Abstract
The invention relates to a light-transmitting structure for automobile interior illumination and a preparation method thereof, wherein the light-transmitting structure comprises a light-transmitting elastic layer, a first connecting layer, a light-transmitting pattern layer, a second connecting layer and an injection molding part which are sequentially stacked; the preparation method comprises the steps of sequentially attaching the light-transmitting elastic layer, the light-transmitting pattern layer and the injection molding piece through hot melt adhesive, and respectively forming a first connecting layer and a second connecting layer between the light-transmitting elastic layer and the light-transmitting pattern layer and between the light-transmitting pattern layer and the injection molding piece to form the light-transmitting structure. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy preparation, lower cost and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automotive interior trim, and relates to a light-transmitting structure for automotive interior trim illumination and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the application of automotive interior lighting mainly adopts a process of injecting plastic in an ins pattern film mold and then spraying and coating the plastic to realize the lighting effect of a product; however, the cost of the ins pattern film in the process is very high, special requirements are imposed on injection molding equipment, processes and the like of plastic parts, and the entrance threshold is very high. In addition, the glue spraying and coating process of the surface skin has the influence on the lighting effect due to the residual of redundant glue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a light-transmitting structure for automobile interior lighting and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems that the glue spraying process of an ins pattern film used in the existing automobile interior lighting has adverse effects on the lighting effect and the ins pattern film is high in cost.

The transparent elastic layer, the transparent pattern layer and the injection molding part are connected through the hot melt adhesive, so that negative effects on illumination effects caused by residual redundant glue in the glue spraying process are avoided.
Furthermore, the thickness of the first connecting layer and the thickness of the second connecting layer are both 0.03-0.08 mm.
Furthermore, the light-transmitting pattern layer is made of an opaque polyurethane elastomer material and is provided with hollow patterns. The hollow patterns can be made into different plane patterns by a computer engraving technology according to requirements.
Further, the thickness of the light-transmitting pattern layer is 0.03-0.05 mm.
Furthermore, the injection molding piece is made of transparent polycarbonate. The injection molding piece is provided with a corresponding mounting structure, so that the assembly of the transparent structure and the lighting source is facilitated, and the mounting of the automotive interior lighting structure is further facilitated.
Further, the thickness of the injection molding piece is 2-3 mm.
A preparation method of a light-transmitting structure for automobile interior illumination comprises the steps of sequentially attaching a light-transmitting elastic layer, a light-transmitting pattern layer and an injection molding piece through hot melt adhesive, and respectively forming a first connecting layer and a second connecting layer between the light-transmitting elastic layer and the light-transmitting pattern layer and between the light-transmitting pattern layer and the injection molding piece to form the light-transmitting structure.
When the light-transmitting structure is assembled, the light source is installed on the injection molding part, light emitted by the light source sequentially penetrates through the injection molding part, the second connecting layer, the light-transmitting pattern layer, the first connecting layer and the light-transmitting elastic layer, and the generated lighting effect can be presented according to the pattern of the light-transmitting pattern layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:
1) compared with the traditional ins film inner injection molding process, the light-transmitting pattern layer has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in preparation and lower cost;
2) according to the invention, the light-transmitting elastic layer, the light-transmitting pattern layer and the injection molding piece are fixedly connected by the hot melt adhesive, so that the negative influence on the illumination effect caused by residual excess glue in the glue spraying and coating process after the ins film injection is avoided.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example 1:
the light-transmitting structure for the automotive interior lighting as shown in fig. 1 comprises a light-transmitting elastic layer 1, a first connecting layer 2, a light-transmitting pattern layer 3, a second connecting layer 4 and an injection molding piece 5 which are fixedly connected in sequence;
wherein, the transparent elastic layer 1 is made of transparent polyurethane elastomer material and has a thickness of 0.8 mm.
The first connecting layer 2 and the second connecting layer 4 are both made of hot melt adhesive, and the thickness of the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer is 0.03 mm.
The light-transmitting pattern layer 3 is a hollow pattern layer with plane hollow patterns manufactured on the pattern layer made of the opaque polyurethane elastomer material through a computer engraving technology. Wherein, the thickness of the light-transmitting pattern layer 3 is 0.03 mm.
The injection molding 5 is made of transparent polycarbonate and has a thickness of 2 mm.
The preparation method of the light-transmitting structure comprises the following steps:
1) preparing the opaque polyurethane elastomer into a base layer of the light-transmitting pattern layer through an injection molding process, and drawing a plane hollow pattern on the base layer through a computer engraving technology to obtain a light-transmitting pattern layer 3;
2) transparent polyurethane elastomer is made into a transparent elastic layer 1 through an injection molding process, transparent polycarbonate is made into an injection molding piece 5 through the injection molding process, the transparent elastic layer 1 and a transparent pattern layer 3, and the transparent pattern layer 3 and the injection molding piece 5 are sequentially connected through hot melt adhesive to form a first connecting layer 2 and a second connecting layer 4 respectively, and finally, a transparent structure is formed.
The light-transmitting structure is coated on the LED light source through the injection molding piece 5 to form an illumination structure, the illumination structure is arranged in an automobile cockpit to form an automobile interior illumination structure, and the LED light source is started, so that a corresponding illumination effect can be presented according to the pattern of the hollow pattern.
Example 2:
in this embodiment, the thickness of the transparent elastic layer 1 is 1.2mm, the thickness of the first connection layer 2 and the thickness of the second connection layer 4 are both 0.08mm, the thickness of the transparent pattern layer 3 is 0.05mm, and the thickness of the injection molding 5 is 3mm, which is the same as that of embodiment 1.
Example 3:
in this embodiment, the thickness of the transparent elastic layer 1 is 1.0mm, the thickness of the first connection layer 2 and the thickness of the second connection layer 4 are both 0.05mm, the thickness of the transparent pattern layer 3 is 0.04mm, and the thickness of the injection molding 5 is 2.5mm, which is otherwise the same as that in embodiment 1.

A method for preparing a light-transmitting structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method comprises sequentially laminating the light-transmitting elastic layer (1), the light-transmitting pattern layer (3) and the injection molded part (5) by hot melt adhesive, and forming a first connecting layer (2) and a second connecting layer (4) between the light-transmitting elastic layer (1) and the light-transmitting pattern layer (3) and between the light-transmitting pattern layer (3) and the injection molded part (5), respectively, to form the light-transmitting structure.
