The OTP burner comprises an underframe 10, wherein the front end of the underframe is provided with a feeding conveyer belt 2 and a feeding mechanism 3, the rear end of the underframe is provided with a blanking mechanism 7 and a blanking conveyer belt (not shown in the figure), two sides of the underframe are respectively provided with a carrying device, and the underframe is respectively provided with an auxiliary material moving mechanism 4 corresponding to the inlet end and the outlet end of each carrying device; each carrying device comprises a first portal frame 50, and a feeding manipulator 51 and a discharging manipulator 52 which are arranged on the first portal frame; a plurality of OTP burning jigs 6 are respectively arranged under each portal frame (the specific number of OTP burning jigs is not limited here). The OTP burning tool belongs to the prior art, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 4, further, the feeding mechanism 3 includes a first bracket 30, a first arm 39 slidably disposed on the first bracket, and a first robot slidably disposed on the first arm; the first robot includes a first mounting plate 310, a first cylinder 311 provided on the first mounting plate, a first rotating motor 312 connected to the first cylinder, and a first vacuum chuck 313 connected to the first rotating motor. In practical use, the first cantilever can be driven by a linear motor to reciprocate along the Y direction.
As shown in fig. 3, further, each of the auxiliary material moving mechanisms 4 includes a base 40, and a tray 41 slidably connected to the base; a first driving motor is arranged on the base. As shown in fig. 5, each of the feeding manipulators 51 includes a second mounting plate 510, a second driving motor 511, a second rotating motor 512, and a first CCD industrial camera 58 provided on the second mounting plate, respectively; the second rotating motor is connected with a second vacuum chuck 513; the second driving motor can drive the second rotating motor to move up and down in a screw rod transmission mode and the like. The first CCD industrial camera is used for shooting a mobile phone screen (including a flat cable) and the OTP burning jig is convenient to position, and the second rotating motor rotates to adjust the mobile phone screen (including the flat cable) to a proper posture.
As shown in fig. 6, each of the feeding manipulators 51 comprises a third mounting plate 520, a third driving motor 521 and a second vacuum chuck 522 arranged on the third mounting plate; and the third driving motor is used for driving the second vacuum chuck to move up and down. The third driving motor and the second sliding plate can be connected through screw rod transmission and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, preferably, the chassis is provided with a second CCD industrial camera 59 corresponding to the outlet end of the auxiliary material moving mechanism. The second CCD industrial camera shoots the mobile phone screen (including the flat cable) upwards, so that the positioning precision is further improved, and the mobile phone screen (including the flat cable) can be accurately placed into the OTP burning jig.
As shown in fig. 1, further, a second portal frame 8 is arranged between the two portal frames, and a detection probe (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the second portal frame; each OTP burning jig is connected with the bottom frame in a sliding manner. The detection probe can be driven by a linear motor to realize reciprocating movement along the X direction. The OTP burning jig is driven by the linear motor to realize linear reciprocating motion along the Y direction. The detection probe is used for detecting the liquid crystal arrangement of the mobile phone screen.
As shown in fig. 1, further, the blanking mechanism 7 includes a second bracket 70, a second cantilever 79 slidably disposed on the second bracket, and a second robot 71 slidably disposed on the second cantilever. Through the analysis, compared with the prior art, the mobile phone screen automatic loading device is convenient for forming a production line in practical application by arranging the loading conveyer belt, the loading mechanism, the auxiliary material moving mechanism, the carrying device, the OTP burning jigs, the discharging mechanism and the discharging conveyer belt, can automatically load, transfer, burn and discharge the mobile phone screen, improves the production efficiency, and can respectively burn the mobile phone screen in OTP by the multiple OTP burning jigs, so that the production efficiency is further improved.
