided with a vacuum suction cup 33.

A water-resistant bobbin paper is characterized in that: the waterproof yarn comprises an upper layer of bobbin paper, a lower layer of bobbin paper and a waterproof film, wherein a nylon fiber layer is clamped between the upper layer of bobbin paper and the lower layer of bobbin paper; the nylon fiber layer is a honeycomb mesh; the waterproof film is arranged on the surfaces of the upper layer bobbin paper and the lower layer bobbin paper; the inner surface of the waterproof film is formed with a thin sand layer through a sand blasting process, the surface of the thin sand layer is provided with adhesive, and the thin sand layer is adhered to the surfaces of the upper layer bobbin paper and the lower layer bobbin paper through the adhesive.
2. The manufacturing equipment of the water-resistant bobbin paper comprises an automatic blanking assembly, a conveying assembly, a stamping assembly and a material receiving box;
a conveying assembly is arranged on the right side of the blanking assembly, a stamping assembly is arranged at the tail end of the conveying assembly, and a material receiving box is arranged on the rear side of the stamping assembly;
the automatic blanking assembly comprises a bin frame, an adjustable paperboard bin and a paperboard suction assembly; the adjustable paper board bin is obliquely and fixedly arranged on the bin frame, and the bottom of the adjustable paper board bin is provided with a paper board sucking component;
the bin frame comprises side plates on the left side and the right side and a connecting rib beam between the side plates;
the adjustable paperboard bin comprises a left sliding baffle seat component, a right sliding baffle seat component and a front baffle component;
the left sliding baffle seat assembly comprises an upper screw rod, a left back plate, a support, a guide shaft, a side bar and a shaft seat; the upper screw rod is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the side plate of the bin frame; the left end of the upper screw rod is fixedly provided with a handle wheel, the right end of the upper screw rod is connected with a shaft seat, and the shaft seat is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the left back plate; the left end edge of the front side of the left back plate is fixedly provided with a support, the support is connected with a guide shaft, and the right end of the guide shaft is connected with a side strip.

The apparatus for manufacturing water resistant bobbin paper according to claim 2, characterized in that: the right sliding baffle seat assembly comprises a lower screw rod, a right back plate, a support, a guide shaft, a side strip, a right shaft seat and a nut sleeve; the lower screw rod is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the side plate of the bin frame; the left end of the lower screw rod is fixedly provided with a handle wheel, the middle section of the lower screw rod is sleeved with a nut sleeve, and the nut sleeve is meshed and connected with the lower screw rod; the nut sleeve is fixedly arranged in the right shaft seat; the right shaft seat is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the right back plate; the right-hand member border of the front side of right backplate has set firmly the support, connects the guide shaft on the support, and the left end of guide shaft connects the side strip.
