A separation cavity 24 is arranged between the water storage tank 13 and the machine shell 1, 4 steering rollers (a first steering roller 20, a second steering roller 21, a third steering roller 22 and a fourth steering roller 23 capable of adjusting the tightness of the synchronous belt) are arranged in the separation cavity 24, the first steering roller, the second steering roller and the third steering roller are used for changing the surrounding direction of the synchronous belt 4 and the scrubbing cloth belt 5, and the fourth steering roller is used for adjusting the tightness and the surrounding direction of the synchronous belt 4. The front wiping contact roller 6, the rear wiping contact roller 7, the front underwater roller 18 and the rear underwater roller 19 are respectively composed of a roller shaft 12 and a roller arranged on the roller shaft 12, two ends of the roller shaft 12 are clamped on bearings and fixed on the machine shell 1, and a waterproof sealing ring is arranged for waterproof protection. All the rollers 12 and the drum 12 are arranged parallel to each other.
The synchronous belt 4 is wound on the outer sides of the front wiping contact roller 6 and the rear wiping contact roller 7, sequentially changes the surrounding direction through a third steering roller 22, a second steering roller 21 and a first steering roller 20, sequentially surrounds the front underwater roller 18 and the rear underwater roller 19, winds the belt wheel 17 on the driving shaft 16, and finally changes the surrounding direction through a fourth steering roller 23, and the synchronous belt 4 is of a closed-loop integrated structure. The swab belt 5 is fixed to the outer surface of the timing belt 4 and is replaceable. Therefore, in the process that the motor 2 drives the driving shaft 16 to rotate, the synchronous belt 4 and the scrubbing cloth belt 5 can be driven to synchronously rotate, and the scrubbing cloth belt 5 between the front scrubbing contact roller 6 and the rear scrubbing contact roller 7 realizes the scrubbing and cleaning of the surface to be cleaned. The scrubbing cleaning of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 is realized because the cleaned scrubbing cloth belt 5 rotates and is immersed into the water storage chamber 14 to rub with the cleaning brush 30.
A first row of nozzles 25 and a second row of nozzles 27 are used for realizing further cleaning of the scouring cloth strips 5, the first row of nozzles 25 are fixed at the front end of the water storage tank 13, and the spraying direction of the first row of nozzles is towards the scouring cloth strips 5 wound on the front underwater roller 18; a second row of nozzles 27 is fixed to the rear end of the storage tank 13 in a direction toward the scrubbing cloth band wound around the rear underwater roller 19. The water supply pipe 26 penetrates the central position of the bottom plate of the water storage tank 13, the water outlet of the first water pump 8 is communicated with the first row of nozzles 25, and the water outlet of the second water pump 9 is communicated with the second row of nozzles 27.
As shown in fig. 9, which shows a schematic structural view of the filter element and the filter chamber of the present invention combined together, fig. 10 shows a schematic view of the water pump of the present invention pumping water through the filter element, the filter chamber 40 is fixed on the cabinet 1, and the filter element 39 is detachably fixed in the filter chamber 40. After the filter element 39 is arranged in the filter bin 40, the filter element 39 is provided with a water inlet pipe 41 communicated with the inner cavity of the filter element 39, the filter bin 40 is provided with a water outlet pipe 42 communicated with the cavity between the filter element 39 and the filter bin 40, the water outlet pipe 42 is communicated with the water inlets of the first water pump 8 and the second water pump 9, and the water inlet pipe 41 is communicated with the water supply pipe 26, so that water in the water storage chamber 14 is pumped out under the driving of the first water pump 8 and the second water pump 9, is firstly filtered by the filter element 39 and then is sprayed out through the first row of nozzles 25 and the second row of nozzles 27, and the cleaning of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 is realized. When the filter element 39 is used for a long time and the amount of the filter impurities stored therein is large, the filter element 39 is removed for cleaning or replacement.
As shown in fig. 11, which shows a schematic structural view of the water supply pipe of the present invention, the water supply pipe 26 is composed of a horizontal rotation pipe 28, a vertical fixing pipe 43 and a sealing ring 45, the vertical fixing pipe is fixed at the center of the lower surface of the water storage tank 13, one end of the horizontal rotation pipe 28 is a water inlet, the other end is provided with a vertical portion 44 inserted into the vertical fixing pipe 43, and the sealing ring 45 is arranged at the connection position of the vertical portion and the vertical fixing pipe 43. Thus, when the scrubber cleans an inclined surface or a vertical surface, the water in the water storage tank 13 can incline under the action of gravity, and when the water amount is small, the water supply pipe 26 is arranged in the water so as to enable the water inlet to be positioned in the form of a horizontal rotating pipe 28 and a vertical fixing pipe 43, and when the water storage tank 13 inclines, the horizontal rotating pipe 28 can rotate under the action of the gravity of the horizontal rotating pipe 28, so that the water inlet of the horizontal rotating pipe 28 is always positioned in the water.
As shown in fig. 3, which shows a partial enlarged view of the area a in fig. 2, a bottom plate 29 is laid on the bottom of the water storage chamber 14, or a side wall of the water storage chamber 14, and a cleaning brush 30 is arranged above the bottom plate 29, when the scrubbing cloth strip 5 passes through the position where the cleaning brush 30 is located, bristles on the cleaning brush 30 extend into the scrubbing cloth strip 5, so as to achieve the cleaning effect on the scrubbing cloth strip 5. The bottom of the bottom plate 29 is provided with support columns 31 which are uniformly distributed at intervals, and cavities among the support columns 31 are communicated.
The scouring pad 5 is worn or damaged with use for a long time, and therefore the scouring pad 5 should be provided in an exchangeable form. As shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of the synchronous belt of the present invention is provided, wherein the synchronous belt 4 is in a form of double-sided belt teeth, the inner surface of the synchronous belt 4 is provided with first inner teeth 32 arranged at intervals, the outer surface of the synchronous belt 4 is provided with outer teeth 33 arranged at intervals, and the first inner teeth 32 on the inner surface of the synchronous belt 4 are used for meshing with the belt teeth on the pulley 17 to realize synchronous rotation of the synchronous belt 4 and the pulley 17.
Referring to fig. 5, which shows a schematic view of the structure of the scouring cloth strip of the present invention, the inner surface of the scouring cloth strip 5 is provided with second inner teeth 34 at intervals, and the outer surface is a scouring surface 35. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, both of the schematic views of the structure of the scrub tape and the synchronous belt of the present invention are shown, in order to firmly fix the scrub tape 5 to the synchronous belt 4, the second inner teeth 34 of the scrub tape 5 are embedded into the holes between two adjacent outer teeth 33 on the outer surface of the synchronous belt 4, and the fitting surface of the synchronous belt 4 and the scrub tape 5 is provided with the fitting protrusions and holes for preventing the left and right displacement, so that the scrub tape 5 can be firmly fixed. As shown in fig. 8, a schematic structural view that two ends of the scrubbing cloth belt are connected together in the present invention is given, following the rotation of the synchronous belt 4, after the second internal teeth 34 on the scrubbing cloth belt 5 are sequentially embedded between the external teeth 33 on the synchronous belt 4, two ends of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 also need to be fixedly connected together, as shown in the figure, two ends of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 are both provided with a plurality of staggered lugs 36, through holes are opened on the staggered lugs 36, after the staggered lugs 36 at two ends of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 are staggered and snapped together, the connecting shaft 37 sequentially passes through all the staggered lugs 36, two ends of the connecting shaft 37 are fixed by nuts or snaps, that is, the firm connection of the scrubbing cloth belt 5 is realized. The synchronous belt 4 and the scrubbing cloth belt 5 can be adhered in a magic tape mode consisting of a fiber surface and a burr surface.
In order to avoid the slipping of the synchronous belt 4, it is necessary to ensure that the synchronous belt 4 is always in a tensioned state, as shown in fig. 12, a schematic diagram of the tensioning mechanism of the present invention is provided, the illustrated tensioning mechanism is composed of a bearing 46, a bearing fixing frame 48 and a bolt 49, the two ends of the roll shaft 12 of the steering roll are both provided with the bearing 46, the bearing is arranged on the bearing fixing frame 48, the bearing fixing frame 48 is provided with a strip-shaped tightness distance adjusting hole 47, and the bolt penetrates through the tightness distance adjusting hole 47 to fix the bearing fixing frame 48 on the housing 1. After the synchronous belt 4 on the scrubbing machine is assembled, the bearing fixing frame 48 is fixed on the shell through the bolt 49, so that the tensioning of the steering roller (one of the first steering roller 20, the second steering roller 21, the third steering roller 22 and the fourth steering roller 23) is realized, the tensioning of the synchronous belt 4 is further realized, and the phenomenon that the synchronous belt 4 slips is avoided.
Claims (10)
1. A scrubbing machine with a self-cleaning function comprises a machine shell (1), a motor (2), a driving shaft (16), a water storage tank (13), a synchronous belt (4) and a scrubbing cloth belt (5), wherein the water storage tank is arranged in the machine shell, one side of the top of the water storage tank is provided with an opening, and a water storage chamber (14) is arranged in the water storage tank; two ends of the driving shaft are rotatably arranged on the shell (1) through bearings, an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with the driving shaft, and a belt wheel (17) matched with the synchronous belt is fixed on the driving shaft; the method is characterized in that: a front wiping contact roller (6) and a rear wiping contact roller (7) are arranged below the shell, one or more than one underwater roller is arranged in the water storage chamber (14), a separation chamber (24) is arranged between the water storage chamber and the shell, a steering roller is arranged in the separation chamber, the front wiping contact roller, the rear wiping contact roller, the underwater roller and the steering roller are all composed of a roller shaft (12) and a roller rotatably arranged on the roller shaft, and two ends of the roller shaft are arranged on the shell through bearings; the synchronous belt is wound on the front wiping touch roller, the rear wiping touch roller, the steering roller, the underwater roller and the belt wheel (17) to form a closed loop, and a wiping cloth belt (5) for wiping the surface to be cleaned is fixed on the outer surface of the synchronous belt; the water storage chamber (14) is internally provided with a nozzle and a water supply pipe (26), the spraying direction of the nozzle faces the scrubbing cloth belt, a water pump is fixed on the machine shell, and the water inlet and the water outlet of the water pump are respectively communicated with the water supply pipe and the nozzle.

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a bottom plate (29) is arranged at the bottom and/or the side surface of the water storage chamber (14), a cleaning brush (30) for cleaning the scrubbing cloth belt (5) is fixed on the bottom plate, and a water inlet of the water supply pipe is positioned below the bottom plate (29).

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the water pump is characterized in that a filtering bin (40) is fixed on the side wall of the machine shell (1), a detachable and replaceable filter element (39) is arranged in the filtering bin, a water inlet pipe (41) communicated with an inner cavity of the filter element is arranged on the filter element, a water outlet pipe (42) communicated with the cavity between the filter element and the filtering bin is arranged on the filtering bin, the water inlet pipe (41) is communicated with a water supply pipe, and the water outlet pipe (42) is communicated with a water inlet of the water pump.

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the aquatic roller includes preceding aquatic roller (18) and back aquatic roller (19), and the nozzle includes first row of nozzle (25) and second row of nozzle (27), and the water pump includes first water pump (8) and second water pump (9), and the spraying direction of first row of nozzle cleans the strap on the preceding aquatic roller, and the second row of nozzle cleans the strap on the roll in the back orientation.

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the synchronous belt (4) is a synchronous belt with teeth on the inner side and the outer side, the belt wheel (17) is a gear with teeth, first inner teeth (32) are fixed on the inner surface of the synchronous belt at equal intervals, outer teeth (33) are fixed on the outer surface of the synchronous belt at equal intervals, second inner teeth (34) are fixed on the inner surface of the scrubbing cloth belt (5) at equal intervals, and the scrubbing surface (35) is arranged on the outer surface of the scrubbing cloth belt; the synchronous belt is meshed with the belt wheel (17) through first internal teeth, and the scrubbing cloth belt is fixed in a mode that second internal teeth on the inner surface of the scrubbing cloth belt are embedded between adjacent external teeth (33) on the synchronous belt.

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the two ends of the scrubbing cloth belt (5) are connected through staggered lugs (36) which are buckled together in a staggered mode, through holes are formed in the staggered lugs, and connecting shafts (37) penetrate through the through holes of the staggered lugs.

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the detachable water pump is characterized in that a detachable handle (10) is fixed on the casing (1), a rechargeable battery (38) for supplying power to the motor (2) and the water pump is fixed on the casing, and the rechargeable battery, the motor and the water pump are connected with a telescopic power line (11).

The scrubbing machine with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the water supply pipe (26) comprises a horizontal rotating pipe (28), a vertical fixing pipe (43) and a sealing ring (45), the vertical fixing pipe is fixed in the center of the lower surface of the water storage tank (13), one end of the horizontal rotating pipe is a water inlet, the other end of the horizontal rotating pipe is provided with a vertical part (44) inserted into the vertical fixing pipe (43), and the sealing ring (45) is arranged at the joint of the vertical part and the vertical fixing pipe (43).
