When the motor 501 is started, the screw 504 is driven to rotate by the coupling 503, so as to drive the sliding base 507 to move up and down along the sliding bar 506. When the gear needs to be positioned, the sliding seat 507 can drive the adjustable positioning device 3 to move upwards to the top end, when the gear is machined and needs to be disassembled, the sliding seat 507 can drive the adjustable positioning device 3 to move to the bottom end, and the adjustable positioning device 3 is completely lower than the upper plane of the workbench.
The lifting mechanism 8 comprises a motor 501, a shaft seat 502, a coupling 503, a screw rod 504, a support 505, a sliding rod 506 and a sliding seat 507, the support 505 is of a frame structure, the sliding rod 506 is divided into two parts, the upper end and the lower end of the sliding rod are fixedly arranged in a shaft hole of the support 505 through the shaft seat 502, the screw rod 504 is fixedly arranged in the shaft hole of the support 505 through a bearing, the bottom end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a shaft end of the motor 501 through the coupling 503, the motor 501 is fixedly arranged on a lower plane of the support 505, a middle nut on the sliding seat 507 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 504, meanwhile, sliding blocks on two sides and the sliding rod 506 are in sliding installation, the motor 501 rotates to drive the screw rod 504 to rotate, and accordingly.
