Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of LED display, in particular to an LED box body and LED display equipment.
Background
With the continuous improvement of LED display technology, LED related products are more and more abundant, and the application field of the LED related products is wider and wider; the conventional LED display screen is hung or pasted on a support or the surface of a building wall, can only display on a single surface, is mostly of an integral structure and has a large area, and the display screen is very troublesome to manufacture, maintain or replace. In order to fully utilize the display space, double-sided LED display screens are also gradually appearing in the market.
However, most of the double-sided LED display screens on the market are provided with corresponding LED lamp panels on two sides respectively through two independent box structures for double-sided display, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the double-sided LED display screen in the prior art, as shown in the figure, the LED display screen includes a first display screen box 110, a second display screen box 120, a separated power control box 130 and a screen body mounting rack 140, and the screen body mounting rack 140 includes a first vertical rack 141, a second vertical rack 142 and a connecting rack 143; the first vertical frame body 141 and the second vertical frame body 142 are arranged at an interval, the first vertical frame body 141 and the second vertical frame body 142 are fastened and connected through a connecting frame body, and the screen body mounting frame 140 is formed with a control box mounting groove 11 and a mounting clamping groove 12; the first display screen box body 110 is arranged on a first vertical frame body 141 of the screen body mounting rack 140, and the second display screen box body 120 is arranged on a second vertical frame body 142 of the screen body mounting rack 140; the separated power control box 130 is fixedly installed in the control box installation slot 11, and is electrically connected to the first display screen box 110 and the second display screen box 120, respectively.
However, the above prior art has many disadvantages:
1. the structure has various types and complex structure, and not only has high manufacturing and assembling cost, but also is difficult to maintain;
2. the occupied space of each structure is more, leads to the LED display screen great in thickness direction's size, and the dead weight is great simultaneously, is unfavorable for the frivolous development of LED display screen.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, the present invention provides an LED box, which has the advantages of light weight, thinness, simplicity, high structural stability and reliability, low assembly cost, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The LED box body provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a box body frame, an integrated board card and an LED lamp panel, wherein the integrated board card is detachably fixed in the box body frame, the box body frame comprises a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface which are respectively positioned at two sides of the box body frame, and a mounting cavity penetrating through the two sides of the box body frame is enclosed; the LED lamp panel comprises a first lamp panel and a second lamp panel, the first lamp panel is detachably fixed on the first mounting surface, and the second lamp panel is detachably fixed on the second mounting surface; the first lamp panel and the second lamp panel are electrically connected with the integrated board card respectively.
The LED box body provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple composition, light and thin structure, simple and convenient manufacturing and assembling operation, effectively improves the production efficiency, reduces the manufacturing and assembling cost, and brings convenience to daily maintenance and replacement; the integrated board card adopts a multifunctional integrated design, is respectively electrically connected with the first lamp panel and the second lamp panel, and controls the two lamp panels simultaneously to realize double-sided display.
Further, be provided with the magnet fixed column on first installation face and the second installation face, the position that corresponds the magnet fixed column on first lamp plate and the second lamp plate is provided with magnetism and inhales the piece, utilizes magnetism to inhale power with LED lamp plate snap-on the installation face of box frame, can avoid adopting connection methods such as screw to connect and lead to the structure complicated and occupy certain thickness space, is unfavorable for the problem of the ultra-thin design of display screen, and the installation is dismantled conveniently simultaneously, effectively improves the installation effectiveness.

Through the cooperation to inserting female socket and to inserting public seat, realize the electricity of integrated circuit board and first lamp plate and second lamp plate and be connected, simple structure, and installation easy and simple to handle.

In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides LED display equipment which is formed by splicing the LED boxes, and the top and the bottom of the box frame are provided with positioning columns and locking pieces. The positioning columns and the locking pieces are used for splicing and combining the box body frames to form LED display equipment with a larger area so as to meet the display requirement of the larger area and the display requirement of the larger area.
The LED box body provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the double-sided LED display screen is composed of three main parts, namely a box body frame, an integrated board card and an LED lamp panel, is simple in composition, light and thin in structure, simple and convenient to manufacture and assemble, effectively improves production efficiency, reduces manufacturing and assembling cost, and brings convenience to daily maintenance and replacement;
2. the integrated board card adopts a multifunctional integrated design, and complex connecting lines among different functional modules such as a traditional power supply, a sending card, a network port, a power supply port and the like are eliminated, so that the installation and the operation are simpler and more convenient, and the stability and the reliability of the display screen are improved;
3. the symmetrical structure design of the box body frame realizes double-sided display on two sides of a single box body, and simultaneously utilizes the matching design of the opposite-inserting female seat and the opposite-inserting male seat to enable the integrated board card to be respectively and electrically connected with the first lamp plate and the second lamp plate which are positioned on two sides of the box body frame, so that one integrated board card can control a double-sided LED display screen, unnecessary connecting lines and a control system are reduced, and single-sided display or double-sided display, different pictures on two sides or consistent pictures can be selected through the control of input signals of the integrated board card;
4. the integrated board card is arranged on the same side as the functional module and the interface terminal, when the integrated board card is fixedly installed on the first installation surface of the box body frame, the functional module and the interface terminal are located in the installation cavity of the box body frame, meanwhile, the integrated board card can penetrate through the installation cavity of the box body frame, and then the integrated board card is electrically connected with the second lamp panel located on the second installation surface.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is an overall schematic view of an LED box according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an assembly schematic view of the LED box according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the embodiment of the present invention provides an LED box, which includes a box frame 10, an integrated board card 20, and an LED lamp panel 30.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the box frame. As shown in the figure, the box body frame 10 comprises a frame body 101 in a frame-shaped structure and support plates arranged in the frame body at equal intervals, wherein the support plates comprise a transverse support plate 102 and a longitudinal support plate 103, and the frame body 101, the transverse support plate 102 and the longitudinal support plate 103 enclose a plurality of left-right through installation cavities; the two side surfaces of the box frame 10 are respectively a first mounting surface 12 and a second mounting surface 14.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a first schematic diagram of the integrated board card structure, and fig. 6 is a second schematic diagram of the integrated board card structure. As shown in the figure, integrated circuit board 20 is the rectangle, and it has two long limits and two minor faces, and the terminal surface of two minor faces all is equipped with the recess, the setting of recess can be convenient for operator's gripping when the installation of integrated circuit board 20 or dismantlement, can alleviate integrated circuit board 20's dead weight simultaneously, helps reducing the complete machine weight of LED box.
The integrated board card 20 is detachably fixed in the box frame 10, and includes a first insertion surface 22 and a second insertion surface 24 which are oppositely disposed. As a preferred embodiment, the integrated board fixing posts 122 are disposed on the first mounting surface 12 of the box frame 10, the integrated board fixing holes 225 are disposed at corresponding positions on the integrated board 20, the integrated board fixing posts 122 are inserted into the integrated board fixing holes 225, so as to fix the integrated board 20 on the first mounting surface 12 of the box frame 10, in other embodiments, the integrated board 20 may also be fixed on the box frame 10 by other manners. In a preferred embodiment, the first mounting surface 12 of the box frame 10 may further include a plurality of board locking positioning posts 124, the integrated circuit board 20 may further include board locking positioning holes 226 corresponding to the board locking positioning posts 124, and the board locking positioning posts 124 may be inserted into the board locking positioning holes 226. Through the setting of integrated board card locating post 124 and integrated board card locating hole 226, can tentatively install location and guide effect when the installation for integrated board card fixed column 122 is more accurate with the cooperation of integrated board card fixed hole 25, is favorable to improving the packaging efficiency of integrated board card 20 and box frame 10.
The LED lamp panel 30 includes a first lamp panel and a second lamp panel, the first lamp panel is formed by splicing a plurality of first lamp panel bodies 32, and the second lamp panel is formed by splicing a plurality of second lamp panel bodies 34. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the first lamp panel body, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the second lamp panel body. The first lamp panel body 32 is detachably fixed on the first mounting surface 12 of the box frame 10, and the second lamp panel body 34 is detachably fixed on the second mounting surface 14 of the box frame 10. In a preferred embodiment, the first lamp panel body 32 and the second lamp panel body 34 are fixed to the first mounting surface 12 and the second mounting surface 14 respectively by magnetic attraction. The first and second lamp panel bodies 32 and 34 have the same structure, and the following description will explain the fixation of the LED lamp panel and the housing frame 10 by taking the first lamp panel body 32 as an example. Specifically, a magnet fixing column 125 is arranged on the first mounting surface 12 of the box body frame 10, a magnetic attraction piece 325 is arranged at a corresponding position on the first lamp panel body 32, and the first lamp panel body 32 is directly fixed on the first mounting surface 12 through the matching of the magnetic attraction piece 325 and the magnet fixing column 125; in this embodiment, the magnetic member 325 is specifically a magnetic iron block, and in other embodiments, it may be another structure capable of being attracted by a magnet. Through the cooperation that utilizes magnet fixed column 125 and magnetism to inhale piece 325, utilize magnetism to inhale power with first lamp plate body 32 snap-on in box frame 10, can avoid adopting connection methods such as screws to connect and lead to the structure complicated and occupy certain thickness space, be unfavorable for the problem of the ultra-thin design of display screen, the installation is dismantled conveniently simultaneously, effectively improves the installation effectiveness. As a preferred embodiment, the plurality of magnet fixing posts 125 are uniformly disposed on the horizontal supporting plate 102 and the vertical supporting plate 103 of the box frame 10, so as to achieve uniform attraction of the box frame 10 to the LED lamp panel, and avoid the phenomenon that the connection is unstable due to too large local magnetic attraction or local lack of magnetic attraction. And through the quantity that increases magnet fixed column 125, the volume of reducible magnet and magnetism piece and then reduce the size of box frame in the thickness direction, be favorable to the ultra-thin design of LED box. As a preferred embodiment, the lamp panel 30 is partially provided with metal contact locations 327 on the periphery, please refer to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a partially enlarged schematic view of the box frame, a metal support table 107 is disposed at a corresponding position on the box frame 10, the metal support table 107 is a protrusion formed on a contact surface of the box frame 10 and the LED lamp panel 30, the position and the width of the protrusion are both matched with the metal contact locations 327, and the metal contact locations are in contact with the metal support table in a matching manner, so that the LED lamp panel 30 and the box frame 10 are conducted through the structure, electromagnetic wave radiation is reduced, and EMC is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, lamp panel positioning columns 126 may be further disposed on the first mounting surface 12 and the second mounting surface 14 of the box body frame 10, and may be multiple, lamp panel positioning grooves 326 are disposed on the lamp panel 30 corresponding to the lamp panel positioning columns 126, and the lamp panel positioning columns 126 may be inserted into the lamp panel positioning grooves 326. Through lamp plate reference column 126 and lamp plate constant head tank 326's setting, can carry out preliminary installation location and guide effect when the installation for the cooperation of magnet fixed column and magnetism piece is more accurate, is favorable to improving the packaging efficiency of lamp plate 30 and box frame 10.

First lamp plate body 32 and second lamp plate body 34 are connected with integrated circuit board 20 electricity respectively through the cooperation to inserting public seat and to inserting female.
The integrated board card 20 is integrated with a functional module 27 and an interface terminal 28, the functional module 27 comprises a power module, a card receiving module and a plug-in connection module, the interface terminal 28 comprises a network port 282 and a power socket 284, components and the interface terminal 28 of the functional module 27 are fixedly arranged on the second plug-in surface 24 of the integrated board card 20 through a surface mounting technology, and the multifunctional integrated design cancels complex connection lines among different functional modules such as a traditional power supply, a sending card, a network port and a power socket, so that the installation operation is simpler and more convenient, and the stability and reliability of a display screen are improved; in a preferred embodiment, the network port 282 and the power jack 284 are respectively fixed on the short side of the integrated board 20 at a recessed position for electrical connection with an external power source or other devices. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a first schematic view of a fixing structure of an integrated board card and a box frame, and fig. 11 is a second schematic view of a fixing structure of an integrated board card and a box frame. As shown in the figure, functional module 27 and interface terminal 28 all set up the setting on second plug surface 24, make when integrated circuit board 20 fixed mounting on box frame 10, functional module 27 and interface terminal 28 all are located box frame 10's installation cavity, the second of integrated circuit board is to inserting female seat length and being greater than box frame's thickness simultaneously, make its installation cavity that can run through box frame, and then be connected with the second lamp plate electricity that is located second installation face, this design make full use of box frame 10's inner space, the ascending utilization ratio of whole screen thickness side has been maximize, realize the biggest concise of thickness, reach the ultra-thin design of display screen.
Example 2
The embodiment of the invention provides LED display equipment, wherein on the basis of the LED box body in embodiment 1, the top and the bottom of a box body frame are respectively provided with a positioning column and a locking piece, and the positioning column and the locking piece are used for splicing and combining a plurality of box body frames to form LED display equipment with a larger area so as to meet the display requirement of the larger area. In other embodiments, the positioning column and the locking piece can also be other connecting structures as long as they can fixedly connect a plurality of LED boxes.
