As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutting device for the waterproof coiled material of the anchor rod provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an annular base 1 and a rotating ring coaxially connected with an inner annular surface 3 of the annular base in a rotating way, wherein a cutting knife 3 positioned on the same vertical surface as the inner annular surface of the rotating ring is fixedly installed on the rotating ring, at least two vertical sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on the side edge of the annular base 1, a positioning steel column 2 is slidably arranged in each vertical sliding rail, and a locking member for locking the positioning steel column 2 is arranged between the positioning steel column 2 and the annular base 1. The cutting knife 3 rotates relative to the annular base 1 through the rotating ring so as to cut the waterproof coiled material.
The annular base 1 and the rotating ring are coaxially and rotatably connected through a bearing 4.
