In rainy season, the irrigation is mainly carried out by taking an underground water seepage system as a main part. Rainwater in the rainwater collecting pool 1 flows into the second reservoir 52 through an underground pipeline, and water in surrounding soil is collected into the permeable pipe 11 through the back-filtering effect of the permeable pipe 11, so that the water is collected and is collected into the second reservoir 52 through the underground pipeline.
