Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of how to wire the inside of the handle, so that the handle can be used in modern manner.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a handle which comprises a handshake rod and a connecting column, wherein one end of the connecting column is connected with one end of the handshake rod, the other end of the connecting column is connected with a door body of a kitchen appliance, a wire passing channel penetrating to two ends of the connecting column is arranged in the connecting column, and the two connecting columns are assembled with two ends of the handshake rod through inserting connection respectively.
According to the invention, the wire passing channel is arranged in the connecting column, so that the electric wires in the handle enter from one end of the wire passing channel, and the door body of the kitchen appliance is provided with the corresponding wire inlet structure, so that the electric wires which exit from the other end of the wire passing channel can directly enter the kitchen appliance from the door body, thereby supplying power to the handle, having higher wire passing concealment, being unable to be found from the outside, not affecting the aesthetic property, and simultaneously dividing the handle into the handshake rod and the connecting column, thereby being convenient for production, manufacture and assembly in the process.
Preferably, the connecting columns are of arc-shaped column structures, the two connecting columns are assembled with the two ends of the handshake rod in a plugging manner respectively, and the connection positions of the connecting columns and the handshake rod are of arc-shaped structures. The attractive appearance is improved, and meanwhile, the use of screws can be reduced through the plug-in connection.
Preferably, a protruding insertion part is arranged at one end of the connecting column connected with the handshake rod, recessed groove parts are respectively arranged at two end parts of the handshake rod, and the insertion parts are matched with the groove parts. Through protruding one end, the one end is sunken to be pegged graft and connect, can effectually reduce the use of screw, reduce cost.
Preferably, protruding cards are arranged around the insertion part, concave clamping grooves are formed in the inner sides of the groove parts, and the clamping grooves are used for limiting the cards to a certain extent. The connecting column and the handshake rod can be fixed to a certain extent.
Preferably, a wire passing channel is arranged in the middle of the insertion part. The wire passing channel is arranged in the middle of the inserting part, so that the space is saved.
Preferably, the handle bar includes a front plate, a middle plate, and a back plate mounted on front and back surfaces of the middle plate, respectively. The handle bar is of a three-layer structure, so that the handle bar is convenient to detach and maintain.
Preferably, the mounting parts are arranged at two ends of the middle plate, two sides of the mounting parts are respectively protruded outwards, a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove are formed at two sides of the middle plate, the front plate and the back plate are respectively embedded in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, the outer surface of the front plate and the outer surface of one side of the mounting parts are in the same horizontal plane, and the outer surface of the back plate and the outer surface of the other side of the mounting parts are in the same horizontal plane. The comfort level and the aesthetic property of the hand grasping rod are improved.
Preferably, the groove part is arranged on the mounting part, and a wire inlet hole matched with the wire passing channel is arranged in the middle of the groove part. And the wire inlet holes are formed in the middle of the groove part, so that the space is saved.
Preferably, an installation cavity is formed in the middle of the middle plate, and the installation cavity is communicated with the wire inlet hole. The electric wires in the handle bar are guided by the wire inlet holes and run out from the connecting column, so that the attractiveness of the structure is not affected.
The invention also provides a kitchen appliance comprising the handle.
According to the invention, the wire passing channel is arranged in the connecting column, so that the electric wires in the handle enter from one end of the wire passing channel, and the door body of the kitchen appliance is provided with the corresponding wire inlet structure, so that the electric wires which exit from the other end of the wire passing channel can directly enter the kitchen appliance from the door body, thereby supplying power to the handle, having higher wire passing concealment, being unable to be found from the outside, not affecting the aesthetic property, and simultaneously dividing the handle into the handshake rod and the connecting column, thereby being convenient for production, manufacture and assembly in the process.

The embodiment of the invention provides a handle, which is shown in the combination of figures 1-3, and comprises a handshake rod 1 and a connecting column 2, wherein one end of the connecting column 2 is connected with one end of the handshake rod 1, the other end of the connecting column is used for being connected with a door body of a kitchen appliance, a wire passing channel 21 penetrating to two ends of the connecting column 2 is arranged in the connecting column 2, and the two connecting columns 2 are assembled with two ends of the handshake rod 1 through inserting connection respectively.
According to the embodiment, the wire passing channel 21 is arranged in the connecting column 2, so that wires in the handle enter from one end of the wire passing channel 21, the door body of the kitchen appliance is provided with the corresponding wire inlet structure, the wires which exit from the other end of the wire passing channel can directly enter the kitchen appliance from the door body, the power supply is carried out in the handle, the wire passing concealment is high, the wires cannot be found from the outside, the attractiveness is not affected, and meanwhile, the handle is divided into the handshake rod 1 and the connecting column 2, so that the production, the manufacture and the assembly in the process are facilitated.
In this embodiment, the spliced pole 2 is arc post structure, specifically, the cross section of spliced pole 2 and the position department of being connected of handshake bar 1 is the same with the shape of the cross section of handshake bar 1 for the junction of spliced pole 2 and handshake bar 1 is the cambered surface structure, makes there is smooth transitional effect between the two, does not have extra arch, promotes the aesthetic property, and the discomfort that the hand contact leads to when preventing the user to use, and the other end of spliced pole 2 is directly installed on kitchen appliance's door body, is connected with the other end of spliced pole 2 through structures such as bolt. In this embodiment, the other end of the connection post 2 is vertically installed on the surface of the door body of the kitchen appliance, in other embodiments, the connection post 2 may also be obliquely installed on the surface of the door body of the kitchen appliance, if the other end of the connection post 2 is obliquely installed on the surface of the door body of the kitchen appliance, an oblique installation surface matched with the end surface of the other end of the connection post 2 is provided on the surface of the door body of the kitchen appliance, so that the connection post 2 is installed, two installation surfaces are provided on the door body of the kitchen appliance, and correspond to the two connection posts 2 respectively, so that the integral structure of the handle and the door body of the kitchen appliance is ensured, and the aesthetic requirements of users are met.
In this embodiment, in combination with fig. 4, the connection post 2 is provided with a protruding insertion portion 22 with the two ends of the handshake rod 1, the connection end of the connection post 2 and the handshake rod 1 is provided with a recessed groove portion 11, the insertion portion 22 is matched with the groove portion 11, the insertion portion 22 is specifically in a rectangular protruding structure, the groove portion 11 is in a rectangular recessed structure, protruding cards are arranged on the peripheral outer wall of the insertion portion 22, the cards have certain elasticity, the cards comprise an inclined surface, one end of the inclined surface close to the handshake rod 1 is lower, one end far away from the handshake rod 1 is higher, a recessed clamping groove is arranged on the inner side wall of the inner side of the groove portion 11, the clamping groove is used for limiting the cards to a certain extent, after the connection post 2 and the handshake rod 1 are installed, the cards are clamped into the clamping groove, the cards comprise two inclined surfaces, the cards can slide into and slide out of the clamping groove through the two opposite inclined surfaces, and meanwhile the connection post 2 and the handshake rod 1 can be conveniently installed and separated, and the connection post 2 and the handshake rod 1 or the handshake rod 2 are conveniently replaced.
In this embodiment, the middle part of the end surface of the insertion part 22 is recessed inwards to form a wire passing channel 21, the wire passing channel 21 is a circular or rectangular duct, which connects two ends of the connection post 2, and the wire passing channel 21 is used for routing wires to guide the wires from one end of the connection post 2 to the other end.
In some embodiments, the insertion part 22 is in a circular protruding structure, or an elliptic protruding structure, or other irregular protruding structures, the groove part 11 is matched with the insertion part 22, the wire passing channel 21 is arranged in the insertion part 22, and after the insertion part 22 is inserted into the groove part 11, the connecting column 2 and the handshake bar 1 are installed. Preferably, the insertion portion 22 and the groove portion 11 are in interference fit, and when the insertion portion 22 is inserted into the groove portion 11, the insertion portion 22 and the groove portion 11 are tightly combined together, so that the insertion portion 22 and the groove portion 11 cannot easily fall off, and the assembly of workers is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the wire passing channel 21 is not disposed in the inserting portion 22, that is, the wire passing channel 21 is disposed on one side of the inserting portion 22, the inserting portion 22 is a columnar protrusion, and the slot portion 11 is a columnar slot matched with the inserting portion 22, so that the connecting post 2 and the handshake rod 1 can be positioned and connected to a certain extent, preferably, the inserting portion 22 and the slot portion 11 are in interference fit, and when the inserting portion 22 is inserted into the slot portion 11, the inserting portion 22 and the slot portion 11 are tightly combined together, and cannot easily fall off, so that the assembling of staff is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the wire passing channel 21 is not disposed in the inserting portion 22, that is, the wire passing channel 21 is disposed on one side of the inserting portion 22, the inserting portion 22 is of a buckle structure, the end portion of the inserting portion 22 is provided with a barb, the inserting portion 22 is a non-rigid member, the slot portion 11 is of a clamping slot structure matched with the inserting portion 22, and after the inserting portion 22 is assembled with the slot portion 11, the barb at the end portion of the inserting portion 22 is clamped into the slot portion 11, so that the connecting post 2 is fixed with the handshake bar 1.
In this embodiment, the handshake bar 1 includes three layers of structures of a front plate 12, a middle plate 13 and a back plate 14, where the front plate 12 and the back plate 14 are respectively installed on the front and back surfaces of the middle plate 13, specifically, two ends of the middle plate 13 are provided with mounting portions 131, the mounting portions 131 are in a convex structure, and are disposed at the end portions of two sides of the middle plate 13, one end of each mounting portion 131 is used for mounting the connecting post 2, the other end of each mounting portion contacts with the front plate 12 and the back plate 14, the mounting portions 131 on two sides of the middle plate 13 are protruded on the front and back surfaces of the middle plate 13, so that two concave first mounting grooves and two concave second mounting grooves are respectively formed on the front and back sides of the middle plate 13, the front plate 12 and the back plate 14 are respectively disposed in the first mounting grooves and the second mounting grooves between the two mounting portions 131, the outer surface of the front plate 12 is in the same horizontal plane as the outer surface of one side of the mounting portions 131, and the outer surface of the back plate 14 is in the same horizontal plane as the outer surface of the other side of the mounting portions 131, that the outer surface of the front plate 12 is in the same horizontal plane as the outer surface of the corresponding to the mounting portions 131, and the junction transition between the outer surface of the front plate 12 and the outer surface is smooth, and the outer surface is free from additional influence on the visual effect, and visual effect.
In some embodiments, the handshake bar 1 includes a front plate 12 and a back plate 14, two ends of the front plate 12 are provided with mounting portions 131, the mounting portions 131 are in a convex structure, the mounting portions 131 are arranged at the shortest portions of two sides of the front plate 12, one end of each mounting portion 131 is used for mounting the connecting column 2, the other end of each mounting portion contacts with the back plate 14, the mounting portions 131 of two sides of the front plate 12 are protruded on the rear surface of the middle of the front plate 12, so that a concave mounting groove is formed on the rear side of the front plate 12, the back plate 14 is arranged in the mounting groove between the two mounting portions 131, the outer surface of the rear side of the front plate 12 and the outer surface corresponding to the back plate 14 are in the same horizontal plane, namely, the junction between the outer surface of the front plate 12 and the outer surface corresponding to the back plate 14 is smooth, and no extra protrusion affects hand feeling and vision.
In some embodiments, the handshake bar 1 includes a front plate 12 and a back plate 14, two ends of the back plate 14 are provided with mounting portions 131, the mounting portions 131 are in a convex structure, the mounting portions 131 are arranged at the shortest portions at two sides of the back plate 14, one end of each mounting portion 131 is used for mounting the connecting column 2, the other end of each mounting portion contacts with the front plate 12, the mounting portions 131 at two sides of the back plate 14 are protruded from the front surface of the middle of the back plate 14, so that a concave mounting groove is formed on the front side of the back plate 14, the front plate 12 is arranged in the mounting groove between the two mounting portions 131, the outer surface of the front side of the back plate 14 and the corresponding outer surface of the front plate 12 are in the same horizontal plane, namely, the junction between the outer surface of the front plate 12 and the corresponding outer surface of the back plate 14 is in a transition smooth, and no extra protrusions affect hand feeling and vision.
The inside of the handshake rod 1 is of a hollow structure, an installation cavity for installing some electronic equipment is arranged in the handshake rod, a concave groove part 11 is arranged on the installation parts 131 at two ends of the handshake rod 1, wire inlet holes 15 matched with the wire passing channels 21 are arranged at two ends of the handshake rod 1, the positions of the wire inlet holes 15 correspond to the positions of the wire inlet channels 21, in the embodiment, the wire inlet holes 15 are arranged in the middle of the groove part 11, and in other embodiments, the wire inlet holes 15 can also be arranged at one side of the groove part 11.
In this embodiment, the handshake rod is provided with a front plate 12, a middle plate 13 and a back plate 14, the installation cavity is formed on the middle plate 13, specifically, the middle of the middle plate 13 is hollowed out, the middle of the middle plate 13 is provided with an installation cavity, various electronic devices are installed in the installation cavity, an LED lamp, an LED chip and an electric wire for providing power are installed on the middle plate 13, the middle plate 13 can be made of a light-transmitting material, light generated by the LED lamp can be directly emitted from the middle plate 13, a beautiful aperture is formed, the aesthetic property of a product is improved, a wire inlet hole 15 is formed between the installation cavity and the groove 11, the wire inlet hole 15 connects the installation cavity with the groove 11, the electric wire in the installation cavity can be LED out through the groove 11, and the groove 11 is provided with a connecting post 2, so that the electric wire in the installation cavity can be LED out through a wire inlet channel 21 on the connecting post 2.
In some embodiments, the handshake bar 1 is provided with a front plate 12 and a back plate 14, the installation cavity is arranged on the front plate 12, specifically, the middle of the front plate 12 is hollowed out, so that the middle of the front plate 12 is provided with the installation cavity, the installation cavity is used for installing various electronic devices, the front plate 12 is provided with an LED lamp, an LED chip and wires for providing power, one or more sides of the front plate 12 in the front-back direction are hollowed out for light transmission, so that light generated by the LED lamp can be directly emitted from one or more sides of the front plate 12 in the front-back direction, the attractive light path is formed, the aesthetic property of the product is improved, a wire inlet hole 15 is arranged between the installation cavity and the groove 11, the wire inlet hole 15 connects the installation cavity with the groove 11, so that wires in the installation cavity can be LED out through the groove 11, and the groove 11 is provided with the connecting post 2, so that wires in the installation cavity can be LED out through the wire inlet channel 21 on the connecting post 2.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a kitchen appliance comprising the handle as described above. The kitchen appliance comprises a door body, a bolt hole corresponding to the bolt hole on the handle connecting column 2 is arranged on the door body, and the door body is connected with the connecting column 2 through a bolt. The kitchen appliances comprise common appliances such as a steam box, an oven, a steam box, a dish washer and the like.
In some embodiments, the door body is provided with an inclined mounting surface, and the other end of the connecting column 2 is obliquely mounted on the surface of the door body, so that the handle and the kitchen appliance are ensured to be in an integrated form on the whole structure, and the aesthetic requirements of users are met.
According to the embodiment, the wire passing channel 21 is arranged in the connecting column 2, so that wires in the handle enter from one end of the wire passing channel 21, the door body of the kitchen appliance is provided with the corresponding wire inlet structure, the wires which exit from the other end of the wire passing channel can directly enter the kitchen appliance from the door body, the power supply is carried out in the handle, the wire passing concealment is high, the wires cannot be found from the outside, the attractiveness is not affected, and meanwhile, the handle is divided into the handshake rod 1 and the connecting column 2, so that the production, the manufacture and the assembly in the process are facilitated.
