Background
In the semiconductor industry, a lead frame needs to be taken and loaded before being electroplated and then is conveyed to an electroplating area for electroplating. At present, the lead frame is generally moved to a conveying belt for conveying in a mode of sucking a product surface by a sucking disc in a lead frame feeding process.
The traditional lead frame feeding device has the defects of uneven feeding distance, easy damage of products and the like in the feeding process.
