(1) arranging three self-drilling grouting pipes 2 around an existing pile foundation 1, wherein the diameter of the existing pile foundation 1 is 1.2 meters, the depth of the existing pile foundation is 15 meters, each grouting pipe is self-drilled to form a hole, the distance between a drilling hole and the existing pile foundation is 0.5 meter, so that three grouting holes are formed around the existing pile foundation, the diameter of each grouting hole is 0.9 meter, the depth of each grouting hole is 15.5 meters, the centers of the three grouting holes are sequentially connected to form an equilateral triangle, and the center of the equilateral triangle is superposed with the center of the pile foundation;
