The tower crane is used as a hoisting machine for high-altitude construction of a building site, a motor mechanism needs to be communicated with a power supply of the building site through a main cable, the middle section of the cable needs to be fixed in time after the cable is lifted to a specified position by the tower crane, and a rope or a cable net is usually hung and fixed on a main chord of a standard knot, so that the main cable is prevented from swinging high altitude or being damaged in work, and the two hanging methods are difficult to operate and high in danger.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cable fixing device can solve the problems that in the prior art, a cable is not firmly fixed, is easy to fall off, is easy to break and the like. When carrying out the jacking operation, this cable fixing device can break away from the chord member and rise along with the rising of tower body jacking drive cable, effectively avoids the cable fracture that the impulsive force that causes because of the jacking of tower body causes. The main advantages are as follows:
1. in the jacking operation process, the main cable cannot be broken because the fixing device is not disassembled;
2. after the jacking operation process, the operation is convenient and fast, and dangerous situations such as falling-off of parts of the fixing device and the like caused by errors can be avoided;

The tower crane main cable fixing device shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a pressing line fastening assembly 1 and a U-shaped bending bolt 3; the wire pressing fastening assembly 1 is formed by butt joint and splicing of a fastening piece I1.1 and a fastening piece II 1.2, a wire pressing groove I5 is formed in the fastening piece I1.1, a wire pressing groove II 6 is formed in the fastening piece II 1.2, the wire pressing groove I5.1 is in butt joint with the wire pressing groove II 5.2, and a butt joint through hole 5 for fixing a cable is formed in the middle of the wire pressing fastening assembly 1; the fastener I1.1 and the fastener II 1.2 are respectively provided with two positioning through holes 6 for the U-shaped bending bolt 3 to pass through, one end of the U-shaped bending bolt 3 is provided with two separated straight-rod thread ends 3.1, the straight-rod thread ends 3.1 pass through the positioning through holes 6 and are fastened through nuts 8, the other end of the U-shaped bending bolt 3 is provided with a downward U-shaped bending end 3.2, and an adjustable fastening space 2 is reserved between the U-shaped bending end 3.2 and the pressing line fastening assembly 1. The principle of the invention is as follows: mainly by fastener I1.1, fastener II 1.2 and 3 three fastening module constitutions of U type bending bolt, fix two fasteners, cable conductor and tower body chord member horizontal atress through the nut. Due to the design of the U-shaped bending support, the three fastening modules are well connected together, and when the fixed position is adjusted, parts cannot fall off. The cable fixing device can solve the problems that in the prior art, a cable is not firmly fixed, is easy to fall off, is easy to break and the like.
